继而当用户使用本发明的座椅时,具有三种使用状态:(1)椅背组件未后仰状态,此时用户正常坐姿乘坐在座椅上,不倚靠椅背组件,所述椅座组件能够根据用户动态坐姿进行左右摆动。(2)椅背组件倾仰状态,此时用户仅向后倾躺在椅背组件上休息,椅背组件与椅座组件不摆动。(3)同步倾仰及摆动状态,此时用户倾躺在椅背组件上,并保持在左右方向上活动(如侧身交谈、取物等),继而椅背组件和椅座组件将时而倾仰运动又或是同时左右摆动,因此实现座椅的全动态运动形态。
3,衔接部内设有固定座,转动连接轴左右穿设在该固定座内;通过在衔接部后端沿前后方向穿设定位支轴,定位支轴能够穿设在固定座内并与固定座配合;转动连接轴中间位置的底部对应设有能够与定位支轴转动配合的转动凹槽;从而当定位支轴穿设并嵌入在转动凹槽内后;转动连接轴能够以定位支轴为“支点”绕定位支轴进行左右转动;且定位支轴嵌入在转动凹槽内还能够限制转动连接轴左右偏移,使得转动连接轴转动稳定;设计巧妙。且定位支轴与衔接部之间为过盈配合,连接方便;定位支轴还采用滚花轴,使得定位支轴表面粗糙,使得与固定座之间的摩擦力更大,过盈配合效果更好;此外,使得转动连接轴绕定位支轴转动时,存在一定转动阻尼。
4,所述的座侧杆与背侧杆之间还设有具有弹性的“L”型的弹性连杆,使座背一体性好;且当椅背组件与椅座组件后仰运动时,弹性连杆还能够发生相应弹性形变,从而使得椅背组件的倾转角度更大,继而背倾角更大;使得椅背组件与椅座组件之间具有“张开”的运动趋势,使用更加舒适。
5,底座与活动安装座之间还设有锁定装置,继而能够根据用户需求控制椅背组件及椅座组件运动锁定及解锁;设计巧妙,只需将插舌插入插槽内,即可同时对椅背组件和椅座组件进行倾仰锁定和摇摆锁定;操作十分方便。

本发明的实施方式
如图1-15所示,本发明提供了一种全动态座椅,其包括底座1以及连接在底座1后端的椅背组件5和连接在底座1上方的椅座组件4。底座1配置为与座椅底部的椅杆3连接;在所述椅背组件5的底部设有一活动安装座2,该活动安装座2通过一转动连接轴6与底座1连接配合;其中,转动连接轴6包括水平穿设在底座1内的摇摆节段6a,以及分别穿出于底座1两侧并与活动安装座2连接的转动节段6b;所述的摇摆节段6a能够以底座1的中间位置处为支点进行左右摆动;所述转动节段6b与活动安装座2转动配合,使活动安装座2能够绕转动连接轴6相对底座1前后转动;从而使得活动安装座2既能够相对底座1左右摆动,还能够相对底座前后转动,从而使得动椅背组件5能够左右摆动和前后倾仰运动。再者,所述活动安装座2还包括朝两侧向外伸出的承托部2a,所述椅座组件4的后端两侧分别连接在承托部2a上,使得椅座组件4将同步跟随椅背组件6运动;且在椅座组件4的前端与底座1之间还设有弹性支撑体11,该弹性支撑体11配置为能够响应椅座组件4的运动发生相应弹性形变并提供复位弹力;继而当座椅倾仰运动过程中,所述椅背组件5及椅座组件4将随活动安装座2相对底座1前后倾仰运动,弹性支撑体11相应沿前后方向弯曲形变;当座椅摆动过程中,椅背组件5及椅座组件4随活动安装座2相对底座1左右摆动,弹性支撑体11相应沿左右方向发生弹性扭转变形;从而使得座椅的椅背组件5和椅座组件4能够匹配用户的动态坐姿变化相应进行倾仰转动以及左右摆动,座椅使用灵活舒适;弹性支撑体11形变还能够提供使椅座组件4和椅背组件5复位弹力,且使得座椅使用过程中,具有良好的阻尼感。
具体的说:如图3-8所示,所述的椅背组件5以及椅座组件4均为框架式结构,所述椅背组件5包括分别位于两侧竖向的背侧杆5b,以及连接在背侧杆5b和活动安装座2之间的背支架5a,背支架5a使椅背组件5结构稳固。所述的椅座组件4包括分别位于两侧的座侧杆4a,任一侧的椅座组件4a与相应一侧的承托部2a连接,从而使得活动安装座2能够稳定支撑椅座组件4a,继而使得椅背组件5以及椅座组件4两者能够通过活动安装座2形成联动。如图3、4所示:在背侧杆5b的底部还设有向下延伸的“L”型的弹性连杆10,该弹性连杆10配置为用于连接在座侧杆4a的后端;从而使得椅背组件5与椅座组件4形成一体,整体性好;使得两者能够同时发生倾仰运动,避免用户后仰时腰部脱离椅背组件5。此外,所述的弹性连杆10具有弹性,当椅背组件5和椅座组件4同步倾仰运动时,所述的弹性连杆10将会发生相应弹性形变,使得椅背组件5的倾转角度更大,继而背倾角更大;使得椅背组件5与椅座组件4之间具有“张开”的运动趋势,用户使用更加舒适。否则的话,椅背组件5与椅座组件4将保持同样的倾转角度,使得用户倾仰过程中座椅使用生硬、且不舒适。
如图2-8、15所示,所述弹性支撑体11的两端分别与椅座组件4的前端和底座1的前端连接;该弹性支撑体11采用弹簧钢片制成,从而使得弹性支撑体11既能够在左右方向发生弹性扭转变形,还能够前后弯曲形变;且采用弹簧钢片,强度高且耐用,能够提供足够的复位弹力,并保证椅座组件4与底座1之间的连接强度。再者,由后往前,所述弹性支撑体11朝斜上方倾斜;弹性支撑体11的下端与底座1连接,弹性支撑体11的上端与椅座组件4铰接;具体是指:如图15所示,所述弹性支撑体11的下端水平插入在底座1的前端,且弹性支撑体11采用螺丝与底座1固定相连;在弹性支撑体11的上端还通过螺丝连接设有一转动轴座28,在椅座组件4的前端对应设有两个左右相间隔的转动轴套29;所述转动轴座28转动连接在两个轴套29内;从而使得椅座组件4发生运动时,椅座组件4与弹簧支撑体11的连接处能够自适应转动调节,连接处不易断裂,增加结构稳定性。此外,采用上述连接结构,使得椅座组件4相对底座1处于挑空状态,结构简约美观,使得椅座组件4受力相对底座1运动时更轻巧灵活。
如图5-13所示,所述的底座1的内部中空结构并形成有容置空间,在在底座1的后端具有呈“收窄状”衔接部7,该衔接部7的中间位置处设有一固定座8,该固定座8内设有一左右贯穿的第一转动槽9;第一转动槽9在竖直方向上的高度大于转动连接轴6的直径,摇摆节段6a穿设在该第一转动槽9内;且所述摇摆节段6a与固定座8之间设有使转动连接轴6能够相对固定座8左右转动的转动结构,具体而言:如图10-13所示,所述的转动结构包括一沿前后方向设置在固定座8内的定位支轴12,定位支轴12位于固定座8的中间位置处;在固定座8的后端设有一穿孔14,定位支轴12由该穿孔14穿设在固定座8内。定位支轴12穿设在固定座8内后,定位支轴12位于第一转动槽9的下端;相应的,在所述的摇摆节段6a的底部对应设有能够与该定位支轴12转动配合的转动凹槽13。安装时,预先将所述的转动连接轴6左右穿设在固定座8内,并使其处于固定座8的中间位置处;然后再将定位支轴12沿前后方向穿设在固定座8内,定位支轴12将刚好嵌入在转动凹槽13并与转动连接轴6配合,从而能够起到定位安装的作用。且所述的定位支轴12为滚花轴,定位支轴12穿设在固定座8后,定位支轴12与固定座8之间为过盈配合,连接方便简单;定位支轴12采用滚花轴,使得定位支轴12表面粗糙,使得定位支轴12与固定座8之间接触摩擦力大,从而能够有效限制定位支轴12脱离固定座8;并且,使得转动连接轴6绕定位支轴12转动时,存在一定转动阻尼。如图11-13所示,定位支轴12与摇摆节段6a配合后,转动连接轴6能够以定位支轴12为“支点”绕定位支轴12进行左右转动。且定位支轴12嵌入在转动凹槽13内,使得定位支轴12还能够限制转动连接轴6左右偏移,使得转动连接轴6只能进行左右摆动;定位支轴12能够起到多重效果,结构设计巧妙。且座椅使用时,用户同样给转动连接轴6向下的作用力,使得转动连接轴6底部的转动凹槽13不会脱离定位支轴12,使转动连接轴6摆动更稳定。且转动连接轴6为采用刚性金属材质,硬度好且强度高,提高耐用性。
如图5-9所示,在衔接部7两侧的外侧壁7a上对应设有避让转动连接轴6穿过的第二转动槽15,且第二转动槽15在竖直方向上的高度大于所述第一转动槽9的高度。转动连接轴6以固定座8的中心位置处为转动点,继而越远离固定座8,转动连接轴6在竖直方向上的摆动距离越大;继而将第二转动槽15设计的比第一转动槽9更大;设计巧妙,考虑周到。进一步的说:所述固定座8的两侧分别与衔接部7的外侧壁7a之间具有间隔,在固定座8与衔接部的外侧壁7a之间的间隔处设有沿前后方向设置的横槽16;在两侧的横槽16内分别设有沿前后方向设置的长条形的复位弹片17,复位弹片17的前端与底座1连接,复位弹片17后端相对底座1翘起并位于转动连接轴6的底部;使得当转动连接轴6向下转动时将挤压作用于复位弹片17;具体而言:如图7、9所示,在底座1位于横槽16的前下方还设有一插接卡口18;所述复位弹片17前端斜向下插入在插接卡口18内,且插接卡口18的上壁面具有竖直向下伸出的卡柱20,该卡柱20卡接在复位弹片17上,避免复位弹片17脱离插接卡口18。在横槽16的前端具有抵接部19,复位弹片17底面与该抵接部19抵接,从而使得复位弹片17的后端处于翘起状态,复位弹片17位于转动连接轴6的底部,从而当转动连接轴6左右转动时,相应一侧的复位弹片17将被挤压发生弹性形变,使得椅座组件4和椅背组件5摆动过程始终具有良好的阻尼感,使用舒适;且复位弹片17形变后能够提供转动连接轴6复位弹力,使用户离开座椅后,椅座组件4和椅背组件5能够自行复位。并且,由于固定座8刚好与衔接部7的外侧壁7a之间具有间隔,故而能够设置用于安装复位弹片17的横槽,充分利用底座1内部结构,布局合理。此外,在底座1的上端还连接设有一装饰盖板23,转动连接轴6与活动安装座2安装完成后,装饰盖板23连接在底座1上端,能够将底座1内部结构遮盖,隐藏连接痕迹,美化外观。
如图5-8所示,在所述的活动安装座2的前端对应设有用于容置衔接部7的转动避让槽21,转动避让槽21两侧分别形成有用于连接转动连接轴6的连接耳22;且所述的活动安装座2与转动连接轴6之间为可拆卸连接,具体是指:如图6所示,所述转动节段6b分别凸出在衔接段7的两侧,在每个转动节段6b的前后两端分别设有竖直的轴铣平面24,继而转动节段6b的上下两端相应形成转动弧面27;在所述的连接耳22的内侧壁上设有能够与转动连接轴6转动配合的连接圆槽25,以及与连接圆槽25相通的沿前后方向设置的限位槽道26,该限位槽道26的开口形成于连接耳22的前端。且限位槽道26的槽口高度与转动节段6b上的相邻两个轴铣平面24之间的前后距离相匹配,限位槽道26的槽口高度小于转动连接轴6的直径。继而使得安装时,沿前后方向,转动节段6b不能进入限位槽道26内;需要先将活动安装座2竖直放置使得限位槽道26的开口竖直朝下,然后才能使得转动节段6b经过限位槽道26进入连接圆槽25内,转动节段6b进入连接圆槽25内后,所述转动弧面27与连接圆槽25转动配合,继而能够将活动安装座2向后转动至与底座1基于同一水平面;且该位置下,转动连接轴6不能再次进入限位槽道26,从而能够限制转动连接轴6脱离连接圆槽25;且座椅倾仰过程中,转动安装座2的转动角度必然小于90°,继而连接后能够确保结构稳固。采用上述连接结构,使得活动安装座2与转动连接轴6之间的连接结构简单巧妙,能够实现快速拆装。再者,所述的衔接部7相对底座1处于收窄状态,所述活动安装座2的前端宽度与底座1的宽度相匹配;使得衔接部7嵌入在转动避让槽21内后,底座1与活动安装座2前后紧接在一起,且宽度一致;使得整体性更好。并且,装配完成后,所述的衔接部7的两侧与连接耳22之间具有一定的间隔,使得活动安装座2具有一定的活动空间能够相对衔接部7进行摆动。
如图14所示,在所述的底座1与活动安装座2之间还设有锁定装置,所述的锁定装置包括活动设置在固定座上的水平的插舌30、相应设置在活动安装座2前端面上的插槽31,以及能够控制插舌30前后伸缩运动的拉线控制机构32;所述的拉线控制机构32设置在底座1内;通过控制拉线控制机构32能够控制插舌30插入或退出插槽31,从而能够控制椅背组件5及椅座组件4运动锁定及解锁;运动解锁状态时,插舌30退出插槽31,椅背组件5及椅座组件4能够前后倾仰运动以及左右摆动运动。如需运动锁定,只需控制插舌30插入插槽31内,活动安装座2将与底座1相对固定,从而能够限制椅背组件5和椅座组件4运动;结构简单,使得用户操作方便,功能更丰富。所述的拉线控制机构32为日常用于座椅控制机构中的拉线组合结构,至于具体如何控制插舌30运动,并非本发明的设计要点,故而再次不做赘述。
综上,本发明的全动态座椅,椅背组件5底部的活动安装座2通过转动连接轴6与底座1后端连接,转动连接轴6包括能够相对底座1进行左右摆动的摆动节段6a,以及穿出于底座1两侧并与活动安装座2连接的转动节段6b,且转动节段6b与活动安装座2转动配合;继而使得活动安装座2能够相对底座1进行左右摆动以及前后转动;且所述椅座组件4后端连接在活动安装座2上,使得椅背组件5与椅座组件4保持联动。再者,在椅座组件4前端与底座1之间还设有弹性支撑体1,弹性支撑体1采用弹簧钢板,能够前后弯曲形变以及左右扭转形变;在椅背组件5倾仰运动及椅座组件4左右摇摆同步发生时,弹性支撑体1将同时进行左右方向及前后方向的弯曲形变。从而使得当用户使用座椅时,椅座组件4 和椅背组件5能够匹配用户的动态坐姿变化相应进行前后倾仰运动、以及左右摆动,使座椅灵活性更好,使用更加舒适。并且,弹性支撑体11以及底座1内的复位弹片17的作用下;使得椅座组件4 和椅背组件5在运动过程中,具有良好的阻尼感,使用舒适;且弹性支撑体11和复位弹片17形变后还能够提供复位弹力,使得椅座组件4 和椅背组件5能够自行复位,使用更加人性化。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种全动态座椅,其特征在于包括:
    底座,用于连接并支撑座椅的椅背组件及椅座组件;椅背组件连接在底座后端,椅座组件连接在底座的上方;
    转动连接轴,设置在底座与椅背组件之间;椅背组件的底部设有一活动安装座;所述转动连接轴包括水平穿设在底座内的摇摆节段,以及分别穿出于底座两侧并与活动安装座连接的转动节段;所述的摇摆节段能够以底座的中间位置处为支点进行左右摆动;所述转动节段与活动安装座转动配合,使活动安装座能够绕转动连接轴相对底座前后转动;
    弹性支撑体,设置在椅座组件的前端与底座之间;该弹性支撑体配置为能够响应椅座组件的运动发生相应弹性形变并提供复位弹力;且活动安装座还包括朝两侧向外伸出的承托部,椅座组件的后端连接在该承托部上;
    倾仰过程中,所述椅背组件及椅座组件随活动安装座相对底座前后倾仰运动,弹性支撑体相应沿前后方向弯曲形变;摆动过程中,椅背组件及椅座组件随活动安装座相对底座左右摆动,弹性支撑体相应沿左右方向发生弹性扭转变形。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:由后往前,所述弹性支撑体朝前上方倾斜;弹性支撑体的下端与底座固定相连,弹性支撑体的上端与椅座组件铰接;且椅座组件相对底座处于挑空状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑体采用弹簧钢片制成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:所述椅座组件为框架式结构,椅座组件包括分别位于两侧的座侧杆,所述座侧杆的后端连接在承托部上;所述椅背组件为框架式结构,椅背组件包括分别位于两侧竖向的背侧杆;且在所述的座侧杆与背侧杆之间还设有具有弹性的“L”型的弹性连杆;椅背组件后仰运动时,所述弹性连杆发生形变并产生复位弹力。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:所述底座的内部中空并形成有容置空间;在该容置空间的后端设有一固定座,所述的摇摆节段沿左右方向穿设在该固定座内;且固定座与摇摆节段之间设有转动结构;转动结构包括沿前后方向穿设在固定座内的定位支轴,该定位支轴位于固定座的中间位置处且定位支轴位于摇摆节段的下端;在摇摆节段的底部对应位置处设有能够与定位支轴转动配合的转动凹槽;定位支轴嵌入并转动配合在转动凹槽内以使摇摆节段能够绕定位支轴在固定座内进行左右转动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:所述底座的后端设有穿孔,转动连接轴预先穿设在固定座内,所述定位支轴由穿孔穿设在固定座内并嵌入转动凹槽内;且定位支轴与固定座为过盈配合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:所述固定座内设有左右贯穿的第一转动槽,摇摆节段穿设在该第一转动槽内;第一转动槽在竖直方向上的高度大于转动连接轴的直径;且在底座两侧的外侧壁上对应设有避让转动连接轴穿过的第二转动槽,且第二转动槽在竖直方向上的高度大于所述第一转动槽的高度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:所述底座的后端具有衔接部,转动连接轴水平穿设在该衔接部内,所述转动节段位于衔接部的外侧;在所述的活动安装座的前端对应设有用于容置衔接段的转动避让槽以及形成于转动避让槽左右两侧的连接耳;在连接耳的内侧壁上设有连接圆槽;所述衔接部位于转动避让槽内,转动节段配置为转动配合在连接圆槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:所述连接耳与转动节段之间为可拆卸连接,在每个转动节段的前后两端分别设有竖直的轴铣平面,转动节段的上下两端相应形成转动弧面;所述连接耳的内侧壁上还设有与连接圆槽相通的沿前后方向设置的限位槽道,该限位槽道的开口位于连接耳的前端;且限位槽道的槽口高度与转动节段上的相邻两个轴铣平面之间的前后距离相匹配。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:所述转动连接轴为刚性的。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:在所述的底座与活动安装座之间还设有锁定装置;锁定装置包括活动设置在固定座上水平的插舌、相应设置在活动安装座前端面的至少一个的插槽,以及能够控制插舌前后伸缩的拉线控制机构,拉线控制机构设置在底座内;插舌插入插槽内以使活动安装座与底座相对固定。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:所述固定座的两侧分别与底座的外侧壁之间具有间隔,在该间隔处设有沿前后方向设置的横槽;在两侧的横槽内分别设有沿前后方向设置的复位弹片,复位弹片的前端与底座连接,复位弹片后端相对底座翘起并位于转动连接轴的底部;转动连接轴向下转动以挤压作用于复位弹片。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:复位弹片为沿前后方向设置的弹簧钢板,在底座位于横槽的前下方还设有插接卡口,所述复位弹片前端斜向下插入在该插接卡口内;在横槽的前端具有抵接部,复位弹片底面与该抵接部抵接以使复位弹片后端翘起。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的全动态座椅,其特征在于:在椅背组件倾仰运动及椅座组件左右摇摆同步发生时,弹性支撑体同时进行左右方向及前后方向的弯曲形变。
