    史密斯机构(4)包括导柱(41)、挂架(43)和调节板(44),钢索(32)第二端绕过选择铁(2)并通过挂架(43)连接史密斯机构(4),
    导柱(41)竖直布置,导柱(41)滑动连接移动架(42),移动架(42)上端水平设有杠铃杆(422),杠铃杆(422)与移动架(42)转动连接,杠铃杆(422)连接挂钩架(423),挂钩架(423)上设有两个挂轴(424),两挂轴(424)分别与挂架(43)、调节板(44)配合,移动架(42)下端设有支撑架(421),支撑架(421)用于支撑挂钩架(423),挂架(43)上端设有与挂轴(424)配合的凹槽,挂架(43)下端活动连接滑轮(432),钢索(32)第二端绕过滑轮(432)连接托架(33),调节板(44)上设有单向齿。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抓握稳定的多功能综合训练设备,其特征在于,托架(33)上端设有六方槽,挂架(43)下端水平设有六方套,六方套和六方槽配合,贯穿六方套设有支撑轴(431),支撑轴(431)转动连接滑轮(432)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的抓握稳定的多功能综合训练设备,其特征在于,小飞鸟机构还包括滑动架(31),滑动架(31)滑动连接前立管(1),前立管(1)上竖直设有一组定位孔,滑动架(31)上设有插销,插销与定位孔配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的抓握稳定的多功能综合训练设备,其特征在于,挂钩架(423)呈三角形,杠铃杆(422)贯穿挂钩架(423)一端,挂轴(424)设在挂钩架(423)的其余两端。
