背景技术
随着电子设备的发展,电子设备的功能越来越丰富,例如,可以通过第三方设备(例如:智能手表)触发电子设备拨打电话。
具体的,在相关技术中,如果用户需求通过第三方设备触发电子设备拨打电话,那么用户可以在第三方设备上输入,以触发电子设备使用系统默认的卡(例如SIM卡),或最近一次拨打相同号码时采用的卡拨号。
然而,按照上述方法,当需求通过第三方设备触发电子设备拨打电话时,由于使用系统默认的卡,或最近一次拨打相同号码时采用的卡拨号,因此如果电子设备选到的卡为无效卡(例如已欠费或已被注销)或物联卡,那么就会出现拨号失败的情况,从而使得通过第三方设备触发电子设备拨号的失败几率较高。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种拨号方法、装置和电子设备,能够解决通过第三方设备触发电子设备拨号的失败几率较高的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种拨号方法,该方法包括:在目标设备与电子设备连接的情况下,接收目标设备发送的拨号请求信息,拨号请求信息用于请求电子设备拨号;根据电子设备历史成功通话的选卡情况,确定电子设备中的第一用户身份识别卡;采用第一用户身份识别卡拨号。

集成电路卡识别码(Integrate circuit card identity,ICCID):ICCID为用户身份识别卡的唯一识别号码,相当于用户身份识别卡的身份证。
下面结合附图,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的拨号方法、装置和电子设备进行详细地说明。
本发明实施例提供的拨号方法可以应用于用户通过第三方设备触发电子设备拨号场景中。
示例性地,在第三方设备(例如本实施例中的目标设备)与电子设备连接的情况下,当用户需求通过目标设备触发电子设备拨号时,用户可以通过在目标设备上的输入触发目标设备向电子设备发送拨号请求信息,该拨号请求信息用于请求电子设备拨号;然后,电子设备可以根据电子设备历史成功通话的选卡情况,确定电子设备中的第一用户身份识别卡;并采用第一用户身份识别卡拨号。因此,相比于相关技术中电子设备使用系统默认的卡或最近一次拨打相同号码时采用的卡拨号的方案,本申请实施例提供的拨号方法可以降低通过第三方设备触发电子设备拨号的失败几率。

其中,目标存储区域可以为电子设备的至少一个存储区域中的存储区域,每个存储区域可以用于存储电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识,或者,历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识。

可选地,本申请实施例中,电子设备可以在通话记录中记录用户身份识别卡的卡标识、用户身份识别卡所在的卡槽的卡槽标识。从而:电子设备可以根据通话记录,确定电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡和该用户身份识别卡所在的卡槽;或者,电子设备可以根据通话记录确定电子设备中历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡和该用户身份识别卡所在的卡槽。

可选地,本申请实施例中,上述拨号请求信息中可以包括一个联系人标识,该联系人标识可以为联系人的电话号码和/或联系人的用户身份识别卡的卡标识,从而电子 设备接收到该拨号请求信息后,可以向联系人发送通话请求信息,该通话请求信息用于请求与联系人通话。

本申请实施例中,对于每个联系人,由于电子设备可以采用电子设备最近一次与一个联系人成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡向该一个联系人拨号,因此相比于相关技术中采用最近一次拨打相同号码时采用的卡拨号的方案,本申请实施例提供的拨号方法可以提高电子设备成功通话的概率。

本申请实施例中,在电子设备的目标存储区域中不包括卡标识的情况下,由于电子设备可以采用多个用户身份识别卡中信号强度最高的用户身份识别卡,或者根据多个用户身份识别卡的通话服务注册状态确定的一个用户身份识别卡,因此可以提高电子设备成功通话的概率。
可选地,本申请实施例中,目标存储区域还用于存储电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡的卡标识,或历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡的卡标识;本申请实施例提供的拨号方法还可以包括步骤105。
步骤105、在满足目标条件的情况下,电子设备更新目标存储区域中存储的内容。
其中,目标条件可以包括以下(一)、(二)、(三)中的至少一项:
(一)、目标存储区域中不包括本次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡 槽标识
可选地,本申请实施例中,目标存储区域中不包括本次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识具体可以包括:a目标存储区域中不包括任何卡槽标识;或者,b目标存储区域中包括卡槽标识,但目标存储区域中的卡槽标识与本次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识不同。
可选地,本申请实施例中,电子设备更新目标存储区域中存储的内容具体为:
在上述a中,电子设备将本次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识存储在目标存储区域,并将本次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡的卡标识存储在目标区域。
在上述b中,电子设备可以将目标存储区域中卡槽标识替换为本次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识,且将目标存储区域中的卡标识替换为本次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡的卡标识。
(二)、目标存储区域中不包括最近一次统计的历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识
可选地,本申请实施例中,对于电子设备在目标存储区域中不包括最近一次统计的历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识的情况下,电子设备更新目标存储区域中存储的内容的具体实施过程可以参见上述电子设备在目标存储区域中不包括本次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识的情况下,电子设备更新目标存储区域中存储的内容的实施过程,为了避免重复,此处不再赘述。
(三)、目标存储区域的卡标识指示的用户身份识别卡所在的卡槽发生改变
本申请实施例中,假设目标区域中包括一个用户身份识别卡的卡标识和一个卡槽的卡槽标识,如果电子设备检测到该用户身份识别卡1被更换至另一个卡槽,那么电子设备可以确定目标存储区域的卡标识指示的用户身份识别卡所在的卡槽发生改变。从而电子设备可以将目标存储区域中的卡槽标识更换为该另一个卡槽的卡槽标识;即电子设备更新目标存储区域中存储的内容。
例如,目标存储区域存储的卡标识指示的用户身份识别卡1原本安装在卡槽1,那么:当该用户身份识别卡1被从卡槽1更换至卡槽2时,电子设备可以将目标存储区域中存储的卡槽标识从卡槽1的卡槽标识更新为卡槽2的卡槽标识,以保证目标区域中的卡槽标识指示的卡槽与用户身份识别卡1当前所在的卡槽一致。
对于目标存储区域的描述具体可以参见上述实施例中对目标存储区域的相关描述,为了避免重复,此处不再赘述。
本申请实施例中,由于电子设备可以在目标存储区域中不包括本次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识、目标存储区域中不包括最近一次统计的历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识或目标存储区域的卡标识指示的用户身份识别卡所在的卡槽发生改变的情况下,更新目标存储区域中存储的内容,从而确保目标存储区域中准确存储电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡的卡标识和该用户身份识别卡当前所在的卡槽,如此可以进一步提高电子设备成功通话的概率。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,用户可以对电子设备输入触发电子设备将目标存储 区域中存储的内容清空。或者,当用户触发电子设备恢复出厂设置时,电子设备可以将目标存储区域中存储的内容清空。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的拨号方法,执行主体可以为拨号装置,或者该拨号装置中的用于执行拨号方法的控制模块。本申请实施例中以拨号装置执行拨号方法为例,说明本申请实施例提供的拨号装置。
结合图2,本申请实施例提供一种拨号装置,该拨号装置可以包括:接收模块301、确定模块302和处理模块303;接收模块301,可以用于在目标设备与所述电子设备连接的情况下,接收目标设备发送的拨号请求信息,拨号请求信息用于请求电子设备拨号;确定模块302,可以用于响应于接收模块301接收的拨号请求信息,根据所述电子设备历史成功通话的选卡情况,确定所述电子设备中的第一用户身份识别卡;处理模块303,用于采用确定模块302确定的第一用户身份识别卡拨号。
可选地,本申请实施例中,第一用户身份识别卡为以下任一项:电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡、历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡。
可选地,本申请实施例中,确定模块302,具体可以用于将目标存储区域中存储的卡槽标识指示的用户身份识别卡,确定为所述第一用户身份识别卡;其中,目标存储区域为电子设备的至少一个存储区域中的存储区域,每个存储区域用于存储电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识,或者,历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识。
可选地,本申请实施例中,电子设备中包括多个用户身份识别卡;处理模块302,还可以用于在目标存储区域中不包括卡槽标识的情况下,采用第二用户身份识别卡拨号,第二用户身份识别卡为以下任一项:多个用户身份识别卡中信号强度最高的用户身份识别卡、根据多个用户身份识别卡的通话服务注册状态确定的一个用户身份识别卡。
可选地,本申请实施例中,该装置还可以包括:更新模块;目标存储区域还用于存储电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡的卡标识,或历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡的卡标识;更新模块,用于在满足目标条件的情况下,更新目标存储区域中存储的内容;其中,目标条件包括以下至少一项:目标存储区域中不包括本次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡的卡槽标识、目标存储区域中不包括最近一次统计的历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识、目标存储区域的卡标识指示的用户身份识别卡所在的卡槽发生改变。
可选地,本申请实施例中,拨号请求信息用于请求向目标联系人拨号;确定模块102,具体用于将电子设备最近一次与目标联系人成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡,确定为第一用户身份识别卡。
本申请实施例提供的拨号装置中,在目标设备与电子设备连接的情况下,电子设备可以接收目标设备发送的拨号请求信息,拨号请求信息用于请求电子设备拨号;并根据电子设备历史成功通话的选卡情况,确定电子设备中的第一用户身份识别卡;以及采用第一用户身份识别卡拨号。因此相比于相关技术中电子设备使用系统默认的卡或最近一次拨打相同号码时采用的卡拨号的方案,本申请实施例提供的拨号装置可以提高电子设备成功通话的概率。

本申请实施例中的拨号装置可以是电子设备,也可以是电子设备中的部件,例如集成电路或芯片。该电子设备可以是终端,也可以为除终端之外的其他设备。示例性的,电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、车载电子设备、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)/虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备、机器人、可穿戴设备、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本或者个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等,还可以为服务器、网络附属存储器(Network Attached Storage,NAS)、个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、电视机(television,TV)、柜员机或者自助机等,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
本申请实施例中的拨号装置可以为具有操作系统的装置。该操作系统可以为安卓(Android)操作系统,可以为ios操作系统,还可以为其他可能的操作系统,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
本申请实施例提供的拨号装置能够实现图1的方法实施例实现的各个过程,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
如图3所示,本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备200,包括处理器202,存储器201,存储在存储器201上并可在处理器202上运行的程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器202执行时实现上述拨号方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
需要注意的是,本申请实施例中的电子设备包括上述所述的移动电子设备和非移动电子设备。
图4为实现本申请实施例的一种电子设备的硬件结构示意图。
该电子设备1000包括但不限于:射频单元1001、网络模块1002、音频输出单元1003、输入单元1004、传感器1005、显示单元1006、用户输入单元1007、接口单元1008、存储器1009、以及处理器1010等部件。
本领域技术人员可以理解,电子设备1000还可以包括给各个部件供电的电源(比如电池),电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器1010逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。图4中示出的电子设备结构并不构成对电子设备的限定,电子设备可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置,在此不再赘述。
其中,射频单元1001可以用于在目标设备与所述电子设备连接的情况下,接收目标设备发送的拨号请求信息;处理器1010,可以用于响应于射频单元1001接收的拨号请求信息,根据所述电子设备历史成功通话的选卡情况,确定所述电子设备中的第一用户身份识别卡;处理器1010,还用于采用第一用户身份识别卡拨号。
可选地,本申请实施例中,第一用户身份识别卡为以下任一项:电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡、历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡。
可选地,本申请实施例中,处理器1010,具体可以用于在将电子设备的目标存储区域中存储的卡槽标识指示的用户身份识别卡,确定为所述第一用户身份识别卡;其 中,目标存储区域为电子设备的至少一个存储区域中的存储区域,每个存储区域用于存储电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识,或者,历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识。

应理解的是,本申请实施例中,输入单元1004可以包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)10041和麦克风10042,图形处理器10041对在视频捕获模式或图像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。显示单元1006可包括显示面板10061,可以采用液晶显示器、有机发光二极管等形式来配置显示面板10061。用户输入单元1007包括触控面板10071以及其他输入设备10072中的至少一种。触控面板10071,也称为触摸屏。触控面板10071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其他输入设备10072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。
存储器1009可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据。存储器1009可主要包括存储程序或指令的第一存储区和存储数据的第二存储区,其中,第一存储区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序或指令(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等。此外,存储器1009可以包括易失性存储器或非易失性存储器,或者,存储器1009可以 包括易失性和非易失性存储器两者。其中,非易失性存储器可以是只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable ROM,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable PROM,EPROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically EPROM,EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可以是随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),静态随机存取存储器(Static RAM,SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(Dynamic RAM,DRAM)、同步动态随机存取存储器(Synchronous DRAM,SDRAM)、双倍数据速率同步动态随机存取存储器(Double Data Rate SDRAM,DDRSDRAM)、增强型同步动态随机存取存储器(Enhanced SDRAM,ESDRAM)、同步连接动态随机存取存储器(Synch link DRAM,SLDRAM)和直接内存总线随机存取存储器(Direct Rambus RAM,DRRAM)。本申请实施例中的存储器1009包括但不限于这些和任意其它适合类型的存储器。
处理器1000可包括一个或多个处理单元;可选的,处理器1000集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理涉及操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等的操作,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信信号,如基带处理器。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器1000中。
本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,该可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述拨号方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,上述处理器为上述实施例中的电子设备中的处理器。上述可读存储介质,包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器ROM、随机存取存储器RAM、磁碟或者光盘等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,该芯片包括处理器和通信接口,通信接口和处理器耦合,处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述拨号方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
应理解,本申请实施例提到的芯片还可以称为系统级芯片、系统芯片、芯片系统或片上系统芯片等。
本申请实施例提供一种计算机程序产品,该程序产品被存储在存储介质中,该程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如上述拍摄方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种拨号方法,应用于电子设备,所述方法包括:
    在目标设备与所述电子设备连接的情况下,接收所述目标设备发送的拨号请求信息,所述拨号请求信息用于请求所述电子设备拨号;
    根据所述电子设备历史成功通话的选卡情况,确定所述电子设备中的第一用户身份识别卡;
    采用所述第一用户身份识别卡拨号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一用户身份识别卡为以下任一项:所述电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡、历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,
    所述根据所述电子设备历史成功通话的选卡情况,确定所述电子设备中的第一用户身份识别卡,包括:
    将目标存储区域中存储的卡槽标识指示的用户身份识别卡,确定为所述第一用户身份识别卡;
    其中,所述目标存储区域为所述电子设备的至少一个存储区域中的存储区域,每个存储区域用于存储所述电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识,或者,历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述电子设备中包括多个用户身份识别卡;所述方法还包括:
    在所述目标存储区域中不包括卡槽标识的情况下,采用第二用户身份识别卡拨号,所述第二用户身份识别卡为以下任一项:
    所述多个用户身份识别卡中信号强度最高的用户身份识别卡、根据所述多个用户身份识别卡的通话服务注册状态确定的一个用户身份识别卡。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述目标存储区域还用于存储所述电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡的卡标识,或历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡的卡标识;
    所述方法还包括:
    在满足目标条件的情况下,更新所述目标存储区域中存储的内容;
    其中,所述目标条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述目标存储区域中不包括本次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识、目标存储区域中不包括最近一次统计的历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识、所述目标存储区域的卡标识指示的用户身份识别卡所在的卡槽发生改变。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述拨号请求信息用于请求向目标联系人拨号;
    所述根据所述电子设备历史成功通话的选卡情况,确定所述电子设备中的第一用户身份识,包括:
    将所述电子设备最近一次与所述目标联系人成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡, 确定为所述第一用户身份识别卡。
  7. 一种拨号装置,所述装置包括:接收模块、确定模块和处理模块;
    所述接收模块,用于在目标设备与所述电子设备连接的情况下,接收所述目标设备发送的拨号请求信息,所述拨号请求信息用于请求所述电子设备拨号;
    所述确定模块,用于响应于所述接收模块接收的拨号请求信息,根据所述电子设备历史成功通话的选卡情况,确定所述电子设备中的第一用户身份识别卡;
    所述处理模块,用于采用所述确定模块确定的第一用户身份识别卡拨号。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述第一用户身份识别卡为以下任一项:所述电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡、历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其中,
    所述确定模块,具体用于将目标存储区域中存储的卡槽标识指示的用户身份识别卡,确定为所述第一用户身份识别卡;
    其中,所述目标存储区域为所述电子设备的至少一个存储区域中的存储区域,每个存储区域用于存储所述电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识,或者,历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述电子设备中包括多个用户身份识别卡;
    所述处理模块,还用于在所述目标存储区域中不包括卡槽标识的情况下,采用第二用户身份识别卡拨号,所述第二用户身份识别卡为以下任一项:
    所述多个用户身份识别卡中信号强度最高的用户身份识别卡、根据所述多个用户身份识别卡的通话服务注册状态确定的一个用户身份识别卡。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:更新模块;
    所述目标存储区域还用于存储所述电子设备最近一次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡的卡标识,或历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡的卡标识;
    所述更新模块,用于在满足目标条件的情况下,更新所述目标存储区域中存储的内容;
    其中,所述目标条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述目标存储区域中不包括本次成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识、目标存储区域中不包括最近一次统计的历史成功通话频次最高的用户身份识别卡对应的卡槽标识、所述目标存储区域的卡标识指示的用户身份识别卡所在的卡槽发生改变。
  12. 根据权利要求7至11中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述拨号请求信息用于请求向目标联系人拨号;
    所述确定模块,具体用于将所述电子设备最近一次与所述目标联系人成功通话所采用的用户身份识别卡,确定为所述第一用户身份识别卡。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的拨号方法的步骤。
  14. 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的拨号方法的步骤。
  15. 一种计算机软件产品,所述计算机软件产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的拨号方法。
  16. 一种电子设备,包括电子设备被配置成用于执行如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的拨号方法。
  17. 一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的拨号方法。
