Abstract

一种空气过滤布及口罩,它涉及空气过滤技术领域。空气过滤布包括:折叠部和定位部;所述折叠部由软质布料折成具有多个相连的、且方向一致的折叠结构;每个所述折叠结构包括:第一滤片和第二滤片;所述第二滤片和所述第一滤片相连,且折叠在所述第一滤片的上侧或下侧;所述第一滤片的宽度大于所述第二滤片的宽度;所述第一滤片的宽度为0.5-1.4cm;所述第二滤片宽度为0.25-0.7cm;所述定位部有多个,且垂直于所述折叠部,以使所述折叠部不易松散,相邻两个所述定位部之间的距离为3-7cm。口罩包括:立体罩体以及固定带,所述立体罩体由上述的空气过滤布围合成可容置口鼻的立体支撑结构。采用上述技术方案,通过使用一种全新的滤布结构,具有过滤防护效果好的优势。

Description

一种空气过滤布及口罩 技术领域
本发明涉及空气过滤技术领域,具体涉及一种空气过滤布及口罩。
背景技术
保持健康是人类生存发展的最基本条件,对于呼吸道的健康而言,口罩是最常用、最重要的医用防护措施。常用的口罩分为三类:普通棉布口罩、一次性口罩(外科口罩)、N95型口罩,而对于疫情或病重的情况下,一般多选用医用口罩甚至是N95口罩,对于重点的医护岗位必须是N95类型或是同等防护级别的口罩。
现有的普通棉布口罩和一次性口罩(外科口罩)过滤效果一般,其口罩滤布虽然带有折叠结构,但使用时是将折叠结构展开,并不能通过折叠结构来增强过滤防护效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种空气过滤布及口罩,采用一种全新的滤布结构,具有过滤防护效果好的优势。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种空气过滤布,包括:折叠部和定位部;所述折叠部由软质布料折成具有多个相连的、且方向一致的折叠结构;
每个所述折叠结构包括:第一滤片和第二滤片;所述第二滤片和所述第一滤片相连,且折叠在所述第一滤片的上侧或下侧;所述第一滤片的宽度大于所述第二滤片的宽度;所述第一滤片的宽度为0.5-1.4cm;所述第二滤片宽 度为0.25-0.7cm;
所述定位部有多个,且垂直于所述折叠部,以使所述折叠部不易松散,相邻两个所述定位部之间的距离为3-7cm。
本发明进一步设置,所述第一滤片的宽度为0.7-1.2cm;所述第二滤片宽度为0.35-0.6cm。
本发明进一步设置,所述第一滤片的宽度为1cm;所述第二滤片宽度为0.5cm。
本发明进一步设置,相邻两个所述定位部之间的距离为4-6cm。
本发明进一步设置,所述定位部为缝合线。
本发明进一步设置,所述第一滤片和所述第二滤片均为多层结构,至少包括:熔喷布层和无纺布层。
本发明采用的另一种技术方案是:一种口罩,包括:立体罩体以及固定带,所述立体罩体由上述的空气过滤布围合成可容置口鼻的立体支撑结构。
本发明进一步设置,所述立体罩体为N95型口罩罩体。
本发明进一步设置,所述空气过滤布的外侧设置有外膜层,内侧设置有内膜层。
本发明进一步设置,所述固定带为挂耳或绑带。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:在本实用新型中,空气过滤布设置有折叠部,且在折叠部上设置有多个定位部,使得折叠部不易松散;制成口罩佩戴时,该折叠部并不会将折叠结构展开,而是作为折叠结构,使得通过该空气过滤布的空气会经过折叠结构的过滤,加大了空气过滤面积,增强了过滤效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本具体实施例仅仅是对本发明的解释,其并不是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员在阅读完本说明书后可以根据需要对本实施例做出没有创造贡献的修改,但只要在本发明的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。
本实施例涉及一种空气过滤布10,如图1-图4所示,包括:折叠部100和定位部200。折叠部100由软质布料折成具有多个相连的、且方向一致的折叠结构110。
每个折叠结构110包括:第一滤片111和第二滤片112。第二滤片112和第一滤片111相连,且折叠在第一滤片111的上侧或下侧。第一滤片111的 宽度大于第二滤片112的宽度。
具体在本实施例中,第一滤片111的宽度为1cm;第二滤片112宽度为0.5cm。在其他实施例中,第一滤片111的宽度在0.5-1.4cm之间,第二滤片112宽度为0.25-0.7cm之间即可。优选的,第一滤片111的宽度为0.7-1.2cm;第二滤片112宽度为0.35-0.6cm。以下再列举部分具体例子:在一实施例中,第一滤片111的宽度为0.5cm,第二滤片112宽度为0.25cm;在一实施例中,第一滤片111的宽度为1.4cm,第二滤片112宽度为0.7cm;在一实施例中,第一滤片111的宽度为0.7cm,第二滤片112宽度为0.35cm;在一实施例中,第一滤片111的宽度为1.2cm,第二滤片112宽度为0.6cm。
定位部200有多个,且垂直于折叠部100,以使折叠部100不易松散。相邻两个定位部200之间的距离为3-7cm。具体在本实施例中,定位部200为缝合线,且相邻两条缝合线之间的距离为4.8cm.在其他实施例中,定位部200还可以有其他类型,即固定成型方式有多种,超声定型、焊接成型、粘合成型、热压成型、热熔成型等等。优选的,相邻两个定位部200之间的距离为4-6cm。以下再列举部分具体例子:在一实施例中,相邻两个定位部200之间的距离为3cm;在一实施例中,相邻两个定位部200之间的距离为4cm;在一实施例中,相邻两个定位部200之间的距离为5cm;在一实施例中,相邻两个定位部200之间的距离为6cm;在一实施例中,相邻两个定位部200之间的距离为7cm。
空气过滤布10设置有折叠部100,且在折叠部100上设置有多个定位部200,使得折叠部100不易松散;制成口罩佩戴时,该折叠部100并不会将折叠结构110展开,而是作为折叠结构110,使得通过该空气过滤布10的空气会经过折叠结构110的过滤,加大了空气过滤面积,增强了过滤效果。
此外,折叠部100中,每个折叠结构110都可以看成是一个导气条,多个导气条形成类似散热器的结构,使得该空气过滤布10散热性能好、能及时导出口罩内部水雾、呼吸阻力小,十分适合儿童佩戴。
此外,由于该空气过滤布10采用软质布料折成,能卷起,使用携带方便,加工方便,可以任意裁剪,缝合,应用场景丰富,至少能运用在空调入风口病毒过滤,通风窗户病毒过滤,口罩过滤,汽车通风过滤。
作为一个优选的方案,第一滤片111和第二滤片112之间的角度小于15度。更进一步地,第一滤片111和第二滤片112之间的角度小于5度。在本实施例中,第二滤片112折叠后紧贴着第一滤片111。
在本实施例中,第一滤片111和第二滤片112均为多层结构,且至少包括:熔喷布层和无纺布层。
本实施例还涉及一种口罩,用于对人体口部和鼻部进行防护。如图5所示,包括:立体罩体1以及固定带2。立体罩体1由上述的空气过滤布10围合成可容置口鼻的立体支撑结构。
在本实施例中,立体罩体1为N95型口罩罩体。在其他实施例中,立体罩体1还可以为其他形状。
在本实施例中,空气过滤布10的外侧设置有外膜层,内侧设置有内膜层。
在本实施例中,固定带2为挂耳,便于将口罩穿戴在人体耳朵处,在其他实施例中,固定带2还可以为绑带。
本发明的工作原理大致如下述:空气过滤布10设置有折叠部100,且在折叠部100上设置有多个定位部200,使得折叠部100不易松散;制成口罩佩戴时,该折叠部100并不会将折叠结构110展开,而是作为折叠结构110,使得通过该空气过滤布10的空气会经过折叠结构110的过滤,加大了空气过滤 面积,增强了过滤效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空气过滤布,其特征在于:包括:折叠部(100)和定位部(200);所述折叠部(100)由软质布料折成具有多个相连的、且方向一致的折叠结构(110);
    每个所述折叠结构(110)包括:第一滤片(111)和第二滤片(112);所述第二滤片(112)和所述第一滤片(111)相连,且折叠在所述第一滤片(111)的上侧或下侧;所述第一滤片(111)的宽度大于所述第二滤片(112)的宽度;所述第一滤片(111)的宽度为0.5-1.4cm;所述第二滤片(112)宽度为0.25-0.7cm;
    所述定位部(200)有多个,且垂直于所述折叠部(100),以使所述折叠部(100)不易松散,相邻两个所述定位部(200)之间的距离为3-7cm。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤布,其特征在于,所述第一滤片(111)的宽度为0.7-1.2cm;所述第二滤片(112)宽度为0.35-0.6cm。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空气过滤布,其特征在于,所述第一滤片(111)的宽度为1cm;所述第二滤片(112)宽度为0.5cm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤布,其特征在于,相邻两个所述定位部(200)之间的距离为4-6cm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤布,其特征在于,所述定位部(200)为缝合线。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤布,其特征在于,所述第一滤片(111)和所述第二滤片(112)均为多层结构,至少包括:熔喷布层和无纺布层。
  7. 一种口罩,其特征在于:包括:立体罩体(1)以及固定带(2),所述立体罩体(1)由权利要求1-权利要求6中任意一项所述的空气过滤布(10)围合成 可容置口鼻的立体支撑结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述立体罩体(1)为N95型口罩罩体。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述空气过滤布(10)的外侧设置有外膜层,内侧设置有内膜层。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述固定带(2)为挂耳或绑带。
