Abstract
Un dispositif d'administration de médicament liquide 10 comprend : un réservoir 18 rempli d'un médicament liquide; un piston 20 qui est disposé à l'intérieur du réservoir 18 et peut se déplacer dans la direction longitudinale du réservoir 18; une partie écrou 24 qui peut presser le piston 20 vers le côté extrémité de pointe du réservoir 18 en se déplaçant à l'intérieur d'une région de déplacement; une unité d'entraînement 40 qui entraîne la partie écrou 24 de façon à ce qu'elle se déplace à l'intérieur de la région de déplacement; une unité de détection de position 74 qui détecte la partie écrou 24 dans une position de détection prédéfinie dans la région de déplacement; et une unité de commande 71. L'unité de commande 71 commande l'unité d'entraînement 40 de façon à ce que la partie écrou 24 soit déplacée dans la direction opposée au côté extrémité de pointe jusqu'à ce que l'unité de détection de position 74 détecte la partie écrou 24 dans la position de détection, et de telle sorte que la quantité restante de médicament liquide dans le réservoir 18 soit estimée sur la base d'une première valeur de déplacement, qui correspond à la valeur de déplacement dans la direction opposée.
