Description

利用机械开关直接控制电机的振动装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种振动装置,尤其涉及一种利用机械开关直接控制电机的振动装置。
背景技术
振动装置作为一种常用的装置,通常采用电机带动偏心轮产生振动。随着电子技术的发展,现有的振动装置多采用电子开关、控制器以及线路板等电子元器件组成,形成功能复杂多样的电子振动装置,可以进行复杂的振动控制。对于需要复杂振动控制的装置来说,需要这种复杂的控制电路以及控制器。但是对于一些简单的振动装置,尤其是一次性用品的振动装置,不需要实现复杂的振动控制,这种复杂的控制电路以及控制器既导致了结构复杂,又使产品的成本,同时还浪费了其复杂控制的功能。尤其是在芯片和电子元器件价格大幅上涨和电子元器件大量缺货的情况下,制造简单的振动装置不需要复杂的电子控制结构,这样可以大量节约成本,还可以使用简单的元器件生产振动装置。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:构建一种利用机械开关直接控制电机的振动装置,克服现有技术简单功能的振动装置结构过于复杂、成本高的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是:构建一种利用机械开关直接控制电机的振动装置,包括电机、机械开关、直流电源、外壳、柔性外套,所述电机上设置偏心轮,所述机械开关直接连接所述电机和所述直流电源构成回路,所述电机、所述偏心轮、所述机械开关和所述直流电源均设置在所述外壳中,所述外壳呈条形,所述电机固定设置在所述外壳顶部,所述柔性外套套在所述外壳上,所述柔性外套位于所述外壳底部设置固定环,所述外壳的长轴与所述固定环的轴向呈空间交叉,所述机械开关开通时,所述直流电源驱动所述偏心轮转动产生振动。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述电机、所述机械开关和所述直流电源在所述外壳中依次沿所述外壳长轴设置。

如图1所示,本发明的具体实施方式是:构建一种利用机械开关直接控制电机的振动装置,包括电机1、机械开关2、直流电源3、外壳4、柔性外套5,所述电机1上设置偏心轮6,所述机械开关2直接连接所述电机1和所述直流电源3构成回路,所述电机1、所述偏心轮6、所述机械开关2和所述直流电源3均设置在所述外壳4中,所述外壳4呈条形,所述电机1固定设置在所述外壳4顶部,所述柔性外套5套在所述外壳4上,所述柔性外套5位于所述外壳4底部设置固定环51,所述外壳4的长轴与所述固定环51的轴向511向呈空间 交叉,所述机械开关1开通时,所述直流电源3驱动所述偏心轮6转动产生振动。
如图1、图2所示,本发明的具体实施过程是:构建一种利用机械开关直接控制电机的振动装置,所述电机1上设置偏心轮6,所述机械开关2直接连接所述电机1和所述直流电源3,所述电机1、所述偏心轮6、所述机械开关2和所述直流电源3均设置在所述外壳4中,在所述电机1、所述偏心轮6、所述机械开关2和所述直流电源3构成的电回路中,所述电机1作为驱动装置,将所述电机1和所述偏心震动轮6在电机1通电状态的电阻值,作为电路中的降压电阻与电机1电磁感应元件总电阻并计算其阻值,依据所述电机1的功率参数要求、所述偏心轮6的转速以及电源3的电流电压等参数,将电路中电压和电流值计算并优化匹配电源3,使电路正常工作时的电流电压值在安全范围值之内。所述外壳4呈条形,所述电机1固定设置在所述外壳4顶部,所述柔性外套5套在所述外壳4上,所述柔性外套5位于所述外壳4底部设置固定环51。振动装置竖直时,其竖向为其长轴,所述固定环51形成的圆柱形,其圆柱形的轴向为所述固定环51的轴向,所述外壳4的长轴与所述固定环51的轴向呈空间交叉,也即是:振动装置竖直时,固定环51也竖向设置在所述外壳的底部,其圆心的轴向511与外壳4的长轴交叉,这样设置固定环51,方便固定和使用。所述机械开关1开通时,所述直流电源3驱动所述偏心轮6转动产生振动。
如图1所示,本发明的优选实施方式是:所述电机1、所述机械开关2和所述直流电源3在所述外壳4中依次沿所述外壳4长轴设置。具体实施例中,当振动装置竖直放置时,所述电机1和所述偏心轮6位于所述外壳4的顶部区域,此时,所述偏心轮6离所述固定环51较远,可以使其产生的振动更强烈。优选实施例中,所述电机1上的偏心轮6设置在所述电机1与所述机械开关2或所述直流电源3之间。偏心轮6设置在所述电机1与所述机械开关2或所述直流电源3之间既可以保持其离所述固定环51的距离,使其产生更强烈的振动,同时又可以兼顾其未在最顶端而导致的转动重心过远影响振动装置的稳定性。
如图1所示,本发明的优选实施方式是:所述外壳4的长轴41与所述固定环51的轴向511呈空间正交,即是:所述外壳4的长轴41与所述固定环51的轴向511在空间垂直相交。空间相交可以是不同平面。
如图1所示,本发明的优选实施方式是:所述固定环51为圆形固定环或者 类似圆形的固定环,这样方便使用固定。
