Abstract
Disclosed is a method for preparing steel sheet strips via electro-hydrogen cooperation under microwave radiation, belonging to the technical field of ferrous metallurgy. The method, which has near-zero carbon emissions, comprises: preparing iron ore pellets from iron ore; preparing high-quality direct reduced iron from the iron ore pellets by means of microwave radiation and reducing gas; performing electric furnace melting and secondary refining on the direct reduced iron; casting to obtain thin sheet strip material; carrying out electromagnetic induction heating decarburization on the thin sheet strip material; and finally carrying out thin strip rolling and heat treatment to obtain a high-quality steel sheet strip. According to the invention, a pure hydrogen or hydrogen-rich gas cooperative electric energy heat supplementing smelting mode is adopted, thus avoiding the repeated reduction, oxidation and rereduction of the traditional smelting process, and maximally increasing the purity of liquid metal; furthermore, the method has the relatively-large advantages of reducing production cost, shortening the technological process, reducing energy consumption, reducing the consumption of deoxidized alloy, etc., thus facilitating large-scale industrial production and promotion.
