(Evaluation of dispersibility of fiber treatment agent)
Dispersibility was evaluated for fiber treatment agents having the same composition as the fiber treatment agents used in Examples and Comparative Examples. First, after adding a nonionic surfactant to water at 50°C, the mixture was stirred at 50°C and 300 rpm for about 3 hours. Then, after adding the cationic surfactant, the mixture was stirred at 50° C. and 300 rpm for about 6 hours, and the state of the fiber treatment agent was visually observed. An ingredient that was solid prior to addition to water was rated "A" if the ingredient that was solid prior to addition to water was generally colloidally dispersed without separating into two phases. was evaluated as "B" when it did not disperse colloidally throughout (including cases where it separated into two phases). Results are shown in each table. Comparative Example 1, in which no cationic surfactant was used, was evaluated as "A" because there was no problem with dispersibility. Regarding Comparative Example 4, when the dispersibility of the cationic surfactant was confirmed without using a nonionic surfactant, the result was evaluated as "B".

<Preparation of fiber for evaluation>
(Examples 1 to 38, 40 to 43 and Comparative Examples 1 to 15)
After drawing the above base fiber at 100° C., the above fiber treatment agent was applied to the base fiber by a roll transfer method. As conditions for roll transfer, the radius of the roll was 125 mm, the roll was immersed in the fiber treatment agent up to a height of 20 mm from the lower end of the roll, and the roll rotation speed was 0.2 to 8 m/min. Thereafter, annealing was performed at 110° C. to obtain fibers for evaluation with a single fineness of 20 to 100 decitex. The draw ratio was 3.25 times, and the relaxation rate during annealing was 25%. The relaxation rate at the time of annealing is a value calculated by "(the circumference of the roller near the outlet of the annealing furnace)/(the circumference of the roller near the inlet of the annealing furnace)".

After filtering the evaluation sample with a 5A filter paper, the beaker, the evaluation sample and the filter paper were washed twice with a total of 100 mL of water. The water content of the obtained filtrate was dried and solidified at 80°C. The weight of the dry matter after complete drying was taken as the weight of the extracted solids.
