Abstract

The present disclosure describes methods for purifying polypeptides (e.g., enzymes). Specifically, the present disclosure describes methods for improving yield during purification of polypeptides, including, enzymes (e.g., clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR) associated protein (Cas) (CRISPR/Cas protein)).
