背景技术
为提高工作效率以及消息传播速度,在实际的工作中会建立各种类型的互联网群组,以通过互联网群组进行沟通。
然而,当群组的规模越大时,越容易产生大量的无效信息,给用户造成干扰。基于此,需要对群组规模进行有效管理,以提升用户使用体验。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种群信息处理方法、装置、设备及介质,以实现用户可以按需自助申请扩大群组的规模,提高用户使用体验。
为实现上述目的,本申请实施例提供的技术方案如下:
在本申请实施例第一方面,提供了一种群信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
响应于第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,发送扩容请求,所述扩容请求包括目标群组的标识,所述扩容请求用于请求扩大所述目标群组的群成员数量上限;

本申请实施例中,当需要对目标群组的人数上限进行扩容时,第一用户可以针对目标群组触发相应的操作。基于第一用户对目标群组的触发操作,发送扩容请求,该扩容请求中包括目标群组的标识,该扩容请求用于请求对目标群组的群成员数量上限进行扩展。对 于具有扩容操作权限的第二用户,可以基于扩容请求对目标群组的群成员上限进行配置。响应于第二用户针对目标群组的配置操作,向第一用户的客户端发送扩容响应,该扩容响应用于指示对目标群组进行扩容的结果。可见,通过本申请实施例,在需要改变目标群组的人数上限时,第一用户可以自助申请扩容,满足应用需求,提高用户使用体验。同时,第二用户可以通过管理后台对单个群组的人数上限进行配置,从而可以灵活管理单个群的容量。

在实际的应用中,企业为减少不必要的大群数量、减少噪音以及降低敏感信息大范围传播的风险,通过限制群成员的人数上限的方式来实现。例如,企业协同工作软件支持租户管理员配置租户内所有成员的通用建群规模,配置后企业成员建群时群成员的数量不得超过该规模。然而,在一些特殊应用场景下,成员需要建立超过上述规模的群组,但由于受上述规模的限制,导致无法按需建立群组。
基于此,本申请实施例提供了一种群信息处理方法,当第一用户需要扩大目标群组的人数上限时,可以通过客户端发送扩容请求。在接收到扩容请求后,基于第二用户的配置操作,向第一用户的客户端发送扩容响应。即,本申请实施例提供的技术方案支持用户自主申请扩容群组的群成员数量上限,进而支持对单个群组配置补充规则,不再受通用规模的限制,提升用户使用体验。
为便于理解本申请实施例提供的技术方案,下面将结合附图进行说明。
参见图1,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种群信息处理方法流程图,如图1所示,该方法可以由群信息处理设备执行。群信息处理设备可以为服务器,也可以为电子设备,还可以为其他设备,在此不作限制。其中,服务器可以是云服务器或者服务器集群等具有存储及计算功能的设备。电子设备可以包括移动电话、平板电脑、台式计算机、笔记本电脑、车载终端、可穿戴电子设备、一体机、智能家居设备等具有通信功能的设备,也可以是虚拟机或者模拟器模拟的设备。如图1所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
S101:响应于第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,发送扩容请求。
本实施中,对于已存在的目标群组,第一用户可以针对目标群组进行扩容申请,对于目标群组所在的客户端,其基于第一用户的触发操作,发送扩容请求。其中,扩容请求包括目标群组的标识,还可以包括扩容的目标数量。其中,目标群组的标识可以为目标群组的链接,即目标群组的统一字段定位符(uniform resource locator,URL),目标数量为请求扩容后的目标群组对应的人数上限。
通常情况下,对于群组而言,其包括大量的群成员,为维护群内秩序、保持信息的健康和积极向上,需要群主或群管理员负起主要责任。因此,在进行扩容申请时,也需要具有群组管理权限的人员才可以发起申请,即,第一用户为目标群组的群主或管理员。其中,目标群组可以为会话群、话题群、密聊群等。
可选的,响应于第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,发送扩容请求,可以包括以下几种实现方式:一种是,基于第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,向管理后台(后端服务器)发送扩容请求,以使得管理后台在接收到扩容请求后,通知管理员(第二用户)根据扩容请求进行相应的配置操作。另一种是,基于第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,向第三用户的客户端发送扩容请求;响应于第三用户对扩容请求的处理操作,向管理后台发送确认消息。其中,第三用户为具有扩容权限的人员,例如为企业管理员或企业具有决策权限的人员等。也就是,第一用户的客户端先向第三用户的客户端发送扩容请求,在第三用户通过自身的客户端进行确认后,可以向由第一用户的客户端确认消息,再由第一用户的客户端向管理后台发送确认消息,进而管理后台基于确认消息对目标群组的群成员数量上限进行配置。
其中,第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,发送扩容请求,可以包括以下场景:
一种是,第一用户进入群管理页面,该群管理页面包括群成员扩容的申请入口,即包括申请组件;响应于第一用户对申请组件的触发操作,发送扩容请求。其中,申请组件用于申请对目标群组进行扩容。
一种是,响应于第一用户针对目标群组触发的添加群成员的操作且目标群组的群成员数量达到预设人数,根据第一用户触发的申请操作,发送扩容请求。具体地,在目标群组的群成员数量达到预设上限时,如果第一用户触发添加群成员的操作,在该情况下,将显示阻断页面,以提示第一用户该目标群组的群成员数量已达到预设上限。同时,阻断页面可以包括申请组件,响应于第一用户对申请组件的触发操作,发送扩容请求。例如图2a所示,阻断页面的标题:超过群成员人数上限;描述为:你所在的组织管理员限制了群人数 为500…;取消组件201和申请权限组件202。
需要说明的是,阻断页面之所以显示申请组件,是因为管理后台开启权限申请接口。如果管理后台关闭权限申请接口,阻断页面将不会显示申请组件。如图2b所示的阻断页面示意图,标题为:超过群成员人数上限;描述为:你所在的组织管理员限制群人数为500;确认组件203。
一种是,在目标群组的客户端检测到目标群组的群成员人数达到预设上限时,则在目标群组的会话页面显示申请组件;响应于第一用户对申请组件的触发操作,发送扩容请求。例如图2c所示,系统在会话页面提示群内人数已达组织设定的上限500以及申请权限组件。需要说明的,系统消息只有群主和管理员可见。
可选的,响应于第一用户对申请组件的触发操作,将显示申请页面,该申请页面用于展示请求扩容所需填写的内容以及确认人;响应于第一用户在申请页面完成填写操作,发送扩容请求。例如图2d所示,包括标题:群成员上限申请,目标群组的名称和头像,选择群成员上限(对于未认证的租户支持配置5/10/30/50/100/200/300;对于认证的租户可以支持配置5/10/30/50/100/200/300/500/1000/2000),申请用途(必填),确认、确认规则以及取消组件和确定组件。如果是在目标群组添加群成员的情况下,第一用户点击取消组件,则可以保存已选成员的信息。当第一用户点击确定组件后,则向管理后台发送扩容请求,该情况下可以保存已选成员的信息。
可选的,在发送扩容请求后,可以向第一用户所在的客户端发送通知消息,该通知消息用于告知第一用户已发送扩容请求。
其中,在上述描述中提到的预设上限为第二用户基于管理后台预先配置的群成员数量上限。第二用户为管理后台对应的管理员,其具有权限配置群成员数量上限。具体地,预设上限可以为第二用户通过管理后台配置的针对目标群组的群主设置的第一人数上限,或预设上限为第二用户基于管理后台针对群组设置的第二人数上限。当同时存在第一人数上限和第二人数上限时,预设上限为第一人数上限。也就是,针对用户单独设置的群成员规模的优先级高于针对群组设置的通用规模。
本实施例中,第二用户可以基于管理后台配置所有成员的通用建群规模,配置后企业成员建群时群成员数量不得超过该规模。或者,第二用户可以基于管理后台配置单个成员可见群规模,配置后该成员创建的所有群组可拥有高于或低于通用建群规模。例如,第二用户在管理后台配置的通用建群规模为300人,即企业中所有人在建群组时,群组的成员人数不得超过300;同时,第二用户在管理后台配置用户1对应的补充规则,配置的建群规模为500,则用户1在创建群组时,其所创建的群组成员人数不得超过500,第二用户在管理后台配置用户2对应的补充规则,配置的建群规模为200,则用户2在创建群组时,其所创建的群组成员人数不得超过200。
由于,目标群组可以为会话群、话题群等类型,第一用户可以针对不同类型的群组设置不同的人数上限。即不同类型的群组对应不同的第二人数上限。其中,关于第二用户基于管理后台配置群组规模的具体实现将在后续实施例进行说明。
S102:接收扩容响应,该扩容响应用于指示对目标群组进行扩容的结果。
本实施例中,当第二用户基于管理后台针对目标群组进行配置后,管理后台将向目标群组所在的客户端发送扩容响应,以通过该扩容响应通知第一用户的扩容结果。其中,关于管理后台向目标群组发送扩容响应的具体实现将在后续实施例进行说明。
可选的,由于在添加成员的场景下申请扩容时,可以保存已选成员的信息,因此响应于扩容响应指示对目标群组扩容成功且第一用户针对目标群组触发的添加成员操作,将选中的用户添加为目标群组的成员。
可见,当第一用户需要扩大目标群组的人数上限时,可以通过客户端发送扩容请求。在接收到扩容请求后,基于第二用户的配置操作,向第一用户的客户端发送扩容响应。即,本申请实施例提供的技术方案支持用户自主申请扩容群组的人数上限,进而支持对单个群组配置补充规则,不再受通用规模的限制,提升用户使用体验。
上述实施例介绍了第一用户通过自身对应的客户端可以向管理后台申请扩大目标群组的群成员数量上限,则管理后台在接收到扩容请求后,将基于扩容请求以及第二用户的配置操作进行处理,下面将结合附图进行说明。
参见图3,该图为本申请实施例提供的另一种群信息处理方法流程图,如图3所示,该方法可以群信息处理设备执行。群信息处理可以为服务器,也可以为电子设备,还可以为其他设备,在此不作限制。其中,服务器可以是云服务器或者服务器集群等具有存储及计算功能的设备。电子设备可以包括移动电话、平板电脑、台式计算机、笔记本电脑、车载终端、可穿戴电子设备、一体机、智能家居设备等具有通信功能的设备,也可以是虚拟机或者模拟器模拟的设备。如图3所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
S301:获取目标群组的标识。
本实施例中,为实现对目标群组的进行扩容,管理后台先获取目标群组的标识。其中,目标群组的标识可以为目标群组的URL。
获取目标群组的标识可以通过以下方式实现:一种是,第二用户向管理后台输入目标群组的标识。另一种是,接收第一用户通过客户端发送的扩容请求,该扩容请求中包括目标群组的标识,通过解析该扩容请求获取目标群组的标识。
S302:响应于第二用户通过管理后台针对目标群组的配置操作,确定目标群组的群成员数量上限。
本实施例中,第二用户将通过管理后台对目标群组的群成员人数上限进行配置,响应于第二用户的配置操作,确定目标群组的人数上限。
具体地,响应于第二用户在管理后台的群规模管理页面触发的配置操作,确定针对目标群的第一补充规则。其中,第一补充规则包括目标群组的标识和目标群组的人数上限。
可选的,响应于第二用户在管理后台的群规模管理页面触发的配置操作,确定针对第一用户的第二补充规则。其中,第二补充规则包括第一用户的标识以及第一用户所创建的群组对应的人数上限。
例如图4a所示,群规模管理页面包括对话群组件和话题群组件,即第二用户可以针对不同类型的群组进行群规模配置。图4a以对对话群为例进行说明,第二用户可以设置通用 建群规模,如设置为200。进一步地,还可以根据需求添加补充规则,其中补充规则1是针对用户维度设置群规模,第二用户可以添加所要配置的用户以及该用户所建群的人数上限。补充规则2是针对单个群设置群规模,第二用户可以添加所要配置的群组链接以及该群对应的人数上限。响应于第二用户点击保存按钮,其所配置的信息得以生效。第二用户可以通过新增规则集组件增加新的规则。
需要说明的是,在设置通用人数上限、用户维度的建群人数上限或目群组的人数上限时,需要服从认证或非认证租户群成员上限。例如未认证租户支持配置5/10/30/50/100/200/300、已认证租户支持配置5/10/30/50/100/200/300/500/1000/2000。另外,对于企业的部门群、租户全员群、超大群不受上限限制,但还是要服从是否认证租户的上限。
S303:基于确定的目标群组的群成员数量上限,生成并向第一用户的客户端发送扩容响应,以通过该扩容响应指示对目标群组进行扩容的结果。
当第二用户通过管理后台对目标群组的群成员数量上限进行配置完后,管理后台基于第二用户的配置操作,生成扩容响应,并向第一用户的客户端发送扩容响应。
其中,群规模管理页面还包括权限申请设置组件,第二用户通过该权限申请设置组件进入权限申请设置页面,该权限申请设置页面中可以包括权限申请接口以及配置申请的组件,第二用户在权限申请设置页面配置权限申请接口的状态以及通过配置申请组件设置于权限申请相关的信息。例如图4b所示的权限申请设置页面,第二用户可以设置开启权限申请接口或关闭权限申请接口,当第二用户开启该权限申请接口时,第一用户才可以通过客户端向管理后台发送扩容请求。
在第二用户点击配置申请组件时,可以进入权限申请配置页面,如图4c所示,在该配置页面中,第二用户可以配置与权限申请相关的信息。其中,与权限申请相关的信息可以包括申请页面设计、流程设计等。其中,申请页面设计包括基础信息、表单设计等。其中,基础信息可以是指在申请页面中所显示的必要信息,表单设计可以是指在进行权限申请时,第一用户所需填写的内容等。
可见,本实施例中,第二用户可以基于管理后台对单个群组的人数上限进行设置,以针对不同的群组需求配置不同的人数上限,满足用户需求。
基于上述方法实施例,本申请实施例提供了一种群信息处理装置,下面将结合附图进行说明。

参见图6,其示出了适于用来实现本申请实施例的电子设备600的结构示意图。本申请实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理)、PAD(portable android device,平板电脑)、PMP(Portable Media Player,便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV(television,电视机)、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图6示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图6所示,电子设备600可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)601,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)602中的程序或者从存储装置608加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)603中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM603中,还存储有电子设备600操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置601、ROM 602以及RAM 603通过总线604彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口605也连接至总线604。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口605:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置606;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置607;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置608;以及通信装置609。通信装置609可以允许电子设备600与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图6示出了具有各种装置的电子设备600,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。
特别地,根据本申请的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本申请的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在非暂态计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信装置609从网络上被下载和安装,或者从存储装置608被安装,或者从ROM602被安装。在该计算机程序被处理装置601执行时,执行本申请实施例的方法中限定的上述功能。

本申请实施例提供一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述程序被 处理器执行时实现如上述任一实施例所述的群信息处理方法。
需要说明的是,本申请上述的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本申请中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本申请中,计算机可读信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读信号介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:电线、光缆、RF(射频)等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。

上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中。
上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备执行上述群信息处理方法。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本申请的操作的计算机程序代码,上述程序设计语言包括但不限于面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

需要说明的是,本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的系统或装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种群信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    响应于第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,发送扩容请求,所述扩容请求包括目标群组的标识,所述扩容请求用于请求扩大所述目标群组的群成员数量上限;
    接收扩容响应,所述扩容响应用于指示对所述目标群组进行扩容的结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,发送扩容请求,包括:
    响应于第一用户针对目标群组触发的添加群成员的操作且所述目标群组的群成员数量达到预设上限,根据所述第一用户触发的申请操作,发送扩容请求。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于第一用户针对目标群组触发的添加群成员的操作且所述目标群组的群成员数量达到预设上限,根据所述第一用户触发的申请操作,发送扩容请求,包括:
    响应于所述第一用户针对目标群组触发的添加群成员的操作且所述目标群组的群成员数量达到预设上限,显示阻断页面,所述阻断页面包括申请组件;
    响应于第一用户对所述申请组件的触发操作,发送扩容请求。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,发送扩容请求,包括:
    响应于所述目标群组的群成员数量达到预设上限,在所述目标群组的会话页面显示申请组件;
    响应于所述第一用户对所述申请组件的触发操作,发送扩容请求。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于所述第一用户对所述申请组件的触发操作,发送扩容请求,包括:
    响应于所述第一用户对所述申请组件的触发操作,显示申请页面,所述申请页面用于展示请求扩容所需填写的内容以及确认人;
    响应于所述第一用户在所述申请页面完成填写操作,发送扩容请求。
  6. 根据权利要求2或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设上限为第二用户基于管理后台预先配置的,所述预设上限为所述第二用户基于管理后台针对所述目标群组的群主设置的第一人数上限,或所述预设人数为所述第二用户基于管理后台针对群组设置的第二人数上限。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,发送扩容请求,包括:
    响应于第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,向管理后台发送扩容请求;或者,
    响应于第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,向第三用户的客户端发送扩容请求,所述第三用户为具有扩容权限的人员;响应于所述第三用户对所述扩容请求的处理操作,向管理后台发送确认消息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述扩容请求还包括目标数量,所述目标数量为请求扩容后的人数上限。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述扩容响应指示对所述目标群组扩容成功且所述第一用户针对所述目标群组触发的添加成员操作,将所选中的用户添加为所述目标群组的成员。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述扩容响应的获取过程包括:
    从所述扩容请求中获取所述目标群组的标识;
    响应于第二用户通过管理后台针对所述目标群组的配置操作,确定所述目标群组的群成员数量上限;
    基于确定的所述目标群组的群成员数量上限,生成并发送所述扩容响应。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于第二用户通过管理后台针对所述目标群组的配置操作,确定所述目标群组的人数上限,包括:
    响应于所述第二用户在管理后台的群规模管理页面触发的配置操作,确定针对所述目标群组的第一补充规则,所述第一补充规则包括所述目标群组的标识以及所述目标群组对应的群成员数量上限。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第二用户在管理后台的群规模管理页面触发的配置操作,确定针对所述第一用户的第二补充规则,所述第二补充规则包括所述第一用户的标识以及所述第一用户所创建的群组对应的群成员数量上限。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第二用户在管理后台的群规模管理页面中权限申请设置页面的配置操作,确定权限申请接口的状态以及与权限申请相关的信息。
  14. 一种群信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    发送单元,用于响应于第一用户针对目标群组的触发操作,发送扩容请求,所述扩容请求包括目标群组的标识,所述扩容请求用于请求扩大所述目标群组的群成员数量上限;
    接收单元,用于接收扩容响应,所述扩容响应用于指示对所述目标群组进行扩容的结果。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:处理器和存储器;
    所述存储器,用于存储指令或计算机程序;
    所述处理器,用于执行所述存储器中的所述指令或计算机程序,以使得所述电子设备执行权利要求1-13任一项所述的群信息处理方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当所述指令在设备上运行时,使得所述设备执行权利要求1-13任一项所述的群信息处理方法。
  17. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行权利要求1-13任一项所述的群信息处理方法。
