Abstract

Un système de formation de cellules pour batteries secondaires à base de lithium comprend un plateau de batterie et une base de formation. Le plateau de batterie comprend une base et une population de fentes de batterie conçues pour retenir des batteries secondaires à base de lithium avec une première borne et une seconde borne s'étendant à travers la base du plateau de batterie. La base de formation est conçue pour être fixée au plateau de batterie. La base de formation comprend des groupes de connecteurs et des modules de pré-lithiation. Chaque groupe de connecteurs est conçu pour établir un contact électrique avec la première borne et/ou la seconde borne d'une batterie secondaire différente parmi les batteries secondaires à base de lithium dans le plateau de batterie. Chaque module de pré-lithiation est électriquement connecté à au moins un groupe de connecteurs, et chaque module de pré-lithiation est conçu pour diffuser du lithium vers les matériaux actifs d'électrode de la batterie secondaire à base de lithium connectée au groupe de connecteurs.
