La présente invention concerne un blocage de tête. De façon plus spécifique, un blocage de tête, pour fixer la tête d'un patient pour une intervention chirurgicale ou un examen chirurgical, comprend : une plaque d'accouplement qui est couplée à l'une des extrémités d'une table pour supporter le corps du patient ; un cadre d'axe longitudinal dont l'extrémité de l'un des côtés est couplée à une extrémité au centre de la plaque d'accouplement, et dont la direction selon la longueur est parallèle à une première direction axiale, qui est dans une direction longitudinale ; un cadre d'axe latitudinal dont la direction selon la longueur est dans une direction latitudinale, et qui est parallèle à une seconde direction axiale qui est perpendiculaire à la première direction axiale ; une partie d'ajustement de longueur, qui est disposée entre le cadre d'axe longitudinal et le cadre d'axe latitudinal pour guider le cadre longitudinal de façon à se déplacer dans la première direction axiale et à déplacer le cadre latitudinal dans la seconde direction axiale ; des bras, dont chacun a une extrémité sur un côté qui est couplée aux extrémités sur les deux côtés du cadre latitudinal ; des dispositifs de support de broche qui sont couplés à chaque extrémité sur l'autre côté des bras, respectivement ; et des broches, dont chacune est couplée au dispositif de support de broche pour coupler la tête entre les bras, en permettant ainsi à un corps intégré comprenant les bras et le cadre latitudinal d'entrer à l'intérieur d'un support mobile tandis que la tête est fixée au moyen des broches.
