本发明涉及锁具技术领域,特别是指一种防敲击锁具。
目前,保险柜已逐渐成为常用安防产品,而保险柜的安全性能与锁具功能关联较大,近年随着相关技术不断提高,保险柜锁产品升级需求增加,产品安全性能逐渐提高。市面上的保险柜锁结构形式有以下几种:①电机带动偏心轮转动,使其避开锁舌以实现解锁;②电机通过弹簧带动插销,使其避开锁栓,这样转动锁舌时锁栓可以后退以实现解锁。
上述两种方案中,前者的偏心轮通过扭簧复位,因而在解锁期间,需要不间断给电机供电,让电机堵转,当解锁时间比较长时,电机堵转电流较大,这种方案十分耗电,严重降低了电池的使用寿命;后者的插销比较细,强度不够,且插销靠弹簧带动,因而存在敲击开锁的风险,锁具还需要增加防敲击开锁的机构,导致锁具的结构比较复杂、成本较高、零部件较多,且锁具的可靠性、稳定性较低。
本发明的目的在于提供一种防敲击锁具,在具备防敲击开锁功能的同时,达到简化结构、降低成本的目的。

通过上述方案,本发明的锁具结构简单可靠,采用锁舌2与挡块3的组合既保证了锁具的基本开关锁功能,又通过凸轮5、滑杆6、挡块3的联动关系实现了防敲击开锁;与其他锁具相比,仅用较少的零件就能实现相同的功能,既实现了简化结构、降低成本,又增加了锁具的稳定性和可靠性。
参考图1至图7所示,示出了本发明的具体实施例(以下方向性的描述均以图8、9中的方向为参照)。
本实用新型受到外力敲击时,锁舌2和挡块3会转动,在挡块3到达解锁位置前锁舌2会与挡块3接触。
进一步地,上述锁舌2为偏心结构,且受相同的外力时锁舌2的转动惯量大于挡块3的转动惯量,以使锁舌2的转动角度大于挡块3的转动角度,锁舌2与挡块3接触时挡块3处于限位锁舌2往开锁方向转动的位置,也即受相同的外力时(同一次外力敲击的过程)锁舌2的转动速度大于挡块3,在挡块3转动至让位锁舌2的位置之前,锁舌2已经与挡块3接触,并被挡块3限制继续转动,从而避免了外力敲击开锁的情况发生。
上述锁舌2的另一端设置有第一平面21,挡块3的一端设置有第二平面31,锁具处于上锁状态时,第一平面21与第二平面31相对设置,当受到外力敲击或尝试推动锁舌2顺时针转动时,第一平面21将与第二平面31(的边缘)相抵,使得锁舌2无法进一步转动,锁舌2的一端无法缩回锁孔11内,也即无法开锁。
上述挡块3的侧边设置有让位锁舌2转动的圆弧面32。
上述挡块3的一端设置有活动销33,滑杆6的一端径向开设有供活动销33滑接配合的活动槽61,滑杆6移动的过程中,活动销33在活动槽61内上下移动以实现滑杆6的横向移动能够带动挡块3转动。
上述挡块3设计成其质心设置在挡块3的轴孔处,优选为轴孔中心与质心重合,这样实际生产的零件的质心会比较靠近第二转轴60的中心,最大限度地减小敲击后挡块3绕转轴转动的转动惯量。
上述锁壳1内还设置有用于限位挡块3转动角度的凸台12,在第二复位件8的作用下,滑杆6带动挡块3,使挡块3的另一端抵在凸台12上,实现限制挡块3逆时针旋转时的极限位置。
上述动力装置4为电机,则凸轮5同轴连接在电机的电机轴上。本实施例中,动力装置4采用减速电机,使用较小的动力(一般少于一圈)就可以驱动凸轮5带动滑杆6移动到位,达到省电的目的。
上述滑杆6上设置有供凸轮5配合的挡板62,凸轮5与第二复位件8分别配合在挡板62的两侧。
进一步地,开锁状态时凸轮5与挡板62的接触点设计成低于凸轮5的轴心高度(也即上述电机轴),这样可以确保断电后滑杆6不会在第二复位件8的作用下推动凸轮5反转又导致上锁,而是滑杆6上的挡板62在第二复位件8的作用下抵在凸轮5上并使凸轮5向锁壳1的内壁方向转动而抵死,这样即使断电了也可以使得凸轮5、滑杆6、挡块3不会在第二复位件8的作用力下运动,也即断电了锁具还能保持开锁状态,从而达到省电的目的。
上述第一复位件7为弹簧,其一端连接在锁壳1的内壁,其另一端与锁舌2的另一端连接。
进一步地,上述锁舌2的另一端设置有供第一复位件7连接的插销9。本实施例中,插销9插入锁舌2的另一端后靠卡簧10固定。
上述第二复位件8为弹簧,其一端套置在滑杆6的另一端,其另一端抵在锁壳1的内壁上。
本发明还包括安装在锁壳1内的电路板20,电路板20与动力装置4电性连接,用于接收外部的控制信号并控制动力装置4的工作状态。
本发明还包括安装在锁壳1内的滑杆座30,滑杆6的杆身部分(除去端部的活动槽61和挡板62)设置为异型截面,滑杆座30设置有与异型截面匹配的异型孔301。设置滑杆座30的作用在于稳定滑杆6的移动方向,并通过异型截面的杆身与异型孔301的匹配使得滑杆6在移动时不发生旋转,从而保证滑杆6的功能稳定性,保证滑杆6与挡块3之间的传动关系。本实施例中,滑杆座30分为上下两片夹设在滑杆6的上下面,以方便装配,且滑杆6的两端均设置有一个滑杆座30。
进一步地,上述滑杆6的杆身截面为十字型。
同时,锁壳1内设置有供滑杆座30定位配合的若干定位销13,滑杆座30与定位销13插接配合,并通过螺钉锁固在锁壳1的内壁,以保证滑杆座30的位置固定。
本发明还包括用于固定动力装置4的压板40,以保证动力装置4在锁壳1内的位置稳定,从而保证凸轮5对于滑杆6的驱动功能稳定。
本发明还包括第一转轴50、第二转轴60,第一转轴50、第二转轴60均安装在锁壳1内;锁壳1的中部套置在第一转轴50上,实现其与锁壳1的转动连接;挡块3的中部套置在第二转轴60上,实现其与锁壳1的转动连接。
上述锁壳1包括壳体1a和盖体1b;壳体1a设置有安装腔14,安装腔14的侧壁设置有上述锁孔11;盖体1b盖合在安装腔14的开口处,以使锁壳1呈封闭状态。本实施例中,壳体1a与盖体1b之间采用螺钉锁固,以实现可拆卸组装。此外,安装腔14内还设置有上述锁壳1包括的各种结构。
上述凸轮5、滑杆6均采用密度小的材质成型,如塑料,尽量减小凸轮5、滑杆6的重量,以减少外力敲击时凸轮5、滑杆6对于挡块的作用力,避免敲击开锁。
参考图8所示,本发明的上锁过程为:在开锁状态下,电机带动凸轮5反转,滑杆6在第二复位件8(也即弹簧)的作用下推动挡块3逆时针转动,此时如果锁舌2还处于开锁状态,则挡块3抵在锁舌2上;解除推动锁舌2的外力后,锁舌2将在第一复位件7的拉力作用下逆时针转动至上锁位置,锁舌2离开挡块3后,滑杆6将在第二复位件8的作用下继续推动挡块3逆时针转动,直到挡块3抵在凸台12上。此时,锁舌2的第一平面21与挡块3的第二平面31相对设置,当尝试推动锁舌2顺时针转动时,第一平面21将与第二平面31相抵,使得锁舌2无法进一步转动,锁舌2的一端无法缩回锁孔11内,也即无法开锁。
参考图9所示,本发明的开锁过程为:在上锁状态下,电机带动凸轮5正转,凸轮5抵在滑杆6的挡板62上并使滑杆6克服第二复位件8的弹力向右移动,并推动挡块3顺时针转动,凸轮5抵在锁壳1的内壁后不再转动,此时挡块3停止的位置可以避开锁舌2转动的运动轨迹,解锁完成,推动锁舌2即可完成开锁。
本发明的工作原理为(包括各种功能进一步提升的方案):(一)防敲击开锁原理:①挡块3设计成其质心设置在挡块3的轴孔处,优选为轴孔中心与质心重合,这样实际生产的零件的质心会比较靠近第二转轴60的中心,可以最大限度的减小敲击后挡块3绕第二转轴60转动的转动惯量,并且挡块3的转动惯量要小于锁舌2的转动惯量。
②凸轮5、滑杆6采用如塑料、铝合金等密度小的材质成型,减小凸轮5、滑杆6的重量。
③锁舌2采用金属材质,并将锁舌2设计成偏心结构。
(二)防暴力开锁原理:上锁后尝试推动锁舌2开锁时,锁舌2的第一平面21和挡块3的第二平面31相抵,受力件为:锁舌2、挡块3、第一转轴50、第二转轴60、壳体1a和盖体1b,这些零件都为金属材质且可以设计出足够的厚度,可以确保锁具在尝试暴力开锁后零部件不会受损,依旧可以正常使用。
(三)省电原理:开锁时,电路板20给电机供电,电机带动凸轮5转动,直到凸轮5推动滑杆6后退之后抵在锁壳的内壁(也即壳体1a的侧壁)上,此时即可断电,这里设计成凸轮5与滑杆6上的挡板62的接触点低于电机轴的中心高度,这样可以确保断电后滑杆6不会推动凸轮5反转又导致上锁,而是滑杆6上的挡板62在第二复位件8的弹力作用下会抵在凸轮5上,凸轮5又抵在壳体1a的底壁上,这样即使断电了也可以凸轮5、滑杆6、挡块3不会在第二复位件8的弹力下运动,即可以断电了,锁具可以维持开锁状态,维持开锁一定时间后,电路板20又给电机供电,让电机带动凸轮5反转,滑杆6在第二复位件8的弹力下推动挡块3逆时针转动,当锁舌2恢复到上锁位置后挡块3也随之恢复到上锁位置。综上,只有在开锁和关锁时需要给电机供电,而且由于每次开关锁电机转动不到一圈,只需要零点几秒即可完成,开锁到关锁的这段时间可以不用给电机供电,这样即可保证每次开关锁只需要损耗很少的电量。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。
Claims (11)
- 一种防敲击锁具,其特征在于:包括锁壳,以及设置在所述锁壳内的锁舌、挡块、动力装置、凸轮、滑杆、第一复位件和第二复位件;所述锁壳设置有锁孔;所述锁舌的中部与所述锁壳转动连接,其一端在所述锁孔处伸缩配合;所述挡块的中部与所述锁壳转动连接;所述动力装置与所述凸轮传动连接,用于驱动所述凸轮转动;所述凸轮与所述滑杆相对设置,所述滑杆随着所述凸轮的转动而移动;所述滑杆与所述锁壳滑接配合并指向所述锁孔,所述挡块随着所述滑杆的移动而转动,以实现限位或让位所述锁舌的转动;所述第一复位件用于提供弹力使得所述锁舌向上锁状态复位,上锁状态时所述锁舌的一端伸出所述锁孔;所述第二复位件用于提供弹力使得所述滑杆向上锁状态复位,上锁状态时所述滑杆带动所述挡块限位所述锁舌的转动。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种防敲击锁具,其特征在于:所述锁具受到外力敲击时,所述锁舌和所述挡块会转动,在所述挡块到达解锁位置前所述锁舌会与所述挡块接触。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种防敲击锁具,其特征在于:所述锁舌为偏心结构,且受相同的外力时所述锁舌的转动惯量大于所述挡块的转动惯量,以使所述锁舌的转动角度大于所述挡块的转动角度,所述锁舌与所述挡块接触时所述挡块处于限位所述锁舌往开锁方向转动的位置。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种防敲击锁具,其特征在于:所述锁舌的另一端设置有第一平面,所述挡块的一端设置有第二平面,锁具处于上锁状态时,所述第一平面与所述第二平面相对设置;所述锁具受外力敲击而使得所述锁舌与所述挡块接触时,所述第二平面的边缘抵住所述第一平面。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种防敲击锁具,其特征在于:所述挡块的质心位于其转轴处。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种防敲击锁具,其特征在于:所述挡块的一端设置有活动销,所述滑杆的一端径向开设有供所述活动销滑接配合的活动槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种防敲击锁具,其特征在于:所述锁壳内还设置有用于限位所述挡块转动角度的凸台。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种防敲击锁具,其特征在于:所述动力装置为电机,所述凸轮同轴连接在所述电机的电机轴上。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种防敲击锁具,其特征在于:所述滑杆上设置有供所述凸轮配合的挡板,所述凸轮与所述第二复位件分别配合在所述挡板的两侧。
- 如权利要求9所述的一种防敲击锁具,其特征在于:所述锁具处于开锁状态时,所述凸轮与所述挡板的接触点低于所述凸轮的轴心高度。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种防敲击锁具,其特征在于:所述第一复位件为弹簧,其一端连接在所述锁壳的内壁,其另一端与所述锁舌的另一端连接;所述锁舌的另一端设置有供所述第一复位件连接的插销;所述第二复位件为弹簧,其一端套置在所述滑杆的另一端,其另一端抵在所述锁壳的内壁上。
