Description

一种运动诊疗床 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别涉及一种运动诊疗床。
背景技术
目前医疗市场中,对治疗患有各种急慢性损伤引起的腰椎间盘突出、行走无力、腿脚肌肉萎缩以及颈椎病等临床症状的诊疗床有很多,一般诊疗床的床板为固定式或可调式,以实现治疗师做手法治疗时摆放患者所需体位,此情况床板不能实现连续运动,而且是需要至少一名治疗师进行辅助治疗,因此这类诊疗床不能解放治疗师双手,使用起来费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种运动诊疗床,能够通过调节运动诊疗床,实现对患者腰椎、颈椎的屈伸、侧弯、旋转等功能的连续运动,达到运动治疗目的,以解放治疗师双手,省时省力。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的运动诊疗床,包括:
底架;
床体,设置在所述底架上,所述床体包括多个床板组件和多个驱动模块,各所述床板组件彼此间隔的相邻设置,以用于支撑人体的部分预设部位,所述驱动模块的数量与所述床板组件适配,各所述驱动模块用于分别连接并支撑各所述床板组件;
设定所述床板组件所在的空间具有互相垂直的第一方向、第二方向和第三方向,设定第一转轴平行于所述第一方向,设定第二转轴平行于所述第二方向,设定第三转轴平行于所述第三方向;
所述驱动模块包括第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和第三驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构用于驱动所述床板组件绕所述第二转轴旋转,所述第二驱动机构用于驱动所述床板组件绕所述第三转轴旋转,所述第三驱动机构用于驱动所述床板组件绕所述第一转轴旋转;以及
控制模块,用于控制所述第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和第三驱动机构中的一个或多个。
根据本发明的第一方面实施例的运动诊疗床,至少具有如下有益效果:通过设置多个床板组件分别用于人体头部、胸腔、骨盘的支撑固定,通过多个驱动模块与多个床板组件分别适配,基于控制模块分别独立控制各驱动模块,使得各驱动模块能够基于设定的逻辑分别适应性地调节各床板组件左右旋转、前后旋转和平面旋转,实现对患者腰椎、颈椎的屈伸、侧弯、旋转等功能的连续运动,达到运动治疗目的,以解放治疗师双手,省时省力。

根据本发明的第一方面实施例所述的运动诊疗床,所述床体还包括支架模块,所述支架 模块包括床支架、固定安装位、多个滑动安装位和多个滑动机构,所述滑动机构与所述滑动安装位的数量相适配,所述滑动机构用于驱动所述滑动安装位滑动,所述固定安装位用于安装其中一个所述驱动模块,其余的所述驱动模块分别安装于各所述滑动安装位,使相邻的所述床板组件之间的间隔大小可调。
根据本发明的第一方面实施例所述的运动诊疗床,所述滑动机构包括第四驱动组件、导轨和滑块,所述导轨沿平行于所述第二方向的方向设置在所述支架模块,所述滑块可滑动地设置在所述导轨,所述驱动模块安装于所述滑块,所述控制模块用于控制所述第四驱动组件,使所述第四驱动组件能够驱动所述滑块滑动。
根据本发明的第一方面实施例所述的运动诊疗床,所述底架与所述支架模块之间设置有升降机构,所述升降机构包括至少两个抬升组件,两个所述抬升组件用于驱动所述支架模块抬升、下降或倾斜预设角度。
根据本发明的第一方面实施例所述的运动诊疗床,所述床体还包括限位组件,所述限位组件用于辅助所述床板组件限位人体的其余部分部位。
根据本发明的第一方面实施例所述的运动诊疗床,所述限位组件包括用于支撑人体腿部的尾板模块、用于支撑人体手臂的扶手、用于固定人体胸腔、骨盘的绑带中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的第一方面实施例所述的运动诊疗床,所述限位组件包括用于支撑人体腿部的尾板模块,所述尾板模块包括用于支撑人体腿部的尾支架、伸缩机构和角度调节杆,所述尾支架的一端转动连接所述床支架,所述伸缩机构的一端连接所述床支架,所述伸缩机构的另一端连接所述尾支架的预设位置,所述角度调节杆与所述伸缩机构触动连接,通过所述角度调节杆驱动所述伸缩机构,以调节所述尾支架的摆放角度。

参照图1~图7,本发明第一方面实施例的运动诊疗床,更具体地说是一种帮助病人做康复治疗的运动诊疗床,运动诊疗床包括底架2、床体1以及控制模块。
设定床板组件12所在的空间具有互相垂直的第一方向、第二方向和第三方向,设定第一转轴平行于第一方向,设定第二转轴平行于第二方向,设定第三转轴平行于第三方向。在一些其他的实施例中,床板组件12可倾斜设置,则第一方向、第二方向和第三方向构成的坐标系均相应倾斜,以适应特殊的使用场合。在优选的实施例中,第一方向限定为重力方向及上 下方向,第二方向限定为前后方向,第三方向限定为左右方向,以形成常用的直角坐标系,控制模块的相应控制程序、公式和参数设置均基于该直角坐标系下运行,床板组件12水平放置,通过驱动模块驱动床板组件12能够更好地实现对患者腰椎、颈椎的屈伸、侧弯、旋转等功能的连续运动,达到运动治疗目的。
其中床体1设置在底架2上,床体1包括多个床板组件12和多个驱动模块,各床板组件12彼此间隔的相邻设置,以用于支撑人体的部分预设部位,驱动模块的数量与床板组件12适配,各驱动模块用于分别连接并支撑各床板组件12,驱动模块包括第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和第三驱动机构,第一驱动机构用于驱动床板组件12绕第二转轴旋转,第二驱动机构用于驱动床板组件12绕第三转轴旋转,第三驱动机构用于驱动床板组件12绕第一转轴旋转,控制模块用于控制第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和第三驱动机构中的一个或多个,使第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和第三驱动机构三者的动作相互独立,并分别按照预设的动作指令使相邻的多个床板组件12相互配合,实现对患者腰椎、颈椎的屈伸、侧弯、旋转等功能的自动化连续运动。通过设置多个床板组件12分别用于人体头部、胸腔、骨盘的支撑固定,通过多个驱动模块与多个床板组件12分别适配,基于控制模块分别独立控制各驱动模块,使得各驱动模块能够基于设定的逻辑分别适应性地调节各床板组件12左右旋转、前后旋转和平面旋转,实现对患者腰椎、颈椎的屈伸、侧弯、旋转等功能的连续运动,达到运动治疗目的,以解放治疗师双手,省时省力。
在本发明的一些实施例中,具体参照图3和图4,床板组件12包括第一连接板1215、第一连接件1214、十字万向节1202、支撑体1201和用于支撑的板体1218,第三驱动机构设置在板体1218,第三驱动机构包括第三驱动组件1217和第二连接板1216。可以理解的是,十字万向节1202允许被连接的零件之间的夹角在一定范围内变化,为满足动力传递、适应转向和上下跳动所造成的角度变化,十字万向节1202、第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构设置在支撑体1201,第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构连接十字万向节1202。
进一步的,具体参照图3和图4,板体1218的顶面用于支撑人体,则板体1218的底面可用于连接,第一连接板1215作为连接板体1218和驱动模块的中间过渡件设置在板体1218的底部,因此第一连接板1215固定连接板体1218。以第一转轴为转动轴线第一连接件1214与第一连接板1215转动连接,第一连接件1214的一端用于支撑板体1218,第一连接件1214的另一端连接十字万向节1202,使第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构能够分别驱动床板组件12绕第二转轴旋转、绕第三转轴旋转。
优选的,参照图4,第一连接件1214的具体结构可针对性设计,第一连接件1214的底端可设置为能够更好连接十字万向节1202的结构如四个连接脚,第一连接件1214的顶端可 设置为更好连接板体1218的平板面,基于四个连接脚与十字万向节1202的连接,使得第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构能够分别驱动床板组件12绕第二转轴旋转、绕第三转轴旋转,基于平板面能够保证在绕第二转轴旋转、绕第三转轴旋转时板体1218依然能正常工作,且基于第一连接件1214与第一连接板1215的转动连接,使得板体1218在绕第一转轴旋转时不影响第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构的正常工作。因此,第二连接板1216固定连接第一连接件1214,第三驱动组件1217的两端分别转动连接第一连接板1215和第二连接板1216,基于第二连接板1216的固定连接,第三驱动机构能够通过伸缩驱动第一连接板1215带动板体1218绕第一转轴旋转。
在本发明的一些实施例中,具体参照图3,第一驱动机构包括第一驱动组件1208、第一连接块1205、第二连接块1207、第一连接杆1204、第二连接杆1206、第二连接件1203。可以理解的是,支撑体1201作为承载平台始终保持相对固定的状态,为保证承载效果,优选的支撑体1201可水平设置,十字万向节1202可活动地设置在支撑体1201,第二连接件1203接收传递过来的驱动力并输出至十字万向节1202,第一连接杆1204和第二连接杆1206用于传递第一驱动组件1208的扭矩,则第一连接块1205和第二连接块1207作为转动连接的中间件。
具体的,参照图3和图4,十字万向节1202的一十字边固定连接在支撑体1201,十字万向节的另一十字边固定连接第一连接件1214、第二连接件1203;第一连接杆1204的一端固定连接在支撑体1201,第一连接杆1204的另一端与第一连接块1205转动连接;第二连接杆1206的一端固定连接第二连接件1203,第二连接杆1206的另一端与第二连接块1207转动连接;第一驱动组件1208的两端分别与第一连接块1205和第二连接块1207转动连接,基于十字万向节1202,第一驱动组件1208能够通过伸缩驱动板体1218绕第二转轴旋转。通过第一驱动组件1208将驱动力沿十字万向节1202输出至第一连接件1214,实现驱动板体1218旋转的效果。
在本发明的一些实施例中,具体参照图3,第一驱动机构与第二驱动机构在空间上错开设置,第二驱动机构包括第二驱动组件1213、第三连接块1210、第四连接块1212、第三连接杆1209、第四连接杆1211;可以理解的是,第一驱动机构与第二驱动机构的连接方式是类似的,第一驱动机构与第二驱动机构均位于板体1218的底部,在空间上第一连接杆1204、第二连接杆1206、第二连接件1203、三连接杆、第四连接杆1211互不干涉,以保证传动的合理。
具体的,第三连接杆1209的一端固定连接在支撑体1201,第三连接杆1209的另一端与第三连接块1210转动连接;第四连接杆1211的一端固定连接第二连接件1203,第四连接杆 1211的另一端与第四连接块1212转动连接;第二驱动组件1213的两端分别与第三连接块1210和第四连接块1212转动连接,基于十字万向节1202,第二驱动组件1213能够通过伸缩驱动板体1218绕第三转轴旋转。通过第二驱动组件1213将驱动力沿十字万向节1202输出至第一连接件1214,实现驱动板体1218旋转的效果。
优选的实施例中,第一驱动组件1208、第二驱动组件1213和第三驱动组件1217均可设置为伸缩电机,以减小整体体积的情况下实现驱动板体1218的多方向旋转。在另一些实施例中,第一驱动组件1208、第二驱动组件1213和第三驱动组件1217可设置为电机与伸缩传动件连接配合的结构形式,也能通过伸缩传动件的伸缩驱动板体1218旋转,在此不作进一步限定。
在本发明的一些实施例中,具体参照图5,床体1还包括支架模块11,支架模块11用于承载各驱动模块,驱动模块连接并承载床板组件12,以使床板组件12能够用于承载人体。支架模块11包括床支架1101、固定安装位1104、多个滑动安装位和多个滑动机构,滑动机构与滑动安装位的数量相适配,滑动机构用于驱动滑动安装位滑动,固定安装位1104用于安装其中一个驱动模块,其余的驱动模块分别安装于各滑动安装位,使相邻的床板组件12之间的间隔大小可调。优选的实施例中,驱动模块和床板组件12均设置三个,分别对应人体头部、胸腔、骨盘的支撑固定,则固定安装位1104设置在中间,位于固定安装位1104两侧的均为滑动安装位,滑动机构也分别设置在固定安装位1104两侧并分别连接各滑动安装位。通过滑动机构驱动滑动安装位滑动,即可实现前后两个床板组件12的水平移动,可调整以适应患者身高,也可以用于腰椎、颈椎的牵引。
具体的,继续参照图5,滑动机构包括第四驱动组件1106、导轨1102和滑块1103,导轨1102沿平行于第二方向的方向设置在支架模块11,以适应患者身高方向的调整,并保证了腰椎、颈椎的牵引的功能实现,滑块1103可滑动地设置在导轨1102,通过控制导轨1102的加工精度和导轨1102的加工方式,可以保证滑块1103稳定、精确地滑动,并通过将驱动模块和床板组件12分别安装于滑块1103,一个滑块1103对应承载一个驱动模块和床板组件12,即可基于控制模块控制第四驱动组件1106的控制方式,使第四驱动组件1106能够按照预设的指令和逻辑动作驱动滑块1103滑动。优选的,第四驱动组件1106包括伸缩电机和电机连接杆1105,伸缩电机的两端分别与两根电机连接杆1105转动连接,两根电机连接杆1105分别连接滑块1103和床支架1101,通过伸缩驱动滑块1103往复滑动。
在本发明的一些实施例中,具体参照图1和图7,底架2与支架模块11之间设置有升降机构21,升降机构21能够实现床体1的高度调节,方便治疗师使用。具体的,升降机构21包括至少两个抬升组件211,两个抬升组件211用于驱动支架模块11抬升、下降或倾斜预设 角度。可以理解的是,在初始状态下通过两个抬升组件211执行相同的指令动作,可以实现支架模块11的平稳抬升和下降,在通过两个抬升组件211独立执行不同的动作,可以实现倾斜角度的调节,在此可根据实际使用需求进行针对性控制。
在本发明的一些实施例中,具体参照图1和图2,床体1还包括限位组件,限位组件用于辅助床板组件12限位人体的其余部分部位。具体的,限位组件包括用于支撑人体腿部的尾板模块13、用于支撑人体手臂的扶手14、用于固定人体胸腔、骨盘的绑带中的一种或多种。可以理解的是,尾板模块13设置在床板组件12的尾部,扶手14分别设置在床板组件12的两侧,绑带可根据使用需求设置多组并分别位于各床板组件12的附近,以固定人体胸腔、骨盘。
其中,具体参照图6,尾板模块13包括用于支撑人体腿部的尾支架1301、伸缩机构1303和角度调节杆1304,尾支架1301的一端转动连接床支架1101,尾支架1301的一端作为摆动的基点,尾支架1301的后续摆动调节均基于此端。其中尾板1302放置于尾支架1301上,伸缩机构1303的一端连接床支架1101,伸缩机构1303的另一端连接尾支架1301的预设位置,伸缩机构1303与床支架1101和尾支架1301围成三角形的闭合结构,角度调节杆1304与伸缩机构1303触动连接,通过角度调节杆1304驱动伸缩机构1303,以调节尾支架1301的摆放角度,该角度调节杆1304可手动调节,也可以外接调节模块,并通过控制模块控制调节模块实现调节,在此不作进一步限定。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种运动诊疗床,其特征在于,包括:
    底架;
    床体,设置在所述底架上,所述床体包括多个床板组件和多个驱动模块,各所述床板组件彼此间隔的相邻设置,以用于支撑人体的部分预设部位,所述驱动模块的数量与所述床板组件适配,各所述驱动模块用于分别连接并支撑各所述床板组件;
    设定所述床板组件所在的空间具有互相垂直的第一方向、第二方向和第三方向,设定第一转轴平行于所述第一方向,设定第二转轴平行于所述第二方向,设定第三转轴平行于所述第三方向;
    所述驱动模块包括第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和第三驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构用于驱动所述床板组件绕所述第二转轴旋转,所述第二驱动机构用于驱动所述床板组件绕所述第三转轴旋转,所述第三驱动机构用于驱动所述床板组件绕所述第一转轴旋转;以及
    控制模块,用于控制所述第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和第三驱动机构中的一个或多个。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的运动诊疗床,其特征在于:所述床板组件包括第一连接板、第一连接件、十字万向节、支撑体和用于支撑的板体,所述第三驱动机构设置在所述板体,所述第三驱动机构包括第三驱动组件和第二连接板;
    所述十字万向节、所述第一驱动机构和所述第二驱动机构设置在所述支撑体,所述第一驱动机构和所述第二驱动机构连接所述十字万向节;
    所述第一连接板固定连接所述板体,以所述第一转轴为转动轴线所述第一连接件与所述第一连接板转动连接,所述第一连接件的一端用于支撑所述板体;
    所述第一连接件的另一端连接所述十字万向节,使所述第一驱动机构和所述第二驱动机构能够分别驱动所述床板组件绕所述第二转轴旋转、绕所述第三转轴旋转;
    所述第二连接板固定连接所述第一连接件,所述第三驱动组件的两端分别转动连接所述第一连接板和所述第二连接板,基于所述第二连接板的固定连接,所述第三驱动机构能够通过伸缩驱动所述第一连接板带动所述板体绕所述第一转轴旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的运动诊疗床,其特征在于:所述第一驱动机构包括第一驱动组件、第一连接块、第二连接块、第一连接杆、第二连接杆、第二连接件;
    所述十字万向节的一十字边固定连接在所述支撑体,所述十字万向节的另一十字边固定连接所述第一连接件、所述第二连接件;
    所述第一连接杆的一端固定连接在所述支撑体,所述第一连接杆的另一端与所述第一连接块转动连接;
    所述第二连接杆的一端固定连接所述第二连接件,所述第二连接杆的另一端与所述第二连接块转动连接;
    所述第一驱动组件的两端分别与所述第一连接块和所述第二连接块转动连接,基于所述十字万向节,所述第一驱动组件能够通过伸缩驱动所述板体绕所述第二转轴旋转。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的运动诊疗床,其特征在于:所述第一驱动机构与所述第二驱动机构在空间上错开设置,所述第二驱动机构包括第二驱动组件、第三连接块、第四连接块、第三连接杆、第四连接杆;
    所述第三连接杆的一端固定连接在所述支撑体,所述第三连接杆的另一端与所述第三连接块转动连接;
    所述第四连接杆的一端固定连接所述第二连接件,所述第四连接杆的另一端与所述第四连接块转动连接;
    所述第二驱动组件的两端分别与所述第三连接块和所述第四连接块转动连接,基于所述十字万向节,所述第二驱动组件能够通过伸缩驱动所述板体绕所述第三转轴旋转。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的运动诊疗床,其特征在于:所述床体还包括支架模块,所述支架模块包括床支架、固定安装位、多个滑动安装位和多个滑动机构,所述滑动机构与所述滑动安装位的数量相适配,所述滑动机构用于驱动所述滑动安装位滑动,所述固定安装位用于安装其中一个所述驱动模块,其余的所述驱动模块分别安装于各所述滑动安装位,使相邻的所述床板组件之间的间隔大小可调。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的运动诊疗床,其特征在于:所述滑动机构包括第四驱动组件、导轨和滑块,所述导轨沿平行于所述第二方向的方向设置在所述支架模块,所述滑块可滑动地设置在所述导轨,所述驱动模块安装于所述滑块,所述控制模块用于控制所述第四驱动组件,使所述第四驱动组件能够驱动所述滑块滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的运动诊疗床,其特征在于:所述底架与所述支架模块之间设置有升降机构,所述升降机构包括至少两个抬升组件,两个所述抬升组件用于驱动所述支架模块抬升、下降或倾斜预设角度。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的运动诊疗床,其特征在于:所述床体还包括限位组件,所述限位组件用于辅助所述床板组件限位人体的其余部分部位。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的运动诊疗床,其特征在于:所述限位组件包括用于支撑人体腿部的尾板模块、用于支撑人体手臂的扶手、用于固定人体胸腔、骨盘的绑带中的一种或多种。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的运动诊疗床,其特征在于:所述限位组件包括用于支撑人体腿部的尾板模块,所述尾板模块包括用于支撑人体腿部的尾支架、伸缩机构和角度调节杆, 所述尾支架的一端转动连接所述床支架,所述伸缩机构的一端连接所述床支架,所述伸缩机构的另一端连接所述尾支架的预设位置,所述角度调节杆与所述伸缩机构触动连接,通过所述角度调节杆驱动所述伸缩机构,以调节所述尾支架的摆放角度。
