Description

一种打草机传动机构
本申请要求于2022年2月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为202220421798.7、发明名称为“一种打草机传动机构”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及打草装置技术领域,具体涉及一种打草机传动机构。
背景技术
如图1所示,现有技术中的打草机由汽油机7提供动力源,利用皮带9传动连接打草头2,并利用张紧轮8将皮带9张紧,从而达到将汽油机7的动力传递给打草头2驱动打草头2转动以进行打草作业的目的。
但是,上述打草机存在的不足之处在于:皮带容易打滑,由于皮带与打草头连接,使得打草头无法转动以改变作业角度,且利用张紧轮对皮带进行张紧,结构复杂。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种打草机传动机构,以解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种打草机传动机构,包括:
机架;
打草头,其设置在所述机架上,其可在所述机架上绕其旋转中心在预设角度α范围内转动;
动力源,其固定设置在所述机架上;
电机,其与所述动力源电连接,其动力输出端与所述打草头的动力输入端传动连接,且其可随着所述打草头一起转动;以及
锁定组件,其固定设置在所述机架上,其用于对所述打草头进行锁定。
进一步地,所述锁定组件包括:
限位盘,两个所述限位盘相对设置在所述机架上并与所述机架固定连接,所述打草头的两侧通过连接轴与两个所述限位盘转动连接,且至少一个所述限位盘上设置有弧形限位槽;
限位杆,其第一端与所述打草头固定连接、第二端滑动插设在所述弧形限位槽内;以及
锁定手柄,其设置在所述限位盘的远离所述打草头的一侧并与所述限位杆的所述第二端螺纹连接。
进一步地,所述限位槽上均匀设置有多个限位孔,所述限位孔的内径大于所述限位槽的宽度,所述锁定手柄的面向所述限位杆的一端设置有与所述限位孔相适应的限位部。
进一步地,所述限位孔的数量为四个。
进一步地,所述动力源为发电机或蓄电池。
进一步地,所述预设角度α≤90°。
进一步地,所述预设角度α=90°。
进一步地,所述弧形限位槽与所述限位杆相适应。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所提供的打草机传动机构,通过设置动力源给电机提供电能,利用电机直接驱动打草头转动,且电机和打草头均可在机架上在预设角度α范围内转动,从而达到了改变打草头的工作角度以满足不同工作情况的需要的目的,且由于省去了皮带和张紧轮,结构简单,且不会存在皮带打滑的情况。

如图2-3所示,本发明提供一种打草机传动机构,包括机架1、打草头2、动力源3、电机4和锁定组件5。
其中,打草头2转动安装在机架1上,打草头2可在机架1上绕其旋转中心在预设角度α范围内转动。动力源3固定安装在机架1上,其用于提供动力。优选地,动力源3与机架1可拆卸连接以便于拆卸、更换或修理动力源3。电机4与动力源3电连接,电机4的动力输出端与打草头2的动力输入端传动连接,且电机4可随着打草头2一起转动。具体地,电机4通过螺栓固定连接在打草头2上,电机4的动力输出轴与打草头2的动力输入轴固定连接。锁定组件5固定安装在机架1上,其用于对打草头2进行锁定。优选地,机架1上设置有脚轮6,以便于推着打草机进行打草作业。
使用时,利用动力源3提供动力,驱动电机4转动,电机4驱动打草头2转动,从而达到打草的目的。且由于使用电机4直接驱动打草头2转动,且打草头2和打草头2均可在机架1上在预设角度范围内转动,因此,可以改变打草头2的工作角度以满足不同工作情况的需要。
在一个实施例中,锁定组件5包括限位盘51、限位杆52和锁定手柄53。
限位盘51的数量为两个,上述两个限位盘51相对设置在机架1上并与机架1固定连接,打草头2的两侧通过连接轴21与两个限位盘51转动连接,且至少一个限位盘51上开设有弧形限位槽511。限位杆52的第一端与打草头2固定连接、第二端滑动插设在弧形限位槽511内。在这里需要说明的是,限位杆52穿过弧形限位槽511。锁定手柄53安装在限位盘 51的远离打草头2的一侧并与限位杆52的第二端螺纹连接。
当需要调节打草头2的工作角度时,拧松锁定手柄53,当将打草头2旋转到合适的位置之后,拧紧锁定手柄53,即可对其进行锁定。
此结构的锁定组件5,结构简单。
在一个实施例中,限位槽上均匀开设有多个限位孔512,且限位孔512的内径大于限位槽的宽度,锁定手柄53的面向限位杆52的一端具有与限位孔512相适应的限位部531。
优选地,限位盘51呈U字形,弧形限位槽511包括分别开设在限位盘51两侧的第一限位部和第二限位部,且第一限位部与第二限位部连通,其中,第二限位部位于限位盘的面向打草头的一侧,且第二限位部的宽度大于第一限位部的宽度,限位销52呈阶梯状,其较大端与第二限位部相适应、较小端与第二限位部相适应。限位孔沿着第二限位部开设。
使用时,转动打草头2,使得限位杆52与其中一个小限位孔512相对应。拧上锁定手柄53。由于限位孔512的内径大于弧形限位槽511的内径,因此,在限位部531和限位孔512的作用下,使得锁定组件5对打草头2位置的锁定更加可靠。
此结构提高了锁定组件5对于打草头2的位置的锁定的可靠性。
在一个实施例中,限位孔512的数量为四个。
在一个实施例中,动力源3为发电机4或蓄电池。
在一个实施例中,预设角度α≤90°。
在一个实施例中,预设角度α=90°。
在一个实施例中,弧形限位槽511与限位杆52相适应。

  1. 一种打草机传动机构,其特征在于:包括:
    机架;
    打草头,其设置在所述机架上,其可在所述机架上绕其旋转中心在预设角度α范围内转动;
    动力源,其固定设置在所述机架上;
    电机,其与所述动力源电连接,其动力输出端与所述打草头的动力输入端传动连接,且其可随着所述打草头一起转动;以及
    锁定组件,其固定设置在所述机架上,其用于对所述打草头进行锁定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的打草机传动机构,其特征在于:所述锁定组件包括:
    限位盘,两个所述限位盘相对设置在所述机架上并与所述机架固定连接,所述打草头的两侧通过连接轴与两个所述限位盘转动连接,且至少一个所述限位盘上设置有弧形限位槽;
    限位杆,其第一端与所述打草头固定连接、第二端滑动插设在所述弧形限位槽内;以及
    锁定手柄,其设置在所述限位盘的远离所述打草头的一侧并与所述限位杆的所述第二端螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的打草机传动机构,其特征在于:所述限位槽上均匀设置有多个限位孔,所述限位孔的内径大于所述限位槽的宽度,所述锁定手柄的面向所述限位杆的一端设置有与所述限位孔相适应的限位部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的打草机传动机构,其特征在于:所述限位孔的数量为四个。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的打草机传动机构,其特征在于:所述动力源为发电机或蓄电池。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的打草机传动机构,其特征在于:所述预设角度α≤90°。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的打草机传动机构,其特征在于:所述预设角 度α=90°。
