在第四次工业革命(也可称为工业4.0)以及智能制造的快速发展背景下,不管是企业还是用户都不可能置身事外,企业将不再是生产制造活动的唯一发起者,发起者的扮演者将转向用户。换句话说,即将由企业推动的生产模式转变为用户拉动模式,因此传统企业将迎来企业转型的机遇和挑战。
如今许多家电企业开始提供定制化服务,糅合了定制化和大规模生产的优势,使用户的个性化定制成为可能,企业能更好、更快、更精准地为用户进行个性化设计与定制服务,满足用户多方面需求,提升用户体验的同时,又保证了家电产品是以大规模的方式生产。
目前,实现家电产品的定制主要是家电企业通过调查问卷或商品评价等途径收集用户的个性化需求,根据每个用户的个性化需求将用户进行分类,对每类用户进行分析,归纳出每类用户的共性需求,并针对每类用户的共性需求设计家电产品,从而完成对家电产品的定制。
然而,现有技术中只有针对个别家电进行定制,无法结合用户的实际生活场景对成套家电进行定制,可能存在定制家电的准确度较低的问题。
针对上述问题,本申请的发明构思如下:电子设备可以获取用户相关信息,并根据该用户相关信息中的至少两个待定制家电类型构建成套家电画像,这样就可以计算该成套家电与预先设定的家电标签库的相似度,根据该相似度从家电标签库中确定出目标家电,并根据用户相关信息中的需求信息更改目标家电中的可定制信息,最后将确定的所有目标家电进行组合,从而获取组合后的成套家电,就能解决现有技术中定制家电的准确度较低的问题,从而能够使得用户获取满足自身需求的成套家电,提高了用户的使用感受。
示例性的,本申请实施例提供的成套定制家电的处理方法可以应用于图1A所示的一种应用场景示意图中。图1A为本申请实施例提供的成套定制家电的处理方法的一种应用场景示意图,用以解决上述技术问题。如图1A所示,该应用场景可以包括:成套家电配置引擎11,终端设备12和家电标签库13。
其中,成套家电配置引擎11包括定制平台111,商品平台112,商业对商业(Business-to-Business,B2B)平台113,成套家电配置服务器114,生态厂家平台115以及第三方用户接口116。
进一步的,图1B为本申请实施例提供的成套家电配置服务器的结构示意图。如图1B所示,成套家电配置服务器114包括:户型中心服务141,产品中心142、数据分析中心143、搜索引擎144、匹配数据分析145、用户行为分析146,通过软件开发工具包(Software Development Kit,SDK)嵌入和半定制开发的服务形式,实现多前端、多入口、多社群触点的对接服务。
在图1A中,终端设备12通过运行软件或者浏览器等方式在屏幕上显示可视化界面,便于用户通过操作可视化界面与终端设备12进行交互。终端设备12通过响应用户对可视化界面的操作,获取用户相关信息,并将该用户相关信息发送给成套家电配置服务器114。
进一步的,成套家电配置服务器114接收终端设备12发送的用户相关信息,并根据该用户相关信息构建用户的成套家电画像。之后,根据成套家电画像和家电标签库13,从家电标签库13中获取多个目标家电,并对目标家电的家电标签信息进行更改,从而获取更改后的目标家电标签信息,最后,将各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息发送给终端设备12。
进一步的,终端设备12接收成套家电配置服务器114发送的各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息,并通过可视化界面进行显示。终端设备12相应于用户对可视化界面中确认控件的点击操作,向成套家电配置服务器114发送确认指令。成套家电配置服务器114接收到终端设备12发送的确认指令后,根据各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息,与定制平台111,生态厂家平台115以及第三方用户接口116进行交互,以便于完成后续对成套家电的生产工作。
在实际应用中,由于终端设备也是具有数据处理能力的处理设备,因而,上述图1A和图1B所示应用场景中的成套家电配置服务器也可以终端设备实现。在本申请的实施例中,可以将成套家电配置服务器和用于数据处理的终端设备统称为电子设备。
下面,通过具体实施例对本申请的技术方案进行详细说明。
需要说明的是,下面这几个具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例中不再赘述。
图2为本申请实施例提供的成套定制家电的处理方法实施例一的流程示意图。如图2所示,该成套定制家电的处理方法可以包括如下步骤:
S21、获取用户相关信息。
其中,用户相关信息包括预设资金,至少两个待定制家电类型,用户对每个待定制家电类型的问题信息和用户对每个待定制家电类型的需求信息。
示例性的,待定制家电类型可以为冰箱类、空调类、洗衣机类、干衣机类、热水器类、厨房电器类等,还可以是其他现有技术中存在的家电类型,可以根据实际情况进行确定,本申请实施例对此不进行具体限定。
可选的,需求信息包括品牌需求,功能需求,安全监控需求,水生态需求,温度生态需求,空气生态需求等。
可选的,用户相关信息还包括每个待定制家电类型的历史订单,每个待定制家电类型的浏览记录,用户对每个待定制家电类型的评价数据,用户的位置信息,用户居住房屋的户型数据。
其中,户型数据包括户型样式,房型尺寸,房屋用途,居住房屋的人口结构。
其中,电子设备可以通过运行软件或者浏览器等方式在屏幕上显示可视化界面,从而接收用户通过可视化界面输入的用户相关信息。电子设备还可以通过网络获取用户相关信息,以便于后续电子设备对用户相关信息进行处理。
图3A为本申请实施例提供的可视化界面实施例一的示意图。如图3A所示,可视化界面包括卧室数量控件,客厅数量控件,预设资金控件,待定制家电类型控件,住户人数控件,是否有老人控件,是否有小孩控件,位置信息控件,以及每个待定制家电类型的需求信息控件。
图3B为本申请实施例提供的可视化界面实施例二的示意图。如图3B所示,可视化界面包括户型数据控件,位置信息控件,待定制家电类型控件。
可选的,电子设备可以接收用户输入的该用户对每个待定制家电类型的初始问题信息和该用户对每个待定制家电类型的初始需求信息,还可以通过网络获取该初始问题信息和初始需求信息,并对初始问题信息和初始需求信息进行数据清洗和数据规范处理,获取问题信息和需求信息。也就是说,电子设备可以对获取的初始问题信息和初始需求信息进行数据清洗和数据规范处理,将与问题和需求无关的内容数据进行剔除, 从而获取处理后的问题信息和需求信息,以便于提高后续处理的效率和准确率。
S22、根据用户相关信息,构建用户的成套家电画像。
其中,成套家电画像包括至少两个待定制家电类型,以及每个待定制家电类型对应的至少一个目标标签信息。
可选的,电子设备在获取用户相关信息后,可以对用户相关信息进行处理,从而获取用户相关信息中每个待定制家电类型对应的目标标签信息,根据各待定制家电类型和对应的目标标签信息,构建用户的成套家电画像。
可选的,关于该步骤的具体实现原理可以参见下述图5所示实施例的记载,此处不再赘述。
S23、计算成套家电画像中每个待定制家电类型对应的目标标签信息与预先设定的家电标签库中每个家电的家电标签信息的相似度,根据相似度从家电标签库中获取每个待定制家电类型对应的目标家电。
其中,可以以用户为基础,以每个待定制家电类型为计算维度,通过皮尔森相关系数(Pearson correlation coefficient)算法,余弦相似度(Cosine-based Similarity)算法,或其他现有的算法计算成套家电画像中每个待定制家电类型对应的目标标签信息与预先设定的家电标签库中每个家电的家电标签信息的相似度。
进一步的,可以通过以下方式根据相似度从家电标签库中获取每个待定制家电类型对应的目标家电:
1),将每个带定制家电类型对应的相似度最高的家电确定为目标家电;
2),将相似度超过预设相似度的家电标签信息对应的家电确定为目标家电。能够有效提高后续组合后的成套家电的多样性,从而给用户提供更多种类的可选择的成套家电方案,提高用户的感受和成套定制家电的处理准确度。示例性的,预设相似度可以为70%、80%、90%,预设相似度还可以根据实际情况进行确定,本申请实施例对此不进行具体限制。
其中,家电标签库包括多个家电和每个家电对应的家电标签信息,家电标签信息包括资金信息,功能信息,尺寸信息,外观信息以及品牌信息,功能信息,尺寸信息,外观信息中的至少一个为可定制信息。
示例性的,家电标签库中家电和对应的标签信息可以通过表1进行表示。

S24、根据需求信息,更改每个目标家电中的可定制信息,获取每个目标家电更改后的目标家电标签信息。
示例性的,参照表1所示的家电标签库,目标家电为干衣机2和空调2,需求信息中干衣机类的外观为黑色,空调类的外观为白色,则根据需求信息将干衣机2的颜色更改为黑色,将空调2的颜色更改为白色。
S25、将所有目标家电进行组合,获取组合后的成套家电,并输出成套家电中各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息。
可选的,可以通过Top-N算法和关联规则将所有目标家电进行组合,从而获取组合后的成套家电。
在一种具体的实现方式中,若每个待定制家电类型对应有一个目标家电,则直接将每个目标家电进行组合,获取组合后的成套家电。
在另一种具体的实现方式中,在待定制家电类型对应有的目标家电的个数大于或等于2时,针对不同待定制家电类型,将每个待定制家电类型中的任一个目标家电确定为待组合家电。将所有待组合家电进行组合,获取多套组合后的成套家电,从而给用户提供更多种可选择的成套家电方案,提高用户的感受和生成成套家电的准确度。
示例性的,参照表1所示的家电标签库,假设干衣机类对应的目标家电为干衣机1、干衣机2;空调类对应的目标家电为空调1;洗衣机类对应的目标家电为洗衣机1、洗衣机2,则组合后的成套家电分别为干衣机1,空调1,洗衣机1;干衣机1,空调1,洗衣机2;干衣机2,空调1,洗衣机1;干衣机2,空调1,洗衣机2。
其中,可以通过以下方式输出成套家电中各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息:
1),通过可视化界面对成套家电中各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息进行显示,以便用户进行查看,提高用户体验。
2),将成套家电中各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息发送给终端设备,以使终端设备对其进行显示。
本申请实施例提供的成套定制家电的处理方法,通过获取用户相关信息,根据用户相关信息,构建用户的成套家电画像,计算成套家电画像中每个待定制家电类型对应的目标标签信息与预先设定的家电标签库中每个家电的家电标签信息的相似度,根据相似度从家电标签库中获取每个待定制家电类型对应的目标家电,根据需求信息,更改每个目标家电中的可定制信息,获取每个目标家电更改后的目标家电标签信息,将所有目标家电进行组合,获取组合后的成套家电,并输出成套家电中各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息。本方案能够准确获取用户的需求信息,有效提高生成成套家电的准确度和速度,满足用户的定制需求,为各产业提供更全面、更高效的营销及迭代研发支持。
应理解,组合后的成套家电可以为单个家电(家电单品),还可以是水生态套系、空气生态套系、温度生态套系的成套家电,还可以 是全屋家电的成套家电,从而满足家庭成员的特殊需求以及家庭成员生活偏好。
可选的,电子设备可以通过可视化界面基于用户的户型数据,对成套家电中各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息进行三维(3-dimension,3d)显示。用户可基于个人需求,在可视化界面中,更换不同的成套家电,直到选取到满意的成套家电(目标成套家电),点击确认控件。电子设备响应用户点击确认控件的操作后,获取用户选取的目标成套家电,与定制平台进行交互,分别向差异功能定制产品的供应商,模块商,模型制作资源商派发订单。
与现有技术相比,本申请从用户根据传统电商商品页逐个挑选商品,或由导购员帮助挑选商品,转变为根据用户特征自动匹配出最符合需求的成套家电,提升商品寻找效率,降低人工操作成本。本申请实施例提供的方法可以在各平台和电子设备中实现,避免每个平台重复开发,并集合各平台数据输出价值,还能够收集用户选择的目标成套家电,分析挖掘出最受欢迎的成套家电,基于用户大规模需求驱动新产品开发,能够进一步优化产品结构搭配,使得产品竞争力更强。
在又一种示例中,图4为本申请实施例提供的空气关键绩效指标法的坐标示意图。如图4所示,检测器可以包括粉尘检测器、有毒气体探测器、氧气含量传感器、甲醛检测器、温度检测器、湿度检测器、有毒气体检测器。通过纳入用户所在区域气象站抓取当地空气环境信息,配置检测器完成温度、湿度、洁净度、清新度数据收集,联动启动家电设备对应功能。
图5为本申请实施例提供的成套定制家电的处理方法实施例二的流程示意图。如图5所示,在上述任一实施例的基础上,S22可以通过下述步骤实现:
S51、对每个待定制家电类型的问题信息和需求信息进行情感分析,获取待定制家电类型的情感分析分数。
在一种具体的实现方式中,可以提取问题信息和需求信息的分词,并对提取到的分词进行情感分析,从而获取情感分析分数。
其中情感分数包括正向情感分数和负向情感分数。
S52、根据每个待定制家电类型的情感分析分数以及评价数据,获取用户对待定制家电类型的偏好信息。
在一种具体的实现方式中,可以对评价数据进行处理,提取到评价数据中的正向评价信息和负向评价信息。对情感分析分数中的正向情感分数和负向情感分数,和,评价数据中的正向评价信息和负向评价信息进行加权处理,从而获取偏好信息。
S53、根据每个待定制家电类型的偏好信息,每个待定制家电类型的历史订单,每个待定制家电类型的浏览记录,用户对每个待定制家电类型的评价数据,用户的位置信息,用户居住房屋的户型数据,生成待定制家电类型对应的目标标签信息。
示例性的,根据用户的位置信息,查询当地的环境污染数据,在当地污染较重的情况下,生成“环保-能效优先”的目标标签信息。
在另一种示例中,根据用户的居住房屋的户型数据和人口结构数据,在居住人口的年龄较小时,生成“智能”的目标标签信息,从而提高用户居家生活安全性和便利性。
在再一种示例中,根据历史订单和浏览记录,提取出历史订单和浏览记录中各家电的共性,并将该“共性”作为目标标签信息。如假设浏览和历史订单中的干衣机都具有杀菌功能,则杀菌功能为用户的潜在购买需求,将“杀菌功能”确定为目标标签信息,从而提高生成的成套家电的准确度,提高用户体验。
S54、根据每个待定制家电类型和对应的目标标签信息,构建用户的成套家电画像。
在上述实施例中,通过用户相关信息,生成待定制家电类型对应的目标标签信息,从而构建用户的成套家电画像,进一步提高了构建用户的成套家电画像的准确度,从而提高获取的成套家电的准确度。
图6为本申请实施例提供的成套定制家电的处理方法实施例三的流程示意图。如图6所示,在上述任一实施例的基础上,S53可以通过下述步骤实现:

可选的,构建模块72,具体用于:
根据每个待定制家电类型的偏好信息,每个待定制家电类型的历史订单,每个待定制家电类型的浏览记录,用户对每个待定制家电类型的评价数据,用户的位置信息,用户居住房屋的户型数据,生成待定制家电类型对应的初始标签信息;
根据每个待定制家电类型中的各家电的历史销售数据和初始标签信息,获取每个初始标签信息中的每个子标签信息对应的热卖度指数;
根据每个初始标签信息中的每个子标签信息对应的热卖度指数,对初始标签信息进行处理,生成目标标签信息。
在本申请实施例的另一种可能设计中,处理模块73,具体用于:
将相似度超过预设相似度的家电标签信息对应的家电确定为目标家电。
可选的,在目标家电的个数大于或等于2时,处理模块73,具体用于:
针对不同待定制家电类型,将每个待定制家电类型中的任一个目标家电确定为待组合家电;
将所有待组合家电进行组合,获取多套组合后的成套家电。
在本申请实施例的再一种可能设计中,获取用户相关信息之前,获取模块71,还用于获取用户对每个待定制家电类型的初始问题信息和用户对每个待定制家电类型的初始需求信息;
处理模块73,还用于对初始问题信息和初始需求信息进行数据清洗和数据规范处理,获取问题信息和需求信息。
在本申请实施例的又一种可能设计中,处理模块73,具体用于通过可视化界面对成套家电中各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息进行显示。
本申请实施例提供的成套定制家电的处理装置,可用于执行上述任一实施例中的成套定制家电的处理方法,其实现原理和技术效果类似,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,应理解以上装置的各个模块的划分仅仅是一种逻辑功能的划分,实际实现时可以全部或部分集成到一个物理实体上,也可以物理上分开。且这些模块可以全部以软件通过处理元件调用的形式实现;也可以全部以硬件的形式实现;还可以部分模块通过处理元件调用软件的形式实现,部分模块通过硬件的形式实现。此外,这些模块全部或部分可以集成在一起,也可以独立实现。这里所述的处理元件可以是一种集成电路,具有信号的处理能力。在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤或以上各个模块可以通过处理器元件中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。
图8为本申请实施例提供的电子设备的结构示意图。如图8所示,该电子设备可以包括:处理器81、存储器82及存储在所述存储器82上并可在处理器81上运行的计算机程序指令,所述处理器81执行所述计算机程序指令时实现前述任一实施例提供的成套定制家电的处理方法。
可选的,电子设备还可以包括与其他设备进行交互的接口。
可选的,该电子设备的上述各个器件之间可以通过系统总线连接。
存储器82可以是单独的存储单元,也可以是集成在处理器中的存储单元。处理器的数量为一个或者多个。
应理解,处理器81可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合本申请所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。
系统总线可以是外设部件互连标准(peripheral component interconnect,PCI)总线或扩展工业标准结构(extended industry standard architecture,EISA)总线等。系统总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控 制总线等。为便于表示,图中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。存储器可能包括随机存取存储器(random access memory,RAM),也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory,NVM),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于一可读取存储器中。该程序在执行时,执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储器(存储介质)包括:只读存储器(read-only memory,ROM)、RAM、快闪存储器、硬盘、固态硬盘、磁带(英文:magnetic tape)、软盘(英文:floppy disk)、光盘(英文:optical disc)及其任意组合。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备,可用于执行上述任一方法实施例提供的成套定制家电的处理方法,其实现原理和技术效果类似,在此不再赘述。
本申请实施例提供一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机指令,当该计算机指令在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行上述成套定制家电的处理方法。
上述的计算机可读存储介质,上述可读存储介质可以是由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器,电可擦除可编程只读存储器,可擦除可编程只读存储器,可编程只读存储器,只读存储器,磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。可读存储介质可以是通用或专用计算机能够存取的任何可用介质。
可选的,将可读存储介质耦合至处理器,从而使处理器能够从该可读存储介质读取信息,且可向该可读存储介质写入信息。当然,可读存储介质也可以是处理器的组成部分。处理器和可读存储介质可以位于专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuits,ASIC)中。当然,处理器和可读存储介质也可以作为分立组件存在于设备中。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品包括计算机程序,该计算机程序存储在计算机可读存储介质中,至少一个处理器可以从该计算机可读存储介质中读取该计算机程序,所述至少一个处理器执行所述计算机程序时可实现上述成套定制家电的处理方法。
本实施例还提供一种芯片,所述芯片包括存储器、处理器,所述存储器中存储代码和数据,所述存储器与所述处理器耦合,所述处理器运行所述存储器中的程序使得所述芯片用于执行上述各种实施方式提供的成套定制家电的处理方法。
本实施例还提供一种计算机程序,当所述计算机程序被处理器执行时,用于执行前述各种实施方式提供的成套定制家电的处理方法。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (13)
- 一种成套定制家电的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:获取用户相关信息,所述用户相关信息包括预设资金,至少两个待定制家电类型,用户对每个待定制家电类型的问题信息和用户对每个待定制家电类型的需求信息;根据所述用户相关信息,构建所述用户的成套家电画像,所述成套家电画像包括至少两个待定制家电类型,以及每个待定制家电类型对应的至少一个目标标签信息;计算所述成套家电画像中每个待定制家电类型对应的目标标签信息与预先设定的家电标签库中每个家电的家电标签信息的相似度,根据所述相似度从所述家电标签库中获取每个待定制家电类型对应的目标家电,所述家电标签库包括多个家电和每个家电对应的家电标签信息,所述家电标签信息包括资金信息,功能信息,尺寸信息,外观信息以及品牌信息,所述功能信息,尺寸信息,外观信息中的至少一个为可定制信息;根据所述需求信息,更改每个目标家电中的可定制信息,获取每个目标家电更改后的目标家电标签信息;将所有目标家电进行组合,获取组合后的成套家电,并输出所述成套家电中各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户相关信息还包括每个待定制家电类型的历史订单,每个待定制家电类型的浏览记录,所述用户对每个待定制家电类型的评价数据,所述用户的位置信息,所述用户居住房屋的户型数据;相应的,所述根据所述用户相关信息,构建所述用户的成套家电画像,包括:对每个待定制家电类型的问题信息和需求信息进行情感分析,获取所述待定制家电类型的情感分析分数;根据每个待定制家电类型的情感分析分数以及所述评价数据,获取用户对所述待定制家电类型的偏好信息;根据每个待定制家电类型的偏好信息,每个待定制家电类型的历史订单,每个待定制家电类型的浏览记录,所述用户对每个待定制家电类型的评价数据,所述用户的位置信息,所述用户居住房屋的户型数据,生成所述待定制家电类型对应的目标标签信息;根据每个待定制家电类型和对应的目标标签信息,构建所述用户的成套家电画像。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据每个待定制家电类型的偏好信息,每个待定制家电类型的历史订单,每个待定制家电类型的浏览记录,所述用户对每个待定制家电类型的评价数据,所述用户的位置信息,所述用户居住房屋的户型数据,生成所述待定制家电类型对应的目标标签信息,包括:根据每个待定制家电类型的偏好信息,每个待定制家电类型的历史订单,每个待定制家电类型的浏览记录,所述用户对每个待定制家电类型的评价数据,所述用户的位置信息,所述用户居住房屋的户型数据,生成所述待定制家电类型对应的初始标签信息;根据每个待定制家电类型中的各家电的历史销售数据和所述初始标签信息,获取每个初始标签信息中的每个子标签信息对应的热卖度指数;根据每个初始标签信息中的每个子标签信息对应的热卖度指数,对初始标签信息进行处理,生成目标标签信息。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述相似度从所述家电标签库中获取每个待定制家电类型对应的目标家电,包括:将所述相似度超过预设相似度的家电标签信息对应的家电确定为目标家电。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述目标家电的个数大于或等于2时,所述将所有目标家电进行组合,获取组合后的成套家电,包括:针对不同待定制家电类型,将每个待定制家电类型中的任一个目标家 电确定为待组合家电;将所有待组合家电进行组合,获取多套组合后的成套家电。
- 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取用户相关信息之前,所述方法还包括:获取所述用户对每个待定制家电类型的初始问题信息和所述用户对每个待定制家电类型的初始需求信息;对所述初始问题信息和初始需求信息进行数据清洗和数据规范处理,获取所述问题信息和所述需求信息。
- 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述输出所述成套家电中各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息,包括:通过可视化界面对所述成套家电中各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息进行显示。
- 一种成套定制家电的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:获取模块,用于获取用户相关信息,所述用户相关信息包括预设资金,至少两个待定制家电类型,用户对每个待定制家电类型的问题信息和用户对每个待定制家电类型的需求信息;构建模块,用于根据所述用户相关信息,构建所述用户的成套家电画像,所述成套家电画像包括至少两个待定制家电类型,以及每个待定制家电类型对应的至少一个目标标签信息;处理模块,用于计算所述成套家电画像中每个待定制家电类型对应的目标标签信息与预先设定的家电标签库中每个家电的家电标签信息的相似度,根据所述相似度从所述家电标签库中获取每个待定制家电类型对应的目标家电,所述家电标签库包括多个家电和每个家电对应的家电标签信息,所述家电标签信息包括资金信息,功能信息,尺寸信息,外观信息以及品牌信息,所述功能信息,尺寸信息,外观信息中的至少一个为可定制信息;所述处理模块,还用于根据所述需求信息,更改每个目标家电中的可定制信息,获取每个目标家电更改后的目标家电标签信息;所述处理模块,还用于将所有目标家电进行组合,获取组合后的成套家电,并输出所述成套家电中各目标家电以及对应的目标家电标签信息。
- 一种电子设备,包括:处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序指令时用于实现如权利要求1至7任一项所述的成套定制家电的处理方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机执行指令,所述计算机执行指令被处理器执行时用于实现如权利要求1至7任一项所述的成套定制家电的处理方法。
- 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时用于实现如权利要求1至7任一项所述的成套定制家电的处理方法。
- 一种芯片,其特征在于,所述芯片包括存储器、处理器,所述存储器中存储代码和数据,所述存储器与所述处理器耦合,所述处理器运行所述存储器中的程序使得所述芯片用于实现如权利要求1至7任一项所述的成套定制家电的处理方法。
- 一种计算机程序,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序被处理器执行时,用于实现如权利要求1至7任一项所述的成套定制家电的处理方法。
