Description
DESCRIPTION
PRODUCT LOGO MARKING EQUIPMENT
Technical Field
The invention relates to product logo marking equipment.
In particular, the invention relates to a product logo marking equipment that performs the process of marking company logos on the back surfaces of porcelain kitchenware, stacking products in packaging lines, breaking existing stacks and placing a separator between products.
Background of the Invention
The manufacture of hard products through the processes of shaping, glazing and firing materials composed of inorganic materials is called ceramics. Porcelain is known as a type of ceramic.
Porcelains are divided into two as hard and soft porcelain. Soft porcelains are porcelains with white or ivory color, transparent glaze and fine structure.
Porcelains are known as structures that are frequently used in the production of kitchen, tableware and ornaments.
The process of printing texts such as the brand, logo or slogan of the company that owns the product on the mentioned porcelain kitchenware is called branding.
In the marking process applied in the current technique, the product in question is continuously delivered to the conveyor belt by a first operator.
On the conveyor belt, the products move forward at certain intervals, after the advancing products wait for a certain time in front of the marking machine, the marking machine comes into play and makes logo, brand or slogan marking.
The marked products move on the conveyor belt, the products coming by the second operator are collected, arranged according to a certain number of stacks and a separator is placed.
In applications made in this way, as a result of not being able to find the centers of the products and performing the boat marking process, proper marking process is not realized. The biggest problem in existing marking machines is that the middle point of the user operator cannot be found exactly, causing trapezoidal or boat logo marking.
A well-known example of this type of machine in the present art is coordinate subtraction systems made with an image processing system. Coordinate extraction process, the object or surface scanned with the scanner camera is processed on the computer, and the surface area is determined by subtracting the entire coordinate system. This surface area is extracted with the coordinate system.
In the patent application numbered TR 2021 016207 in the literature, "Invention; pliers etc. handle attachment unit for attaching handles to metal products; laser marking unit that enables the brand name to be written on the metal parts of the products with a laser; pad printing unit that provides marking of the handle part of the product; wiping apparatus in said finishing unit, which enables the descaling of the scale formed after laser marking; an oil spray apparatus in said finishing unit, which sprays the oil to be used in order to ensure that the product does not rust and works easily; It is related to the integrated marking machine in the mentioned finishing unit, which consists of a gripper positioned at the end of the said finishing unit, which carries the product whose marking, lubrication and lapping processes have been completed, to the conveyor.” statements are included.
In the aforementioned application, a laser integrated marking machine is disclosed, which enables the brand name to be written on metal products with a laser.
Again in the literature, in the application for utility model numbered TR 2015 13020, “It is a marking machine that automatically applies marking on multiple hand tools, includes a pad that provides the printing process and a printing chamber that provides dye transfer to the said pad. It includes multiple product trays with a
movable structure where the product handles to be marked are fixed, the product tray plate on which the said multiple product trays are configured, the movement mechanism that provides movement transfer to the product trays advanced on the said product tray plate, and a drive element that produces movement to the said movement mechanism.” statements are included.
In the aforementioned application, a marking machine is disclosed that automatically marks on multiple hand tools.
Again, in the European patent application numbered EP2937225B1 in the literature, " A marking tool for producing a marking on a workpiece, comprising a marking pin and a tool head with a receiving space in which part of the marking pin is accommodated, the receiving space opening out at an outlet opening through which the marking pin extends into the exterior of the tool head, in which the marking pin can be easily and quickly exchanged for another marking pin, it is proposed that the marking pin and the tool head be designed in such a way that part of the marking pin can be removed from the receiving space of the tool head through the outlet opening and/or through the outlet opening can be introduced into the receiving space of the tool head.” statements are included.
In said application, a marking tool and a method for replacing the marking pen of a marking tool are disclosed.
For the reasons mentioned above, there was a need for a new product logo marking equipment.
Disclosure of the Invention
Starting from this position of the technique, the aim of the invention is to introduce a new product logo marking equipment that eliminates the existing disadvantages.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure that allows a smooth and error- free marking process on the products.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure that avoids the problem of trapezoidal or arched logo branding by not finding the exact midpoint by the operator.
Another aim of the invention is to reveal a structure that allows marking a large number of products by increasing the number of markings six times more clearly.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure that avoids time and energy consumption.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure for the machine in which the number of user operators is reduced to one person.
