Abstract

一种卫星通信方法和通信装置。该通信方法包括，终端装置接收来自核心网装置的以下信息：多个TA集合信息，每个TA集合信息包括多个TA信息；每个TA集合信息对应的时间信息；每个TA集合信息和其对应的时间信息共同对应的卫星集合信息，卫星集合信息包括多个卫星的标识信息；以及每个卫星的服务时长信息；终端装置根据终端装置的当前TA信息和当前时间信息，确定终端装置的服务卫星；当当前TA信息所属的TA集合信息和当前时间信息所属的时间信息所共同对应的卫星集合信息和服务卫星不匹配时，终端装置向核心网装置发送当前TA信息。
