Description

AN IMPROVED FABRIC WASHING/DYEING MACHINE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to at least one washing/dyeing machine comprising at least one vessel through which the textile product is passed to provide the impregnation of process fluid into the textile product/washing the textile product, and at least one circulation unit for transferring the process fluid in the said vessel back to the vessel.
BACKGROUND
Textile products can be washed and dyed in production facilities for many different purposes. There are washing processes for many purposes such as obtaining the desired color in the products, providing wearable cleaning, and obtaining softness.
Some washing machines are used in the present art to meet these needs. Washing machines operating with overflow systems are known. In overflow washing machines, the fluid is filled into a reservoir and poured down after a level. Here, there are circulation units that provide circulation of the spilled water. In the current art, circulation units generally distribute water from a single point. In this case, it becomes difficult to obtain a homogeneous circulation.
All the problems mentioned above have made it necessary to make an innovation in the relevant technical field as a result.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a washing/dyeing machine in order to eliminate the above- mentioned disadvantages and to bring new advantages to the related technical field.
It is an object of the invention to provide a washing/dyeing machine for obtaining homogeneous circulation in the washing machine. In order to achieve all the objectives that will emerge from the above-mentioned and the following detailed description, the present invention relates to at least one washing/dyeing machine comprising at least one vessel through which the textile product is passed to provide the impregnation of the process fluid into the textile product/washing the textile product, and at least one circulation unit for transferring the process fluid in the said vessel back to the vessel. Accordingly, its novelty is that it comprises at least one feeding chamber in which the said circulation unit is associated to transfer the process fluid and is located in the vicinity of the vessel, and at least one flow path extending between at least one first side wall and at least one second side wall provided in the vessel for transferring the fluid in the said feeding chamber to the vessel by overflow. Thus, homogeneous process fluid feed is provided for the vessel.
A possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the said flow path lies parallel to the ground on which the washing/dyeing machine is located. Thus, homogeneous process fluid is poured at equal flow from each point of the feeding chamber.
Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the flow path is located around at least one upper portion of the vessel. Thus, it is ensured that the process fluid is poured along the entire wall height of the vessel.
Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the feeding chamber comprises at least one base on the ground-facing side of the feeding chamber, and the feeding chamber is connected to the circulation unit around the said base. Thus, a homogeneous process fluid distribution is obtained from the base in the feeding chamber.
Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the feeding chamber is in a form that expands from the said base to the flow path. Thus, it is ensured that the homogeneous process fluid obtained around the base can be poured throughout the whole vessel.
Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one filter provided on the circulation unit. Thus, it is ensured that the circulating process fluid is filtered.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURE Figure 1 shows a representative perspective view of the washing/dyeing machine of the invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the subject of the invention is explained with examples that do not have any limiting effect only for a better understanding of the subject.
Figure 1 shows a representative perspective view of the washing/dyeing machine (1 ) of the invention. Accordingly, the washing/dyeing machine (1) is used to impregnate a process fluid into textile products or to wash the textile product. The mentioned process fluid can be washing and dyeing fluids as well as various chemical fluids. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the washing/dyeing machine may be a dyeing vessel. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the washing/dyeing machine (1) may be the ultrasonic washing machine. The washing/dyeing machine (1) comprises at least one vessel (10). The said vessel (10) is the section where the process fluid impregnation/washing of the textile product is performed. Textile products to be washed with process fluid are placed in the vessel (10).
The washing/dyeing machine (1) has at least one first side wall (11). The washing/dyeing machine (1) has at least one second side wall (12). The first side wall (11) and the second side wall (12) are positioned opposite each other.
The washing/dyeing machine (1) includes at least one feeding chamber (20). The said feeding chamber (20) is located in a neighborhood of the vessel (10). The feeding chamber (20) is essentially the portion where the process fluid is fed to the vessel (10) for the process of absorbing the process fluid into the textile product/washing the textile product. The feeding chamber (20) has at least one base (22). The base (22) is located in the portion of the feeding chamber (20) facing the ground (60).
The feeding chamber (20) comprises at least one flow path (21 ). The aforementioned flow path (21) is the portion where the process fluid is poured into the vessel (10). The process fluid accumulated in the feeding chamber (20) is poured into the vessel (10) through the flow path (21) with the effect of gravity. The flow path (21 ) extends parallel to the said ground (60) on which the washing/dyeing machine (1) is located. The flow path (21) is located on at least one upper portion (13) of the vessel (10). The upper portion (13) is essentially the upper portion of the vessel (10) away from the ground (60). By placing the flow path (21) in the upper portion (13), it is ensured that the process fluid is poured from the upper portion (13) along the wall height of the vessel (10).
The flow path (21) extends between the first side wall (11) and the second side wall (12). Thus, it is ensured that the process fluid is poured equally from each point along the distance between the first side wall (11 ) and the second side wall (12) from the flow path (21) to the vessel (10). Thus, a flow with homogeneous process fluid distribution is provided throughout the vessel (10).
The washing/dyeing machine (1) comprises at least one circulation unit (30). The mentioned circulation unit (30) provides the process fluid circulation in the washing/dyeing machine (1). The process fluid spilled from the feeding chamber (20) flows towards a lower portion of the vessel (10) close to the ground (60). The process fluid is then circulated through the circulation unit (30).
The feeding chamber (20) is connected to the circulation unit (30) around the base (22). Thus, the process fluid coming from the circulation unit (30) to the feeding chamber (20) accumulates upwards from the base (22). The feeding chamber (20) has a form that expands from the base (22) towards the flow path (21 ). Thus, the process fluid coming from the circulation unit (30) to the feeding chamber (20) enters the feeding chamber (20) around the base (22) and accumulates here, and is homogeneously poured from the flow path (21).
The circulation unit (30) comprises at least one pump (40). The said pump (40) allows the process fluid to move along the circulation unit (30). The pump (40) ensures that the process fluid is delivered to the feeding chamber (20) from the portion of the feeding chamber (20) close to the ground (60). In a possible embodiment of the invention, the circulation unit (30) comprises at least one filter (50). The said filter (50) enables the filtration of the circulating process fluid with the circulation unit (30).
The scope of protection of the invention is specified in the attached claims and cannot be limited to those explained for sampling purposes in this detailed description. It is evident that a person skilled in the art may exhibit similar embodiments in light of the above-mentioned facts without drifting apart from the main theme of the invention.
