本发明的实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本申请可用以实施的特定实施例。本申请所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本申请,而非用以限制本申请。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。在附图中,为了清晰理解和便于描述,夸大了一些层和区域的厚度。即附图中示出的每个组件的尺寸和厚度是任意示出的,但是本申请不限于此。
针对现有车载显示屏的成本较高的问题,本申请发明人发现主要是由于汽车整机设计不同,相同可视区尺寸的车载显示屏往往也会有很多的外形尺寸。对于外形尺寸不同的机种,都需要制作专用背光模具,而开模需要较高的成本,进而导致车载显示屏的成本较高且管控难度较大。
为此,本申请发明人提出了一种背光模组和显示面板以解决上述车载显示屏的成本较高的问题。
具体地,请结合参照图1至图6,图1为本申请实施例提供的背光模组的部分结构示意图,图2为图1中背光模组的拆分结构示意图,图3为图2中M处的放大结构示意图,图4为图2中加宽构件的细节结构示意图,图5为本申请实施例提供的背光模组的剖面结构示意图,图6为本申请实施例提供加宽构件与外框组合的细节结构示意图。所述背光模组100包括背板10和加宽构件20,所述背板10包括底板11以及与所述底板11固定连接的外框12,所述外框12环绕所述底板11以形成容纳腔111。所述加宽构件20设置于所述外框12背离所述容纳腔111的至少一侧,并与所述外框12可拆卸连接。
通过设置与外框12可拆卸连接的加宽构件20,使得外框12的整体宽度可调节,如此在应对可视区域尺寸相同但外形尺寸不同的车载显示屏时,仅需更换加宽构件20就可以满足整体外形尺寸要求,可以共用外框12,进而共用外框12模具,显著减少背光外框12开模数量,降低了背光成本。
可选地,所述底板11为钣金材底板,所述外框12为胶框材外框,所述外框12与所述底板11之间可通过螺钉等方式实现固定连接,但本申请不限于此,本申请的所述外框12和所述底板11还可一体式设置,实现胶铁一体的背板10。所述外框12环绕所述底板11以形成容纳腔111,所述背光模组100还包括设置在所述容纳腔111内的光源、光学膜片等。所述光源可采用侧入式或直下式设置,所述光学膜片包括反射片、导光板、扩散片以及增亮膜等。
所述外框12上设置有第一滑槽121,所述加宽构件20在对应所述第一滑槽121的位置设置有第一凸台21,所述第一凸台21收容在所述第一滑槽121内且能够在所述第一滑槽121内滑动,使所述加宽构件20和所述外框12可拆卸地连接在一块,当然地,所述加宽构件20和所述外框12的连接方式不限于此,比如所述加宽构件20和所述外框12还可通过螺钉、焊接、粘结等方式实现固定连接。可选地,所述加宽构件20可为金属、塑料等材料加工成的机构件。
需要说明的是,所述外框12环绕所述底板,所述外框12的形状可根据实际需求设置为四边形、圆形等,本申请以所述外框12的形状为四边形为例说明,则所述外框12包括四个边框,所述加宽构件20设置在所述外框12的边框上,使得所述外框12的宽度可根据实际需求进行调节。同时所述加宽构件20可根据实际要实现的外框宽度,把所述加宽构件20设置在所述外框12的至少一个边框上,也即所述加宽构件20设置于所述外框12背离所述容纳腔111的至少一侧。
下面将以一具体实施方式来阐述如何使所述加宽构件20和所述外框12固定连接:
可选地,所述外框12的所述第一滑槽121包括相互贯通的第一子槽1211和第二子槽1212,相对应地,所述加宽构件20的所述第一凸台21包括固定连接的第一子凸台211和第二子凸台212,所述第一子凸台211收容在所述第一子槽1211内且能够在所述第一子槽1211内滑动,所述第二子凸台212收容在所述第二子槽1212内且能够在所述第二子槽1212内滑动。
可选地,所述第一子槽1211的开口尺寸大于所述第二子槽1212的开口尺寸,且所述第二子槽1212位于所述第一子槽1211远离所述容纳腔111的一侧,使得所述第一滑槽121整体呈凸字形设计。相对应地,所述第一凸台21整体呈T形设计,如此当所述第一凸台21收容到所述第一滑槽121内后,可使得所述加宽构件20不会相对与其连接的所述外框12发生上下和前后移动。
可以理解的是,所述第一子槽1211和所述第二子槽1212的设置不限于此,比如在另一种实施例中,所述第一子槽1211的开口尺寸也可小于所述第二子槽1212的开口尺寸,所述第一凸台21仍收容在所述第一滑槽121内,但此时为了避免所述加宽构件20相对与其连接的所述外框12发生前后移动,可在所述第一凸台21或所述第一滑槽121的内壁上设置卡合构件等阻挡件。
另外,当所述第一子槽1211的开口尺寸大于所述第二子槽1212的开口尺寸时,在朝着远离所述容纳腔111的方向上,所述外框12的所述第一滑槽121的开口尺寸由大变小,此时所述加宽构件20的所述第一凸台21不能朝着所述容纳腔111的方向安装进所述第一滑槽121内。因此需要使所述加宽构件20沿着与其连接的所述外框12的长度方向X滑进所述第一滑槽121内,如图2所示。具体而言,在沿着所述外框12的长度方向X,所述第一滑槽121贯穿所述外框12的至少一侧,使得所述第一凸台21能够沿着所述外框12的长度方向X滑进所述第一滑槽121。
需要说明的是,本申请定义所述外框12在沿垂直于所述底板11所在平面的方向上的厚度为所述外框12的高度,所述外框12在沿平行于所述底板11所在平面且垂直于所述长度方向X上的厚度为所述外框12的宽度,其中本申请提及的“上下”即为沿所述外框12的高度方向,“前后”即为沿所述外框12的宽度方向,而“左右”即为沿所述外框12的长度方向。
为了避免所述加宽构件20相对与其连接的所述外框12发生左右移动,所述外框12上还设置有挡块123,所述第一滑槽121截止于所述挡块123。也即沿着所述外框12的长度方向X,所述外框12的一侧设置有所述挡块123,而与所述挡块123相对的一侧裸露出所述第一滑槽121。如此所述加宽构件20的所述第一凸台21滑进所述第一滑槽121后,会被所述挡块123阻挡。
当然地,在所述第一凸台21滑进所述第一滑槽121后,为了避免所述加宽构件20朝着背离所述加宽构件20滑动方向移动,可在所述第一滑槽121的内壁上或所述第一凸台21上设置卡合结构。具体而言,可选地,所述第二子槽1212的内壁上设置有多个第二凸台122,所述第二子凸台212在对应所述第二凸台122的位置设置有第二凹槽22,所述第二凸台122位于所述第二凹槽22内。所述第二凸台122的纵截面形状为直角倒梯形,其中所述直角倒梯形的直角边靠近所述挡块123,如此可方便所述加宽构件20与所述外框12的组装,且能避免所述加宽构件20和所述外框12组装后发生滑动。
可选地,所述第二凸台122的宽度小于所述第二凹槽22的宽度,所述第二凸台122的高度小于所述第二凹槽22的深度。比如所述第二凸台122的宽度可设置为1毫米至2毫米,所述第二凸台122的高度可设置为0.5毫米至1毫米,相邻两个所述第二凸台122的间距可设置为30毫米至50毫米。相对应地,所述第二凹槽22的宽度可设置为1.5毫米至2.5毫米。其中所述第二凸台122和所述第二凹槽22的具体数量取决于所述外框12的长度,比如对于长度较长的外框12,所述第二凸台122的数量可设置6至7个,对于长度较短的外框12,所述第二凸台122的数量可设置4至5个。
进一步地,为了使所述加宽构件20能够顺畅地滑进所述外框12内,所述外框12在远离所述挡块123的一侧还设置有第一倒角124,相对应地,所述加宽构件20在靠近所述挡块123的一侧设置有第二倒角23。
在本实施例中,通过设置与外框12固定连接的加宽构件20,使得外框12的整体宽度可调节,如此在应对可视区域尺寸相同但外形尺寸不同的车载显示屏时,仅需更换加宽构件20就可以满足整体外形尺寸要求,可以共用外框12,进而共用外框模具,显著减少背光外框开模数量,降低了背光成本。同时采用侧边滑入式设计使所述加宽构件20滑进所述外框12内,具有易于加工、组装以及结构牢固的优势。
在一种实施例中,与上述实施例不同的是,在所述外框12背离所述容纳腔111的一侧可设置多个所述加宽构件20,多个所述加宽构件20之间可拆卸连接。如此通过让多个所述加宽构件20彼此可拆卸连接地组合在一块,并于所述外框12可拆卸连接,使得所述外框12的宽度可调节范围更宽泛、更灵活。其中可选地,多个所述加宽构件20的宽度可以相同或不同。其他说明请参照上述实施例,在此不再赘述。
在另一种实施例中,与上述实施例不同的是,所述加宽构件20设置在所述外框12背离所述容纳腔111的相对两侧,两侧的所述加宽构件20的宽度也可相同或不同。如此在对于要实现特定外形尺寸的外框时,能够有更多可选择的搭配方案,使得所述外框12的设计更为灵活,且不用设计过多尺寸的所述加宽构件20。其他说明请参照上述实施例,在此不再赘述。
基于同一发明构思,本申请实施例还提供一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括上述实施例其中之一的背光模组100。具体而言,所述显示面板还包括设置在所述背光模组100出光方向上的液晶盒、设置于所述液晶盒和所述背光模组100之间的下偏光片以及设置于所述液晶盒远离所述背光模组100一侧的上偏光片。其中所述液晶盒包括相对设置的阵列基板和彩膜基板,以及设置在所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板之间的液晶分子。
根据上述实施例可知:
本申请提供一种背光模组和显示面板,该背光模组包括背板和加宽构件,所述背板包括底板以及与所述底板固定连接的外框,所述外框环绕所述底板以形成容纳腔。所述加宽构件设置于所述外框背离所述容纳腔的至少一侧,并与所述外框可拆卸连接。通过设置与外框固定连接的加宽构件,使得外框的整体宽度可调节,如此在应对可视区域尺寸相同但外形尺寸不同的车载显示屏时,仅需更换加宽构件就可以满足整体外形尺寸要求,可以共用外框,进而共用外框模具,显著减少背光外框开模数量,降低了背光成本。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种背光模组,其包括:
    背板,包括底板以及与所述底板固定连接的外框,所述外框环绕所述底板以形成容纳腔;以及
    加宽构件,设置于所述外框背离所述容纳腔的至少一侧,并与所述外框可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述外框上设置有第一滑槽,所述加宽构件在对应所述第一滑槽的位置设置有第一凸台,所述第一凸台收容在所述第一滑槽内且能够在所述第一滑槽内滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一滑槽包括相互贯通的第一子槽和第二子槽,所述第一凸台包括固定连接的第一子凸台和第二子凸台,所述第一子凸台收容在所述第一子槽内且能够在所述第一子槽内滑动,所述第二子凸台收容在所述第二子槽内且能够在所述第二子槽内滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一子槽的开口尺寸大于所述第二子槽的开口尺寸,且所述第二子槽位于所述第一子槽远离所述容纳腔的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述第二子槽的内壁上设置有多个第二凸台,所述第二子凸台在对应所述第二凸台的位置设置有第二凹槽,一个所述第二凸台位于一个所述第二凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其中,所述外框上还设置有挡块,所述第一滑槽截止于所述挡块。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其中,所述第二凸台的纵截面形状为直角倒梯形,其中所述直角倒梯形的直角边靠近所述挡块。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其中,所述外框在远离所述挡块的一侧还设置有第一倒角,所述加宽构件在靠近所述挡块的一侧设置有第二倒角。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其中,所述第二凸台的宽度小于所述第二凹槽的宽度,所述第二凸台的高度小于所述第二凹槽的深度。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其中,相邻两个所述第二凸台之间的间隔为30毫米至50毫米。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,多个所述加宽构件设置在所述外框背离所述容纳腔的一侧,且多个所述加宽构件之间可拆卸连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的背光模组,其中,多个所述加宽构件的宽度不同。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述加宽构件设置在所述外框背离所述容纳腔的相对两侧,两侧的所述加宽构件的宽度相同或不同。
  14. 一种显示面板,其包括背光模组以及设置于所述背光模组出光方向上的液晶盒,所述背光模组包括:
    背板,包括底板以及与所述底板固定连接的外框,所述外框环绕所述底板以形成容纳腔;以及
    加宽构件,设置于所述外框背离所述容纳腔的至少一侧,并与所述外框可拆卸连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示面板,其中,所述外框上设置有第一滑槽,所述加宽构件在对应所述第一滑槽的位置设置有第一凸台,所述第一凸台收容在所述第一滑槽内且能够在所述第一滑槽内滑动。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一滑槽包括相互贯通的第一子槽和第二子槽,所述第一凸台包括固定连接的第一子凸台和第二子凸台,所述第一子凸台收容在所述第一子槽内且能够在所述第一子槽内滑动,所述第二子凸台收容在所述第二子槽内且能够在所述第二子槽内滑动。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一子槽的开口尺寸大于所述第二子槽的开口尺寸,且所述第二子槽位于所述第一子槽远离所述容纳腔的一侧。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二子槽的内壁上设置有多个第二凸台,所述第二子凸台在对应所述第二凸台的位置设置有第二凹槽,一个所述第二凸台位于一个所述第二凹槽内。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的显示面板,其中,所述外框上还设置有挡块,所述第一滑槽截止于所述挡块。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的显示面板,其中,所述外框在远离所述挡块的一侧还设置有第一倒角,所述加宽构件在靠近所述挡块的一侧设置有第二倒角。
