Abstract

Est divulgué un procédé de production d'un article imprimé tridimensionnel consistant : 1) à fournir une composition de silicone photodurcissable, 2) à exposer la composition de silicone photodurcissable au rayonnement actinique pour former une section transversale durcie sur une plaque ou un support ou sur la couche sous-jacente, et 3) à répéter les étapes 1) et 2) sur la coupe transversale durcie précédemment avec une nouvelle couche pour construire l'article imprimé tridimensionnel, la composition de silicone photodurcissable étant exposée au rayonnement actinique au moyen d'un rayonnement UV ayant une longueur d'onde inférieure à 420 nm durant moins de 15 s. Elle se rapporte également à un constituant catalyseur spécifique C utilisé pour la composition de silicone photodurcissable, comprenant (C-1) un complexe (η-cyclopentadiényl)tri(σ-aliphatique)-platine, (C-2) des composés thioxanthones ayant la formule suivante (II) et (C-3) une phényl cétone cycloaliphatique contenant un groupe hydroxyle ayant la formule suivante (III).
