Abstract
La présente invention concerne un ancrage de fixation unilatérale d'os cortical de type à traction, conçu pour être fixé à un os cortical sous forme d'ancrage de type à traction et pour limiter des dommages à un corps humain. L'ancrage de fixation unilatérale d'os cortical de type à traction selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention peut être conçu pour comprendre : un manchon d'ancrage où une unité d'en-tête, insérée dans un os cortical, s'étendant par une force externe et à fixer à l'os cortical, est disposée au niveau de son extrémité inférieure ; et une broche d'ancrage, conçue pour être insérée dans le manchon d'ancrage et pour générer une force externe permettant l'extension de l'unité d'en-tête lors d'une traction.
