Abstract

一种可双向卷发的卷发棒，它包含旋转外壳体(1)、通风柄(2)、固定旋钮(3)，通风柄(2)套接于旋转外壳体(1)内，固定旋钮(3)设置于旋转外壳体(1)顶部与通风柄(2)相连接，旋转外壳体(1)包含通风棒体(1-1)、风道盖片(1-2)，风道盖片(1-2)卡接于通风棒体(1-1)表面，所述通风柄(2)包含隔板(2-1)、通风底盖(2-2)，隔板(2-1)设置于通风底盖(2-2)上。采用通风棒体(1-1)与风道盖片(1-2)的配合进行通风，通风棒体(1-1)为可旋转结构，通过旋转通风棒体(1-1)与通风柄(2)的配合实现可调式双向出风，无需更换不同出风向的卷发棒头，从而达到双向出风卷发美发的目的。

Description

一种可双向卷发的卷发棒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种可双向卷发的卷发棒，涉及卷发棒设备领域。
 背景技术
卷发棒是一种美发DIY工具，美发沙龙和发廊的的美发师都会使用一套卷发棒工具，一般由发热、手柄、电源线、控温系统等几个部件组成。具备调温功能的卷发棒效果优于不能调温的卷发棒，卷发棒可以造出各种卷发如：大波浪卷发、下垂自然卷发、垂至肩头卷发、碎卷、麦穗烫、内翻式卷发、外翻式卷发。
现有的带通风功能的卷发棒在卷发过程中通常为单向使用，只能往一个方向进行吹风卷发，通过热风对卷绕的头发进行烫吹造型，但是在实际使用过程中卷发是需要多方向进行的，当使用这类吹风式的卷发棒的时候则需要更换另一个方向的卷发棒头进行使用，不仅影响效率，也会影响实际的造型效果。
 技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的缺陷或不足，提供一种可双向卷发的卷发棒，采用通风式的棒体与盖片的配合进行通风，棒体为可旋转结构，通过旋转棒体与通风柄的配合实现可调式双向出风，无需更换不同出风向的卷发棒头，从而达到双向出风卷发美发的目的。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案是：它包含旋转外壳体1、通风柄2、固定旋钮3，通风柄2套接于旋转外壳体1内，固定旋钮3设置于旋转外壳体1顶部与通风柄2相连接，所述旋转外壳体1包含通风棒体1-1、风道盖片1-2，风道盖片1-2卡接于通风棒体1-1表面，所述所述通风柄2包含隔板2-1、通风底盖2-2，隔板2-1设置于通风底盖2-2上。
所述的通风棒体1-1由若干弧形板1-1-1组成，弧形板1-1-1两侧对称设置有出风口1-1-3。
所述的弧形板1-1-1之间设置有第一固定槽1-1-2，第一固定槽1-1-2向通风棒体1-1表面凸起。
所述的风口1-1-3之间设置有隔断块1-1-4。
所述的风道盖片1-2内凹面设置有第一固定条1-2-1、第二固定条1-2-2、第二固定槽1-2-3，第一固定条1-2-1、第二固定条1-2-2之间为第二固定槽1-2-3。
所述的第一固定槽1-1-2宽度大于隔板2-1的厚度，隔板2-1与第一固定槽1-1-2活动连接。
所述的第二固定槽1-2-3与第一固定槽1-1-2凸起部分相连接。
所述的通风底盖2-2外侧设置有固定卡头2-3。
所述的弧形板1-1-1数量与风道盖片1-2数量对应。
 有益效果
采用上述技术方案后，本发明有益效果为：采用通风式的棒体与盖片的配合进行通风，棒体为可旋转结构，通过旋转棒体与通风柄的配合实现可调式双向出风，无需更换不同出风向的卷发棒头，从而达到双向出风卷发美发的目的。

 本发明的实施方式
参看图1-图7所示，本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是：它包含旋转外壳体1、通风柄2、固定旋钮3，通风柄2套接于旋转外壳体1内，固定旋钮3设置于旋转外壳体1顶部与通风柄2相连接，所述旋转外壳体1包含通风棒体1-1、风道盖片1-2，风道盖片1-2卡接于通风棒体1-1表面，所述所述通风柄2包含隔板2-1、通风底盖2-2，隔板2-1设置于通风底盖2-2上，所述的通风棒体1-1由若干弧形板1-1-1组成，弧形板1-1-1两侧对称设置有出风口1-1-3，所述的弧形板1-1-1之间设置有第一固定槽1-1-2，第一固定槽1-1-2向通风棒体1-1表面凸起，所述的弧形板1-1-1数量与风道盖片1-2数量对应。转动通风柄2时隔板2-1可在第一固定槽1-1-2之间移动，靠向任意一侧出风口1-1-3时吹风机构所出气流从通风底盖2-2进入，经隔板2-1将气流分离，从另一侧出风口1-1-3吹出，被风道盖片1-2将气流压向两侧吹出，从而实现卷发棒的双向出风，极大的方便了日常卷发过程中单手使用，提高卷发效率。
进一步的，所述的风口1-1-3之间设置有隔断块1-1-4，所述的风道盖片1-2内凹面设置有第一固定条1-2-1、第二固定条1-2-2、第二固定槽1-2-3，第一固定条1-2-1、第二固定条1-2-2之间为第二固定槽1-2-3。隔断块1-1-4对第一固定条1-2-1、第二固定条1-2-2进行限位，防止风道盖片1-2移动。
进一步的，所述的第一固定槽1-1-2宽度大于隔板2-1的厚度，隔板2-1与第一固定槽1-1-2活动连接。由于隔板2-1厚度小于第一固定槽1-1-2宽度，转动通风柄2时隔板2-1可在第一固定槽1-1-2之间移动。
进一步的，所述的第二固定槽1-2-3与第一固定槽1-1-2凸起部分相连接。
进一步的，所述的通风底盖2-2外侧设置有固定卡头2-3。固定卡头2-3用于与吹风设备的连接固定。
本发明的工作原理：根据实际需求设置弧形板1-1-1与风道盖片1-2数量，实现不同出风效果，风道盖片1-2设置于通风棒体1-1上，第二固定槽1-2-3与第一固定槽1-1-2凸起部分相连接，并通过第一固定条1-2-1、第二固定条1-2-2卡接于第一固定槽1-1-2上，隔断块1-1-4对第一固定条1-2-1、第二固定条1-2-2进行限位，防止风道盖片1-2移动，通风柄2套接于旋转外壳体1内，隔板2-1插接于第一固定槽1-1-2内，由于隔板2-1厚度小于第一固定槽1-1-2宽度，转动通风柄2时隔板2-1可在第一固定槽1-1-2之间移动，靠向任意一侧出风口1-1-3时吹风机构所出气流从通风底盖2-2进入，经隔板2-1将气流分离，从另一侧出风口1-1-3吹出，通过旋转通风柄2来调节出风方向，从而实现卷发棒的可调式双向出风卷发，极大的方便了日常卷发操作，提高卷发效率。

  1. 一种可双向卷发的卷发棒，它包含旋转外壳体(1)、通风柄(2)、固定旋钮(3)，通风柄(2)套接于旋转外壳体(1)内，固定旋钮(3)设置于旋转外壳体(1)顶部与通风柄(2)相连接，其特征在于：所述旋转外壳体(1)包含通风棒体(1-1)、风道盖片(1-2)，风道盖片(1-2)卡接于通风棒体(1-1)表面，所述所述通风柄(2)包含隔板(2-1)、通风底盖(2-2)，隔板(2-1)设置于通风底盖(2-2)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可双向卷发的卷发棒，其特征在于：所述的通风棒体(1-1)由若干弧形板(1-1-1)组成，弧形板(1-1-1)两侧对称设置有出风口(1-1-3)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可双向卷发的卷发棒，其特征在于：所述的弧形板(1-1-1)之间设置有第一固定槽(1-1-2)，第一固定槽(1-1-2)向通风棒体(1-1)表面凸起。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可双向卷发的卷发棒，其特征在于：所述的风口(1-1-3)之间设置有隔断块(1-1-4)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可双向卷发的卷发棒，其特征在于：所述的风道盖片(1-2)内凹面设置有第一固定条(1-2-1)、第二固定条(1-2-2)、第二固定槽(1-2-3)，第一固定条(1-2-1)、第二固定条(1-2-2)之间为第二固定槽(1-2-3)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可双向卷发的卷发棒，其特征在于：所述的第一固定槽(1-1-2)宽度大于隔板(2-1)的厚度，隔板(2-1)与第一固定槽(1-1-2)活动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可双向卷发的卷发棒，其特征在于：所述的第二固定槽(1-2-3)与第一固定槽(1-1-2)凸起部分相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可双向卷发的卷发棒，其特征在于：所述的通风底盖(2-2)外侧设置有固定卡头(2-3)。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可双向卷发的卷发棒，其特征在于：所述的弧形板(1-1-1)数量与风道盖片(1-2)数量对应。
