DISPOSITIVO ANTICONCEPTIVO
MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención, tal como expresa el enunciado de la presente memoria descriptiva se refiere a un dispositivo anticonceptivo que aporta, a la función a que se destina, ventajas y características, que se describen en detalle más adelante y que suponen una mejorada alternativa frente a lo actualmente conocido en el estado de la técnica.
El objeto de la presente invención recae en un dispositivo anticonceptivo de barrera que, conformado por un cuerpo fino destinado a colocarse sobre el pene, de modo similar a un preservativo o condón, se distingue por presentar una estructura tubular que, en lugar de consistir en una simple funda ciega que impide el contacto, presenta una configuración dotada de aberturas que sí permite un contacto directo del pene con la fuente (persona, objeto estimulante, ...) de placer, evitando reducir el placer sexual experimentado por el usuario.
CAMPO DE APLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El campo de aplicación de la presente invención se enmarca dentro del sector de la industria dedicada a la fabricación de dispositivos anticonceptivos.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Uno de los métodos anticonceptivos más utilizados es el preservativo o condón. Uno de los mayores inconvenientes de los condones es la drástica reducción del placer del acto sexual y de la intensidad del orgasmo masculino, lo que lleva a muchos usuarios a buscar alternativas o directamente no utilizarlos, quedando expuestos a las ETS (enfermedades de transmisión sexual) y a causar posibles embarazos indeseados. El objetivo de la presente invención es, pues, el desarrollo de un dispositivo de barrera que cumpla dicha función evitando el inconveniente de la falta de contacto directo de la piel del pene con la vagina o fuente de placer.
Por otra parte, y como referencia al estado actual de la técnica, cabe señalar que, al menos por parte del solicitante, se desconoce la existencia de ningún otro dispositivo anticonceptivo que presente unas características técnicas y estructurales ¡guales o semejantes a las que presenta el que aquí se reivindica.
EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El dispositivo anticonceptivo que la invención propone se configura como la solución idónea al objetivo anteriormente señalado al haber sido diseñado en orden a resolver de forma satisfactoria la problemática anteriormente expuesta, estando los detalles caracterizadores que lo hacen posible y que lo distinguen convenientemente recogidos en las reivindicaciones finales que acompañan a la presente descripción.
Concretamente, lo que la invención propone, como se ha apuntado anteriormente, está constituido por un cuerpo de material fino y flexible destinado a colocarse sobre el pene, de modo similar a un preservativo o condón, cuya estructura tubular, en lugar de consistir en una simple funda ciega totalmente cerrada que impide el contacto directo del pene con la fuente de placer, presenta aberturas que sí permiten dicho contacto evitando reducir el placer sexual experimentado por el usuario sin dejar de actuar como barrera segura anticonceptiva.
Para ello, y de manera más concreta, la estructura del cuerpo tubular del dispositivo de la invención, además de presentar una o más aberturas o ventanas que dejan al descubierto el pene del usuario, preferentemente en la zona distal, es decir la opuesta a la embocadura, comprende un pequeño canuto que, orientado hacia el interior de dicho cuerpo en el centro del extremo distal o fondo del mismo, es apto para ser introducido en la uretra masculina, estando conectado al resto de la estructura mediante uno o varios conductos diminutos que servirán para conducir el semen hacia un depósito previsto al efecto en dicha estructura, actuando como barrera.
Preferentemente, el cuerpo tubular comprende varias aberturas que abarcan la mayor parte de la mitad distal de dicho cuerpo tubular estando separadas entre sí mediante tiras o segmentos que actúan de miembros de unión entre el extremo donde se ubica el canuto de entrada del fluido seminal y la parte proximal del cuerpo tubular donde no existen aberturas para procurar una adecuada sujeción del dispositivo.
En una forma de realización, una, varias o todas las tiras o segmentos de unión entre el extremo distal donde se ubica el canuto de entrada del fluido seminal y la parte proximal del cuerpo tubular, son internamente huecos y definen conductos que comunican el canuto de entrada de fluido seminal con un depósito de recogida de semen situado en la parte proximal del cuerpo tubular.
Y, en una forma de realización alternativa, el depósito de recogida de semen se encuentra situado en el extremo distal del cuerpo tubular, definido por un receptáculo a modo de pequeña bolsa previsto por la parte externa del canuto de entrada de fluido y con el que comunica a través de un conducto interior. Ventajosamente, esta variante permite una fabricación más simple y, consecuentemente, más económica además de que el cuerpo tubular podrá contar con un grosor más fino.
En cualquier caso, la estructura completa envuelve el pene de manera similar a un condón, pero con la particularidad de dejar al descubierto zonas del pene, que podrán entrar en contacto directo con la vagina o cualquier otra superficie, permitiendo mantener prácticamente intactas las sensaciones placenteras del acto sexual.
Conviene mencionar que, debido a la existencia de dicho contacto directo, el dispositivo objeto de la invención no proporciona protección contra algunas ETS por sí mismo, si bien no se descarta la posibilidad de incluir ciertas propiedades protectoras.
El dispositivo de la invención puede estar fabricado en un material a base de látex, silicona o cualquier otro material, además de poder incluir determinados aditivos tales como lubricantes, espermicidas, sabores, colores, etc.
Asimismo, también puede modificarse la forma o textura de una o vahas zonas del dispositivo, con el objetivo de proporcionar sensaciones diferentes y poder caracterizar o personalizar la invención.
Por su parte, el canuto facilita la identificación de la cara interna del dispositivo y su correcta colocación.
El dispositivo de la invención, al constituir en un cuerpo fino y flexible, puede enrollarse de forma similar a los actuales preservativos o condones y colocarse de un modo muy similar, con la diferencia de que se deberá introducir primero el canuto en la uretra masculina.
Opcionalmente, el dispositivo puede incluir un aro fabricado con un material más rígido que el resto del dispositivo, incrementando así la sujeción del dispositivo al pene del usuario y actuando a modo de anillo estrangulador del pene que permite aumentar la erección del pene y conseguir retardar la eyeculación. Opcionalmente, el dispositivo comprende junto al aro, un hueco por donde se podría introducir el escroto.
En cualquier caso, al concluir la fase de desenrollado del dispositivo sobre el pene, el pene queda parcialmente cubierto por él, de modo similar a un condón pero con aberturas en su superficie.
Finalmente, cabe señalar que tanto las aberturas del cuerpo tubular que permiten el contacto del pene con la fuente de placer como las tiras o segmentos existentes entre ellas y que hacen de unión entre el extremo distal y proximal del cuerpo tubular pueden ser de número y configuración variable, pudiendo opcionalmente ser personalizados, por ejemplo incluyendo frases o imágenes.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, un juego de planos en el que con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente:

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN A la vista de las mencionadas figuras, y de acuerdo con la numeración adoptada, se puede observar en ellas vahos ejemplos de realización no limitativa del dispositivo anticonceptivo de la invención, el cual comprende lo que se describe en detalle a continuación.
Así, tal como se observa en dichas figuras, el dispositivo en cuestión está constituido por un cuerpo tubular (1 ), preferentemente fabricado en un material fino y flexible, destinado a colocarse sobre el pene, cuya estructura se distingue por contar con una estructura que presenta una o más aberturas (2) que dejan al descubierto el pene del usuario y que comprende un canuto (3), orientado hacia el interior del cuerpo (1 ) en el centro del extremo distal (1 a) del mismo, apto para ser introducido en la uretra masculina, cuyo canuto (3) está conectado mediante, al menos, un conducto interno (4) a un depósito (4’) de recogida de semen previsto en el dispositivo, de tal manera que el semen expulsado por el usuario es contenido dentro del propio dispositivo.
Preferentemente la abertura o aberturas (2) se encuentran situadas en la zona distal del cuerpo tubular (1 ).
En una forma de realización, el cuerpo tubular (1 ) comprende vahas aberturas (2) que abarcan toda o parte de la mitad distal del mismo estando separadas entre sí mediante tiras o segmentos (5) que comprenden en su interior al menos un conducto (4) que comunica el canuto (3) con el depósito (4’) de recogida de semen situado en la parte proximal (1 b) del cuerpo tubular (1 ), tal como muestra el ejemplo de las figuras 1 a 3.
Y, en otra forma de realización, tal como la mostrada en la figura 5, el depósito (4’) de recogida de semen está definido por un receptáculo a modo de bolsa situado en el extremo distal (1 a) del cuerpo tubular (1 ), por la parte externa del canuto (3) y con el que comunica a través de un conducto (4) interior. En dicho ejemplo, el cuerpo tubular (1 ) cuenta igualmente con vahas aberturas (2) que abarcan toda o parte de la mitad distal del mismo estando separadas entre sí mediante tiras o segmentos (5) de unión con la parte proximal (1 b) del cuerpo tubular (1 ), si bien ello no supone una limitación. El cuerpo (1 ) del dispositivo puede estar fabricado en látex, silicona u cualquier material fino, flexible y resistente similar, pudiendo incluir aditivos tales como lubricantes, espermicidas, sabores, colores, etc.
El cuerpo (1 ) del dispositivo puede presentar zonas de forma o textura distintas del resto.
Las aberturas (2) del cuerpo tubular (1 ) y las tiras o segmentos (5) de unión pueden ser variables en número y configuración.
Las tiras o segmentos (5) y/o las zonas sin aberturas (2) del cuerpo tubular (1 ) pueden incluir elementos gráficos y/o alfanuméhcos para personalizar el dispositivo, tal como, por ejemplo, muestra la figura 1 .
Por otra parte, atendiendo a la figura 4, se observa cómo, en un modo de realización opcional, el cuerpo tubular (1 ) del dispositivo comprende un aro (7) en su parte proximal de un material más rígido que el resto del cuerpo tubular (1 ) a modo de anillo estrangulador del pene que permite aumentar la erección del pene y conseguir retardar la eyeculación. En una realización aún más preferente, el cuerpo tubular (1 ) comprende, junto al aro (7), un hueco (6) apto para colocar a través suyo el escroto del usuario, tal como muestra el ejemplo de la figura 4.
De preferencia, el descrito cuerpo tubular (1 ) con las aberturas (2) y el canuto (3) forma un conjunto enrollable que, una vez enrolladlo, es sensiblemente plano y susceptible de alojarse en un envoltorio asimismo plano y no representado en los dibujos, que lo protege de manera estanca de los efectos medioambientales hasta el momento de su utilización.
Descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la presente invención, así como la manera de ponerla en práctica, no se considera necesario hacer más extensa su explicación para que cualquier experto en la materia comprenda su alcance y las ventajas que de ella se derivan.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Dispositivo anticonceptivo que, constituido por un cuerpo tubular (1 ) de material fino y flexible destinado a colocarse sobre el pene, está caracterizado por contar con una estructura que presenta una o más aberturas (2) que dejan al descubierto el pene del usuario y que comprende un canuto (3), orientado hacia el interior del cuerpo (1 ) en el centro del extremo distal (1 a) del mismo, apto para ser introducido en la uretra masculina, cuyo canuto (3) está conectado mediante, al menos, un conducto interno (4) a un depósito (4’) de recogida de semen previsto en el dispositivo de tal manera que el semen expulsado por el usuario es contenido en el dispositivo.

3.- Dispositivo anticonceptivo, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el cuerpo tubular (1 ) comprende varias aberturas (2) que abarcan toda o parte de la mitad distal del mismo estando separadas entre sí mediante unas tiras o segmentos (5) que comprenden en su interior al menos un conducto que comunica el canuto (3) con el depósito (4’) de recogida de semen situado en la parte proximal (1 b) del cuerpo tubular (1 )-
4.- Dispositivo anticonceptivo, según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque el depósito (4’) de recogida de semen está definido por un receptáculo a modo de bolsa situado en el extremo distal (1 a) del cuerpo tubular (1 ), por la parte externa del canuto (3) y con el que comunica a través de un conducto (4) interior.
5.- Dispositivo anticonceptivo, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el cuerpo (1 ) está fabricado en látex, silicona u otro material fino, flexible y resistente similar, e incluye o no aditivos como lubricantes, espermicidas, sabores, colores, u otros.
6.- Dispositivo anticonceptivo, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el cuerpo (1 ) presenta zonas de forma o textura distintas del resto.
7.- Dispositivo anticonceptivo, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el cuerpo (1 ) incluye elementos gráficos y/o alfanuméricos.
8.- Dispositivo anticonceptivo, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el cuerpo tubular (1 ) comprende un aro (7) en su parte proximal de un material más rígido que el resto del cuerpo tubular (1 ) a modo de anillo estrangulador del pene que permite aumentar la erección del pene y conseguir retardar la eyeculación.
9.- Dispositivo anticonceptivo, según la reivindicación 8, caracterizado porque el cuerpo tubular (1 ) comprende junto al aro (7) un hueco (6) apto para colocar a través suyo el escroto del usuario.
