Description

DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING DRY HYGIENE PRODUCT IN DRY OR WET FORM
Subject of the Invention
The subject of the invention relates to a dispenser, which enables a dry hygiene product to be provided to the user in dry form or in a form wetted with a cleaning liquid depending on the preference.
State of the Art
The toilet papers, paper towels, tissues, napkins, cottons and similar products are the hygienic products used for the purpose of cleaning especially in the areas such as toilet rooms, bathrooms and kitchens and these products may be available in the dry or wet form. In order to prevent their contact with the ambience and prevent their exposure to certain contaminants, these products are generally placed in a dispenser having an enclosed storage unit and are dispensed for use via an opening on the dispenser in such a way that they will not contact the contaminants in the ambience. While the dry cleaning papers are provided to the users by means of the dispenser in box form especially in the public spaces, the wet wipes containing a cleaning solution are generally provided by means of the dispenser in the form of an open and close packaging so that they do not lose their wetness and thus maintain their disinfecting function.
Today, the users have to separately buy and store the dry and wet hygiene products when they need both product forms. The operators in the public spaces such as restaurants, hospitals, hotels and shopping malls provide the wet and dry products to their clients in separate dispenser. This increases the cost, causes the generation of a great amount of packaging waste, complicates the use and necessitates greater storage area. The dispenser that contain both the dry and wet hygiene products together were developed in order to eliminate said drawbacks. These dispenser most of the time comprise the nested storage units. While the dry cleaning papers are placed in one storage unit, the wet wipes are placed in the other storage unit. However, when maintained in this way, it is difficult for the wet wipes to preserve their wetness and thus their function. The wet wipes contact the air during the opening and closing of the storage unit, lose their wetness and thus their disinfectant property in the course of time, and dry out and become non-functional after a certain time. This leads to a situation where it is not possible to meet the needs of the users.
In order to eliminate the above-mentioned problems, a dispenser, which enables a dry hygiene product to be provided to the user in dry form or in a form wetted with a cleaning liquid depending on the preference, has been developed within the scope of the invention. The dispenser according to the invention provides practical use, contributes to the environmental and economic sustainability, reduces the costs and occupies small space in the storage areas, owing to its ability to dispense to the user the dry product it contains both in a dry form and in a wetted form; in other words, to provide the product in more than one form despite containing only a dry product. The users will not have to buy the products, which are kept in wetted state and which thus dry out and become non-functional in the course of time. Consequently, it is aimed to enable the dispenser according to the invention, which is economical, hygienic, practical and functional, to be given high preference by every segment of society.
Object of the Invention
An object of the invention is to develop a dispenser, which is able to provide a dry product in dry form or wetted form to the user and which thus eliminates the necessity to purchase more than one product type.
Another object of the invention is to develop a dispenser, which alone is able to provide both dry hygiene products and wet hygiene products to the users and which thus eliminates the necessity to use more than one dispenser.
Another object of the invention is to develop a dispenser, which enables the requirement for wet wipes to be provided by way of wetting the dry cleaning papers/tissues in the time of need, considering the fact that the products kept in wet state dry out and lose their function in the course of time.
