背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高和网络技术的发展,智能家居概念越来发展越成熟,包括空调、冰箱、电视、手机、电饭煲、智能网关等各种各样的家电或者智能家居产品,智能家居产品都具有WiFi模块、温湿度传感器等,由此构成了智能家居的整体生态环境。
床作为家具中最核心的部件,目前也逐步向智能化发展和演变。像智能蓝牙模块、音箱等模块都在向智能床上集成。附带气囊组件以此实现不同功能是当前智能床的热点功能之一。
智能床上的气囊组件主要分为几种类型,第一种类型气囊单独排列,气囊之间间隔开来,互相不影响,此类气囊功能相对简单,创新性较低;第二种是叠层放置,以此来实现推抚功能的效果,功能相对较多,但气囊之间相互独立,即使有部分重叠和交叉,两个气囊之间没有连接,运动存在不稳定性,一致性不好。
综上,目前的气囊组件存在以下问题:气囊之间相对独立,没有固定连接,相互之间稳定性差,气囊动作时一致性不好;气囊采用铆接形式或是绑带形式连接,工艺复杂,工时比较高。
发明内容
本申请提供一种气囊结构、床垫以及床,以解决传统技术中的气囊的稳定性和一致性较差的问题。
根据本申请的第一个方面,提供了一种气囊结构,包括支撑组件;气囊组件,包括多个气囊和第一固定带,各个气囊上均设置有第二固定带,各个第二固定带均与第一固定带连接;第一固定带与支撑组件连接。

具体地,第一连接部251和第二连接部252均为方块结构;第一连接部251和第二连接部252均设置在第二气囊25的上表面上且均位于上表面的边缘位置;第一连接部251 和第二连接部252间隔设置。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,相邻两个气囊21中的一个气囊21的部分气囊叠设在另一个气囊21的部分气囊上。这样的气囊21的排列组合方式,使得前后的气囊21相互包含,在实现各种推抚模式时,效果会更加连贯和通顺,没有阻断感。
具体实施时,相邻两个气囊21中的一个气囊21的第一气囊24叠设在下一个气囊21的第一气囊24上,下一个气囊21的第二气囊25叠设在前一个气囊21的第二气囊25上。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,气囊组件20包括两个第一固定带22,两个第一固定带22间隔布置;各个第二固定带23的第一端与两个第一固定带22中的一个第一固定带22连接,各个第二固定带23的第二端与两个第一固定带22中的另一个第一固定带22连接。这样的设置保证气囊组件20的多个气囊21固定可靠,提高了气囊组件20的稳定性和一致性。
具体地,两个第一固定带22之间的间隔距离适配于气囊21的长度,两个第一固定带22安装在多个气囊21的两侧,第一固定带22和第二固定带23之间通过焊接进行连接。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,气囊结构包括多个气囊组件20,多个气囊组件20间隔设置在支撑组件10上。
具体实施时,各个气囊组件20中含有气囊21的数量可以不同,也可以相同。
可选地,气囊组件20为四个,在四个气囊组件20中,两个气囊组件20均含有7个气囊21,另外两个气囊组件20均含有5个气囊21。
在一些实施例中,支撑组件10还包括第一支撑件11、第二支撑件12和气管13,第二支撑件12盖设在第一支撑件11上,气管13设置在第一支撑件11上且位于第一支撑件11和第二支撑件12之间;第二支撑件12具有避让孔121,气管13通过避让孔121与气囊21相连通。
具体地,第二支撑件12为PK棉,PK棉指的是硬质棉,有透气性强、保温性能好、坚固和无毒无味等特点。
具体实施时,气囊组件20的第一固定带通过喷胶粘接的方式与第二支撑件12固定在一起。气管13的出气口处形状适配于避让孔121的形状,便于气体从气管13排出,避让孔121的设置是为了避让气管13。
本申请还提供了一种床垫,包括气囊结构,气囊结构为上述实施例中的气囊结构。
本申请还提供了一种床,包括床架和设置在床架上的床垫,床垫为上述实施例中的床垫。
本申请解决了以下的技术问题:
目前的气囊21排布形式单一,多种推抚效果不明显;气囊21之间相对独立,没有固定连接,相互之间稳定性差,气囊21动作时一致性不好;现目前的气囊21采用铆接形式,在生产时会浪费较多工时,本申请采用焊接来连接组件,简化制作工序,减少了工时。
本申请还产生了以下的有益效果:
本申请的气囊21采用内含外包式排列组合,前后相互包含,在实现各种推抚模式时,其效果会更加连贯和通顺,没有阻断感;上层的第一气囊24之间相互连接,下层的第二气囊25固定在第一固定带上,第一固定带与第二支撑件12连接,实现底层稳固可靠;上述的连接方式不仅使气囊21的工作模式更加连续,同时气囊组件20的整体性、稳定性以及一致性得到了提高。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本申请上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
本申请的气囊结构包括支撑组件10和气囊组件20,气囊组件20包括多个气囊21和第一固定带22,多个气囊21依次连接在第一固定带22上;其中,各个气囊21上均设置有第二固定带23,第二固定带23固定连接在气囊21上,各个第二固定带23又均与第一固定带22连接,第一固定带22与支撑组件10连接,这样的相互连接方式使得多个气囊21形成一个完整的组件,即气囊组件20,而气囊组件20通过第一固定带22整体与支撑组件10连接,提高了气囊结构的稳定性和一致性。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种气囊结构,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑组件(10);
    气囊组件(20),包括多个气囊(21)和第一固定带(22),各个所述气囊(21)上均设置有第二固定带(23),各个所述第二固定带(23)均与所述第一固定带(22)连接;所述第一固定带(22)与所述支撑组件(10)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气囊结构,其特征在于,
    所述第二固定带(23)与所述气囊(21)焊接连接;所述第二固定带(23)与所述第一固定带(22)焊接连接;所述第一固定带(22)通过粘胶和所述气囊组件(20)粘接在一起;或者,
    所述第二固定带(23)与所述气囊(21)焊接连接;所述第二固定带(23)与所述第一固定带(22)焊接连接;或者,
    所述第二固定带(23)与所述气囊(21)焊接连接;所述第一固定带(22)通过粘胶和所述气囊组件(20)粘接在一起;或者,
    所述第二固定带(23)与所述第一固定带(22)焊接连接;所述第一固定带(22)通过粘胶和所述气囊组件(20)粘接在一起;或者,
    所述第二固定带(23)与所述气囊(21)焊接连接;或者,
    所述第二固定带(23)与所述第一固定带(22)焊接连接;或者,
    所述第一固定带(22)通过粘胶和所述气囊组件(20)粘接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的气囊结构,其特征在于,所述气囊(21)包括第一气囊(24)和与所述第一气囊(24)连接且相连通的第二气囊(25),所述第一气囊(24)位于所述第二气囊(25)的上方,所述第二固定带(23)与所述第二气囊(25)连接;多个所述气囊(21)沿所述第一固定带(22)的延伸方向依次布置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的气囊结构,相邻两个所述气囊(21)的所述第一气囊(24)相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的气囊结构,其特征在于,所述第二气囊(25)的上表面具有第一连接部(251)和第二连接部(252),所述第一连接部(251)和所述第二连接部(252)沿所述第二固定带(23)的延伸方向依次布置;所述第二固定带(23)与所述第一连接部(251)连接,所述第二固定带(23)与所述第二连接部(252)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的气囊结构,其特征在于,相邻两个所述气囊(21)中的一 个所述气囊(21)的部分气囊叠设在另一个所述气囊(21)的部分气囊上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的气囊结构,其特征在于,所述气囊组件(20)包括两个所述第一固定带(22),两个所述第一固定带(22)间隔布置;各个所述第二固定带(23)的第一端与两个所述第一固定带(22)中的一个所述第一固定带(22)连接,各个所述第二固定带(23)的第二端与两个所述第一固定带(22)中的另一个所述第一固定带(22)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的气囊结构,其特征在于,所述气囊结构包括多个所述气囊组件(20),多个所述气囊组件(20)间隔设置在所述支撑组件(10)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的气囊结构,其特征在于,所述支撑组件(10)还包括第一支撑件(11)、第二支撑件(12)和气管(13),所述第二支撑件(12)盖设在所述第一支撑件(11)上,所述气管(13)设置在所述第一支撑件(11)上且位于所述第一支撑件(11)和所述第二支撑件(12)之间;
    所述第二支撑件(12)具有避让孔(121),所述气管(13)通过所述避让孔(121)与所述气囊(21)相连通。
  10. 一种床垫,包括气囊结构,其特征在于,所述气囊结构为权利要求1至9中任一项所述的气囊结构。
  11. 一种床,包括床架和设置在所述床架上的床垫,其特征在于,所述床垫为权利要求10所述的床垫。
