请一并结合图1和图2,现对本申请提供的光伏阵列进行说明。该光伏阵列包括具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架和光伏组件。进一步地,该具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架包括第一支撑组件(未示出)、索桁机构组10、檩条20及连接架30。其中,第一支撑组件的数量为多个且沿第一方向间隔设置。索桁机构组10包括多个沿第一方向延伸并依次设于各第一支撑组件上的索桁机构11。各索桁机构11沿第二方向间隔设置,第二方向垂直于第一方向。索桁机构11包括高位索111、低位索112和多个沿第一方向间隔设置的安装架113。高位索111和低位索112均沿第一方向延伸并与第一支撑组件连接。高位索111和低位索112分别与安装架113连接,以使安装架113相对第一方向和第二方向所在平面倾斜。檩条20的数量为多个且沿第一方向间隔设置,檩条20沿第二方向延伸并将与其共线的各安装架113连为一体,即檩条20能够将第二方向上多个分属于不同索桁机构11中的安装架113连为一体。具体地,安装架113的一端设于檩条20。进一步地,连接架30的数量为多个,连接架30与安装架113一一对应并连接于安装架113和檩条20之间,以使安装架113保持倾斜。光伏阵列还包括光伏组件。光伏组件设于安装架113。第一方向平行于图1中箭头X所指方向,第二方向平行于图1中箭头Y所指方向。
综上,实施本申请实施例,将具有如下有益效果:上述方案的具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架应用装备于光伏阵列中,除了使光伏阵列具备极佳的光电转化效能之外,其自身还具有较高刚度的效果。具体而言,该具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架包括多个沿第一方向延伸并依次设于各第一支撑组件上的索桁机构11。索桁机构11包括高位索111、低位索112和多个沿第一方向间隔设置的安装架113,高位索111和低位索112分别与安装架113连接,以使安装架113倾斜,以方便光伏组件设于安装架113后能够面向阳光。进一步地,具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架还包括多个沿第一方向间隔设置的檩条20,檩条20沿第二方向延伸并将与其共线的各安装架113连为一体,从而实现沿第二方向将各索桁机构11连为一体。如此使得索桁机构11能够在垂直于其延伸方向上通过檩条20实现相互连接,提升索桁机构组10整体的稳定性。同时,由于檩条20具有一定的刚性,从而能够避免相邻索桁机构11靠近,发生碰撞。进一步地,具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架还包括与安装架113一一对应的连接架30,连接架30连接于安装架113与檩条20之间,以保持安装架113倾斜状态的稳定性,进而提升光伏组件的光电转化效能。
在一个实施例中,请一并结合图3至图5,安装架113分别与檩条20和连接架30的一侧贴合。连接架30的另一侧设有缺失部100,缺失部100用于避让檩条20,檩条20穿设于缺失部100并与安装架113连接。如此通过缺失部100的设置能够使得安装架113、檩条20和连接架30之间的连接位置尽可能共面,以尽可能避免安装架113、檩条20和连接架30之间发生扭转,提升柔性光伏支架的稳定性。本实施例中,安装架113与檩条20和连接架30之间,以及檩条20与连接架30之间均通过螺栓连接,以实现可拆卸连接,方便柔性光伏支架的拆装和运输。可以理解为在其他实施例中,安装架113、檩条20和连接架30之间还可通过焊接连为一体,以节省螺栓连接前需在安装架113、檩条20和连接架30钻孔的步骤,节省装配时间。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,缺失部100能够在连接架30上形成与檩条20抵接的抵接面321。如此通过抵接面321的设置能够增大连接架30与檩条20之间的连接面积,提升连接架30与檩条20之间的连接稳定性。本实施例中,缺失部100位于连接架30的端部,形成的抵接面321位于檩条20的上方,能够方便檩条20通过抵接面321向连接架30提供支撑力,进而保证安装架113的倾斜稳定性。可以理解为在其他实施例中,缺失部100还可形成于连接架30的两端之间,此时,抵接面321位于檩条20的上下两侧能够将檩条20夹持,以进一步提升连接架30与檩条20之间的连接稳定性。
在一个实施例中,请一并结合图3和图6,连接架30为C型杆。连接架30包括本体31和位于本体31两侧的弯折条32。本体31和弯折条32围设能够在连接架30远离安装架113一侧形成口部200,抵接面321形成于弯折条32上。由于口部200的形成,使得连接架30具有一定的弹性变形能力,同时,抵接面321形成于弯折条32上,使得抵接面321与檩条20抵接时,连接架30能够产生轻微弹性形变并产生弹力,以对安装架113提供弹性支撑。当安装架113发生振动时,连接架30能够产生轻微弹性形变,并随着安装架113振动切换产生弹力和拉力,以保证安装架113的倾斜角度在一定范围内微动,保证光伏组件能够面向阳光。连接架30的上述设置在正常使用时或安装架113发生振动时,能够避免连接架30发生塑性变形,改变安装架113的倾斜角度。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,本体31具有露设于缺失部100的贴合部311,贴合部311能够与檩条20贴合。贴合部311的设置能够进一步提升连接架30与檩条20之间的连接面积,提升两者之间的连接稳定性。同时,贴合部311能够与檩条20的一侧贴合并通过螺栓与檩条20连接,以保证连接架30发生弹性形变时的稳定性。
在一个实施例中,如图1和图2所示,安装架113与连接架30之间的夹角大于等于90°小于180°。如此能够方便连接架30向其两侧摆动,以抵御安装架113的振动,避免安装架113与连接架30之间的夹角呈锐角时被安装架113压塌。
在一个实施例中,如图4和图5所示,高位索111通过第一U型件40设于安装架113,低位索112通过第二U型件50设于安装架113。如此通过第一U型件40和第二U型件50的设置能够在保证高位索111和低位索112延伸方向不变的情况下,将其与安装架113连接。进一步地,第一U型件40和第二U型件50可通过螺栓与安装架113可拆连接。
在一个实施例中,请一并结合图1至图6,连接架30、安装架113和檩条20均为C型杆。如此能够在减轻连接架30、安装架113和檩条20重量的同时,方便连接架30、安装架113和檩条20之间连接位置的装配。本实施例中,连接位置均通过螺栓实现连接,C型杆的口部能够对螺栓的安装进行避让,方便其拆装。
在一个实施例中,具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架还包括第二支撑组件,第二支撑组件沿第二方向位于索桁机构组10两侧,檩条20与第二支撑组件连接。檩条20的端部能够与第二支撑组件连接。如此能够进一步提高檩条20的稳定性,进而提升具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架的稳定性。本实施例中,高位索111和低位索112均为钢绞线,并预先施加预应力与第一支撑组件连接。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架,其特征在于,包括:
    第一支撑组件,所述第一支撑组件的数量为多个且沿第一方向间隔设置;
    索桁机构组,所述索桁机构组包括多个沿所述第一方向延伸并依次设于各所述第一支撑组件上的索桁机构,各所述索桁机构沿第二方向间隔设置,所述第二方向垂直于所述第一方向,所述索桁机构包括高位索、低位索和多个沿所述第一方向间隔设置的安装架,所述高位索和所述低位索均沿所述第一方向延伸并与所述第一支撑组件连接,所述高位索和所述低位索分别与所述安装架连接,以使所述安装架相对所述第一方向和所述第二方向所在平面倾斜;
    檩条,所述檩条的数量为多个且沿所述第一方向间隔设置,所述檩条沿所述第二方向延伸并将与其共线的各所述安装架连为一体,所述安装架的一端设于所述檩条;及
    连接架,所述连接架的数量为多个,所述连接架与所述安装架一一对应并连接于所述安装架和所述檩条之间,以使所述安装架保持倾斜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架,其特征在于,所述安装架分别与所述檩条和所述连接架的一侧贴合,所述连接架的另一侧设有缺失部,所述缺失部用于避让所述檩条,所述檩条穿设于所述缺失部并与所述安装架连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架,其特征在于,所述缺失部能够在所述连接架上形成与所述檩条抵接的抵接面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架,其特征在于,所述连接架为C型杆,所述连接架包括本体和位于所述本体两侧的弯折条,所述本体和所述弯折条围设能够在所述连接架远离所述安装架一侧形成口部,所述抵接面形成于所述弯折条上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架,其特征在于,所述本体具有露设于所述缺失部的贴合部,所述贴合部能够与所述檩条贴合。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架,其特征在于,所述安装架与所述连接架之间的夹角大于等于90°小于180°。
  7. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架,其特征在于,所述高位索通过第一U型件设于所述安装架,所述低位索通过第二U型件设于所述安装架。
  8. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架,其特征在于,所述安装架和所述檩条均为C型杆。
  9. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架,其特征在于,所述具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架还包括第二支撑组件,所述第二支撑组件沿所述第二方向位于所述索桁机构组两侧,所述檩条与所述第二支撑组件连接。
  10. 光伏阵列,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~9任一项所述的具有檩条结构的柔性光伏支架,所述光伏阵列还包括光伏组件,所述光伏组件设于所述安装架。
