技术领域
本公开涉及计算机领域,具体而言,涉及一种睡姿纠正与控制方法、装置、存储介质以及电子设备。
背景技术
对于身体健康的人来说,夜间睡眠不断变换着睡觉的姿势,更有利于缓解疲劳。但是对于特殊人群,特别是心脏病、胃病患者,错误的睡眠姿势可能会影响身体健康,甚至可能会危及生命安全。相关技术中的检测用户睡眠姿态的设备,只是对用户的睡姿进行了简单检测,没有对用户的睡姿做详细、标准的分析,并对错误睡眠姿势进行干扰。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种睡姿纠正与控制方法、装置、存储介质以及电子设备,以至少解决错误睡姿影响身体健康的技术问题。
根据本公开实施例的一个方面,提供了一种睡姿纠正与控制方法,包括:根据用户的身体健康数据,确定与上述用户的上述身体健康数据匹配的第一睡姿、第二睡姿与第三睡姿,其中,上述第一睡姿为允许上述用户使用的睡姿,上述第二睡姿为允许上述用户使用但是上述用户使用上述第二睡姿的时长禁止超过第一时长的睡姿,上述第三睡姿为禁止上述用户使用的睡姿;在确定上述用户为睡眠状态的情况下,获取上述用户的目标睡姿与上述目标睡姿的目标时长;在上述目标睡姿为第二睡姿且上述用户处于上述第二睡姿的目标时长超过上述第一时长的情况下,或者上述目标睡姿为上述第三睡姿的 情况下,干扰上述用户当前的睡眠状态。

S104,在确定用户为睡眠状态的情况下,获取用户的目标睡姿与目标睡姿的目标时长;
S106,在目标睡姿为第二睡姿且用户处于第二睡姿的目标时长超过第一时长的情况下,或者目标睡姿为第三睡姿的情况下,干扰用户当前的睡眠状态。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,身体健康数据包括用户的患病史,第一睡姿,第二睡姿,第三睡姿为用户的睡眠姿态,可以为仰卧,俯卧,左卧,右卧。第一睡姿和睡眠时长小于第一时长的第二睡姿为符合用户身体条件的合适睡姿,用户可以使用,第三睡姿和睡眠时长大于第一时长的第二睡姿为不符合用户身体条件的危险睡姿,用户禁止使用。第一时长为用户以第二睡势睡眠的最大时长,超过第一时长则存在危及身体健康的可能,可以为1小时,2小时,3小时。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,根据用户身体健康数据确定出允许使用的第一睡姿,允许使用但使用时间不得超过第一时长的第二睡姿,禁止使用的第三睡姿,检测到用户为睡眠状态,获取用户使用的目标睡姿,若检测到目标睡姿为允许使用的第一睡姿,继续对用户睡姿进行监测。若检测到目标睡姿为允许使用且使用时间未超过第一时长的第二睡姿,继续对用户睡姿进行检测,当用户持续使用第二睡姿且超过第一时长,此时将对用户进行干扰,以使用户转换睡姿。若检测到目标睡姿为禁止使用的第三睡姿,立即对用户进行干扰,以使用户转换睡姿,防止危险睡姿危害用户的身体健康。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,由于在上述方法中,在判断目标睡姿为禁止使用的睡姿或允许使用的睡姿但超过第一时长的睡姿的情况下,对用户进行干扰,从而实现了通过干扰使用户纠正错误睡姿的目的,进而解决了错误睡姿影响身体健康的技术问题。
在一些实施方式中,上述方法还包括:
生成用户的睡眠报告,其中,睡眠报告用于提示用户每种睡姿对身体的影响;
发送睡眠报告至显示设备。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,显示设备可以为手机,电脑等移动设备,检测到用户的目标睡姿的同时生成与目标睡姿匹配的睡眠报告,提示用户目标睡姿对身体健康的影响,将睡眠报告显示设备,供用户查看。
第一睡姿、第二睡姿以及第三睡姿可以分别生成各自的睡眠报告。睡眠报告之间可以以不同的颜色来标志。如第一睡姿的睡眠报告可以以绿色标注,第二睡姿的睡眠报告以黄色标注,表示睡姿有风险,第三睡姿的睡眠报告可以以红色标注,表示睡姿很危险。睡眠报告里可以包括各种睡姿的时长、对身体健康的影响以及调整建议。
在一些实施方式中,根据用户的身体健康数据,确定与用户的身体健康数据匹配的第一睡姿、第二睡姿与第三睡姿包括:
获取身体健康数据中的疾病类型;
将疾病类型被允许使用的睡姿确定为第一睡姿;
将疾病类型被允许使用但是使用的时长禁止超过第一时长的睡姿确定为第二睡姿;
将疾病类型被禁止使用的睡姿确定为第三睡姿。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,疾病类型为用户身体存在的疾病或身体的异常,可以为心脏病,胃病,怀孕等,若获取用户身体健康数据中疾病类型为怀孕,则被允许使用的右卧睡姿确定为第一睡姿,将被允许使用但是使用的时长禁止超过第一时长的仰卧睡姿确定为第二睡姿,将被禁止使用的左卧睡姿确定为第三睡姿。
在一些实施方式中,在确定用户为睡眠状态的情况下,获取用户的目标睡姿与目标睡姿的目标时长包括:
接收智能床垫检测到的目标睡姿;
接收睡眠检测仪检测到的目标时长。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,通过智能床垫检测用户的目标睡姿,通过睡眠检测仪检测用户使用目标睡姿的目标时长。智能床垫与睡眠检测仪可以通过网络或者蓝牙与本方法的系统连接,从而将目标睡姿与目标时长发送给本方法的系统。
在一些实施方式中,上述方法还包括:
在目标睡姿为第二睡姿,且目标时长小于第一时长的情况下,继续记录目标时长;
当目标时长大于第一时长时,干扰用户当前的睡眠状态。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,若检测到用户的目标睡姿为第二睡姿,且已第二睡姿睡眠的最大时长第一时长为3小时,当检测到用户以第二睡姿睡眠的目标时长为2小时,此时目标时长小于第一时长,则继续记录目标时长,当目标时长从2小时到3小时,此时目标时长已达到第一时长,马上就要大于第一时长,存在危及用户身体健康的可能,立即对用户进行干扰,以使用户转换睡姿,防止用户长时间以第二睡姿睡眠危害身体健康。
在一些实施方式中,干扰用户当前的睡眠状态包括:
控制显示设备弹出紧急消息和发出提示音;
控制智能床垫调整用户接触到的智能床垫的接触部分,干扰用户当前的睡眠状态。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,紧急消息用于提示用户此时目标睡姿存在危及身体健康的可能。控制显示设备弹出提示用户目标睡姿存在危及身体健康的可能的紧急消息和发出提示音,并同时控制智能床垫调整用户接触到的智能床垫的接触部分,对用户进行干扰,以使用户转换睡姿,防止危险睡姿危害用户的身体健康。可以通过调整智能床垫与地面的角度来控制用户 翻身等,调整用户与智能床垫的接触部分。通过接触面积的监控,可以确定用户是否已经翻身成功,是否调整到合适的睡姿。
结合一种示例进行说明,本公开通过睡眠检测仪检测用户睡眠期间的压力特征参数,并联动结合智能床垫的检测数据,进行分析判断用户睡眠期间的姿态,结合手机APP的模式设置,判断用户当前睡姿是否符合用户自身的身体条件,如不符合,则自动通过手机APP生成睡眠检测报告并弹窗警示用户,提示用户合理的睡眠姿态。如果为危及用户生命的紧急状态,睡眠检测仪可联动智能床垫对用户睡眠姿态进行干预。根据大数据调查,人们常用的睡眠姿态为:仰卧、俯卧、左卧、右卧。本公开就这四种常见的睡眠姿态进行检测,并通过对比用户的特征数据进行睡姿分析,生成用户睡眠检测报告。具体实现流程如图2所示:
1、用户通过手机APP绑定睡眠检测仪,可在手机APP界面选择一项或多项特殊的身体状况,比如常见的疾病:肺气肿、心脏病、胃病、胆囊结石等或特殊人群:婴儿、孕妇。用户选择成功,APP发送的用户特征信息到服务器进行存储,方便服务器后续根据用户实时数据自动进行用户特征信息对比,以及发送紧急消息提示,具体实现流程如图3所示。
2、当用户使用睡眠检测仪时,睡眠检测仪自动2s(秒)一次检测用户的睡眠状态,如果用户在床,睡眠检测仪检测用户睡姿并自动对用户该睡姿时长进行记录。
3、每2分钟睡眠检测仪联动接收智能床垫进行数据交互和对比分析,得出用户睡眠状态以及睡眠数据。睡眠检测仪上报用户睡姿状态(睡姿和对应时长)到服务器,服务器将保存的用户特征参数与睡眠检测仪的上传数据对比,判断用户睡姿是否符合预设模式。
4、用户睡姿符合预设模式,则发送消息通知睡眠检测仪持续检测用户睡眠期间的睡姿状态,并一天生成一次睡眠报告。
5、如果用户睡姿不符合预设模式,即服务器的用户特征参数与该用户实时数据对比不一致。服务器判断睡姿有可能危及用户生命,或短时间内影响 比较大,是属于紧急状态,则立即控制手机APP弹出紧急消息,并下发到睡眠检测仪进行紧急操作。睡眠检测仪联动智能床垫缓慢微调用户接触到的床垫部分,干扰用户当前睡眠状态,使用户不自觉改变睡眠姿态。比如肥胖患者或有严重呼吸系统疾患的人俯卧,会阻碍胸廓扩张,影响呼吸,使心肺工作量增加,严重心脏病、高血压、脑血栓患者俯卧可能会造成呼吸不适、深度不够,以至于心脑缺血缺氧等,应立即对用户的睡眠进行干预,则睡眠检测仪直接联动智能床垫缓慢微微抬起或触发智能床垫上侧传感器,对用户睡眠进行干预。同时睡眠检测仪也在不断检测用户睡姿和综合分析用户睡眠数据,以达到尽量不通过噪音、直接唤醒用户等方式使用户调整睡姿的目的。比如孕妇在妊娠期,特别是妊娠晚期,采取左侧卧位是孕妇的最佳睡眠姿势。对于一些特殊人群来说,有时右侧卧位反倒成为一种“危险”睡姿。对于这种情况睡眠检测仪也会根据设置主动联动智能床垫对用户的睡姿进行右侧微调干预,以尽量使用户在睡梦中自动为寻求更舒适的睡姿而翻身倾向左侧卧睡。
6、如果服务器判断睡姿不危及用户生命,或短时间内影响较小,则对上传数据的用户做持续性状态检测。服务器发送用户状态持续检测消息到睡眠检测仪,睡眠检测仪检测到用户持续同一睡眠姿态超过3小时,则向手机APP发送警示消息,手机APP弹出紧急消息弹窗以提示用户。且一天生成一次睡眠检测报告,并提出睡姿调整建议,使用户对自身睡姿了解并有根据得进行自我纠正。比如脊柱不好的人长期偏重于某一侧卧位,脊柱会逐渐侧弯,轻者醒后腰背僵硬不适,需要起床活动方可恢复正常,重则可能导致原有的病情恶化。绑定了睡眠检测仪的手机APP会自动生成睡眠报告,建议用户采取最利于脊柱健康的睡眠姿势,应以仰卧为主,侧卧为辅,要左右交替,侧卧时左右膝关节微屈对置。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本公开并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本公开,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属 于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本公开所必须的。
根据本公开实施例的另一方面,还提供了一种睡姿纠正与控制装置,如图4所示,包括:
确定模块402,被设置为根据用户的身体健康数据,确定与用户的身体健康数据匹配的第一睡姿、第二睡姿与第三睡姿,其中,第一睡姿为允许用户使用的睡姿,第二睡姿为允许用户使用但是用户使用第二睡姿的时长禁止超过第一时长的睡姿,第三睡姿为禁止用户使用的睡姿;
获取模块404,被设置为在确定用户为睡眠状态的情况下,获取用户的目标睡姿与目标睡姿的目标时长;
干扰模块406,被设置为在目标睡姿为第二睡姿且用户处于第二睡姿的目标时长超过第一时长的情况下,或者目标睡姿为第三睡姿的情况下,干扰用户当前的睡眠状态。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,身体健康数据包括用户的患病史,第一睡姿,第二睡姿,第三睡姿为用户的睡眠姿态,可以为仰卧,俯卧,左卧,右卧。第一睡姿和睡眠时长小于第一时长的第二睡姿为符合用户身体条件的合适睡姿,用户可以使用,第三睡姿和睡眠时长大于第一时长的第二睡姿为不符合用户身体条件的危险睡姿,用户禁止使用。第一时长为用户以第二睡势睡眠的最大时长,超过第一时长则存在危及身体健康的可能,可以为1小时,2小时,3小时。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,根据用户身体健康数据确定出允许使用的第一睡姿,允许使用但使用时间不得超过第一时长的第二睡姿,禁止使用的第三睡姿,检测到用户为睡眠状态,获取用户使用的目标睡姿,若检测到目标睡姿为允许使用的第一睡姿,继续对用户睡姿进行监测。若检测到目标睡姿为允许使用且使用时间未超过第一时长的第二睡姿,继续对用户睡姿进行检测,当用户持续使用第二睡姿且超过第一时长,此时将对用户进行干 扰,以使用户转换睡姿。若检测到目标睡姿为禁止使用的第三睡姿,立即对用户进行干扰,以使用户转换睡姿,防止危险睡姿危害用户的身体健康。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,由于在上述方法中,在判断目标睡姿为禁止使用的睡姿或允许使用的睡姿但超过第一时长的睡姿的情况下,对用户进行干扰,从而实现了通过干扰使用户纠正错误睡姿的目的,进而解决了错误睡姿影响身体健康的技术问题。
在一些实施方式中,上述装置还包括:
生成模块,被设置为生成用户的睡眠报告,其中,睡眠报告用于提示用户每种睡姿对身体的影响;
发送模块,被设置为发送睡眠报告至显示设备。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,显示设备可以为手机,电脑等移动设备,检测到用户的目标睡姿的同时生成与目标睡姿匹配的睡眠报告,提示用户目标睡姿对身体健康的影响,将睡眠报告显示设备,供用户查看。
在一些实施方式中,确定模块包括:
获取单元,被设置为获取身体健康数据中的疾病类型;
第一确定单元,被设置为将疾病类型被允许使用的睡姿确定为第一睡姿;
第二确定单元,被设置为将疾病类型被允许使用但是使用的时长禁止超过第一时长的睡姿确定为第二睡姿;
第三确定单元,被设置为将疾病类型被禁止使用的睡姿确定为第三睡姿。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,疾病类型为用户身体存在的疾病或身体的异常,可以为心脏病,胃病,怀孕等,若获取用户身体健康数据中疾病类型为怀孕,则被允许使用的右卧睡姿确定为第一睡姿,将被允许使用但是使用的时长禁止超过第一时长的仰卧睡姿确定为第二睡姿,将被禁止使用的左卧睡姿确定为第三睡姿。
在一些实施方式中,获取装置包括:
第一接收单元,被设置为接收智能床垫检测到的目标睡姿;
第二接收单元,被设置为接收睡眠检测仪检测到的目标时长。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,通过智能床垫检测用户的目标睡姿,通过睡眠检测仪检测用户使用目标睡姿的目标时长。
在一些实施方式中,上述装置还包括:
记录模块,被设置为在目标睡姿为第二睡姿,且目标时长小于第一时长的情况下,继续记录目标时长;
第二干扰模块,被设置为当目标时长大于第一时长时,干扰用户当前的睡眠状态。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,若检测到用户的目标睡姿为第二睡姿,且已第二睡姿睡眠的最大时长第一时长为3小时,当检测到用户以第二睡姿睡眠的目标时长为2小时,此时目标时长小于第一时长,则继续记录目标时长,当目标时长从2小时到3小时,此时目标时长已达到第一时长,马上就要大于第一时长,存在危及用户身体健康的可能,立即对用户进行干扰,以使用户转换睡姿,防止用户长时间以第二睡姿睡眠危害身体健康。
在一些实施方式中,第一干扰模块包括:
控制单元,被设置为控制显示设备弹出紧急消息和发出提示音;
干扰单元,被设置为控制智能床垫调整用户接触到的智能床垫的接触部分,干扰用户当前的睡眠状态。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,紧急消息用于提示用户此时目标睡姿存在危及身体健康的可能。控制显示设备弹出提示用户目标睡姿存在危及身体健康的可能的紧急消息和发出提示音,并同时控制智能床垫调整用户接触到的智能床垫的接触部分,对用户进行干扰,以使用户转换睡姿,防止危险睡姿危害用户的身体健康。
本实施例的其他示例请参见上述示例,在此不在赘述。
图5是根据本公开实施例的一种可选的电子设备的结构框图,如图5所示,包括处理器502、通信接口504、存储器506和通信总线508,其中,处理器502、通信接口504和存储器506通过通信总线508完成相互间的通信,其中,
存储器506,被设置为存储计算机程序;
处理器502,被设置为执行存储器506上所存放的计算机程序时,实现如下步骤:
根据用户的身体健康数据,确定与用户的身体健康数据匹配的第一睡姿、第二睡姿与第三睡姿,其中,第一睡姿为允许用户使用的睡姿,第二睡姿为允许用户使用但是用户使用第二睡姿的时长禁止超过第一时长的睡姿,第三睡姿为禁止用户使用的睡姿;
在确定用户为睡眠状态的情况下,获取用户的目标睡姿与目标睡姿的目标时长;
在目标睡姿为第二睡姿且用户处于第二睡姿的目标时长超过第一时长的情况下,或者目标睡姿为第三睡姿的情况下,干扰用户当前的睡眠状态。
在一些实施方式中,在本实施例中,上述的通信总线可以是PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect,外设部件互连标准)总线、或EISA(Extended Industry Standard Architecture,扩展工业标准结构)总线等。该通信总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图5中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。通信接口用于上述电子设备与其他设备之间的通信。
存储器可以包括RAM,也可以包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如,至少一个磁盘存储器。在一些实施方式中,存储器还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器的存储装置。
作为一种示例,上述存储器506中可以但不限于包括上述睡姿纠正与控制装置中的确定模块402、获取模块404以及干扰模块406。此外,还可以包括但不限于上述请求的处理装置中的其他模块单元,本示例中不再赘述。
上述处理器可以是通用处理器,可以包含但不限于:CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器)、NP(Network Processor,网络处理器)等;还可以是DSP(Digital Signal Processing,数字信号处理器)、ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,专用集成电路)、FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array,现场可编程门阵列)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解,图5所示的结构仅为示意,实施上述睡姿纠正与控制方法的设备可以是终端设备,该终端设备可以是智能手机(如Android手机、iOS手机等)、平板电脑、掌上电脑以及移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Devices,MID)、PAD等终端设备。图5其并不对上述电子设备的结构造成限定。例如,电子设备还可包括比图5中所示更多或者更少的组件(如网络接口、显示装置等),或者具有与图5所示的不同的配置。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令终端设备相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:闪存盘、ROM、RAM、磁盘或光盘等。
根据本公开的实施例的又一方面,还提供了一种计算机可读的存储介质,该计算机可读的存储介质中存储有计算机程序,其中,该计算机程序被处理器运行时执行上述睡姿纠正与控制方法中的步骤。
在一些实施方式中,在本实施例中,本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述 实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令终端设备相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:闪存盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁盘或光盘等。
上述本公开实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。

在本公开所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的客户端,可通过其它的方式实现。其中,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,单元或模块的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性或其它的形式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种睡姿纠正与控制方法,包括:
    根据用户的身体健康数据,确定与所述用户的所述身体健康数据匹配的第一睡姿、第二睡姿与第三睡姿,其中,所述第一睡姿为允许所述用户使用的睡姿,所述第二睡姿为允许所述用户使用但是所述用户使用所述第二睡姿的时长禁止超过第一时长的睡姿,所述第三睡姿为禁止所述用户使用的睡姿;
    在确定所述用户为睡眠状态的情况下,获取所述用户的目标睡姿与所述目标睡姿的目标时长;
    在所述目标睡姿为第二睡姿且所述用户处于所述第二睡姿的目标时长超过所述第一时长的情况下,或者所述目标睡姿为所述第三睡姿的情况下,干扰所述用户当前的睡眠状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    生成所述用户的睡眠报告,其中,所述睡眠报告用于提示所述用户每种睡姿对身体的影响;
    发送所述睡眠报告至显示设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据用户的身体健康数据,确定与所述用户的所述身体健康数据匹配的第一睡姿、第二睡姿与第三睡姿包括:
    获取所述身体健康数据中的疾病类型;
    将所述疾病类型被允许使用的睡姿确定为所述第一睡姿;
    将所述疾病类型被允许使用但是使用的时长禁止超过第一时长的睡姿确定为所述第二睡姿;
    将所述疾病类型被禁止使用的睡姿确定为所述第三睡姿。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在确定所述用户为睡眠状态的情况下,获取所述用户的目标睡姿与所述目标睡姿的目标时长包括:
    接收智能床垫检测到的所述目标睡姿;
    接收睡眠检测仪检测到的所述目标时长。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在所述目标睡姿为所述第二睡姿,且所述目标时长小于所述第一时长的情况下,继续记录所述目标时长;
    当所述目标时长大于所述第一时长时,干扰所述用户当前的睡眠状态。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述干扰所述用户当前的睡眠状态包括:
    控制显示设备弹出紧急消息和发出提示音;
    控制智能床垫调整所述用户接触到的所述智能床垫的接触部分,干扰所述用户当前的睡眠状态。
  7. 一种睡姿纠正与控制装置,包括:
    确定模块,被设置为根据用户的身体健康数据,确定与所述用户的所述身体健康数据匹配的第一睡姿、第二睡姿与第三睡姿,其中,所述第一睡姿为允许所述用户使用的睡姿,所述第二睡姿为允许所述用户使用但是所述用户使用所述第二睡姿的时长禁止超过第一时长的睡姿,所述第三睡姿为禁止所述用户使用的睡姿;
    获取模块,被设置为在确定所述用户为睡眠状态的情况下,获取所述用户的目标睡姿与所述目标睡姿的目标时长;
    干扰模块,被设置为在所述目标睡姿为第二睡姿且所述用户处于所述第二睡姿的目标时长超过所述第一时长的情况下,或者所述目标睡姿为所述第三睡姿的情况下,干扰所述用户当前的睡眠状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    生成模块,被设置为生成所述用户的睡眠报告,其中,所述睡眠报告用于提示所述用户每种睡姿对身体的影响;
    发送模块,被设置为发送所述睡眠报告至显示设备。
  9. 一种计算机可读的存储介质,所述计算机可读的存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时执行所述权利要求1至6任一项中所述的方法。
  10. 一种电子设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被设置为通过所述计算机程序执行所述权利要求1至6任一项中所述的方法。
