Description

免充气喉罩 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种内窥镜套管。
背景技术
喉罩通气是一种新型的声门上气道管理装置,在急救、麻醉中发挥着重要的角色。喉罩在上个世纪八十年代被发明出来后已被使用40多年,目前喉罩的类型有很多,但主要的都是需要对囊充气,使囊膨胀起来实现密封的效果。然而这类喉罩却存在着无法避免的缺陷:充气型喉罩,使用时需要充气抽气,置入前的抽气还需要对喉罩进行按压,使气囊保持一种梭型状态。手术前的准备工作过多,整个过程比较繁琐;如果气囊充入气量较多,会导致囊体较大较硬,密封效果减弱,增加咽喉部压力,长时间压迫会造成相关软组织损伤;若充气不足,囊体没有达到预期充大效果,又有可能导致密封不足。
一般喉罩前端与咽喉并没有密封的十分严密,这就有可能使得气管和食道间存在互通现象,可能导致气管内的气体通入到胃部,也有可能胃部的流体返流到气管。
另外,一般喉罩都是通过盲插置入人体的,在这过程中无法做到可视,这就需要医护人员有足够的喉罩置入经验,也比较考验医护人员的操作。
技术问题
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明实施提供一种密封性能优的同时避免对咽喉部产生压迫感的免充气喉罩。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案。
免充气喉罩,包括管体以及形成与管体远端的罩囊,管体,其采用软质材料制成,所述管体限定出自近端向远端延伸的通气腔道,所述管体的近侧设有与外接设备连接的接口,管体的远端与罩囊连接;罩囊,其采用软质材料制成,具有位于腹面的免充气囊体以及位于背面的空腔囊体,所述的免充气囊体限定出与通气腔连通的出口;所述的罩囊头端设有多条裙边凸起,通过在头端增加罩囊的尺寸,增加罩囊头端与咽喉处的接触面积,实现密封,相比较罩囊整体充气增大接触面积而言,此种方式,可有效避免异物感以及对患者咽喉处的损伤。
本技术方案中提供的免充气喉罩整体均采用软质材料制成,更加柔和,降低异物感;同时罩囊采用软质材料制成,可一定程度上缓解了罩囊对咽喉部的压迫感;另外,罩囊采用软质材料也更好的适配咽喉部的结构,同时利用裙边凸起进一步加强了密封效果,避免因喉罩头端与咽喉部密封不实,造成气管和食道互通,从而导致胃胀气或者胃液返流误吸等情况。
作为优选方案的,所述的免充气囊体上具有多档痰液收容腔,所述的收容腔被配置在出口前端,以止挡痰液自出口进入通气腔道中,多档收容腔止挡痰液,避免痰液返流至出口。
作为优选方案的,所述的免充气喉罩还包括可视器,所述的可视器头端为摄像头,所述摄像头被约束在免充气罩体上,且近出口设置,可避免盲查等问题出现以及实时观察出口附近有无胃液返流等情况。
作为优选方案的,所述的免充气喉罩还包括引流管道,所述引流管道贯穿管体设置,所述引流管道具有上吸引口以及下吸引口,所述的下吸引口被配置在空腔囊体之上,可对喉罩背部的痰液等液体进行吸引。
作为优选方案的,所述的免充气囊体自延伸方向设有依次间隔多档止挡块,所述的收容腔由相邻两块止挡块形成。
作为优选方案的,所述的摄像头通过无线或者有线与外接视频播放器连接。
作为优选方案的,所述的免充气喉罩还包括摄像管道,所述的摄像管道前端至少部分透明形成可视窗,所述摄像管道尺寸允许可视器插拔,以使得可摄像头能抵达可视窗观察。
作为优选方案的,所述管体具有自近端向远端延伸的内部通道,所述内部通道收容引流管道、摄像管道后的剩余空间即为通气腔道。
作为优选方案的,所述的通气腔道、管体表面均设有润滑层。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:(1)利用软质材料制成的罩囊以及裙边凸起的设置,保证喉罩与咽喉部的密封性能;(2)利用软质材料制成的免充气罩囊减轻对咽喉部的压迫感;(3)通气腔道出口处设有摄像头,可观察喉罩置入情况;(4)出口前端设置收容腔,避免痰液由出口进入通气腔道,避免误吸情况;(5)设置引流管对喉罩背部液体进行吸引。

参见图1至图3,本发明实施例提供一种免充气喉罩,包括管体1以及形成与管体1远端的罩囊2,管体和罩囊包括但不限于一体成型、二次注塑成型、组装成型;管体1,其采用软质材料制成,所述管体1限定出自近端向远端延伸的通气腔道3,所述管体1的近侧设有与外接设备连接的接口17,管体1的远端与罩囊2连接;罩囊2,其采用软质材料制成,具有位于腹面的免充气囊体4以及位于背面的空腔囊体5,所述的免充气囊体4限定出与通气腔连通的出口6;所述的罩囊2头端设有多条裙边凸起7,通过在头端增加罩囊的尺寸,增加罩囊头端与咽喉处的接触面积,实现密封,相比较罩囊整体充气增大接触面积而言,此种方式,可有效避免异物感以及对患者咽喉处的损伤。
本实施例中提供的免充气喉罩整体均采用软质材料制成,更加柔和,降低异物感;同时罩囊2采用软质材料制成,可一定程度上缓解了罩囊2对咽喉部的压迫感;另外,罩囊2采用软质材料也更好的适配咽喉部的结构,同时利用裙边凸起7进一步加强了密封效果,避免因喉罩头端与咽喉部密封不实,造成气管和食道互通,从而导致胃胀气或者胃液返流误吸等情况。
优选的,如图2所示,所述的免充气囊体4上具有多档痰液收容腔8,所述的收容腔8被配置在出口6前端,以止挡痰液自出口6进入通气腔道3中,多档收容腔8止挡痰液,避免痰液返流至出口6,且医生操作更为顺畅。
在一些具体实施例中,如图2所示,所述的免充气囊体4自延伸方向设有依次间隔多档止挡块81,所述的收容腔8由相邻两块止挡块81形成。
优选的,如图2所示,所述的免充气喉罩还包括可视器9,所述的可视器9头端为摄像头10,所述摄像头10被约束在免充气罩体上,且近出口6设置,用于实时观察,避免盲插等问题出现。
在一些具体实施例中,所述的摄像头10通过无线或者有线与外接视频播放器16连接。
在另一些具体实施例中,所述的免充气喉罩还包括摄像管道14,所述的摄像管道14前端至少部分透明形成可视窗15,所述摄像管道14尺寸允许可视器9插拔,以使得可摄像头10能抵达可视窗15观察。
优选的,如图3所示,所述的免充气喉罩还包括引流管道11,可插入吸引管,所述引流管道11贯穿管体1设置,所述引流管道11具有上吸引口12以及下吸引口13,所述的下吸引口13被配置在空腔囊体5之上,所述空腔囊体5上还设有与下吸引口13相通的开口18以及可用于储存痰液等的与开口18相通的腔道,可对喉罩背部的痰液等液体进行吸引。
优选的,如图1至图3所示,所述管体1具有自近端向远端延伸的内部通道,所述内部通道收容引流管道11、摄像管道14后的剩余空间即为通气腔道3,即引流管道11、摄像通道以及通气腔道3均分隔设置。
优选的,所述的通气腔道3、管体1表面、罩囊均设有润滑层,方便置入。
