本发明的沼气池本体1、端部2、尾部3、隔热膜4、碳纤维加热电缆5、温度监测控制装置6、外层玻璃钢7、进粪口8、出粪口9、厕所入粪口10、插孔11、活动盖板组件12、盖板13、密封塞14、转轴15、固定板16、插杆17、立柱18、玻璃钢片19、挡板20、隔热介质21,均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本领域技术人员可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知,本发明解决的问题是现有沼气池在应用过程中的功能性较为单一,往往只能够使其处于自然环境下进行发酵,这样处于高寒牧区环境中使用时,由于是地处高寒自然条件下,所以在自然环境中进行发酵时往往很容易出现温度不达标的现象,从而导致了发酵花费时间较长、产气效率低,沼液沼渣发酵差,肥料质量不好的情况,在应用时存在一定的局限性,同时大多数的沼气池在使用时的隔热效果不强,特别是处于高寒牧区环境中使用时很容易导致外部的低温空气传导至沼气池的内部,从而就会影响到内部的沼气沼液发酵效率,降低了沼气池内部的发酵液体温度,使用过程中的保温效果较差;且多数的高寒牧区沼气池在使用的过程中由于是牛粪含量较高,而牛粪在沼气池的内部很容易出现结壳的现象,一旦牛粪出现了大量结壳现象时,就会影响 到整体的沼气产出量,此时就需要由使用人员自主对沼气池内部结壳的牛粪进行手动破碎操作,不能够较好的提高沼气的产出效率,在使用时较为的麻烦,最后由于沼气池在使用时会采用板块、盖板13等密封结构来实现进口和出口的密封效果,而随着沼气池使用时间的不断增长,密封结构的转轴15部分很容易出现锈蚀或者损坏的情况,这样一来就无法正常的使用该沼气池,非常不利于使用者对密封结构进行维修,操作时较为的麻烦的问题,本发明通过上述部件的互相组合,通过增设加热结构,由于在沼气池的外部安装了四根碳纤维加热电缆5,并在沼气池本体1的外部安装了温度监测控制装置6,这样当温度监测控制装置6检测到沼气池本体1表面的温度降低时,就会连通碳纤维加热电缆5运行发热,从而来对沼气池本体1进行加热,以此来提高沼气池内部的温度环境,当温度过高,即停止加热,从而使得沼气池内部的发酵环境处在一个适宜的温度水平,较好的维持了沼气发酵所需的温度条件,同时由于在沼气池本体1的外部覆盖一层隔热膜4结构,而后在隔热膜4外再采用隔热介质21来实现隔热,最外部再覆盖一层外层玻璃钢7,其厚度为1cm,可以确保外壳不会出现渗水、气的情况,如此即可减少热量向外部传导,且还可以避免外部的低温传导至沼气池的内部,在使用时的保温隔热效果非常好,且通过在沼气池本体1的内部安装了玻璃钢片19,并将玻璃钢片19套接在立柱18的外部,且立柱18和沼气池本体1内部的顶部之间倾斜角度为四十五度,这样当沼气池本体1内部的牛粪出现了结壳现象时,就可以利用沼液上下沉降的原理来将粪壳划破,同时为有利于不同液面的水位破碎装置发挥作用,设置了双玻璃钢片19,即可形成双层结构,在应用的过程中大大提高了产气的效率,功能性较强,最后利用在沼气池本体1的顶部安装了活动盖板组件12,且活动盖板组件12和沼气池本体1之间采用插杆17进行连接,其可拆卸的结构非常的方便对其进行装卸,这样随着沼气池使用时间不断增长,转轴15处出现了锈蚀的情况或者出现了盖板13损坏时,只需要对活动盖板组件12进行更换,如此即可完成沼气池的密封结构维护工作,在装卸时非常的方便,同时其操作难度较低,顶板进粪口8、厕所、出粪口9一体化设计,减少了修建厕所的占地,使用方便,同时便于打扫和维持农村环境卫生。The biogas digester body 1, end portion 2, tail portion 3, heat insulation film 4, carbon fiber heating cable 5, temperature monitoring and control device 6, outer glass fiber reinforced plastics 7, manure inlet 8, manure outlet 9, toilet manure inlet 10, jack 11, movable cover plate assembly 12, cover plate 13, sealing plug 14, rotating shaft 15, fixed plate 16, inserting rod 17, column 18, glass fiber reinforced plastic sheet 19, baffle plate 20, heat insulation medium 21 of the present invention are all general standard parts or this The structure and principle of the components known to those skilled in the art can be known by those skilled in the art through technical manuals or through conventional experimental methods.
