When you encounter a problem in society, you may not be able to obtain reliable information even if you consult with an acquaintance or search the Internet about the problem. The contents of consultation here are harassment (power harassment, sexual harassment, etc.), legal issues such as registration and divorce, tax issues such as inheritance, medical issues such as health and illness, business plans and cash flow. There are management issues. For example, there is a problem that if a person suffers from harassment or the like in the workplace, it is difficult to obtain reliable information such as whether the damage violates the law (or whether it can be resolved by law).
Alternatively or in addition to this task, even if you try to consult a specific type of expert (such as a lawyer, doctor, management consultant, etc.) about a certain problem (such as damage), There is a problem of not knowing who the expert is and which expert to consult (for example, a lawyer does not know which attorney to consult).
To address this problem, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses that a lawyer matching server receives information on legal consultation input from a customer terminal and evidence materials corresponding thereto, selects a lawyer, and matches the client with the client. Although it is described, there is a problem that the selection method is black boxed from the customer and they do not know whether the really appropriate lawyer is proposed.
The present embodiment has been made in view of the above problems, and reduces the burden of obtaining reliable information to deal with the target problem and/or the burden of searching for a specialist who consults the target problem. It is an object of the present invention to provide an information processing system, an information processing method, and a program that make it possible to reduce the load.
Each embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. However, more detailed description than necessary may be omitted. For example, detailed descriptions of well-known matters and redundant descriptions of substantially the same configurations may be omitted. This is to avoid unnecessary verbosity in the following description and to facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art. In one embodiment described below, the expert is described as being a lawyer as an example.
First, a mechanism newly conceived by the inventor of the present application will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the mechanism of this embodiment. In FIG. 1, the mechanism of this embodiment will be described below for each zone. Hereinafter, the unique digital money used in this embodiment will be referred to as a unique token, and the economic zone created by this unique token will be referred to as a unique token economy. The original token as “digital money” here is a token issued on the blockchain, and may be any of the following three types, for example.
(1) Just a digital point token (2) A token as a prepaid payment method under the Payment Services Act (3) A token as a crypto asset under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act
<Zone 1>
A product (for example, a statement of opinion or a right certificate) generated between the attorney P1 and the client P2 is recorded on the blockchain. A written opinion is also called a written opinion. Attorney P1 to client P2 records the deliverable (for example, written opinion or right certificate) in the form of Non-Fungible Token (hereinafter referred to as NFT) as non-substitutable proof in the block chain. As a result, the deliverable (for example, written opinion and right certificate) belongs to the client P2.
The client P2 pays the lawyer P1, for example, a performance fee, and client P2 records the evaluation data (for example, the number of stars) of the lawyer P1 on the blockchain by the client P2. In addition, the client P2 tipped, for example, a unique token to the attorney P1 with, for example, a comment by the client P2, so that the movement of the unique token from the client P2 to the attorney P1 is recorded in the block chain. This valuation and unique token are thereby attributed to attorney P1.
<Second Zone>
A third party P3 who is not related to the attorney P1 or the client P2 is a deliverable (for example, a statement of opinion or a right certificate) recorded in the blockchain via the Internet in a state where the attorney P1 or the client P2 is unknown. Refer to the electronic data of For example, when the third party P3 is in the same situation as the client P2, it is encouraging to obtain reference information. In this way, the third party P3 can view and understand the electronic data of the expert's deliverables (for example, a written opinion), so the burden of obtaining reliable information to deal with the target problem is reduced. can be reduced. In addition or alternatively, the third party P3 can view and understand information about experts who have created deliverables (e.g., written opinions) on issues targeted by the third party P3. It can reduce the burden of searching for an expert to consult about the problem.
<Third Zone>
The information attributed to the lawyer (here e.g. ratings, comments, tips) is stored on the blockchain and can be viewed by anyone. As a result, the potential client P4 can know the past client's evaluation of the lawyer who may be requested from now on.
Lawyer P1's fellow trader P5, for example, in order to support the lawyer P1 in the same trade or in return for receiving help, for example, by donating a unique token to the lawyer P1, the trader P5 can transfer the unique token from the trader P5 to the lawyer P1. Movements are recorded on the blockchain. As a result, the same trader P5 can support the lawyer P1 in the same trade and give a reward for receiving help.
It should be noted that not only the competitor P5, but also a third party, for example, giving a tip to the attorney P1 in order to support the attorney P1 or in return for receiving help, from the competitor P5 to the attorney P1, a unique token can be transferred. Record your movements on the blockchain. As a result, the third party can support the lawyer P1 or give him a reward for receiving help.
<4th Zone>
The third party P6, who sympathized with the situation of the client P2, in order to support the client P2, tipped the original token to the client P2 so that the third party P6 could support the client P2. The movement of unique tokens to P2 is recorded on the blockchain. The amount of unique tokens attributed to client P2 thereby reflects the amount of support from the third party. In addition, the number of times and the amount of unique tokens given are visualized, and anyone can grasp the number of times and the amount of support for the client P2.
<5th Zone>

As an example, the file name is described in the item of name, and as an example, the field targeted by the written opinion is described in the item of description. be. This attribute data is also uploaded to IPFS.
Furthermore, as an example, the attribute data storage location is described in the uri item included in the token metadata. In the token metadata, the NFT ID that identifies the NFT is described in the NFT-ID item, and the wallet address of attorney P1 who created the written opinion is described in the expert item as an example, and the written opinion is created. As an example, the wallet address of the requester P2 who requested the request is described in the item of client (requester). Thus, in one aspect, the information for specifying the storage location of the electronic data of the deliverable is described by a URI, and the storage location of the electronic data of the deliverable is stored in the storage location specified by the URI. data indicating is stored.
FIG. 5 is a conceptual diagram showing an example of the content of the distributed ledger for deliverables. As shown in FIG. 5, block Bi (where i is a natural number) stores the hash value and transaction of the previous block, and block Bi+1 stores the hash value and transaction of block Bi. , block B−i+2 stores the hash value and transaction of block B−i+1, and block B−i+3 stores the hash value and transaction of block B−i+2. Transactions include, for example, the token metadata generated in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the storage 93 is the IPFS storage shown in FIG. 4, and stores attribute data files and opinion data files corresponding to the attribute data. When viewed from the storage 93 side, it is unknown to which token metadata these files belong. A URI indicating the storage location of the attribute data file is recorded in the token metadata of the distributed ledger 91 for deliverables.
Note that the URI indicates the storage location of the file of the attribute data (the attribute data includes the storage location of the written opinion data). may be indicated. That is, the URI is an example of information for specifying (directly or indirectly) the storage location of the electronic data of the deliverable (here, the statement of opinion as an example).
As a result, when a new NFT for written opinion data is issued, the token metadata in FIG. 4 is stored in the distributed ledger 91 for deliverables, and the attribute data and written opinion data in FIG. . Although the attribute data and/or written opinion data in FIG. 4 have been described as being stored in the storage 93, they may be stored in the distributed ledger 91 for deliverables.
The output unit 862 outputs, in response to a request from the third party P3, information on the electronic data of the deliverable and/or the expert (for example, the attorney P1) who created the electronic data of the deliverable. The output unit 862 controls the transmission of this data to the terminal 3 used by the third party P3, and the terminal 3 that receives this data uses this data to use the electronic data of the deliverable and/or the expert (for example, Display information about attorney P1).
As a result, the third party P3 can view and understand the electronic data of the deliverables (eg, written opinion) of the expert (eg, attorney P1). It is possible to reduce the burden of acquisition. In addition or alternatively, the third party P3 may browse and grasp information related to the expert (e.g. lawyer P1) who created the deliverable (e.g. written opinion) on the problem targeted by the third party P3. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the burden of searching for an expert (for example, lawyer P1) to consult about the target problem.
On the other hand, the deliverables (for example, written opinion) created by attorney P1 can be viewed by anyone, so attorney P1 can publicize them as proof of their own achievements.
The first recording unit 863 responds to a request from a client P2 or a user (for example, peer P5) who holds the unique token in a wallet to grant the unique token to the expert (for example, attorney P1). A transaction associated with the wallet address of P2 or the user (eg peer P5), the wallet address of the expert (eg attorney P1), and the amount of unique tokens to be granted is recorded in the unique token distributed ledger 92 .
Fig. 6 is a conceptual diagram showing an example of the contents of the distributed ledger for the unique token. As shown in FIG. 6, block Bj (j is a natural number) stores the hash value and transaction of the previous block, and block Bj+1 stores the hash value and transaction of block Bj. , block Bj+2 stores the hash value and transaction of block Bj+1, and block Bj+3 stores the hash value and transaction of block Bj+2.
For example, in the transaction in the block of FIG. 6, the wallet address of the client P2 or user (e.g. peer P5) is recorded as the sender's wallet address and the expert's (e.g. attorney P1) wallet address is recorded as the recipient's wallet address. , and the amount of unique tokens given to the expert (eg, attorney P1) by client P2 or user (eg, peer P5) is recorded.
As a result, the unique token given by the client P2 or the user (for example, peer P5) is added to the wallet address of the client P2. This makes it possible to visualize the number and amount of unique tokens granted. The number of times unique tokens have been granted represents the number of positive evaluations or support, and the amount of unique tokens represents the degree of positive evaluation or support, so the expert (for example, lawyer P1) has a positive evaluation. Anyone can grasp the number of times and the degree of cheering.
The acquisition unit 864 acquires from the client P2 an evaluation and/or a comment on the expert (eg, attorney P1) along with a request for granting the unique token to the expert (eg, attorney P1). In this case, the first recording unit 863 uses the acquired evaluation and/or comment as metadata, the wallet address of the client P2, the wallet address of the expert (for example, the attorney P1), and the unique token to be given. It is recorded in the distributed ledger for the unique token in association with the amount.
Specifically, for example, like the metadata of block Bj in FIG. The evaluation may be recorded as metadata without any comments made by the client P2 to the expert (eg, attorney P1), such as the metadata in block B-j+2 of FIG. Like the j+3 metadata, the comments may be recorded as metadata without the evaluation made by client P2 to the expert (eg, attorney P1).
As a result, anyone can refer to the evaluation and/or comments of the expert (for example, the lawyer P1) and use it as a reference when selecting an expert, thereby facilitating the selection of an expert. .
The second recording unit 865 stores the wallet address of the user, the requester P2 in response to a request from a user (for example, a third party P6) who holds the unique token in the wallet to give the requester P2 the unique token. Record the transaction associated with the wallet address of and the amount of the original token to be granted in the distributed ledger for the original token. However, the request to be granted to the client P2 may include the amount of unique tokens to be granted. Further, the request to be granted to the requester P2 may not include the amount of unique tokens to be granted, and in that case, the amount of unique tokens to be granted may be determined in advance.
For example, in the transaction in block Bj+1 of FIG. 6, the wallet address of third party P6 is recorded as the wallet address of the sender, the wallet address of requester P2 is recorded as the The amount of unique tokens granted from P6 to client P2 is recorded. Also, in this case, the metadata in block Bj+1 may not contain any data.
As a result, a user (for example, a third party P6) who sympathizes with client P2 can grant a unique token to client P2, and support client P2 in the form of granting a unique token. In addition, since it is recorded in the blockchain, anyone can know the number and amount of unique tokens granted to client P2, so it is It is possible to visualize the degree of

<Advertisement output example 1>
As one aspect, when a user (for example, a third party P3, etc.) searches for a product recorded in a block chain, for example, an advertisement of an expert (for example, a lawyer) who created the electronic data of the product is displayed. can be
In order to realize this, in the storage device 83, expert identification information (for example, an expert ID) that identifies an expert as an advertiser is associated with advertisement data (for example, an advertisement data file) of the expert. may be stored. Here, an example of data configuration will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a first example of the configuration of a table stored in the storage device 83. As shown in FIG. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the storage device 83 may store a table T1 in which records of combinations of expert IDs, names of the experts, and file names of advertisement data are accumulated. The storage device 83 may store a file indicated by the file name of the advertisement data (for example, an image file advertising the expert).
In this case, the output unit 862 may include the advertisement data of the expert who created the electronic data of the deliverable (eg written opinion) in the data to be output. As a result, for example, when a product (eg, written opinion) is displayed on the terminal 3 used by the third party P3, the advertisement data of the expert who created the product (eg, written opinion) is displayed together. Therefore, an advertisement can be effectively put out to a user who is in trouble, and the appealing effect of the advertisement of the expert can be enhanced.
<Advertisement output example 2>
As another aspect, when a user (for example, a third party P3, etc.) searches for, for example, a product recorded in a block chain, an advertisement of another expert (for example, a lawyer) who specializes in the field of the product may be displayed.
In order to realize this, as one aspect, the storage device 83 stores expert identification information (for example, expert ID) that identifies an expert (for example, a lawyer) as an advertiser, and a specialized field (for example, , power harassment, sexual harassment, etc.) and the advertisement data of the expert may be stored in association with each other. Here, an example of data configuration will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a second example of the configuration of the table stored in the storage device 83. As shown in FIG. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the storage device 83 stores a table T2 in which sets of records of an expert ID, the name of the expert, the field of expertise of the expert, and the file name of the advertisement data are stored. In that case, the storage device 83 may store a file indicated by the file name of the advertisement data (for example, an image file advertising the expert).
When recording the electronic data of the deliverable in the distributed ledger 91 for the deliverable, the NFT recording unit 861 associates the electronic data of the deliverable with the field of the deliverable (for example, power harassment) in the distributed ledger 91 for the deliverable. may be recorded in In one aspect, this field (e.g., power harassment) is recorded in the item “description” of a JSON-structured text file uploaded to the IPFS (Inter Planetary File System) used in the blockchain, as shown in Figure 5. may have been
In this case, the output unit 862 refers to the storage device 83 and includes in the data to be output advertisement data of an expert who has a specialized field corresponding to the field associated with the deliverable (for example, written opinion). good too. As a result, for example, when a product (for example, a written opinion) is displayed on the terminal 3 used by the third party P3, it is possible to display an advertisement of another expert who specializes in the field of the product. Therefore, an advertisement can be effectively put out to a user who is in trouble in the relevant field, and the appealing effect of another expert's advertisement can be enhanced.
