Description

一种可视插管喉罩 技术领域
本发明涉及喉罩技术领域,特别是涉及一种可视插管喉罩。
背景技术
可视插管喉罩是目前广泛应用的气道维持工具,在困难气道的处理中,其临床应用价值越来越被人们所认可。可视插管喉罩通常包括主管和安装于主管一端的罩体,主管上设有供气管插管通过的通道,罩体上设有摄像头的放置位。使用时,将摄像头放置于罩体上,将罩体经口腔送至人体的咽喉部位,使罩体与人体喉部接触,然后将气管插管经过通道送入气管内,使得人体肺部的气体可经气管插管与外界气体完成交换。摄像头拍摄的图像通过有线或无线输送的方式传输至外部显示屏,以便于医护人员将气管插管准确插入气管内,避免造成损伤。
现有技术中,罩体为面对称结构,通道的端口位于罩体的对称面上。通过罩体与患者喉部的接触限位,使得端口大致位于气管上端的对称面上。这种结构虽然能保证气管插管由端口伸出后进入到气管中,但是存在以下缺点:一方面,会厌处在气管上方的中心位置,气管插管在进入气管的过程中容易触碰到会厌,从而造成人体组织损伤。另一方面,为避免摄像头与气管插管发生干涉,摄像头只能设置于罩体对称面的一侧,造成摄像头不能拍摄到完整的会厌,并且由于气管插管对摄像头的遮挡,不能清楚地拍摄到气管插管插入气管的完整过程。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可视插管喉罩,通过对第一端口的位置和角度进行调整,并对摄像头的放置位进行调整,可将气管插管由罩体对称面的第一侧引导至病患气管内,避免气管插管触碰会厌以及遮挡摄像头的观察角。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:

优选地,所述第一端口的轴线与所述对称面之间形成第一夹角α,7°≤α≤20°。
优选地,所述主管上设有供摄像头及其导线伸入的第二通道,所述第二通道具有位于所述罩体上的第二端口,所述第二端口所在位置即所述放置位;所述第二端口倾斜朝向所述对称面。
优选地,所述第二端口的轴线与所述对称面之间形成第二夹角β,0.5°≤β≤8°。
优选地,所述主管上设有供食道引流管穿过的第三通道,所述罩体上设有供食道引流管穿过的第四通道,所述第四通道的一端与所述第三通道连通,所述第四通道的另一端在所述罩体上形成第三端口,所述第三端口位于所述罩体远离所述主管的一端。
优选地,所述主管上设有供清洁管穿过的第五通道。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。文中所指的“气管上端”及“食道上端”,是指其靠近病患头部的一端。另外,该可视插管喉罩不仅可用于人类,也可用于动物。
参照图1-图3,本实施例提供一种可视插管喉罩100,包括主管1和罩体2,主管1的一端与罩体2相连。主管1上设有供气管插管或纤支镜穿过的第一通道11,第一通道11具有位于罩体2上的第一端口111。罩体2具有对称面21,罩体2上设有用于放置摄像头的放置位22。第一端口111位于对称面21的第一侧A,第一端口111倾斜朝向对称面21。放置位22位于对称面21的第二侧B。此处,“倾斜朝向”是指第一端口111的朝向既不平行于对称面21,也不垂直于对称面21,下文同理。在使用时,第一端口111朝向气管上端。
该可视插管喉罩100在使用时,将气管插管或纤支镜伸入第一通道11后,气管插管或纤支镜从第一端口111伸出,并在第一端口111的引导下,从对称面21的第一侧A以一定的角度从侧向进入病患气管,避免了气管插管或纤支镜触碰会厌。同时,由于第一通道11的第一端口111和摄像头的放置位22分别位于对称面21的两侧,避免了摄像头拍摄会厌时,气管插管或纤支镜对会厌造成遮挡。
对于第一端口111的角度,本领域技术人员可以根据需要灵活选择。例如,参照图1,本实施例中,第一端口111的轴线与对称面21之间形成第一夹角α,7°≤α≤20°。
摄像头可以是通过无线通信的方式向外界显示设备传输拍摄数据,也可通过导线向外界显示设备传输拍摄数据。参照图1-图3,本实施例中,主管1上设有供摄像头及其导线伸入的第二通道12,第二通道12具有位于罩体2上的第二端口,第二端口所在位置即放置位22。第二端口倾斜朝向对称面21。在使用时,摄像头不伸出第二端口或部分伸出第二端口,从而可以通过第二端口与摄像头的接触对摄像头的拍摄角度进行定位,使摄像头对准会厌。

参照图1-图3,为了防止因胃部反流导致误吸,本实施例中,主管1上设有供食道引流管穿过的第三通道13,罩体2上设有供食道引流管穿过的第四通道23,第四通道23的一端与第三通道13连通,第四通道23 的另一端在罩体2上形成第三端口,第三端口位于罩体2远离主管1的一端。在使用时,第三端口朝向病患食道上端。该可视插管喉罩100在使用时,可将食道引流管沿第三通道13和第四通道23伸入食道内,对胃部反流物进行抽吸。
参照图1-图3,为了避免因雾气或患者体液污染视窗或污染摄像头的镜面而影响拍摄效果,本实施例中,主管1上设有供清洁管穿过的第五通道14。该可视插管喉罩100在使用时,可将清洁管穿过第五通道14,通过清洁管内的清洗液对视窗或摄像头的镜面或进行冲洗。视窗通常为安装在罩体2上且位于摄像头与会厌之间的结构,当罩体2上安装有视窗时,可仅对视窗冲洗。当罩体2上未安装视窗时,也可对摄像头的镜面进行冲洗。
为了能够在维持通气状态下伸入气管插管或纤支镜,本实施例还包括三通接头(附图中未示出)。三通接头的第一端与第一通道11连通,三通接头的第二端用于连接呼吸机,三通接头的第三端能够开启和关闭,在开启时供气管插管或纤支镜穿过。三通接头第三端的开启和关闭可通过胶塞或其它密封件的拆卸和安装实现。
参照图4,为了便于将罩体2伸入至咽喉部位,本实施例中,主管1整体呈弧形弯曲,弯曲角度为γ,95°≤γ≤160°,以适应人体口腔与咽喉之间的生理结构。
参照图1-图4,本实施例中,罩体2包括气囊。气囊能够变形,从而与人体咽喉部位保持紧密接触,并避免人体组织损伤。然而,示例实施方式不限于此。例如,罩体2还可以包括罩体本体和安装于罩体本体上的胶垫,通过胶垫与人体咽喉部位保持紧密接触,胶垫可选为硅胶垫。
