超宽带技术(Ultra Wide Band,UWB)是通过发送和接收具有纳秒或微秒级以下的极窄脉冲来实现传输,具有穿透力强、功耗低、抗多径效果好、安全性高、系统复杂度低、能够提供精确定位精度等优点,目前对UWB的主要应用是集中在室内定位。
本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,利用了UWB的精准定位的功能来实现的方向定位以明确指向操作的对象,由此,实现终端之间的配对关系转移或者配对连接。

在一些实施例中,可以不设置步骤S2这样的选项,可以设置成用户将第一移动终端指向家居终端A后的若干时间内快速指向第二移动终端,例如设定一个时间阈值,如5s内,可以将这种从指向家居终端A的方向转移到指向第二移动终端的方向的“指向转移行为”视为转移配对控制关系的意图。
在一些实施例中,步骤S4可以设置为无需弹出对应的选项,对准后进行信息的传输即可。通过将第一移动终端指向家居终端A后迅速对准第二移动终端,能够利用“指向转移行为”快速和便利地将与家居终端A的配对控制信息从第一移动终端传输到第二移动终端,而且这种情况下的误操作可能性也比较低。
本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法能够应用于以下的场景:当用户需 要授权给其他手机的控制设备终端的功能,例如更换新手机使用,或者给家中其他成员(如老人)手机配置控制家居终端的功能。尤其是对于家里有老人的情况,让老人学习手机控制家居终端是非常麻烦的,本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法能够极大的简便这种配置操作。
图4是表示本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制装置的结构框图。
如图4所示,本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制装置应用于第一移动终端并且用于将所述第一移动终端与家居终端的配对控制信息转移到第二移动终端,其中,所述第一移动终端、所述第二移动终端以及所述家居终端分别包括UWB模块。具体的,该终端控制装置可以作为第一移动终端中的一个应用模块呈现。
本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制装置,包括:第一指定模块100,用于接收对所述第一移动终端的第一操作,指定所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息作为转移对象;第二指定模块200,用于接收对所述第一移动终端的第二操作,指定所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息的转移目的地为第二移动终端;以及信息转移模块300,用于将所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息从所述第一移动终端转移到所述第二移动终端。
其中,所述第一操作为所述第一移动终端指向所述家居终端的方向的第一指向操作,利用所述第一移动终端的UWB模块与所述家居终端的UWB模块确定所述第一指向操作。其中,所述第二操作为所述第一移动终端指向所述第二移动终端的方向的第二指向操作,利用所述第一移动终端具备的UWB模块与所述第二移动终端具备的UWB模块确定所述第二指向操作。
在一些实施例中,在所述第一移动终端指向所述第二移动终端的方向上存在多个终端的情况下,第二指定模块200将距离所述第一移动终端最近的终端作为所述第二移动终端。
在一些实施例中,所述信息转移模块300通过短距离通讯方式将所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息传输到所述第二移动终端。这里作为短距离通讯方式包括:蓝牙、Wi-Fi、Zigbee以及UWB。
在此结合附图4描述的终端控制装置,如上所述,其可实现为第一移动终端中的应用模块。示例而非限制地,第一指定模块100、第二指定模块200、信息转移模块300可例如由第一移动终端的人机交互接口、通信部件和处理器结合实现。例如,第一指定模块100由第一移动终端的人机交互接口和处理器实现,人机交互接口实现对第一操作的接收,处理器将第一移动终端与家居终端的配对控制信息配置为转移对象;第二指定模块200由第一移动终 端的人机交互接口和处理器实现,人机交互接口实现对第二操作的接收,处理器将第一移动终端与家居终端的配对控制信息的转移目的地设置为第二移动终端。信息转移模块300被实现在处理器和通信部件,处理器基于第一指定模块100对转移对象的设置和第二指定模块200对目的地的设置,而将第一移动终端与家居终端的配对控制信息通过通信部件从第一移动终端转移到第二移动终端。在一些例子中,第一指定模块100、第二指定模块200、信息转移模块300可以实现为程序模块,结合到移动终端中。
作为示例,基于UWB实现的终端控制装置可以包括处理器和存储器。存储器中包括程序指令,处理器被用于执行存储器中程序指令,以接收对第一移动终端的第一操作,指定所述第一移动终端与家居终端的配对控制信息作为转移对象;接收对所述第一移动终端的第二操作,指定所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息的转移目的地为第二移动终端;将所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息从所述第一移动终端转移到所述第二移动终端。其中,所述第一移动终端、家居终端、第二移动终端分别包括UWB模块。进一步,该基于UWB实现的终端控制装置可以实现在第一移动终端中,第一移动终端的处理器作为该基于UWB实现的终端控制装置的处理器,存储器作为该基于UWB实现的终端控制装置的存储器。
如上所述,根据本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制系统以及装置,能够简化移动终端与家居终端的配对和连接操作,方便用户使用移动终端对家居终端进行管理,提高了用户体验。
如图5所示,显示了本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法的流程,用于利用移动终端实现家居终端A与家居终端B的配对,其中,移动终端、家居终端A和家居终端B都具有UWB模块。
如图5所示,本公开实施例提供的终端控制方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S11:将移动终端指向(对准)家居终端A;步骤S12:将移动终端的指向(对准)方向从家居终端A转向到家居终端B,该行为被定义为家居终端A发起与家居终端B的配对行为;步骤S13:可以设置提供弹出窗口UI,以便用户自行选择和确认传输上述配对行为。
在一些实施例中,可以省略步骤S13(可以不提供弹出窗口UI)。为了避免误操作,可以为步骤S12的操作行为设置一个时间阈值,比如5s以内,将移动终端的指向(对准)方向从家居终端A转向到家居终端B,视为有上述配对行为的意图;步骤S14:将家居终端A的配对控制信息发送给家居中的B,家居终端B根据从移动终端获得的配对控制信息与家居终端A配对连接;以及步骤S15:家居终端A或者B发出提示配对成功的消息。
本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,移动终端、家居终端A和家居终端B具有UWB模块的第一个作用是通过精准的定位测距能力,确认用户想要实现互联的家居终端A和家居终端B;第二个作用是通过数据传输能力,将家居终端A和家居终端B的操作能力和应用信息互相传输,当然这部分功能也可以使用蓝牙或Wi-Fi来实现。
在一些实施例中,为了避免发起不存在互联关系的家居终端,例如比如扫地机器人和空调、智能温度计和电动窗帘等,之间的无效操作,可以在移动终端中预先设置和维护家居终端的匹配列表(例如,A-B-C.....等表示了A、B、C等家居终端之间的配对关系),在用户将移动终端指向不同的家居终端的时候,可以将其与列表做过滤,忽略无效的操作行为。
在一些实施例中,在步骤S15中,例如,对于有屏幕或者显示能力的家居终端,比如电视有一块完整的显示屏,音箱通常具有LED显示阵列,在配对成功后可以以文字的方式家居终端A和家居终端B连接成功,或者以LED颜色的方式进行提示。
在一些实施例中,在步骤S15中,例如,对于智能温度计等通常只能在APP中进行查看和管理的家居终端,可以通过声音,比如Di(滴)等蜂鸣声来提示家居终端A和家居终端B连接成功;也可以通过行为,例如震动等提示家居终端A和家居终端B连接成功。
容易理解,上述提示方式还可以用于提示家居终端A和家居终端B连接失败。
本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,可以用来解决如下的应用场景中存在的问题:利用手机跟智能音箱、智能电视等进行配对是容易实现的,这往往源于手机可以安装对应的智能家居终端对应的APP,能够迅速配对连接,但智能电视和智能音箱实现配对就相对麻烦,电视的操作系统(OS),例如Android TV操作系统,由于操作的封闭性加上音箱厂商通常不提供在Android TV的配套APP,电视连接音箱需要手持遥控器反复点选和输入,操作非常繁琐。对于不具备屏幕的智能家居终端,比如温度计和空调,需要通过手机APP(例如米家),通过界面点选设置让两者实现联动,操作繁琐。
利用本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,能够方便地利用移动终端实现设备终端A和设备终端B之间的配对连接。
图6显示了本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制装置的结构框图。本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制装置应用于移动终端并且通过所述移动终端建立第一家居终端与第二家居终端之间的配对连接,其中,所述移动终端、所述第一家居终端和所述第二家居终端分别具备UWB模块。该终端控制装置可以作为移动终端中的一个应用模块呈现。
如图6所示,本公开实施例提供的基于UWB实现的终端控制装置,包括:第一指定模 块400,用于接收对所述移动终端的第一操作,指定所述第一家居终端为配对连接的一方对象;第二指定模块500,用于接收对所述移动终端的第二操作,指定所述第二家居终端为配对连接的另一方对象;配对判断模块600,用于判断由所述第一指定模块400指定的所述第一家居终端和由所述第二指定模500块指定的所述第二家居终端是否符合预先设置在所述移动终端中的各个家居终端之间的配对关系,并且仅在满足配对关系的情况下继续执行下述信息转移模块的动作;以及信息转移模块700,用于将第一家居终端的配对控制信息发送到所述第二家居终端。
所述第一操作为移动终端指向第一家居终端的方向的第一指向操作,利用移动终端具备的UWB模块与第一家居终端具备的UWB模块确定所述第一指向操作。其中,所述第二操作为移动终端指向第二家居终端的方向的第二指向操作,利用移动终端具备的UWB模块与第二家居终端具备的UWB模块确定所述第二指向操作。
在所述信息转移模块700中,通过短距离通讯方式将所述第一家居终端的配对控制信息发送到所述第二家居终端。这里作为短距离通讯方式包括:蓝牙、Wi-Fi、Zigbee以及UWB。
在此结合附图6描述的终端控制装置,如上所述,其可实现为移动终端中的应用模块。这种情况下,示例而非限制地,第一指定模块400、第二指定模块500、配对判断模块600可例如由移动终端的人机交互接口、通信部件和处理器结合实现。例如,第一指定模块400由移动终端的人机交互接口和处理器实现,人机交互接口实现对第一操作的接收,处理器将第一家居终端设置为配对连接的一方对象;第二指定模块500由移动终端的人机交互接口和处理器实现,人机交互接口实现对第二操作的接收,处理器将第二家居终端设置为配对连接的另一方对象;配对判断模块600可由处理器实现,处理器判断由第一指定模块400设置的第一家居终端和由第二指定模500块设置的第二家居终端是否符合预先设置在移动终端中的各个家居终端之间的配对关系,并且仅在满足配对关系的情况下处理器执行下述信息转移模块。信息转移模块700由移动终端的通信模块实现,在配对关系被满足的情况下,信息转移模块700将第一家居终端的配对控制信息发送到第二家居终端。在一些例子中,第一指定模块400、第二指定模块500、配对判断模块600以及信息转移模块700都可以实现为程序模块,结合到移动终端中由该移动终端执行。
作为示例,基于UWB实现的终端控制装置可以包括处理器和存储器,存储器中存储程序指令,处理器被用于执行存储器中存储的这些指令,以实现接收对所述移动终端的第一操作,指定所述第一家居终端为配对连接的一方对象;接收对所述移动终端的第二操作,指定 所述第二家居终端为配对连接的另一方对象;将第一家居终端的配对控制信息发送到所述第二家居终端。其中,所述移动终端、第一家居终端、第二家居终端分别包括UWB模块。在一些例子中,处理器执行存储器中存储的指令,以进一步判断所指定的所述第一家居终端和所指定的所述第二家居终端是否符合预先设置在所述移动终端中的各个家居终端之间的配对关系,并且仅在满足配对关系的情况下继续执行所述信息转移模块的动作。
本公开的实施例提供了一种可读存储介质,用于存储程序指令,该程序指令在被电子设备的不同部件或处理器执行时,能够实现上文所描述的各种基于UWB实现的终端控制方法。该可读存储介质例如为存储有程序指令的计算机可读存储介质,该程序指令被处理器执行时实现如前述任意一项实施例所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法。
图7是表示根据本公开的实施例的计算机设备的结构框图。
如图7所示,本公开的实施例还提供了一种计算机设备800,包括存储器810和处理器820,其中,存储器810配置成存储计算指令,处理器820配置成在运行所述计算机指令时执行如前述任意一项实施例提供的。
存储器810可以是各种由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
处理器820可以是中央处理单元(CPU)或者现场可编程逻辑阵列(FPGA)或者单片机(MCU)或者数字信号处理器(DSP)或者专用集成电路(ASIC)等具有数据处理能力和/或程序执行能力的逻辑运算器件。一个或多个处理器可以被配置为以并行计算的处理器组同时执行上述终端控制方法,或者被配置为以部分处理器执行上述终端控制方法中的部分步骤,部分处理器执行上述终端控制方法中的其它部分步骤等。
计算机指令包括了一个或多个由对应于处理器的指令集架构定义的处理器操作,这些计算机指令可以被一个或多个计算机程序在逻辑上包含和表示。
该计算机设备800还可以连接各种输入设备(例如用户界面、键盘等)、各种输出设备(例如扬声器等)、以及显示屏等实现计算机设备与其它产品或用户的交互,本文在此不再赘述。需要说明的是,计算机设备800在本公开中应被理解为包括手机、便携式电子装置、计算机等各类可执行指令从而实现相应功能的电子设备。计算机指令应被理解为可由电子设备执行的指令。
以上例子主要说明了本公开的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法以及终端控制装置。尽管 只对其中一些本公开的具体实施方式进行了描述,但是本领域普通技术人员应当了解,本申请可以在不偏离其主旨与范围内以许多其他的形式实施。因此,所展示的例子与实施方式被视为示意性的而非限制性的,在不脱离如所附各权利要求所定义的本公开精神及范围的情况下,本公开可能涵盖各种的修改与替换。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,该方法应用于第一移动终端并且用于将所述第一移动终端与家居终端的配对控制信息转移到第二移动终端,其中,所述第一移动终端、所述第二移动终端以及所述家居终端分别包括UWB模块,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    响应于接收对所述第一移动终端的第一操作,指定所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息作为转移对象;
    响应于接收对所述第一移动终端的第二操作,指定所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息的转移目的地为第二移动终端;以及
    将所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息从所述第一移动终端转移到所述第二移动终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一操作包括所述第一移动终端指向所述家居终端的方向的第一指向操作,利用所述第一移动终端的UWB模块与所述家居终端的UWB模块确定所述第一指向操作。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,其特征在于,
    所述第二操作包括所述第一移动终端指向所述第二移动终端的方向的第二指向操作,利用所述第一移动终端的UWB模块与所述第二移动终端的UWB模块确定所述第二指向操作。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述指定所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息的转移目的地为第二移动终端,包括,
    在所述第一移动终端指向所述第二移动终端的方向上存在多个移动终端的情况下,将距离所述第一移动终端最近的移动终端作为所述第二移动终端。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述将所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息从所述第一移动终端转移到所述第二移动终端,包括,通过短距离通讯方式将所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息传输到所述第二移动终端。
  6. 一种基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,该方法应用于移动终端并且通过所述移动终端建立第一家居终端与第二家居终端之间的配对连接,其中,所述移动终端、所述第一家居终端和所述第二家居终端分别包括UWB模块,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于接收对所述移动终端的第一操作,指定所述第一家居终端为配对连接的一方对象;
    响应于接收对所述移动终端的第二操作,指定所述第二家居终端为配对连接的另一方对象;以及
    所述移动终端将第一家居终端的配对控制信息发送到所述第二家居终端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一操作为移动终端指向第一家居终端的方向的第一指向操作,利用移动终端的UWB模块与第一家居终端的UWB模块确定所述第一指向操作。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,其特征在于,
    所述第二操作为移动终端指向第二家居终端的方向的第二指向操作,利用移动终端的UWB模块与第二家居终端的UWB模块确定所述第二指向操作。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:在所述移动终端将第一家居终端的配对控制信息发送到所述第二家居终端之前,判断所述第一家居终端和所述第二家居终端是否符合预先设置在所述移动终端中的各个家居终端之间的配对关系;
    在满足配对关系的情况下,将第一家居终端的配对控制信息发送到所述第二家居终端。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法,其特征在于,
    所述移动终端将第一家居终端的配对控制信息发送到所述第二家居终端,包括
    通过短距离通讯方式将所述第一家居终端的配对控制信息发送到所述第二家居终端。
  11. 一种基于UWB实现的终端控制装置,该装置应用于第一移动终端并且用于将所述第一移动终端与家居终端的配对控制信息转移到第二移动终端,其中,所述第一移动终端、所述第二移动终端以及所述家居终端分别包括UWB模块,其特征在于,包括:
    第一指定模块,用于接收对所述第一移动终端的第一操作,指定所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息作为转移对象;
    第二指定模块,用于接收对所述第一移动终端的第二操作,指定所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息的转移目的地为第二移动终端;以及
    信息转移模块,用于将所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息从所述第一移动终端转移到所述第二移动终端。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制装置,其特征在于,
    在所述第一移动终端指向所述第二移动终端的方向上存在多个终端的情况下,所述第二指定模块将距离所述第一移动终端最近的终端作为所述第二移动终端。
  13. 一种基于UWB实现的终端控制装置,该装置应用于移动终端并且通过所述移动终端建立第一家居终端与第二家居终端之间的配对连接,其中,所述移动终端、所述第一家居终端和所述第二家居终端分别包括UWB模块,其特征在于,包括:
    第一指定模块,用于接收对所述移动终端的第一操作,指定所述第一家居终端为配对连接的 一方对象;
    第二指定模块,用于接收对所述移动终端的第二操作,指定所述第二家居终端为配对连接的另一方对象;以及
    信息转移模块,用于将第一家居终端的配对控制信息发送到所述第二家居终端。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    配对判断模块,用于判断由所述第一指定模块指定的所述第一家居终端和由所述第二指定模块指定的所述第二家居终端是否符合预先设置在所述移动终端中的各个家居终端之间的配对关系,并且仅在满足配对关系的情况下继续执行所述信息转移模块的动作。
  15. 一种可读存储介质,其存储有程序指令,该程序指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1~10任意一项所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法。
  16. 一种计算机设备,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器用于存储计算机指令,所述处理器配置成在运行所述计算机指令时执行如权利要求1~10任意一项所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制方法。
  17. 一种基于UWB实现的终端控制装置,其能应用在第一移动终端中,其特征在于,所述终端控制装置包括处理器和存储器,所述处理器用于处理存储在所述存储器中的程序指令,以:
    接收对第一移动终端的第一操作,指定所述第一移动终端与家居终端的配对控制信息作为转移对象;
    接收对所述第一移动终端的第二操作,指定所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息的转移目的地为第二移动终端;
    将所述第一移动终端与所述家居终端的配对控制信息从所述第一移动终端转移到所述第二移动终端;以及
    其中,所述第一移动终端、家居终端、第二移动终端分别包括UWB模块。
  18. 一种基于UWB实现的终端控制装置,其能应用在移动终端中,其特征在于,所述终端控制装置包括处理器和存储器,所述处理器用于处理存储在所述存储器中的程序指令,以:
    接收对所述移动终端的第一操作,指定所述第一家居终端为配对连接的一方对象;
    接收对所述移动终端的第二操作,指定所述第二家居终端为配对连接的另一方对象;
    将第一家居终端的配对控制信息发送到所述第二家居终端;以及
    其中,所述移动终端、第一家居终端、第二家居终端分别包括UWB模块。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的基于UWB实现的终端控制装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于 执行所述存储器中的程序指令,以:
    判断由所述第一指定模块指定的所述第一家居终端和由所述第二指定模块指定的所述第二家居终端是否符合预先设置在所述移动终端中的各个家居终端之间的配对关系,并且仅在满足配对关系的情况下继续执行所述信息转移模块的动作。
