灯条模组10的数目至少为2,其沿同一方向并排间隔设置;连接条20的数目至少为1,且每一连接条20均与所有灯条模组10可拆卸式固定;
每一灯条模组10均贯穿开设有若干第一孔组40,且同一灯条模组10上开设的第一孔组40的数目与连接条20的数目相对应;每一第一孔组40包括第一通孔41以及第一锁定孔42;
每一连接条20均贯穿开设有若干第二孔组50,且同一连接条20上开设的第二孔组50的数目与灯条模组10的数目相对应;第二孔组50包括第二通孔51以及第二锁定孔52,第二通孔51与第一锁定孔42的位置相对应,第二锁定孔52与第一通孔41的位置相对应;
锁定件30的数目与第二孔组50的数目相对应,锁定件30活动穿过第一通孔41,并可拆卸式固定于第二锁定孔52内,或者,锁定件30活动穿过第二通孔51,并可拆卸式固定于所述第一锁定孔内,使灯条模组10限位固定于锁定件30与连接条20之间。
本申请一个实施例提供的可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组,其通过设置连接条20用以实现对多个灯条模组10的固定,同时利用在灯条模组10以及连接条20的对应位置上分别贯穿开设第一孔组40以及第二孔组50,每一第一孔组40以及每一第二孔组50均包括有通孔以及锁定孔,且所述通孔以及锁定孔位置相对应,即使灯条模组10以及连接条20上同时具有对应配合的通孔以及锁定孔,使得锁定件30自所述LED光栅显示模组的正面或背面均可先穿过通孔,并固定于锁定孔内,锁定件30通过螺纹连接或卡扣连接等方式与所述锁定孔实现固定。
为确保显示效果,灯条模组10一般设置于LED光栅模组的正面一侧,当该LED光栅显示模组需要实现前安装及维护时,如图4所示,锁定件30自LED光栅模组的正面活动穿过第一通孔41并固定于第二锁定孔52内,安装及后续拆装维护时仅需自所述LED光栅显示模组的正面进行拆装操作;反之,当其需要实现后安装及维护时,如图5所示,锁定件30自LED光栅模组的背面活动穿过第二通孔51并固定于第一锁定孔42内,此时即可自所述LED光栅显示模组的背面进行拆装操作,使得产品能够满足不同安装场景的需求,且更换安装场景时无需进行结构变更即可实现前后安装的切换。
本申请实施例所述方案,其直接在灯条模组10以及连接条20上进行钻孔操作,充分利用现有结构,无需使用附加结构进行配合,结构简单,占用的空间和面积更少,可实现更高 的透光率,满足LED光栅显示设备对透光率的要求;同时钻孔操作其生产加工成本低,还可通过对相关产品进行改装得到,改装成本低,具有明显成本优势。
在此进行说明,在图中为选取所述可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组的局部结构作为示例进行说明,在实际应用中灯条模组10的数目可根据是所需尺寸、生产设备等限制进行调整,并非对灯条模组10进行限定。
作为一种可选实施方式,连接条20的数目至少为2,同一灯条模组10上开设的第一孔组40的数目至少为2,如图所示,若干连接条20沿灯条模组10的长度方向均匀设置,且每一连接条20均与灯条模组10垂直设置,以加强对灯条模组10的固定稳定性,使结构更为安全可靠。
可选地,在本实施例中,锁定件30为锁定螺丝,第一锁定孔42以及第二锁定孔52均为与所述锁定螺丝相匹配的螺孔。利用锁定螺丝与螺孔的配合实现锁附固定,固定更为牢固,可满足户外场景对结构稳定性的要求。
作为一种可选实施方式,所述可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组还包括主控组件60,请参照图6,图6为本申请一个实施例提供的主控组件局部结构示意图,主控组件60包括主控盒体61以及若干控制接口62,控制接口62的数目与灯条模组10的数目相对应,若干控制接口62沿主控盒体61的长度方向均匀设置,并对应与若干灯条模组10电性连接,用以对灯条模组10的工作进行控制,实现显示;在一实施例中,主控盒体61呈条状,其贯穿开设有若干第二孔组50,若干第二孔组50沿主控盒体61的长度方向均匀设置。主控盒体61设置第二孔组50,使得其能够与灯条模组10上的第一孔组40相配合,将主控盒体61与灯条模组10实现可拆卸式固定,实现结构一体化。
作为一种可选实施方式,请参照图1和图6,如图所示,在本实施例中,每一灯条模组10包括电控连接件13、灯板14以及灯板连接件15;电控连接件13设置有灯板接口(图未示),所述灯板接口活动插设于控制接口62并与其电性连接,使安装操作简便;灯板14的数目至少为2,灯板14沿同一方向并排间隔设置,且每一灯板14的端部均与电控连接件13固定并电性连接;在一实施例中,灯板14包括灯板本体以及若干凸起设置于所述灯板本体的LED灯珠,所述灯板本体呈条形,若干所述LED灯珠沿所述灯板本体的长度方向均匀设置;灯板连接件15的数目至少为2,其沿灯板14的长度方向均匀设置;每一灯板连接件15均与所有灯板14固定连接,以提高固定稳定性,且第一孔组40贯穿开设于电控连接件13和/或灯板连接件15,以与连接条20固定连接。
作为一种可选实施方式,在本实施例中,相邻两灯板14之间的距离与相邻两灯条模组10之间的距离相等,使外形美观度高。连接条20与灯板连接件15为金属制件或合金制件, 机械强度高。
实施例2
本申请实施例2提供一种LED光栅显示设备,其包括以上所述的可前后位数的LED光栅显示模组。
本申请实施例所述LED光栅显示设备,其通过所述LED光栅显示模组的结构进行改进,可实现前置安装维护或后置安装维护,满足不同安装场景的需求,拆装操作简便,制造成本低,且结构稳定性良好,满足户外场景对安全性能的要求。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组,其中,包括至少两个灯条模组、至少一个连接条以及锁定件;
    所有所述灯条模组沿同一方向并排间隔设置;每一所述连接条均与所有所述灯条模组可拆卸式固定;
    每一所述灯条模组均贯穿开设有若干第一孔组,且同一所述灯条模组上开设的第一孔组与所述连接条一一对应;每一所述第一孔组包括第一通孔以及第一锁定孔;
    每一所述连接条均贯穿开设有若干第二孔组,且同一所述连接条上开设的第二孔组与所述灯条模组一一对应;所述第二孔组包括第二通孔以及第二锁定孔,所述第二通孔与所述第一锁定孔的位置相对应,所述第二锁定孔与所述第一通孔的位置相对应;
    所述锁定件与所述第二孔组一一对应,所述锁定件活动穿过所述第一通孔,并可拆卸式固定于所述第二锁定孔内,或者,所述锁定件活动穿过所述第二通孔,并可拆卸式固定于所述第一锁定孔内,使所述灯条模组限位固定于所述锁定件与所述连接条之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组,其中,所述连接条的数目至少为2,同一所述灯条模组上开设的第一孔组的数目至少为2,其沿所述灯条模组的长度方向均匀设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组,其中,所述锁定件为锁定螺丝,所述第一锁定孔以及所述第二锁定孔均为与所述锁定螺丝相匹配的螺孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组,其中,还包括主控组件,所述主控组件包括主控盒体以及若干控制接口,所述控制接口的数目与所述灯条模组的数目相对应,若干所述控制接口沿所述主控盒体的长度方向均匀设置,并对应与若干所述灯条模组电性连接;所述主控盒体呈条状,其贯穿开设有若干第二孔组,若干所述第二孔组沿所述主控盒体的长度方向均匀设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组,其中,每一所述灯条模组包括电控连接件、灯板以及灯板连接件;所述电控连接件设置有灯板接口,所述灯板接口活动插设于所述控制接口并与其电性连接;所述灯板的数目至少为2,所述灯板沿同一方向并排间隔设置,且每一所述灯板的端部均与所述电控连接件固定并电性连接;每一所述灯板连接件均与所有所述灯板固定连接,且所述第一孔组贯穿开设于所述电控连接件和/或所述灯板连接件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组,其中,所述灯板连接件的数 目至少为2,其沿所述灯板的长度方向均匀设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组,其中,所述灯板包括灯板本体以及若干凸起设置于所述灯板本体的LED灯珠,所述灯板本体呈条形,若干所述LED灯珠沿所述灯板本体的长度方向均匀设置。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组,其中,相邻两所述灯板之间的距离与相邻两所述灯条模组之间的距离相等。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组,其中,所述连接条与所述灯板连接件为金属制件或合金制件。
  10. 一种LED光栅显示设备,其中,包括权利要求1-9任一所述的可前后维护的LED光栅显示模组。
