背景技术
真无线耳机(True Wireless Stereo,TWS)越来越受到消费者和市场的关注,TWS耳机不仅仅是一个手机配件,未来更是一个独立的智能终端,更有发展空间;TWS耳机无线化,相比于普通蓝牙耳机,体积更小,音质更好。但TWS耳机续航时间比较短,无法满足长时间续航,影响用户的使用体验。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种充电盒和耳机设备,用以解决TWS耳机续航时间比较短,无法满足长时间续航的问题。
本申请实施例提供了一种充电盒,包括:盒体,所述盒体上具有容纳槽;
供电单元,所述供电单元设置于所述盒体内;
连接线,所述连接线的一端与所述供电单元电连接;
连接部,所述连接部与所述连接线的另一端连接,所述连接部可拆卸地设置于所述容纳槽中,所述连接部用于与耳机连接;
卡接件,所述卡接件设置于所述盒体中,在所述卡接件处于第一状态的情况下所述卡接件与所述连接部连接,所述连接部与所述盒体连接,所述连接部设置于所述容纳槽中;
在所述卡接件处于第二状态的情况下,所述卡接件与所述连接部分离,所述连接部与所述盒体分离,所述连接部可伸出所述容纳槽的槽口,并带动部分所述连接线伸出所述槽口。
本申请实施例还提供一种耳机设备,包括:
上述实施例中所述的充电盒;
耳机,所述耳机与所述连接部连接。
在本申请实施例的充电盒中,所述盒体上具有容纳槽,供电单元设置于所述盒体内,连接线的一端与所述供电单元电连接,所述连接部与所述连接线的另一端连接,所述连接部可拆卸地设置于所述容纳槽中,所述连接部用于与耳机连接;卡接件设置于所述盒体中,在所述卡接件处于第一状态的情况下所述卡接件与所述连接部连接,所述连接部与所述盒体连接,所述连接部设置于所述容纳槽中;在所述卡接件处于第二状态的情况下,所述卡接件与所述连接部分离,所述连接部与所述盒体分离,所述连接部可伸出所述容纳槽的槽口,并带动部分所述连接线伸出所述槽口。在使用过程中,可以将耳机从容纳槽中取出,供电单元可以通过连接线不断为耳机供电,提高耳机的续航时间,可以满足用户的长时间续航需求;另外,通过耳机与连接线连接还可以防止耳机掉落,避免耳机被摔坏。

下面结合附图1至图15所示,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的充电盒进行详细地说明。
如图1至图15所示,本申请实施例的充电盒包括:盒体10、供电单元、连接线20、连接部40和卡接件,盒体10上具有容纳槽11,容纳槽11中可以放置一个或多个耳机30,比如两个耳机30。供电单元设置于盒体10内,供电单元可以为耳机30充电。耳机30可拆卸地设置于容纳槽11中,以便在 需要使用耳机30时可以取出耳机30。连接线20的一端与供电单元电连接,连接部40与连接线20的另一端连接,连接部40可拆卸地设置于容纳槽11中,连接部40用于与耳机连接,耳机与连接部40可以拆卸地连接,以便在需要使用耳机30时可以将耳机30与连接部40分离,还可以将耳机30与连接部40连接在一起从容纳槽11中取出。
卡接件可以设置于盒体10中,在卡接件处于第一状态的情况下卡接件与连接部40连接,连接部40与盒体10连接,连接部40设置于容纳槽11中;在卡接件处于第二状态的情况下,卡接件与连接部40分离,连接部40与盒体10分离,连接部40可伸出容纳槽11的槽口,并带动部分连接线20伸出槽口,使得耳机30处于容纳槽11外部的情况下,供电单元可以通过连接线20为耳机30充电,提高耳机30的续航时间。如图2所示,在连接部40处于容纳槽11外部的情况下,耳机30与连接部40连接在一起,可以带动部分连接线20伸出容纳槽11的槽口,通过连接线20可以将耳机30与供电单元电连接,使得耳机30处于容纳槽11外部的情况下,供电单元可以通过连接线20为耳机30充电,提高耳机30的续航时间。在耳机30放置于容纳槽11中的情况下,连接线20可以放置于容纳槽11中。在容纳槽11的内侧壁上可以设置凹槽,在耳机30放置于容纳槽11中的情况下,连接线20可以放置于凹槽中,以便于收纳连接线20。本申请实施例中的耳机设备,通过连接线20将盒体10上的供电单元与耳机30电连接,以便可以持续为耳机30供电。在使用过程中,可以将连接部40从容纳槽11中取出,连接部40可以与耳机30连接,供电单元可以通过连接线20不断为耳机30供电,提高耳机30的续航时间,可以满足用户的长时间续航需求;另外,通过耳机30与连接线20连接还可以防止耳机掉落,避免耳机被摔坏。
在一些实施例中,连接部40上具有导电件45,在耳机30设置于连接部40上的情况下,耳机30与连接线20的另一端通过导电件45电连接,通过连接线20与导电件45供电单元可以不断为耳机30供电,提高耳机30的续航时间。
在一些实施例中,如图3和图5所示,耳机30可拆卸地设置于连接部40上,耳机30与连接部40可以通过卡接连接,耳机30与连接部40可以通 过磁性相吸连接,以便于耳机30与连接部40之间的连接或分离。连接部40可拆卸地设置于容纳槽11中,连接部40与容纳槽11的内侧壁之间可以通过卡接连接,连接部40与容纳槽11的内侧壁之间可以通过磁性相吸连接,以便于连接部40与容纳槽11的内侧壁之间的连接或分离。连接部40上可以具有导电件45,导电件45可以为导电柱,比如,导电件45可以为两个导电铜柱,耳机30与连接部40连接的情况下,耳机30与导电件45可以电连接,耳机30与连接线20的另一端可以通过导电件45电连接,以便供电单元可以通过连接线20与导电件45为耳机30充电。导电件45可以为顶针,顶针可以与耳机30中的铜柱对应,可以让顶针和铜柱稳定接触传输电流。
在耳机30处于容纳槽11外部的情况下,耳机30与连接部40可以处于容纳槽11的外部,连接部40可以带动连接线20的另一端伸出容纳槽11的槽口。在耳机30从容纳槽11取出的过程中,连接部40随着耳机30一起从容纳槽11中取出,连接部40带动连接线20的另一端伸出容纳槽11的槽口,在用户使用耳机30的同时,供电单元可以通过连接线20为耳机30充电,提高耳机30的使用时间。
可选地,盒体10上可以设有卡接件,卡接件在第一状态与第二状态之间可以切换;在卡接件处于第一状态的情况下,卡接件与连接部40可以相连,在取出耳机30的过程中,由于连接部40与卡接件相连,连接部40不会被带出容纳槽11,连接线20的另一端也没有被从容纳槽11中带出,只有耳机30被从容纳槽11中取出,耳机30可以作为无线耳机使用,使用方便。
在卡接件处于第二状态的情况下,卡接件与连接部40可以脱离。在取出耳机30的过程中,由于连接部40与卡接件分离,连接部40会随着耳机30被带出容纳槽11,连接线20的另一端随着连接部40被从容纳槽11中带出,耳机30在容纳槽11的外部时,连接部40带动连接线20的另一端伸出容纳槽11,耳机30通过连接线20与供电单元始终电连接,供电单元可以通过连接线20为耳机30充电,提高耳机30的使用时间。
在一些实施例中,如图5、图7至图11所示,连接部40上可以具有第一连接部43,卡接件上可以具有第二连接部44,在卡接件处于第一状态的情况下,第一连接部43与第二连接部44卡接相连,卡接件与连接部连接;在 卡接件处于第二状态的情况下,第一连接部43与第二连接部44脱离,卡接件与连接部分离。第一连接部43可以为卡扣,第二连接部44可以为卡座,或者第一连接部43可以为卡座,第二连接部44可以为卡扣,卡扣可以卡接在卡座上,通过卡扣与卡座的卡接便于卡接件与连接部40的连接或分离。第一连接部43可以为第三磁体,第二连接部44可以为第四磁体,第一连接部43与第二连接部44可以通过磁性相吸连接,也便于卡接件与连接部40的分离,便于控制卡接件与连接部40的连接或分离。第一连接部43可以为插孔,第二连接部44可以为插头,插头可以插接在插孔中或从插孔中脱离,插头可以插接在插孔中卡接件与连接部40连接,插头从插孔中脱离卡接件与连接部40连接分离。
在本申请的实施例中,如图5、图6、图8、图9所示,连接部40上具有第一连接部43,卡接件可以包括:驱动杆50与第一弹性件51,驱动杆50可活动地设在盒体10上,驱动杆50的一端具有第二连接部44,第一弹性件51分别和盒体10与驱动杆50连接,在第一连接部43与第二连接部44脱离的情况下,驱动杆50带动第一弹性件51形变,比如,通过按压驱动杆50可以使得第一连接部43与第二连接部44脱离。在未按压驱动杆50的情况下,通过第一弹性件51恢复形变过程中的弹力可以使得第一连接部43与第二连接部44卡接相连,在取出耳机30的过程中,由于第一连接部43与第二连接部44卡接相连,连接部40不会被带出容纳槽11,连接线20的另一端也没有被从容纳槽11中带出,只有耳机30被从容纳槽11中取出。
在第一连接部43与第二连接部44脱离的情况下,在取出耳机30的过程中,连接部40会随着耳机30被带出容纳槽11,连接线20的另一端随着连接部40被从容纳槽11中带出,耳机30通过连接线20与供电单元始终电连接,供电单元可以通过连接线20为耳机30充电,提高耳机30的使用时间。
可选地,如图8、图9所示,第一弹性件51可以为弹簧,驱动杆50上可以具有限位台52,限位台52可以沿驱动杆50的周向延伸,弹簧可以套设于驱动杆50上,且弹簧可以位于第二连接部44与限位台52之间。通过按压驱动杆50可以使得第一连接部43与第二连接部44脱离,驱动杆50带动弹簧形变,比如驱动杆50压缩弹簧。在未按压驱动杆50的情况下,通过弹簧 恢复形变过程中的弹力可以使得驱动杆50恢复未按压状态,第一连接部43与第二连接部44卡接相连,在取出耳机30的过程中,连接部40不会被带出容纳槽11,连接线20的另一端也没有被从容纳槽11中带出。
在一些实施例中,盒体10上可以具有与外部连通的通孔,驱动杆50的另一端可活动地穿设于通孔中,通过通孔可以使得驱动杆50的另一端露出,以便于用户按压驱动杆50的另一端的端部,进而可以通过按压驱动杆50的另一端来实现第一连接部43与第二连接部44的连接或脱离,可以根据需要来控制在取出耳机30的过程中是否将连接线20的另一端从容纳槽11中带出。
可选地,如图4、图7、图8与图14所示,充电盒还可以包括:转轴60,转轴60可以设在盒体10上,连接线20的一端可以缠绕在转轴60上或可以从转轴60上脱离。在将连接部40放置于容纳槽11中的情况下,连接线20的一端可以缠绕在转轴60上,以便于收纳连接线20;在将连接部40从容纳槽11中取出的情况下,连接线20的一端可以从转轴60上脱离,以便于连接部40将连接线20的另一端从容纳槽11中带出。
可选地,如图4、图8与图15所示,充电盒还可以包括:第二弹性件61,第二弹性件61可以为螺旋状,可以为螺旋钢片,第二弹性件61的一端与盒体10连接,第二弹性件61的另一端与转轴60连接,转轴60可以转动,在连接线20的一端从转轴60上脱离的情况下,连接线20带动转轴60转动,由于受到作用力,转轴60驱动第二弹性件61产生形变,转轴60可以驱动第二弹性件61从第一形态形变至第二形态,第二弹性件61可以存储收纳时需要的弹力,使得连接线20可以自动被收纳。在所述第二弹性件61处于形变状态的情况下,第二弹性件61可带动连接线20的一端缠绕在转轴60上,也即,通过第二弹性件61的恢复性变可以使得连接线20的一端自动缠绕在转轴60上。
在将连接部40从容纳槽11中取出的过程中,在连接部40的带动下连接线20的一端从转轴60上脱离,连接线20的一端可以从转轴60上脱离,由于连接线20的作用力,转轴60转动的过程中,转轴60可以驱动第二弹性件61产生形变。在将连接部40放置于容纳槽11中的过程中,由于连接线20的作用力减小或消失,第二弹性件61会恢复形变,第二弹性件61在恢复形 变的过程中产生的作用力带动转轴60转动,使得连接线20的一端可以缠绕在转轴60上,以便于收纳连接线20。
在一些实施例中,如图4、图7、图8与图14所示,转轴60上可以设有挡板62,挡板62可以沿转轴60的周向延伸,连接线20与第二弹性件61可以位于挡板62的两侧,通过挡板62将连接线20与第二弹性件61分离开,避免连接线20与第二弹性件61之间产生干涉。挡板62的边沿可以设置翻边63,翻边63可以朝向第二弹性件61所在的方向,可以将第二弹性件61设置于翻边63围成的遮挡空间中,防止第二弹性件61在形变过程中干涉周围的部件,可以使得第二弹性件61稳定地形变。
在本申请的实施例中,如图12所示,充电盒还可以包括:盖体12,盖体12可以设置于盒体10上,盖体12可以活动,通过盖体12的活动,盖体12可以打开或封闭容纳槽11。在容纳槽11的边沿可以设有卡线槽13,在连接线20的另一端伸出容纳槽11的槽口的情况下,连接线20可以设置于卡线槽13中,防止盖体12与盒体10挤压连接线20,连接线20设置于卡线槽13中可以保护连接线20。如图12所示,在盖体12的边沿可以设有卡线槽13,在连接线20的另一端伸出容纳槽11的槽口的情况下,连接线20可以设置于卡线槽13中,防止盖体12与盒体10挤压连接线20,连接线20设置于卡线槽13中可以保护连接线20。在卡线槽13的内侧壁上可以设置弹性层,通过弹性层可以减小连接线20与卡线槽13的内侧壁之间的碰撞或摩擦损坏。连接线20拉到一定的长度时,连接线20设置于卡线槽13中,合上盖体12,可以把连接线20卡住,防止连接线20自动收纳。当用户需要收纳连接线20时,只需打开盖体12,让第二弹性件61(螺旋钢片)释放弹力,自动收纳连接线20。
本申请实施例提供一种耳机设备,包括:上述实施例中所述的充电盒和耳机30,耳机30与连接部40连接。通过连接线20将盒体10上的供电单元与耳机30电连接,以便可以持续为耳机30供电。在使用过程中,可以将连接部40从容纳槽11中取出,连接部40可以与耳机连接,供电单元可以通过连接线20不断为耳机30供电,提高耳机30的续航时间,可以满足用户的长时间续航需求。通过耳机30与连接线20连接还可以防止耳机掉落,避免耳 机被摔坏。
在一些实施例中,耳机30上具有第三连接部,连接部40上具有第四连接部,第三连接部与第四连接部可拆卸地连接,通过第三连接部与第四连接部可以将耳机30连接在连接部40上,同时便于将耳机30从连接部40上脱离。在耳机30设置于连接部40上的情况下,第三连接部与第四连接部可拆卸地连接。第三连接部可以为卡扣,第四连接部可以为卡座,或者第三连接部可以为卡座,第四连接部可以为卡扣,卡扣可以卡接在卡座上,通过卡扣与卡座的卡接便于耳机30与连接部40的连接或分离。
在另一些实施例中,如图3和图5所示,所述第三连接部包括第一磁体41,第四连接部包括第二磁体42,在耳机30设置于连接部40上的情况下,第一磁体41与第二磁体42之间磁性相吸,通过磁性相吸将耳机30设置于连接部40上便于连接或分离。比如,第三连接部为第一磁体41,第四连接部为第二磁体42,在耳机30设置于连接部40上的情况下,第一磁体41与第二磁体42可以相对应设置,便于第一磁体41与第二磁体42之间磁性相吸,通过磁性相吸将耳机30设置于连接部40上便于连接或分离。
在本申请的实施例中,连接部40上可以具有导电件45,在耳机30与连接部40连接的情况下,耳机30与连接线20的另一端通过导电件45电连接。导电件45可以为导电柱,比如导电件45可以为两个导电铜柱,耳机30与连接部40连接的情况下,耳机30与连接线20的另一端可以通过导电件45电连接,以便供电单元可以通过连接线20与导电件45为耳机30充电。
在一些实施例中,导电件45可以包括顶针,耳机30具有导电部,在耳机30与连接部40连接的情况下,导电部与连接线20的另一端可以通过顶针电连接,顶针可以与耳机30中的铜柱对应,可以让顶针和铜柱稳定接触传输电流。上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种充电盒,包括:
    盒体,所述盒体上具有容纳槽;
    供电单元,所述供电单元设置于所述盒体内;
    连接线,所述连接线的一端与所述供电单元电连接;
    连接部,所述连接部与所述连接线的另一端连接,所述连接部可拆卸地设置于所述容纳槽中,所述连接部用于与耳机连接;
    卡接件,所述卡接件设置于所述盒体中,在所述卡接件处于第一状态的情况下所述卡接件与所述连接部连接,所述连接部与所述盒体连接,所述连接部设置于所述容纳槽中;
    在所述卡接件处于第二状态的情况下,所述卡接件与所述连接部分离,所述连接部与所述盒体分离,所述连接部可伸出所述容纳槽的槽口,并带动部分所述连接线伸出所述槽口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充电盒,其中,
    所述连接部上具有导电件,在耳机设置于所述连接部上的情况下,所述耳机与所述连接线的另一端通过所述导电件电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的充电盒,其中,所述连接部上具有第一连接部,所述卡接件包括:
    驱动杆,所述驱动杆可活动地设在所述盒体上,所述驱动杆的一端具有第二连接部;
    第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件分别和所述盒体与所述驱动杆连接,在所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部脱离的情况下,所述驱动杆带动所述第一弹性件形变。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的充电盒,其中,所述第一弹性件为弹簧,所述驱动杆上具有限位台,所述限位台沿所述驱动杆的周向延伸,所述弹簧套设于所述驱动杆上,且所述弹簧位于所述第二连接部与所述限位台之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的充电盒,其中,所述盒体上具有与外部连通的通孔,所述驱动杆的另一端可活动地穿设于所述通孔中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的充电盒,其中,还包括:
    转轴,所述转轴设在所述盒体上,所述连接线的一端可缠绕在所述转轴上或从所述转轴上脱离。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的充电盒,其中,还包括:
    第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件为螺旋状,所述第二弹性件的一端与所述盒体连接,所述第二弹性件的另一端与所述转轴连接,在所述连接线的一端从所述转轴上脱离的情况下,所述连接线带动所述转轴转动,且所述转轴驱动所述第二弹性件从原始状态变为形变状态;
    在所述第二弹性件处于形变状态的情况下,所述第二弹性件可带动所述连接线的一端缠绕在所述转轴上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的充电盒,其中,还包括:
    盖体,所述盖体设置于所述盒体上,所述盖体可打开或封闭所述容纳槽;
    所述容纳槽的边沿设有卡线槽,在所述连接线的另一端伸出所述容纳槽的槽口的情况下,所述连接线可设置于所述卡线槽中;或
    所述盖体的边沿设有卡线槽,在所述连接线的另一端伸出所述容纳槽的槽口情况下,所述连接线可设置于所述卡线槽中。
  9. 一种耳机设备,包括:
    权利要求1-8中任一项所述的充电盒;
    耳机,所述耳机与所述连接部连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的耳机设备,其中,所述耳机上具有第三连接部,所述连接部上具有第四连接部,所述第三连接部与所述第四连接部可拆卸地连接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的耳机设备,其中,所述连接部上具有导电件,在所述耳机与所述连接部连接的情况下,所述耳机与所述连接线的另一端通过所述导电件电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的耳机设备,其中,所述导电件包括顶针,所述耳机具有导电部,在所述耳机与所述连接部连接的情况下,所述导电部与所述连接线的另一端通过所述顶针电连接。
