在采用上述技术方案的情况下,本发明的洗鞋机的洗涤空间内排出的洗涤水能够先流入过滤构件被过滤后才从容水壳内排出至外部,使得洗鞋机排出的洗涤水中的杂质能够被过滤留置于过滤构件内,从而使过滤组件下游侧的排水路径中的杂质残留量被显著降低。同时,用户还能够从箱体外部直接将过滤构件从第一开口内抽出或装回,保证了用户日常清理维护过滤组件时的操作便利性。
在上述洗鞋机的优选技术方案中,所述过滤构件与所述箱体和/或所述容水壳卡接配合。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,用户只需操作相应的卡接结构解除配合或重新卡接即可完成过滤构件的拆出和装回工作,极大简化了过滤构件的安装方式,操作方便,并且安装过滤构件时不存在螺钉等单独的连接件,避免了拆装过滤构件时连接件丢失或需要配套安装工作的问题出现。
在上述洗鞋机的优选技术方案中,所述过滤构件包括过滤筒以及设置于所述过滤筒外壁上的卡爪,所述卡爪沿径向向外凸出设置,所述容水壳的内部设置有弧形卡槽和过口,所述过口的一端与所述弧形卡槽的内部连通,所述过口的另一端与外部连通,在所述过滤筒完全移入所述容水壳的情形下,所述过滤筒能够带动所述卡爪通过所述过口移入所述弧形卡槽,以便所述过滤筒能够通过带动所述卡爪沿所述弧形卡槽远离所述过口的方向转动的方式被卡置安装于所述容水壳内。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,用户只需在抽拉过滤筒时配合转动过滤筒的操作动作即可实现过滤筒与容水壳之间的卡接限位的添加或解除限位,操作便利性得到进一步提升。并且相较于直接将卡爪卡入或拉出卡扣的卡接方式相比,弧形卡槽的作用力承受能力更好,这种抵靠卡接方式也不易导致弧形卡槽变形或失效,工作寿命更长,更适用于需要被定期拆装清理的过滤筒的安装场景。
在上述洗鞋机的优选技术方案中,所述过滤筒的外侧端设置有圆形挡板,所述圆形挡板外侧向外延伸有操作结构,所述卡爪设置于所述圆 形挡板的侧部,在所述卡爪卡置于所述弧形卡槽内的情形下,所述圆形挡板封堵于所述第一开口位置,并且所述圆形挡板的外侧与所述第二开口的外侧齐平。
在上述洗鞋机的优选技术方案中,所述圆形挡板包括板体以及从所述板体的周向边缘向外延伸的安装沿,所述卡爪设置于所述安装沿的外周侧壁上,所述操作结构设置于所述板体靠近外部的一侧,在所述卡爪卡置于所述弧形卡槽内的情形下,所述安装沿的外侧和所述操作结构的外侧均与所述第二开口的外侧齐平。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,能够在将操作结构设置于易被用户接触到的位置的同时将过滤筒设置有操作结构的一端与箱体前侧壁的外侧面齐平设置,保证了箱体前侧具有良好的平整度,防止箱体被搬运时因前侧存在外凸部位而受损。
在上述洗鞋机的优选技术方案中,所述洗鞋机还包括导水管,所述容水壳上设置有第一进水口,所述过滤筒上设置有第二进水口,所述导水管的一端连通至所述洗涤构件,所述导水管的另一端连通至所述第一进水口,所述弧形卡槽内设置有阻挡结构,在安装好的情形下,所述卡爪卡置于所述弧形卡槽内并抵靠至所述阻挡结构,所述第二进水口与所述第一进水口彼此对准。
在上述洗鞋机的优选技术方案中,所述第一进水口为贯通所述容水壳的壳壁设置的圆形通孔,所述第二进水口为沿所述过滤筒的筒壁径向设置的方孔,所述方孔的宽度尺寸和长度尺寸均大于所述圆形通孔的径向尺寸。
在上述洗鞋机的优选技术方案中,所述容水壳上还设置有第一出水口,过滤筒上还设置有第二出水口,所述第一出水口与外部连通,所述第二出水口与所述容水壳内部连通,所述过滤筒内设置有至少一层过滤隔板,所述过滤隔板上分布有过滤孔,所述过滤隔板设置于所述第二进水口的出水侧与所述第二出水口的进水侧之间。
在上述洗鞋机的优选技术方案中,所述洗涤构件为洗涤桶,所述箱体前部设置有抽拉出口,所述洗鞋机还包括与所述抽拉出口滑动配合的抽屉,所述洗涤桶沿竖向设置于所述抽屉内,所述容水壳设置于所述抽 屉内并位于所述洗涤桶的底部下方,所述第二开口设置于所述抽屉的前侧壁下部,所述容水壳设置有所述第一开口的一端与所述抽屉的前侧壁的内侧紧密抵接。
在上述洗鞋机的优选技术方案中,所述洗鞋机还包括设置于所述箱体内的排水管以及设置于所述排水管上的排水泵,所述排水管的进水端与所述容水壳的内部连通,所述排水管的出水端延伸至所述箱体外部。

本领域技术人员应当理解的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域 技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1-3所示,本发明的洗鞋机包括箱体1、抽屉2、洗涤构件、排水组件和过滤组件4。其中,箱体1的前侧设置有抽拉出口11,抽屉2与该抽拉出口11滑动配合,能够通过该抽拉出口11进出箱体1,在抽屉2完全推入箱体1内的情形下,抽屉2的前侧壁与箱体1前侧设置有抽拉出口11的外壁齐平。抽屉2内部形成有容纳空间,洗涤构件容纳于该容纳空间内,洗涤构件优选为洗涤桶3,该洗涤桶3以可转动方式或固定方式安装于抽屉2内,并且洗涤桶3沿竖向设置,洗涤桶3的桶口朝上、通过抽屉2顶部的敞口露出,以便在抽屉2抽出后桶口移动至外部,抽屉2推回后桶口隐入箱体1内。过滤组件4包括容水壳41以及设置于容水壳41内的过滤构件42,该过滤构件42能够允许洗涤水流入其内部并且能够在其内部的洗涤水从过滤构件42的内部流出至容水壳41内部的容水腔时将洗涤水内的杂质过滤,以便洗涤水中的杂质能够被过滤出来并留置于过滤构件42内,上述洗涤桶3的内部与过滤构件42的内部连通,容水壳41的内部通过排水组件与外部连通,以便洗涤桶3内的洗涤水能够在流经过滤构件42、被过滤完杂质后再经过容水壳41引导进入排水组件。排水组件优选包括与容水壳41的内部连通的排水管6以及设置于排水管6上的排水泵,以便能够通过排水泵将容水壳41内被过滤完的洗涤水快速抽出排放至外部。
另外,为了满足过滤构件42的杂质清理需求,上述过滤构件42和容水壳41之间做可拆分设置,具体而言,容水壳41上设置有第一开口411,过滤构件42能够通过第一开口411进入或移出容水壳41内,以便过滤构件42能够被从容水壳41内拆出以清理内部留置的杂质,并且还能够通过第一开口411被装回容水壳41内。上述容水壳41可以设置于抽屉2内,以便连同洗涤桶3一起随抽屉2移入移出箱体1,此时,上述排水管6至少靠近抽屉2的部分设置成可变形的软管、波纹管等任意可变形的管件,该管件在箱体1内留存有一定长度余量,或者排水管6至少靠近抽屉2的部分设置成可伸缩的形状,以便允许抽屉2承载过滤组件4向外移出或向内移回。抽屉2的前侧壁上贯通设置有第二开口21,容水壳41以第一开口411朝向第二开口21对准并且靠近第二开口21的 方式设置于抽屉2内,容水壳41设置有第一开口411的一端与抽屉2的前侧壁的内侧紧密抵接,以便将第一开口411和第二开口21最大限度地靠近设置,从而允许用户从第二开口21的外部直接接触到过滤筒,便于用户将过滤构件42能够从抽屉2外部直接通过第二开口21被推入第一开口411或者从第一开口411拉出。并且过滤构件42与箱体1和/或容水壳41可拆卸连接,以便通过该连接限位被可靠限制于容水壳41内,在此情形下,第二开口21能够作为完成或解除上述过滤构件42与箱体1和/或容水壳41之间可拆卸连接配合的操作开口,便于用户在第二开口21外侧直接拆出或装回过滤构件42。
当然,上述容水壳41也可以设置于箱体1内、抽屉2外部,在此情形下,第二开口21设置于箱体1的前侧壁上,容水壳41以第一开口411朝向第二开口21对准并且靠近第二开口21的方式设置于箱体1内。
在上述实施方式中,过滤构件42与箱体1(或抽屉2)、过滤构件42与容水壳41或者过滤构件42与箱体1(或抽屉2)和容水壳41之间的可拆卸连接方式可以通过任意一种能够便于用户从第二开口21的外部操作的、能够满足过滤构件42的固定需求的可拆卸连接结构组合实现,例如,在想要使过滤构件42和容水壳41之间可拆卸连接的情形下,可以在过滤构件42与容水壳41之间设置卡接结构或磁吸结构,以便通过卡接限位或磁吸限位方式促使过滤构件42保持其被安装于容水壳41内的状态。
再者,本发明的洗鞋机的内部组成结构并不局限于上述箱体1、抽屉2和洗涤桶3的示例,本领域技术人员可以根据设置需求或洗涤需求调整箱体1内的结构设置方式,例如,在不具有洗涤水搅拌需求的情形下,洗涤空间还可以直接设置于抽屉2内,此时洗涤构件即为内部具有洗涤空间的抽屉2,无需在抽屉2内设置洗涤桶3、直接向抽屉2内腔进水并投放鞋子,过滤构件42的内部与抽屉2的内腔直接连通,以便过滤抽屉2内腔中流出的污水;或者,还可以不设置抽屉2,直接将洗涤桶3设置于箱体1内,此时箱体1可在顶部开设能够开闭的箱盖,以便遮挡或露出洗涤桶3的桶口。
此外,在排水管设置成下排水布置方式时,排水组件也可以不包括 排水泵。
下面结合过滤筒仅与容水壳41之间卡接配合的情形进一步描述本发明的优选实施方式:
继续参阅图3,优选地,上述过滤构件42包括过滤筒以及设置于过滤筒外壁上的卡爪43,卡爪43沿径向向外凸出设置,容水壳41的内部设置有弧形卡槽44和过口45,过口45的一端与弧形卡槽44的内部连通,过口45的另一端与外部连通,在过滤筒完全移入容水壳41的情形下,过滤筒能够带动卡爪43通过过口45恰好移入弧形卡槽44,以便过滤筒能够通过带动卡爪43沿弧形卡槽44远离过口45的方向转动的方式错开过口45并因此被卡置安装于容水壳41内,此时,弧形卡槽44能够限制过滤筒沿第一开口411移入/移出。
作为示例,过滤筒的外侧端设置有圆形挡板421,圆形挡板421的内侧设置有密封构件,圆形挡板421的外侧向外延伸有操作结构422,卡爪43的数量为多个(两个或两个以上),多个卡爪43分布设置于圆形挡板421的周向侧部,容水壳41内部的容水腔设置成沿过滤筒的抽拉方向延伸的筒状腔,弧形卡槽44为沿筒状腔的内腔壁周向设置的完整圆弧卡槽,即环形卡槽,上述过口45与卡爪43一一对应设置,沿环形卡槽的周向分布设置,在过滤筒被完全推入容水壳41内的情形下,每个卡爪43均通过一个过口45进入环形卡槽,圆形挡板421封堵于过水腔外侧端,密封垫密封于圆形挡板421与容水壳41的内腔壁之间、将第一开口411端封闭,此时,旋转过滤筒,每个卡爪43均相对于各自对应的过口45错位移动,卡爪43与环形卡槽之间形成多个卡接限位点,以便保持过滤筒完全容纳于容水壳41内并能够促使容水壳41的内部容水腔封闭的状态,并且圆形挡板421的外侧与第二开口21的外侧齐平,以便保证洗鞋机前侧具有良好的平整度。
进一步地,上述圆形挡板421包括圆形的平整的板体4211以及从板体4211的周向边缘向外延伸的安装沿4212,多个卡爪43分布设置于安装沿4212的外周侧壁上,操作结构422设置于板体4211靠近外部的一侧,例如,操作结构422设置成相对于板体4211向外凸出的条形结构,以便在板体4211外侧形成旋钮形状,便于用户握持转动过滤筒。其中, 操作结构422的外侧端与安装沿4212的外侧端齐平,以便在各卡爪43卡置于弧形卡槽44内的情形下,安装沿4212的外侧和操作结构422的外侧均能与第二开口21的外侧齐平,从而将操作结构422嵌入设置,进一步优化洗鞋机前侧的整体平整度。
针对上述任一种实施方式,过滤筒的具体结构优选设置成:容水壳41上设置有与其内部容水腔分别连通的第一进水口412和第一出水口,第一进水口412通过导水管5连通至洗涤桶3的内部,第二出水口的出水端与排水管6的进水端连通。其中,在上述导水管5为非虹吸管等普通管件时,上述导水管5的进水端还设置有能够截断或打开导水管5的进水侧的开关阀。过滤筒的筒体上设置有分别与其筒内连通的第二进水口423和第二出水口,过滤筒内设置有至少一层过滤隔板424,过滤隔板424设置于第二进水口423的出水侧与第二出水口的进水侧之间,过滤隔板424上分布有过滤孔,以便在洗涤水流经过滤隔板424时过滤其中携带的杂质。上述环形卡槽内设置有对应每个卡爪43的最大转动角度分别设置有一个阻挡结构,在过滤筒转动完毕并卡置于容水壳41内的情形下,每个卡爪43分别卡置于弧形卡槽44内并抵靠至一个阻挡结构,第二进水口423随过滤筒转动至与第一进水口412的出水端彼此对准的位置,以便洗涤桶3内的污水能够被导水管5导入第一进水口412并直接流入过滤筒内,使得洗涤水在从过滤筒内流经至少一层过滤隔层被过滤后才通过第二出水口进入容水壳41并通过第一出水口流出。
示例性地,上述第一进水口412为贯通容水壳41的壳壁设置的圆形通孔,该圆形通孔设置于容水壳41靠近第一开口411的一侧,上述第二进水口423为设置于沿过滤筒的径向设置的方孔,该方孔设置于过滤筒靠近圆形挡板421的一端,并且方孔的宽度尺寸和长度尺寸均大于圆形通孔的径向尺寸,以便方孔能够良好承接圆形通孔流出的污水,避免部分污水意外流入容水壳41与过滤筒之间。
优选地,在过滤隔板424设置为多层的情形下,可根据过滤杂质的种类需求将至少一部分过滤隔板424上的过滤孔设置成不同孔径,以便在洗涤水流动的过程中分层次过滤杂质,例如,先过滤大颗粒杂质,后过滤小颗粒杂质或线屑等柔性杂质,以便通过分成过滤的方式降低杂质 堵塞过滤孔的概率,提升过滤效果。其中,上述多层过滤隔板424既可以沿过滤筒的轴向排列设置、将过滤筒的内部分隔成多个柱状腔室,也可以沿过滤筒的径向排列设置。
可替代地,上述过滤筒还可设置成内部不设置过滤隔板424,此时,过滤孔可直接形成于过滤筒的筒壁上,第二出水口即为过滤孔的出水侧,污水中的杂质在污水经第二进水口423流入过滤筒内后流经过滤筒的筒壁时被过滤孔过滤。本领域技术人员可以根据过滤需求设置过滤筒的内部结构。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述洗鞋机包括箱体以及设置于所述箱体内的洗涤构件和过滤组件,所述洗涤构件的内部设置有能够容纳洗涤水和鞋子的洗涤空间,
    所述过滤组件包括与所述箱体相连的容水壳和设置于所述容水壳内的过滤构件,所述过滤构件与所述洗涤构件连通,所述容水壳与外部连通,
    所述容水壳上设置有第一开口,所述过滤构件能够通过所述第一开口进入/移出所述容水壳内,
    所述箱体上设置有将其内部与外部连通的第二开口,所述第二开口对准并靠近所述第一开口设置,所述过滤构件与所述箱体和/或所述容水壳可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述过滤构件与所述箱体和/或所述容水壳卡接配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述过滤构件包括过滤筒以及设置于所述过滤筒外壁上的卡爪,所述卡爪沿径向向外凸出设置,
    所述容水壳的内部设置有弧形卡槽和过口,所述过口的一端与所述弧形卡槽的内部连通,所述过口的另一端与外部连通,
    在所述过滤筒完全移入所述容水壳的情形下,所述过滤筒能够带动所述卡爪通过所述过口移入所述弧形卡槽,以便所述过滤筒能够通过带动所述卡爪沿所述弧形卡槽远离所述过口的方向转动的方式被卡置安装于所述容水壳内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述过滤筒的外侧端设置有圆形挡板,所述圆形挡板的外侧向外延伸有操作结构,所述卡爪设置于所述圆形挡板的侧部,
    在所述卡爪卡置于所述弧形卡槽内的情形下,所述圆形挡板封堵于所述第一开口位置,并且所述圆形挡板的外侧与所述第二开口的外侧齐平。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述圆形挡板包括板体以及从所述板体的周向边缘向外延伸的安装沿,所述卡爪设置于所述安装沿的外周侧壁上,所述操作结构设置于所述板体靠近外部的一侧,
    在所述卡爪卡置于所述弧形卡槽内的情形下,所述安装沿的外侧和所述操作结构的外侧均与所述第二开口的外侧齐平。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述洗鞋机还包括导水管,所述容水壳上设置有第一进水口,所述过滤筒上设置有第二进水口,所述导水管的一端连通至所述洗涤构件,所述导水管的另一端连通至所述第一进水口,
    所述弧形卡槽内设置有阻挡结构,
    在安装好的情形下,所述卡爪卡置于所述弧形卡槽内并抵靠至所述阻挡结构,所述第二进水口与所述第一进水口彼此对准。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述第一进水口为贯通所述容水壳的壳壁设置的圆形通孔,所述第二进水口为沿所述过滤筒的筒壁径向设置的方孔,所述方孔的宽度尺寸和长度尺寸均大于所述圆形通孔的径向尺寸。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述容水壳上还设置有第一出水口,过滤筒上还设置有第二出水口,所述第一出水口与外部连通,所述第二出水口与所述容水壳内部连通,
    所述过滤筒内设置有至少一层过滤隔板,所述过滤隔板上分布有过滤孔,所述过滤隔板设置于所述第二进水口的出水侧与所述第二出水口的进水侧之间。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述洗涤构件为洗涤桶,所述箱体前部设置有抽拉出口,所述洗鞋机还包括与所述抽拉出口滑动配合的抽屉,所述洗涤桶沿竖向设置于所述抽屉内,所述容水壳设置于所述抽屉内并位于所述洗涤桶的底部下方,
    所述第二开口设置于所述抽屉的前侧壁下部,所述容水壳设置有所述第一开口的一端与所述抽屉的前侧壁的内侧紧密抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述洗鞋机还包括设置于所述箱体内的排水管以及设置于所述排水管上的排水泵,所述排水管的进水端与所述容水壳的内部连通,所述排水管的出水端延伸至所述箱体外部。
