Description

一种儿童安全座椅 技术领域
 本公开涉及安全座椅技术领域,具体是涉及一种儿童安全座椅。
背景技术
 汽车儿童安全座椅是一种专为不同年龄儿童设计、安装在车内、能有效提高儿童乘车安全性的座椅。随着车辆安全意识的逐步提高,儿童安全座椅已普及使用,而传统使用的儿童安全座椅均为固定安装在汽车内,在实际使用时,对于不同年龄、体型、睡眠等不同状态及使用舒适度的要求等均不相同,因此常常需要对安全座椅进行倾斜角度调节。
 目前,现有技术中已经存在一些儿童安全座椅倾斜角度自动调节的相关技术方案,如,公开号为:CN108128221A的发明专利,公开了儿童安全座椅及椅背俯仰角度调节机构,包括底座与椅体,椅体包括一体的椅座与椅背,椅座的底部设有向椅背方向延伸的弧形轨道,弧形轨道内设有可在弧形轨道内滑动的弧形固定架,弧形固定架的底部设有轴接于底座的固定轴,通过移动弧形固定架在弧形轨道内的位置来实现椅背的俯仰角度,其优点是弧形固定架的底部设有轴接于底座的固定轴,弧形固定架位于弧形轨道内,通过移动弧形固定架在弧形轨道内,也就是通过调整弧形固定架在椅背上的位置来实现椅背的俯仰角度。该技术方案中的调节装置设置在椅背外侧,使得整个座椅本体的结构紧凑性不好、支撑性较差,在车内使用时,由于车内空间小,座椅转动达到一定角度容易夹伤儿童的肢体,转动过程中无法保障儿童的安全,存在使用安全的问题。
 从现有技术公开的内容来看,目前带有倾斜角度自动调节功能的儿童安全座椅存在易夹腿、安全性较差、使用不便等问题。
发明内容
 本公开针对现有技术中带有倾斜角度自动调节功能的儿童安全座椅存在易夹腿、安全性较差、使用不便的问题,提供一种儿童安全座椅,具有防夹腿、安全性较好、使用方便的优点。
 本公开的构思之一是在于提供一种儿童安全座椅,具体包括座椅本体,所述座椅本体设置有角度调节装置,所述角度调节装置用于电动调节座椅本体的俯仰角度;所述座椅本体包括椅背部和椅座部,所述角度调节装置设置在椅座部。
 进一步的,所述角度调节装置包括底盘、驱动机构和齿轮,所述底盘与椅座部适配,所述底盘用于支撑座椅本体;
所述底盘上设置有连接板,所述椅座部通过连接板与底盘滑动连接;所述椅座部设置有椅架,所述椅架包括连接杆,所述连接杆与椅架固定连接,所述连接板上设置有限位槽,所述连接杆与限位槽滑动配合;齿轮转动连接在连接杆上,所述驱动机构与齿轮传动连接,所述底盘上设置有与齿轮配合的齿条,所述驱动机构驱动齿轮使得座椅本体滑动。
 在实际使用过程中,俯仰角度调节也是儿童安全座椅的常用功能,而现有技术中,大多儿童安全座椅仍是通过手动调节实现,手动调节费力耗时、调节不方便,而本技术方案中,通过角度调节装置实现座椅本体的俯仰角度电动调节,相比于手动调节更加省时省力,而且,通过设置底盘与驱动机构,底盘与椅座部适配用于支撑座椅本体,使得座椅本体通过驱动机构可以在底盘上进行俯仰角度调节,整个角度调节装置设置在椅座部,更靠近座椅本体的重心,使得角度调节时稳定性、支撑性都更好。本技术方案中,连接板基本为弧形,与座椅本体适配安装,通过连接板与座椅本体滑动连接,整个角度调节装置结构稳定性更好;通过设置限位槽用于限制座椅本体俯仰角度的调节范围,通过电机驱动连接杆在限位槽内滑动,进而带动座椅本体实现角度调节,结构紧凑、稳定性更好。
 另一方面,本技术方案中通过设置座椅本体依靠椅架支撑,而连接杆与驱动机构连接,连接杆与椅架固定连接,驱动机构通过带动椅架,进而带动整个座椅本体,相比于现有技术独立设置的连接杆稳定性和支撑性都更好,并且现有技术的旋转结构磨损大、连接结构强度也不高。
 更进一步的,所述连接杆上安装有轴套,所述齿轮设置在轴套两端,所述轴套连接电机;所述轴套长度小于连接杆长度。通过设置轴套安装齿轮,将齿条设置在底盘上通过电机驱动,使得齿轮在齿条上运动;通过设置轴套受电机驱动在连接杆上转动,可以将连接杆与椅架固定连接,进而形成一个稳定的支撑结构,使得儿童安全座椅在角度调节时稳定性更好;通过设置轴套的长度短于连接杆的长度,使得整个传动结构均设置在椅座部的中部,整个装置结构稳定性更好。
 更进一步的,所述轴套端部设置有定位槽,所述齿轮内壁设置有凸起,所述凸起与定位槽配合用于将齿轮限位在轴套两端;所述轴套与电机之间设置有减速机构,所述减速机构用于增加扭矩;所述轴套上还安装有电机盒,所述电机盒用于安装电机;所述电机盒设置有通孔,所述通孔与轴套适配,所述通孔用于将电机盒套装在轴套上。
 本技术方案中,齿轮直接套装在轴套两端。安装方便快捷,轴套受电机作用下转动,轴套两端的齿轮也受到相应的作用力转动,通过轴套端部的定位槽与齿轮内壁的凸起,防止齿轮在轴套上打滑、结构整体性更好,大大提高了转动效率。在实际使用过程中,驱动齿环带动座椅本体转动需要较大的扭矩,而本技术方案通过在轴套与电机之间设置减速机构,如齿轮组,大大增加了扭矩,使得小功率的电机也可以带动轴套和齿环,不仅可以降低成本,还可以进一步缩小体积。儿童安全座椅的体积需要考虑车内空间,尤其儿童安全座椅均是固定在车内后排,后排较窄,因此座椅本体的椅背部也需要做的较薄;本技术方案中通过设置套装在轴套上的电机盒,使得电机安装在椅座部,避免对椅背部的体积造成影响,大大提高了空间利用率。
 本公开还可以提供一种儿童安全座椅,包括座椅本体,所述座椅本体设置有角度调节装置,所述角度调节装置用于电动调节座椅本体的俯仰角度。
 进一步的,所述座椅本体包括椅背部和椅座部,所述角度调节装置设置在椅座部;所述角度调节装置包括底盘,所述底盘与椅座部适配,所述底盘用于支撑座椅本体,所述角度调节装置还包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构用于电机驱动座椅本体在底盘上运动;
所述椅座部设置有保护装置,所述保护装置用于防夹腿保护,所述保护装置包括传感器和控制器,所述传感器感应座椅本体转动夹腿,触发控制器控制角度调节装置停滞和/或后退。
 在实际的生活使用过程中,由于车内空间有限,尤其是后排在安装儿童安全座椅后,则儿童安全座椅在俯仰角度调节过程中,操作不当容易夹住儿童的腿部,使用安全性较低。本技术方案在使用角度调节装置时,保护装置通过感应椅座部的变化,当变化达到保护装置的设定值,则保护装置控制角度调节装置停止转动或转回原本角度。
 更进一步的,所述底盘上设置有连接板,所述连接板穿过座椅本体,所述座椅本体与连接板滑动连接;所述座椅本体设置有椅架,所述椅架包括连接杆,连接杆与连接板滑动连接,所述驱动机构通过椅架带动座椅本体。
 更进一步的,所述连接板上设置有限位槽,所述驱动机构包括电机,所述连接杆通过电机在限位槽内滑动;所述连接杆上安装有轴套,所述轴套两端设置有齿轮,所述电机的输出端与齿轮连接,所述底盘上设置有与齿轮配合的齿条,所述轴套连接电机,所述电机通过驱动轴套使得齿轮在齿条上运动。
 更进一步的,所述轴套端部设置有定位槽,所述齿轮内壁设置有凸起,所述凸起与定位槽配合用于将齿轮限位在轴套两端;所述轴套与电机之间设置有减速机构,所述减速机构用于增加扭矩;所述轴套上还安装有电机盒,所述电机盒用于安装电机;所述电机盒设置有通孔,所述通孔与轴套适配,所述通孔用于将电机盒套装在轴套上。
 更进一步的,本公开的另一构思在于,所述座椅本体还设置有感应装置,所述感应装置用于感应座椅本体的空椅情况,所述感应装置感应到座椅本体为非空椅时启动保护装置。通过设置感应装置,用于感应座椅本体上是否存在儿童,当感应装置感应到座椅本体非空椅时,则保护装置启动,防止空椅启动浪费能耗。
 在一些实施方式中,所述保护装置设置在座椅本体的置腿端,所述保护装置通过感应置腿端压力变化触发。
 更进一步的,所述保护装置为压力传感器。
 在实际使用过程中,座椅本体一端为头枕部、另一端为放置腿部的置腿端,在座椅本体转向过程中,儿童腿部靠近或远离置腿端,置腿端感受到压力变化,尤其是俯仰角度调节时,仰角越大,则腿部越靠近置腿端,置腿端感应到的压力越大,且腿部越靠近前方成人座椅,座椅本体继续转向容易夹伤腿部,设置保护装置在置腿端,感应到压力达到设定值则触发,控制座椅本体停止转向,大大提高了使用安全性。
 和/或,在一些实施方式中,所述保护装置连接驱动机构,所述保护装置用于感应驱动机构的电流变化触发。
 更进一步的,所述保护装置为电流传感器。
 在实际使用过程中,当儿童乘坐安全座椅时会随座椅本体转动,转动过程中座椅本体感受到的作用力不同,驱动机构对座椅本体的作用力也不同,此时驱动机构的电流产生变化,本技术方案通过设置用于感应驱动机构电流变化的保护装置,当电流变化达到设定值即触发保护装置,控制座椅本体不再转向,确保乘坐的儿童安全。
 本公开提供一种儿童安全座椅,通过角度调节机构实现儿童安全座椅的俯仰角度调节,连接杆与驱动机构连接,通过电机驱动套装在连接杆上的轴套,齿轮安装在轴套两端,齿轮受到轴套的带动在齿条上运动,齿条安装在底盘上,使得座椅本体能够在底盘上进行角度调节,连接杆与椅架形成固定的支撑结构,使得角度调节时的稳定性更好;通过在座椅部设置保护装置,降低座椅本体在转动过程中误伤儿童的概率,提高使用安全性;通过设置感应装置用于检测座椅本体为非空椅后启动保护装置,防止空椅保护浪费能耗。本申请提供的一种儿童安全座椅,具有结构紧凑、支撑性较好、使用安全性较高的优点。

 实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种儿童安全座椅,具体包括座椅本体1和底座2,座椅本体1安装在底座2上,底座2用于将儿童安全座椅固定在车内,座椅本体1包括椅背部3和椅座部4,椅座部4设置有角度调节装置,角度调节装置包括底盘5和驱动机构,底盘5呈圆盘状,底盘5与椅座部4底部适配用于支撑座椅本体1,座椅本体1的重心落在底盘5上,圆盘状底盘5安装在座椅本体1与底座2之间,座椅本体1通过驱动机构可以在底盘5上进行俯仰角度自动调节,整个角度调节装置设置在椅座部4,更靠近座椅本体1的重心,座椅本体1转动稳定性较好。
 进一步的,底盘5上对称设置有两个连接板6,连接板6基本为弧形,与座椅本体1的形状适配,连接板6穿过座椅本体1的椅座部4,底盘5通过连接板6与椅座部4滑动连接,连接板6上设置有限位槽7,用于限制座椅本体1俯仰角度的调节范围;座椅本体1设置有椅架9,椅架9连接椅背部3,椅架9包括连接杆8,连接杆8与连接板6滑动连接,驱动机构包括电机,连接杆8两端分别穿设于两个连接板6的限位槽7,限位槽7为腰型槽;连接杆8与驱动机构连接,连接杆8通过电机在限位槽7内滑动,进而带动座椅本体1实现俯仰角度调节。
 更进一步的,连接杆8外套装有轴套12,轴套12设置有内孔用于安装连接杆8,内孔形状与连接杆8形状吻合,轴套12两端分别安装齿轮10,轴套12与电机连接,电机通过驱动轴套12带动齿轮10在齿条11上运动,轴套12的长度小于连接杆8的长度,连接杆8可以与椅架9固定连接,形成一个稳定的支撑结构,并且整个运动机构处于连接板6之间,整个传动结构均设置在椅座部4的中部,稳定性较好。
 更进一步的,如图4所示,轴套12端部设置有定位槽13,齿轮10内壁设置有凸起14,凸起14与定位槽13配合用于将齿轮10限位在轴套12两端,定位槽13为端部开口的长条状,使得齿轮10通过凸起14对位定位槽13快速安装,凸起14和定位槽13结构能够防止齿轮10与轴套12打滑,影响转动效率。轴套12上还安装有电机盒15,电机盒15用于放置电机,电机盒15设置有通孔,电机盒15通过通孔套装在轴套12上,使得电机安装在椅座部4,在安装过程中不会增大座椅本体1的体积;电机与轴套12之间设置有减速机构16,用于增大扭矩,本实施例中提供的减速机构16为两个锥形齿轮10啮合形成,一个锥形齿轮10连接电机输出轴,另一个锥形齿轮10套装在轴套12上,套装在轴套12上的锥形齿轮10内壁设置有凸起14,用于安装在轴套12的定位槽13内,通过减速机构16增大扭矩,使得小电机也可以带动座椅本体1运动,不仅节省成本,还减小电机的体积、节省安装空间。
 另一方面,本实施例中,轴套12的基本形状可以为圆形,圆形轴套12则需要通过定位槽13固定齿轮10;轴套12还可以为正方形、长方形等其他多边形,则多边形轴套12无需设置定位槽13,只需要改变齿轮10套装孔与轴套12的基本形状吻合,即可实现定位防打滑目的,安装使用方便。
 实施例2
如图1至图5所示,本实施例提供一种儿童安全座椅,包括座椅本体1和底座2,座椅本体1安装在底座2上,底座2用于将儿童安全座椅固定在车内,座椅本体1包括椅背部3和椅座部4,椅座部4设置有角度调节装置,角度调节装置包括底盘5和驱动机构,底盘5呈圆盘状,底盘5与椅座部4底部适配用于支撑座椅本体1,座椅本体1的重心落在底盘5上,圆盘状底盘5安装在座椅本体1与底座2之间,座椅本体1通过驱动机构可以在底盘5上进行俯仰角度自动调节,整个角度调节装置设置在椅座部4,更靠近座椅本体1的重心,座椅本体1转动稳定性较好。
 其中,座椅本体1设置有保护装置18,角度调节装置用于电动调节座椅本体1的俯仰角度,保护装置18用于防夹腿保护,在使用角度调节装置时,保护装置18包括传感器和控制器,传感器通过感应座椅本体转动夹腿时,触发控制器,则控制器控制角度调节装置停止转动或转回原本角度,防止座椅本体1转向误伤儿童肢体。
 底盘5上对称设置有两个连接板6,连接板6基本为弧形,与座椅本体1的形状适配,连接板6穿过座椅本体1的椅座部4,底盘5通过连接板6与座椅本体1滑动连接,连接板6上设置有限位槽7,用于限制座椅本体1俯仰角度的调节范围;座椅本体1设置有椅架9,椅架9包括连接杆8,连接杆8与连接板6滑动连接,驱动机构包括电机,连接杆8两端分别穿设于两个连接板6的限位槽7,限位槽7为腰型槽;连接杆8与驱动机构连接,连接杆8通过电机在限位槽7内滑动,进而带动座椅本体1实现俯仰角度调节。连接杆8外套装有轴套12,轴套12设置有内孔用于安装连接杆8,内孔形状与连接杆8形状吻合,轴套12两端分别安装齿轮10,轴套12与电机连接,电机通过驱动轴套12带动齿轮10在齿条11上运动,轴套12的长度小于连接杆8的长度,连接杆8可以与椅架9固定连接,形成一个稳定的支撑结构,并且整个运动机构处于连接板6之间,整个传动结构均设置在椅座部4的中部,稳定性较好。如图4所示,轴套12端部设置有定位槽13,齿轮10内壁设置有凸起14,凸起14与定位槽13配合用于将齿轮10限位在轴套12两端,定位槽13为端部开口的长条状,使得齿轮10通过凸起14对位定位槽13快速安装,凸起14和定位槽13结构能够防止齿轮10与轴套12打滑,影响转动效率。轴套12上还安装有电机盒15,电机盒15用于放置电机,电机盒15设置有通孔,电机盒15通过通孔套装在轴套12上,使得电机安装在椅座部4,在安装过程中不会增大座椅本体1的体积;电机与轴套12之间设置有减速机构16,用于增大扭矩,本实施例中提供的减速机构16为两个锥形齿轮10啮合形成,一个锥形齿轮10连接电机输出轴,另一个锥形齿轮10套装在轴套12上,套装在轴套12上的锥形齿轮10内壁设置有凸起14,用于安装在轴套12的定位槽13内,通过减速机构16增大扭矩,使得小电机也可以带动座椅本体1运动,不仅节省成本,还减小电机的体积、节省安装空间。
 另一方面,本实施例中,轴套12的基本形状可以为圆形,圆形轴套12则需要通过定位槽13固定齿轮10;轴套12还可以为正方形、长方形等其他多边形,则多边形轴套12无需设置定位槽13,只需要改变齿轮10套装孔与轴套12的基本形状吻合,即可实现定位防打滑目的,安装使用方便。
 实施例3
如图6和图7所示,本实施例基于实施例2提供一种儿童安全座椅,其中,座椅本体1上设置有感应装置17,感应装置17用于感应座椅本体1的空椅情况,感应装置17为压力传感器,压力传感器安装在椅座部4,通过感应椅座部4压力的变化判断座椅本体1上是否有儿童。
 进一步的,本实施例提供一种保护装置18为压力传感器,座椅本体1一端为头枕部、另一端为放置腿部的置腿端19,转向保护装置18设置在座椅本体1的置腿端19,座椅本体1在转向过程中,儿童腿部靠近或远离置腿端19,置腿端19感受到压力变化,尤其是俯仰角度调节时,仰角越大,则腿部越靠近置腿端19,置腿端19感应到的压力越大,且腿部越靠近前方成人座椅,座椅本体1继续转向容易夹伤腿部,设置保护装置18在置腿端19,感应到压力达到设定值则触发,控制座椅本体1停止;置腿端19间隔设置有两个压力传感器,扩大感应面积,提高感应精准度。
 和/或,本实施例还可以提供一种保护装置18为电流传感器,座椅本体1转向过程中,重心和受到的作用力不断发生变化,则角度调节装置的驱动机构对座椅本体1的作用力也不断变化,保护机构通过感应驱动机构的电流变化判断座椅本体1继续转向是否安全,当电流变化达到设定值即触发保护装置18,控制座椅本体1不再转向,确保乘坐的儿童安全。
 本公开提供一种儿童安全座椅,通过角度调节机构实现儿童安全座椅的俯仰角度调节,连接杆8与椅架9连接,通过电机驱动套装在连接杆8上的轴套12,齿轮10安装在轴套12两端,齿轮10受到轴套12的带动在齿条11上运动,齿条11安装在底盘5上,使得座椅本体1能够在底盘5上进行角度调节,连接杆8与椅架9形成固定的支撑结构,使得角度调节时的稳定性更好;通过在座椅部设置保护装置18,降低座椅本体1在转动过程中误伤儿童的概率,提高使用安全性;通过设置感应装置17用于检测座椅本体1为非空椅后启动保护装置18,防止空椅保护浪费能耗。本申请提供的一种儿童安全座椅,具有结构紧凑、支撑性较好、使用安全性较高的优点。

    所述椅座部设置有保护装置,所述保护装置用于防夹腿保护,所述保护装置包括传感器和控制器,所述传感器感应座椅本体转动夹腿,触发控制器控制角度调节装置停滞和/或后退。
  2.  根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述底盘上设置有连接板,所述连接板穿过座椅本体,所述底盘通过连接板连接座椅本体,所述座椅本体与底盘通过连接板滑动连接;所述座椅本体设置有椅架,所述椅架包括连接杆,所述连接杆与连接板滑动连接,所述驱动机构通过椅架带动座椅本体。
  3.  根据权利要求2所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述连接板上设置有限位槽;所述驱动机构包括电机,所述连接杆通过电机在限位槽内滑动;所述连接杆上安装有轴套,所述轴套两端设置有齿轮,所述电机的输出端与齿轮连接,所述底盘上设置有与齿轮配合的齿条,所述轴套连接电机,所述电机通过驱动轴套使得齿轮在齿条上运动。
  4.  根据权利要求3所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述轴套端部设置有定位槽,所述齿轮内壁设置有凸起,所述凸起与定位槽配合用于将齿轮限位在轴套两端;所述轴套与电机之间设置有减速机构,所述减速机构用于增加扭矩;所述轴套上还安装有电机盒,所述电机盒用于安装电机和减速机构,所述电机盒设置有通孔,所述通孔与轴套适配,所述通孔用于将电机盒套装在轴套上。
  5.  根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述座椅本体还设置有感应装置,所述感应装置用于感应座椅本体的空椅情况,所述感应装置感应到座椅本体为非空椅时启动保护装置。
  6.  根据权利要求5所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述保护装置设置在座椅本体的置腿端;所述保护装置通过感应置腿端压力变化触发。
  7.  根据权利要求5所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述保护装置连接驱动机构;所述保护装置通过感应驱动机构的电流变化触发。
  8.  一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,包括座椅本体,所述座椅本体设置有角度调节装置,所述角度调节装置用于电动调节座椅本体的俯仰角度;所述座椅本体包括椅背部和椅座部,所述角度调节装置设置在椅座部;
    其中,所述角度调节装置包括底盘、驱动机构和齿轮,所述底盘与椅座部适配,所述底盘用于支撑座椅本体;
    所述底盘上设置有连接板,所述椅座部通过连接板与底盘滑动连接;所述椅座部设置有椅架,所述椅架包括连接杆,所述连接杆与椅架固定连接,所述连接板上设置有限位槽,所述连接杆与限位槽滑动配合;齿轮转动连接在连接杆上,所述驱动机构与齿轮传动连接,所述底盘上设置有与齿轮配合的齿条,所述驱动机构驱动齿轮使得座椅本体滑动。
  9.  根据权利要求8所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括电机,所述驱动机构通过电机驱动座椅本体在底盘上运动;所述连接杆上安装有轴套,所述齿轮设置在轴套两端,所述轴套与电机连接。
  10.  根据权利要求9所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述轴套端部设置有定位槽,所述齿轮内壁设置有凸起,所述凸起与定位槽配合用于将齿轮限位在轴套两端;所述轴套与电机之间设置有减速机构,所述减速机构用于增加扭矩;所述轴套上还安装有电机盒,所述电机盒用于安装电机和减速机构,所述电机盒设置有通孔,所述通孔与轴套适配,所述通孔用于将电机盒套装在轴套上。
