Abstract
본 개시는 비지상 네트워크를 이용하여 단말과 기지국이 통신을 수행하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 실시예들은 비지상 네트워크(Non-Terrestrial Network; NTN)를 이용하여 단말이 통신을 수행하는 방법에 있어서, 셀 변경 또는 빔 실패복구를 위한 구성정보를 기지국으로부터 수신하는 단계와 구성정보를 이용하여 셀 변경 또는 빔 실패복구를 위한 트리거 조건을 만족하는지 판단하는 단계 및 트리거 조건을 만족하는 경우, 셀 변경 또는 빔 실패복구 동작을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 방법 및 장치를 제공한다.
