其中,限位机构180包括两个第二转轴1801,支撑座170的底端开设有开槽,且两个第二转轴1801分别固定安装在开槽的两侧;两个第二转轴1801上分别穿插有第一U形杆1802和第二U形杆1803,且第二U形杆1803位于第一U形杆1802的内部,第一U形杆1802和第二U形杆1803的两端均开设有一一对应的开孔;支撑座170一侧的中部穿插有插销1804,且插销1804与第一U形杆1802和第二U形杆1803相对应的开孔穿插连接,当需要调整水泵主体110的高度时,将插销1804拔出,通过第二转轴1801,可以根据调节的高度来转动第一U形杆1802和第二U形杆1803,第一U形杆1802和第二U形杆1803位置调节好后,将插销1804插入相对应的开孔,使得第一U形杆1802和第二U形杆1803固定,实现了水泵主体110高度的调整,提高了实用性。
其中,过滤板150为半圆形。
其中,分隔件1601靠近净水管140的一侧为倾斜设置,通过该设置,可以增大对扇叶1605的冲击力,提高了实用性。
工作时,在水泵主体110工作时,水泵主体110输送的水冲击到扇叶1605上,扇叶1605带动的第一转轴1602转动,第一转轴1602带动弧形杆1603转动,弧形杆1603带动刷毛1604在过滤板150上转动,在过滤板150过滤水的同时防止过滤的杂质堵塞过滤板150,保持过滤板150的正常工作,可以在
水泵主体110输送水的过程中疏通过滤板150,无需停机,节省了时间,清洁方便,当需要调整水泵主体110的高度时,将插销1804拔出,通过第二转轴1801,可以根据调节的高度来转动第一U形杆1802和第二U形杆1803,第一U形杆1802和第二U形杆1803位置调节好后,将插销1804插入相对应的开孔,使得第一U形杆1802和第二U形杆1803固定,实现了水泵主体110高度的调整,提高了实用性。

- 交联聚乙烯水泵,包括水泵主体(110),其特征在于,所述水泵主体(110)的一侧和顶端分别连通有进水管(120)和出水管(130),所述进水管(120)的顶部设置有净水管(140),所述净水管(140)内设置有过滤板(150),所述净水管(140)内还设置有用于疏通过滤板(150)的疏导机构(160),所述水泵主体(110)的底端固定设有支撑座(170),所述支撑座(170)上设置有调整水泵主体(110)高度的限位机构(180),所述水泵主体(110)、进水管(120)、出水管(130)、净水管(140)和支撑座(170)均为交联聚乙烯材料制成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯水泵,其特征在于,所述净水管(140)底部的出水口与进水管(120)顶部的进水口相通,所述过滤板(150)固定安装在净水管(140)与进水管(120)的连通处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯水泵,其特征在于,所述疏导机构(160)包括分隔件(1601),所述分隔件(1601)固定安装在净水管(140)内,且分隔件(1601)靠近净水管(140)一侧的进水口。
- 根据权利要求3所述的交联聚乙烯水泵,其特征在于,所述分隔件(1601)的顶端转动连接有第一转轴(1602),所述第一转轴(1602)的底端穿出分隔件(1601)并固定设有与过滤板(150)相匹配的弧形杆(1603)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的交联聚乙烯水泵,其特征在于,所述弧形杆(1603)的内侧固定设有用于疏通过滤板(150)的刷毛(1604),所述第一转轴(1602)顶部的边侧等弧固定设有若干扇叶(1605)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯水泵,其特征在于,所述限位机构(180)包括两个第二转轴(1801),所述支撑座(170)的底端开设有开槽,且两个第二转轴(1801)分别固定安装在开槽的两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯水泵,其特征在于,两个所述第二转轴(1801)上分别穿插有第一U形杆(1802)和第二U形杆(1803),且第二U形杆(1803)位于第一U形杆(1802)的内部,所述第一U形杆(1802)和第二U形杆(1803)的两端均开设有一一对应的开孔。
- 根据权利要求(7)所述的交联聚乙烯水泵,其特征在于,所述支撑座(170)一侧的中部穿插有插销(1804),且插销(1804)与第一U形 杆(1802)和第二U形杆(1803)相对应的开孔穿插连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯水泵,其特征在于,所述过滤板(150)为半圆形。
- 根据权利要求3所述的交联聚乙烯水泵,其特征在于,所述分隔件(1601)靠近净水管(140)的一侧为倾斜设置。
