如图1所示,在目前智能会议系统服务的架构示意图中,各AP蓝牙网关能够接收到所有的会议信息,不同的会议信息之间不会进行隔离,采用的AP蓝牙网关及桌牌通过蓝牙协议进行刷新并采用自动连接机制,即在AP蓝牙网 关的覆盖范围内的桌牌可自动与AP蓝牙网关建立连接关系,AP蓝牙网关通过http协议与智能会议系统的服务器进行连接,采用mqtt传输协议进行远距离传输。智能会议系统的服务器向指定桌牌传送信息,获取桌牌关联的AP蓝牙网关,将会议信息发送给AP蓝牙网关后进行刷新。基于目前智能会议系统服务的架构下的刷新机制无法满足多会议场景下的要求,一方面,AP蓝牙网关和桌牌自动连接的方式在多会议场景下存在相互干扰问题,例如,存在两个会议同时进行时,在两个会议开始之前,会将参会人信息发送给AP蓝牙网关,并通过AP蓝牙网关转发给具备连接关系的桌牌,但是由于AP蓝牙网关和桌牌之间时自动连接的,容易发生AP蓝牙网关将接收的会议1的参会人信息发送会议2的桌牌,导致刷新不准确,存在相关干扰;另一方面,由于目前的AP蓝牙网关能够接收到所有的会议信息和参会人信息,容易存在信息交叉,导致后续桌牌刷新时产生干扰,并且在进行桌牌的刷新时需要一个桌牌刷新完成后,再对另一个桌牌进行刷新,导致在多会议场景下,无法满足刷新时效性,刷新效率低下。最后一方面,目前自动刷新通常由于网络阻塞、桌牌电量过低、硬件终端损坏(桌牌损坏)等多种问题,自动刷新成功率无法满足100%。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实施例提供一种电子标牌刷新的方法,该方法设计的核心思想是,建立会议室和蓝牙网关、蓝牙网关和电子标牌之间的绑定关系,基于绑定关系将参会人信息发送给对应的电子标牌,由于本实施例中电子标牌和蓝牙网关之间具备绑定关系,并且一个电子标牌唯一绑定一个蓝牙网关,即使蓝牙网关能够扫描到某个电子标牌,只要扫描到的电子标牌和蓝牙网关之间不具备绑定关系,则蓝牙网关便不会将参会人信息发送给该电子标牌,能够有效避免多会议场景下由于蓝牙网关和电子标牌自动连接导致存在相关干扰的问题。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的电子标牌包括但不限于EPD标牌,例如EPD桌牌等用于显示会议信息的具有收发功能的电子显示装置,本实施例对此不作过多限定。本实施例中的方法可以应用于智能会议系统的服务器。
如图2所示,本公开实施例提供的一种电子标牌刷新的方法,该方法的实施流程如下所示:
步骤200、获取预约会议的会议信息和参会人信息;其中,所述会议信息包括所述会议信息对应的蓝牙网关;
在一些实施例中,本实施例中的参会人信息是即将参加预约会议的人员信息,本实施例中的会议信息包括会议信息对应的蓝牙网关,还包括但不限于会议室信息(如会议室名称、会议室ID、会议室编号等)、会议内容、会议主题、会议起止时间中的至少一种。本实施例中的参会人信息包括但不限于参会人姓名、参会人所属公司、参会人所属部门、参会人职位中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,接收用户在智能会议系统的服务界面输入的预约会议的相关信息,根据接收的预约会议的相关信息,获取预约会议的会议信息和参会人信息。
步骤201、将所述参会人信息通过所述会议信息对应的蓝牙网关发送到所述蓝牙网关绑定的电子标牌;其中,当所述蓝牙网关有多个时,所述电子标牌唯一绑定一个蓝牙网关;
步骤202、通过所述电子标牌刷新显示所述参会人信息。
实施中,本实施例的会议信息与蓝牙网关具有对应关系,蓝牙网关与电子标牌绑定,也就确定了会议信息和电子标牌之间的对应关系。其中,会议信息中的会议室信息可以和蓝牙网关具有绑定关系,通过会议信息、蓝牙网关以及电子标牌之间的对应关系,将会议信息中的参会人信息发送给对应的电子标牌,从而避免多会议场景下的干扰问题。
在一些实施例中,当所述会议信息有多个,且所述蓝牙网关有多个时,一个所述会议信息对应至少一个所述蓝牙网关,不同的所述会议信息对应的蓝牙网关不同。
在一些实施例中,本实施例中当所述蓝牙网关有多个,且所述电子标牌有多个时,一个所述蓝牙网关绑定至少一个所述电子标牌,不同的所述蓝牙网关绑定的电子标牌不同。
在一些实施例中,本实施例中的会议室信息和电子标牌也具备绑定关系。当会议室信息有多个,且电子标牌有多个时,一个会议室信息可以绑定至少一个电子标牌。不同的会议室信息绑定的电子标牌不相同。
如图3所示,本实施例提供了一种智能会议系统,包括服务器300、蓝牙网关301、电子标牌302;其中:
服务器300用于获取预约会议的会议信息和参会人信息;并通过所述会议信息对应的蓝牙网关301,将所述参会人信息发送给所述蓝牙网关301绑定的电子标牌302进行刷新显示,其中一个电子标牌302绑定一个蓝牙网关301。
如图4所示,以多个会议信息、多个蓝牙网关以及多个电子标牌为例,本实施例还提供一种智能会议系统的网络架构示意图,其中,获取2个会议信息,每个会议信息对应2个蓝牙网关,每个蓝牙网关绑定3个电子标牌。不同的会议信息对应的蓝牙网关不同,不同的蓝牙网关绑定的电子标牌也不相同。本实施例中的智能会议系统的网络架构,将不同的会议信息进行隔离传输,并且通过每个蓝牙网关绑定多个电子标牌,每个会议信息对应多个蓝牙网关的方式,利用多个蓝牙网关同步进行电子标牌的刷新显示,提高刷新显示的效率,多个预约会议的参会人信息也可以进行同步刷新显示。
在一些实施例中,若所述预约会议为多个,各预约会议的会议信息不同,例如预约会议的会议室不同,则将各预约会议的参会人信息传输至不同的蓝牙网关,以实现各预约会议的参会人信息的隔离。
在一些实施例中,当一个会议信息对应多个蓝牙网关时,将所述参会人信息并行发送给多个蓝牙网关,以使多个蓝牙网关同步控制绑定的电子标牌进行刷新显示。其中,同步具体表示非严格时间上的相同,同步控制电子标牌刷新显示的方式能够有效提高刷新效率,降低刷新时间。
在一些实施例中,本实施例还可以建立会议室信息和电子标牌之间的绑定关系,即建立会议室和电子标牌的绑定关系,从而基于会议室绑定的蓝牙网关和电子标牌,将蓝牙网关和电子标牌都绑定在该会议室内。
如图5所示,本实施例提供一种会议模板配置界面,在该会议模板配置 界面,用户可以添加、配置会议信息对应的蓝牙网关,配置会议室信息和蓝牙网关之间的绑定关系,还可以对电子标牌进行配置,配置该会议室信息和电子标牌的绑定关系。其中,蓝牙网关添加的通信原理是,蓝牙网关在Web页面系统上通过mac地址添加为一种设备。蓝牙网关和智能会议系统的服务器之间传输的信息的通信通道是消息中间件Message Queue(消息队列),通信协议是Message Queuing Telemetry Transport(消息队列遥测传输协议)。
如图6所示,本实施例还提供一种网关和电子标牌的配置界面,通过该配置界面可以配置蓝牙网关和电子标牌的绑定关系。用户还可以通过解绑操作,解除绑定关系,例如解除会议室信息和蓝牙网关的绑定关系。用户可以通过会议模板配置界面自定义会议室信息-蓝牙网关-电子标牌之间的绑定关系,或者自定义会议室信息-蓝牙网关之间的绑定关系,还可以对该绑定关系进行修改、解除等操作。
例如,以电子标牌是桌牌为例,在注册桌牌时,用户为该桌牌选择绑定的蓝牙网关,根据用户web端操作,后台记录桌牌和蓝牙网关的绑定关系。同样的,在添加会议室时,用户将该会议室拟用的蓝牙网关与桌牌全部绑定在该会议室空间内,由此后台可记录会议室与蓝牙网关,会议室与桌牌,蓝牙网关与桌牌的关系。
可选的,用户还可以在该会议模板配置界面编辑、修改会议信息等,还可以根据预先存储的蓝牙网关-电子标牌的绑定关系,触发“一键设置桌牌”按钮,自动设置与绑定的蓝牙网关绑定的电子标牌,无需用户手动选择。
如图7所示,本实施例还提供一种电子标牌的手动刷新界面,该手动刷新界面可以显示会议信息的参会人信息,用户可以对参会人信息进行更新、编辑、修改等操作。
在一些实施例中,用户可以触发每个参会人信息对应的发送按钮,生成对参会人信息的更新指令,例如,用户可以在该手动刷新界面点击与某个参会人信息对应的发送按钮,点击发送按钮后,会将之前发送给该电子标牌的参会人信息重新发送给该电子标牌。
实施中,响应于用户对参会人信息的更新指令,将所述参会人信息重新发送给所述参会人信息对应的电子标牌进行刷新显示,这种通过用户手动触发参会人信息更新的方式,能够解决自动更新参会人信息时容易发生其中某个电子标牌无法显示参会人信息的问题,此时,可以通过手动触发将参会人信息重新发送给该电子标牌,提高电子标牌刷新的成功率。
其中,确定参会人信息对应的电子标牌的方式包括但不限于如下任意一种:
1)根据与所述参会人信息相关的预约会议的会议信息对应的蓝牙网关确定所述参会人信息对应的电子标牌;
实施中,根据会议信息对应的蓝牙网关,以及该蓝牙网关绑定的电子标牌,确定出和会议信息相关的参会人信息对应的电子标牌。
2)将接收到的用户指定的电子标牌作为所述参会人信息对应的电子标牌。
实施中,用户可以指定某个电子标牌作为参会人信息对应的电子标牌,该指定的电子标牌可以是该会议信息对应的蓝牙网关绑定的电子标牌,也可以不是该会议信息对应的蓝牙网关绑定的电子标牌。
通过该手动刷新界面用户可以对还没有成功显示参会人信息的参会人信息进行手动刷新,触发将该参会人信息重新发送给绑定的电子标牌进行刷新显示。通过自动刷新和手动刷新结合的方式,提高刷新的成功率。
在一些实施例中,本实施例还可以通过手动刷新界面,对参会人信息进行编辑、修改、删除等操作。
实施中,用户可以对参会人信息进行编辑,例如用户触发参会人信息对应的编辑按钮,生成编辑指令,响应于用户对参会人信息的编辑指令,对所述参会人信息进行编辑,将编辑后的参会人信息发送给所述参会人信息对应的电子标牌进行刷新显示。
实施中,用户还可以对参会人信息进行修改,例如用户触发参会人信息对应的修改按钮,生成修改指令,响应于用户对参会人信息的修改指令,对所述参会人信息进行修改,将修改后的参会人信息重新发送给所述参会人信 息对应的电子标牌进行刷新显示。
其中,根据所述参会人信息相关的预约会议的会议信息对应的蓝牙网关确定所述参会人信息绑定的电子标牌,或将接收到的用户指定的电子标牌作为所述参会人信息绑定的电子标牌。
如果,参会人信息对应的电子标牌是参会人信息相关的预约会议的会议信息对应的蓝牙网关确定的,那么该电子标牌是该蓝牙网关绑定的电子标牌;如果参会人信息对应的电子标牌是用户指定的电子标牌,用户可以在手动刷新界面上对该参会人信息对应的电子标牌进行重新分配,为该参会人信息指定一个电子标牌。这种情况能够避免原有的电子标牌自身发送故障无法正常刷新显示参会人信息的时候,可以更换一个新的电子标牌,并将参会人信息与该新的电子标牌建立对应关系,其中可以是将参会人信息和电子标牌的ID进行对应,也可以是将参会人信息和表征该电子标牌唯一性的其他信息进行对应。
本实施例提供了一种会议信息-蓝牙网关-电子标牌的绑定机制,以及在多会议场景下的手动触发参会人信息的刷新功能。用户在为会议室添加电子标牌时,需要为电子标牌指定对应的蓝牙网关,建立蓝牙网关和电子标牌一一对应的关系即一个电子标牌唯一对应一个蓝牙网关;蓝牙网关和电子标牌的绑定关系确认完成后,将蓝牙网关和电子标牌绑定在会议信息包含的对应的会议室信息下,建立硬件设备与会议室的对应关系,并且会议室下支持绑定多个蓝牙网关。需要说明的是,与蓝牙网关绑定的电子标牌应该在该蓝牙网关的覆盖范围内。
通过指定的绑定关系实现多会议场景下,会议信息之间的隔离,避免了会议信息之间的相互干扰;同时在实现会议数据隔离后,便可通过在会议室下绑定多个蓝牙网关的方式,实现分组并行刷新的效果,可翻倍缩短刷新时长,满足多个电子标牌刷新的及时性。
具体实施中,用户在完成会议室硬件设备配置(包括建立会议室信息、蓝牙网关、电子标牌的绑定关系)后,进入会议预约界面进行会议预约,预 约完成后进入会议详情添加参会人信息,包含内部用户和外部用户信息,其中内部用户的信息存储于智能会议系统,外部用户的信息为用户手动添加的信息,外部用户的信息可以在会议结束后删除;例如,在会议开始前15分钟进行电子标牌的自动刷新,用户可通过参会人信息的刷新状态查看对应电子标牌的刷新信息。
在一些实施例中,本实施例还提供一种手动刷新的方法,在会议场景下除了对桌牌刷新的及时性有较高要求外,同时对桌牌刷新的准确性也有较高要求。因终端硬件设备在刷新时受多种因素影响无法满足刷新率100%的要求,即使通过自动刷新补偿也无法避免因终端硬件设备损坏导致的无法刷新。本方案在满足会议信息隔离及时效性的前提下,新增手动触发功能,例如用户在会议开始前3分钟至会议结束前25分钟内,可通过手动触发的方式进行参会人信息更新及桌牌硬件设备或桌牌模板的替换,通过手动触发的功能可弥补自动刷新机制无法达到100%的实现效果(包括刷新次数及单次刷新综合的成功率)并满足用户进行桌牌刷新的灵活性。以电子标牌是桌牌为例,本实施例中的测试数据达标情况如下表所示:

本实施例还提供一种操作规范,在一些实施例中,用户对参会人信息的 修改指令是在所述预约会议开始前的第一时刻到所述预约会议结束前的第二时刻内,接收的所述用户对所述预约会议的参会人信息进行修改生成的指令。实施中,在所述预约会议开始前的第一时刻到所述预约会议结束前的第二时刻内,接收用户对参会人信息的修改指令。例如,在会议开始前3分钟至会议结束前25分钟内,用户可进行参会人信息修改,并重新发送修改后的参会人信息到对应的电子标牌进行刷新显示。
在一些实施例中,在所述预约会议开始前的第一预设时段内,接收用户对所述预约会议的会议信息和/或参会人信息的编辑指令。例如,在会议开始前15分钟内,用户可随意编辑会议信息、参会人信息中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,在所述预约会议开始前的第二预设时段,停止接收用户对所述预约会议的会议信息和/或参会人信息的编辑指令,其中所述第二预设时段在所述第一预设时段之后。例如,在会议开始前15-3分钟内,用户无法编辑会议信息和参会人信息。
例如提供如下操作规范:
规则1、在会议开始前15分钟内,用户可随意编辑会议信息、参会人信息中的至少一种。
规则2、在会议开始前15-3分钟内,用户无法编辑会议信息和参会人信息。
规则3、在会议开始前3分钟至会议结束前25分钟内,用户可进行参会人信息修改,并重新发送修改后的参会人信息到对应的电子标牌进行刷新显示。
规则4、单次会议时长需满足半小时及以上。
规则5、用户不能对结束及取消的会议信息进行操作。
其中,时间的获取方式如下所示:基于智能会议系统的服务器,在Java编程框架SpringBoot的Service层中的接口实现类,使用JDK1.0的Date对象得到服务器的当前时间,和JDK1.1的Calendar对象得到相应的与本次会议相关的时间(如会议开始前15分钟,会议结束前25分钟)。根据两个时间大小 的比较,确定当前时间是否为可操作时间。
本实施例可以通过蓝牙网关的数量来满足多个电子标牌同时刷新的及时性;通过新增的手动触发功能,可提高会议场景下电子标牌刷新的灵活度并弥补电子标牌刷新成功率无法满足会议要求等问题。根据测试结果表明,自动刷新机制在多会议场景下多次刷新的成功率只有90%(硬件设备无损坏为前提);本实施例的方案可通过手动触发参会人信息更新的功能达到100%。
实施例2、基于相同的发明构思,本公开实施例还提供了一种电子设备,由于该电子设备即是本公开实施例中的方法中的电子设备,并且该电子设备解决问题的原理与该方法相似,因此该电子设备的实施可以参见方法的实施,重复之处不再赘述。

本公开是参照根据本公开实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的设备。

这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本公开进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本公开的精神和范围。这样,倘若本公开的这些修改和变型属于本公开权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本公开也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子标牌刷新的方法,其中,该方法包括:
    获取预约会议的会议信息和参会人信息;其中,所述会议信息包括所述会议信息对应的蓝牙网关;
    将所述参会人信息通过所述会议信息对应的蓝牙网关发送到所述蓝牙网关绑定的电子标牌;其中,当所述蓝牙网关有多个时,所述电子标牌唯一绑定一个蓝牙网关;
    通过所述电子标牌刷新显示所述参会人信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,当所述会议信息有多个,且所述蓝牙网关有多个时,一个所述会议信息对应至少一个所述蓝牙网关,不同的所述会议信息对应的蓝牙网关不同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,当所述蓝牙网关有多个,且所述电子标牌有多个时,一个所述蓝牙网关绑定至少一个所述电子标牌,不同的所述蓝牙网关绑定的电子标牌不同。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    当所述预约会议为多个,且各预约会议的会议信息不同时,将各预约会议的参会人信息发送至各会议信息所对应的不同的蓝牙网关,以实现各预约会议的参会人信息的隔离。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    当一个会议信息对应多个蓝牙网关时,将所述参会人信息并行发送给所述多个蓝牙网关,以使所述多个蓝牙网关同步控制绑定的电子标牌进行刷新显示。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    响应于用户对参会人信息的更新指令,将所述参会人信息重新发送给所述参会人信息对应的电子标牌进行刷新显示;
    其中根据与所述参会人信息相关的所述预约会议的会议信息对应的蓝牙 网关确定所述参会人信息对应的电子标牌,或将接收到的用户指定的电子标牌作为所述参会人信息对应的电子标牌。
  7. 根据权利要求1~5任一所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    响应于用户对参会人信息的编辑指令,对所述参会人信息进行编辑,将编辑后的参会人信息发送给所述参会人信息对应的电子标牌进行刷新显示;和/或,
    响应于用户对参会人信息的修改指令,对所述参会人信息进行修改,将修改后的参会人信息重新发送给所述参会人信息对应的电子标牌进行刷新显示;
    其中,根据所述参会人信息相关的所述预约会议的会议信息对应的蓝牙网关确定所述参会人信息对应的电子标牌,或将接收到的用户指定的电子标牌作为所述参会人信息绑定的电子标牌。
  8. 根据权利要求1~5任一所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    在所述预约会议开始前的第一时刻到所述预约会议结束前的第二时刻内,接收用户对参会人信息的修改指令。
  9. 根据权利要求1~5任一所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    在所述预约会议开始前的第一预设时段内,接收用户对所述预约会议的会议信息和/或参会人信息的编辑指令。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    在所述预约会议开始前的第二预设时段,停止接收用户对所述预约会议的会议信息和/或参会人信息的编辑指令,其中所述第二预设时段在所述第一预设时段之后。
  11. 一种电子设备,其中,该电子设备包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器用于存储所述处理器可执行的程序,所述处理器用于读取所述存储器中的程序并执行权利要求1~10任一所述方法的步骤。
  12. 一种非瞬态计算机存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1~10任一所述方法的步骤。
