Abstract
The invention is a medical device structure (A) that both ensures hygienic and cleans the device placed inside the device storage container (1) of put on and taken off dental devices.
Description
A MEDICAL DEVICE STRUCTURE
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical device structure.
In particular, the invention is a medical device structure that both ensures hygienic and cleans the device placed inside the device storage container of put on and taken off dental devices.
Background of the Invention
Devices such as dental prostheses, braces, or teethers that can be put on and taken off by the patients are called mobile devices.
Removable dental devices include devices that allow the patient self-removal and insertion. These devices are used in situations such as performing simple tooth movements, enlarging the jaw in patients with jaw stenosis, and preventing harmful habits. In some cases, they are used as a preparatory step before moving to fixed orthodontic treatment, and sometimes to provide reinforcement after fixed treatment.
The most important issue for the mentioned mobile devices is to ensure that they are cleaned when they are placed in their storage boxes.
Due to the large structures and critical retentive areas of mobile devices, they increase the uptake of microbial dental plaque and oral pathogenic microorganisms on their own masses and in the oral environment.
Taking out the device at certain intervals and leaving it in the storage boxes currently on the market is to carry these microbes there and ensure their reproduction.
It is necessary to clean the mentioned mobile devices frequently and therefore the storage container as well. This creates the problem of time and space. It is necessary to use extra cleaning agent and antibacterial disinfectant.
One of the emerging problems is that the use of the mechanical method alone is insufficient to completely eliminate microorganisms in the critical retentive areas of mobile devices.
With the developing technology, UV lamps have become more effective and economical, and UV disinfection devices of every capacity can be produced. Since the 1950s, disinfection with UV rays has become widespread rapidly and has become a standard and reliable practice today.
Current state-of-the-art ultrasonic cleaners are used for cleaning dirty and rusty materials in the optics, jewelry, automotive and dental prosthetics industries. Due to the incorrect cleaning time, cavitation erosion occurs in the material. In addition, there is a waste of energy.
In the literature, in the Chinese Patent application numbered CN210811669, "The utility model includes the dental scalar water tank, a UV (ultraviolet) LED (light emitting diode) embedded in the dental scalar water tank, and the dental scalar water tank, the dental scaler also includes a nozzle, the nozzle provided with a insertion inner box, and the inner box is provided with UV LED and is used for disinfecting the nozzle. According to the utility model, it is easy for bacteria to breed in the tooth cleaner; The mercury in the water tank is harmful to the human body and the environment is polluted and dissolved.” statements are included.
In the mentioned application, the structure of the tooth cleaner container is included.
Again in the literature, in the Chinese patent application numbered CN211780698, " The utility model discloses a rotary table lamp with a disinfection function, and relates to the technical field of lamps. The LED street lamp comprises a base table, a lamp post assembly, a lamp holder and an LED lamp tube, the lamp post assembly is in threaded connection to the base table, the lamp holder is hinged to the top end of the
lamp post assembly, and the LED lamp tube is installed on the lamp holder. The utility model discloses a rotary table lamp with a disinfection function. An adapter in the lamp post assembly is connected with a vertical rod and a hinge rod. When the column head end of the piston column is pulled away from the annular tooth groove in the hinge rod; the hinge rod can be rotated by 360 degrees so that the circumferential angle of the LED lamp tube on the lampholder can be changed along with the hinge rod, the lamp holder is hinged to the hinge rod, the irradiation angle of the LED lamp tube on the lamp holder can be adjusted up and down in a fan shape, the LED lamp tube can adapt to illumination at different angles, and the use convenience is improved; when a user wants to sterilize and disinfect a series of small articles for daily use such as a mobile phone and a tablet personal computer, the user pulls out the drawing box, places the articles into the drawing box and closes the drawing box, and the UV lamp set is turned on to sterilize and disinfect the articles.” statements are included.
A device that disinfects with a UV lamp is included in the aforementioned patent application.
Due to the above-mentioned reasons, the need to introduce a new medical device structure has arisen.
Disclosure of the Invention
Based on this position of the technique, the aim of the invention is to present a new medical device configuration that eliminates the existing disadvantages.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure that ensures that the storage boxes of movable removable dental devices are both hygienic and have the feature of cleaning the device placed inside.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure with the feature of adding cleaning liquid when the device is closed.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure that allows the devices to be cleaned in a completely isolated environment.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed explanation, the innovation that is the subject of the invention is only explained with examples that will not have any limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject.
The invention is a medical device structure (A) that both ensures hygienic and cleans the device placed inside the device storage container (1 ) of put on and taken off dental devices characterized in that, comprises, device storage container (1 ) in which the mobile device is placed, battery (4), positioned as an electrical power source with an ultrasonic frequency of 25-50 kHz, the micro motor (5), which performs mechanical cleaning through the vibration it provides, ultraviolet lamp (6) that disinfects by emitting UV rays.
Figure-1 shows a representative disassembled view of the medical device structure (A), which is the subject of the invention.
Medical device structure (A) according to invention, comprises main parts of device storage container (1 ) in which the mobile device is placed, the lower cover (2) that closes the said device storage container (1 ) from the bottom, the upper cover (3) that closes the said device storage container (1) from the top, battery (4), positioned as an electrical power source with an ultrasonic frequency of 25-50 kHz, the micro motor (5), which performs mechanical cleaning through the vibration it provides, ultraviolet lamp (6) that disinfects by emitting UV rays, converter (7) that converts electrical waves into ultrasonic waves.
Ultraviolet or ultraviolet light, which is an effective solution in environmental sterilization, is called "UV" for short. The wavelength of UV radiation is in the range of 100 nm to 400 nm. This radiation is invisible to the eye because our eyes perceive wavelengths called visible light in the range of 400 nm to 700 nm. Since we perceive the lowest visible radiation as violet, the region smaller than violet light is called "ultraviolet". As in the concept of light, we define the wavelength in ultraviolet radiation with the concept of nanometer (nm). A nanometer is expressed as one billionth of a metre. In the design of the UV sterilization system to be established, it is important to sterilize which microorganisms and to what extent.
When we double the dose, which we calculated according to 90% effectiveness, we reach 99%, when we triple it, we reach 99.9%, when we quadruple it, we reach 99.99%. The design of the UV application depends on the required UV dose, the flow rate and the physical and chemical parameters of the medium to be disinfected. Facility design criteria, flexible, economical and sustainable operation are also decisive design parameters.
Ultraviolet germicidal radiation [UVGI] can be used especially for disinfection of materials that are not resistant to heat and humidity. However, its use in this area is limited. This is because UV can kill microorganisms directly exposed to UV light but cannot kill microorganisms on surfaces that UV light cannot reach, such as the lumen of a needle or laparoscope. Therefore, ultraviolet lamps (6) should be used together with other disinfection processes in instrument and surface disinfection.
With a UV dose of 400 J/m2, it is possible to remove 99.99% of almost all pathogenic microorganisms. For this reason, in order to stay on the safe side in choosing a UV device, the UV dose is preferred as at least 400 J/m2. The most important feature of the medical device structure (A) that is the subject of the invention is that it provides dental plaques in a completely antibacterial environment and at the same time disinfects the plaques by 99%.
This feature of the aforementioned medical device structure (A) is cleaned with UV light and also with its ultrasonic feature. Ultrasonic cleaning, also defined as microscopic brushing, is based on the principle of shaking water at a certain speed with sound waves.
In normal cleaning, brushes sometimes cannot reach all surfaces. The vibration created by the sound waves almost resembles brushing at high speed. While water is in liquid form under 60°C temperature and atmospheric pressure (0 Bar), it will start to evaporate when the pressure is lowered below 0.8 Bar.
Ultrasonic waves cause very rapid pressure increases and decreases in the liquid. With the sudden decrease in this pressure, gas bubbles form in the water and with the sudden increase in the pressure, the bubbles burst. This movement created by gas bubbles in water is called “cavitation”.
Adjusting the frequency of ultrasonic waves is also important. At higher frequencies, the number of bubbles increases, but the energy released by each decreases. As a result, small particles of dirt are easily removed without causing any damage.
The said device storage container (1 ) contains a deep tub containing cleaning liquid, and there are converter (7) at the bottom that convert electrical waves into ultrasonic waves. The cleaning process will be provided with the cleaning liquid to be added into the medical device structure (A) which is the subject of the invention.
In addition, since the size of the medical device structure (A) is small, it can be carried anywhere in a bag or pocket, so all procedures can be used whenever and wherever desired.
