TARIFNAME KURU HIJYEN ÜRÜNÜNÜN KURU VEYA ISLAK HALDE SUNULDUGU BIR DAGITICI Bulusun Konusu Bulusun konusu, kuru hijyen ürününün tercihe bagli olarak kuru olarak veya bir temizlik sivisiyla islatilarak kullaniciya sunulmasini saglayan bir dagitici ile ilgilidir. Teknigin Bilinen Durumu Tuvalet kâgitlari, havlu kâgitlar, peçeteler, mendiller, pamuklar ve benzeri ürünler özellikle tuvalet, banyo ve mutfak gibi alanlarda temizlik amaciyla kullanilan hijyenik ürünler olup, kuru veya islak formda bulunabilirler. Bu ürünler dis ortam ile temas halinde bulunmalarinin ve bir takim kirleticilere maruz kalmalarinin engellenmesi amaciyla genellikle kapali bir hazneye sahip dagitici içerisine yerlestirilirler ve dis ortam kirleticileri ile temas etmeyecek sekilde, dagitici üzerindeki bir bosluktan kullanima sunulurlar. Kuru temizlik kagitlari özellikle toplu kullanim alanlarinda kutu formunda dagiticilarla kullaniciya sunulurken, bir temizlik solüsyonu içeren islak mendiller islakliklarini kaybetmemeleri, böylece dezenfekte etme islevlerini koruyabilmeleri için genellikle açilir kapanir ambalaj formunda dagiticilarla kullanima sunulurlar. Günümüzde kullanicilar hem kuru hem islak hijyen ürünlerine ihtiyaç duyduklarinda bu ürünleri ayri ayri satin almak ve depolamak zorunda kalirlar. Restoran, hastane, otel, avm gibi toplu kullanim alanlarinda isletmeciler islak ve kuru ürünleri müsterilerine ayri dagiticilar içerisinde sunarlar. Bu durum maliyeti arttirmakta, çok sayida ambalaj atigi olusmasina yol açmakta, kullanimi zorlastirmakta, daha fazla depolama alani gerektirmektedir. Bahsedilen olumsuzluklarin ortadan kaldirilmasi amaciyla kuru ve islak hijyen ürünlerini bir arada içeren dagiticilar gelistirilmistir. Bu dagiticilar çogunlukla iç içe geçmis hazneler içerirler. Bir hazneye kuru temizlik kagidi yerlestirilirken, diger hazneye islak mendiller yerlestirilir. Ancak islak mendillerin bu sekilde muhafaza edildiklerinde islakliklarini, dolayisiyla islevlerini korumalari zordur. Islak mendiller haznenin açilip kapanmasi sirasinda havayla temas etmekte ve zamanla islakliklarini, dolayisiyla dezenfekte etme özelliklerini kaybetmekte ve belirli bir süre sonunda tamamen kuruyarak islevsiz hale gelmektelerdir. Bu durumda kullanicilarin ihtiyaçlari karsilanamamaktadir. Bahsedilen problemlerin ortadan kaldirilmasi amaciyla bulus kapsaminda kuru hijyen ürününün tercihe bagli olarak kuru olarak veya temizlik sivisiyla islatilarak kullaniciya sunulmasini saglayan bir dagitici gelistirilmistir. Bulus konusu dagitici içerdigi kuru ürünü hem kuru hem islatilmis olarak kullaniciya sunabilmesi, baska bir ifadeyle yalnizca kuru ürün içerdigi halde birden fazla formda ürün sunabilmesi sayesinde pratik kullanim saglamakta, çevresel ve ekonomik sürdürülebilirlige katki sunmakta, maliyetleri düsürmekte ve depolama alanlarinda az yer kaplamaktadir. Kullanicilar islatilmis halde bekletilen, bu yüzden zamanla kuruyarak islevsiz hale gelen ürünleri satin almak zorunda kalmayacaklardir. Dolayisiyla ekonomik, hijyenik, pratik ve islevsel olan bulus konusu dagiticinin toplumun her kesimi tarafindan öncelikli olarak tercih edilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Bulusun Amaci Bulusun amaci, kuru ürünü kullaniciya kuru halde veya islatilmis halde sunabilen, böylece birden fazla türde ürün satin alinmasi zorunlulugunu ortadan kaldiran bir dagitici gelistirmektir. Bulusun baska bir amaci, tek basina kullanicilara hem kuru hijyen ürünü hem islak hijyen ürünü sunabilen, böylece birden fazla dagitici kullanilmasi zorunlulugunu ortadan kaldiran bir dagitici gelistirmektir. Bulusun baska bir amaci, islak halde bekletilen ürünlerin zamanla kuruyarak islevlerini kaybetmeleri sebebiyle, islak mendil ihtiyacinin kuru temizlik kagidinin/mendilinin ihtiyaç aninda islatilmasi ile karsilanmasini saglayan bir dagitici gelistirmektir. Bulusun, kontrol elemaninin sivi haznesinin (2) hareket etmesini saglayan bir elektronik kontrol elemani oldugu uygulamalarindan birinde kullanicinin ürünün islatilmasi amaciyla kontrol elemanini tetiklemesi ile sivi haznesi (2) tasima mekanizmasindan geçerek açikliga (la) ilerleyen ürüne dogru, belirli bir konuma gelene kadar hareket etmekte ve kullaniciya sunulacak ürün tamamen islatilana kadar bu konumda kalmaktadir. Bulusun tercih edilen bu uygulamalarinda algilayici tercihen yakinlik/mesafe algilayicidir. Kullaniciya islak ürün sunulmasinin ardindan sivi haznesinin (2) baslangiç konumuna dönebilmesi için elektronik kontrol elemani sivi haznesinin (2) üründen uzaklastirilmasi amaciyla tekrar tetiklenmekte veya ilk tetiklemeden belirli bir süre sonra sivi haznesi (2) otomatik olarak baslangiç konumuna dönmektedir. Bu süre sivi haznesinin (2) ürüne yaklasmasi ve ürünü tamamen islatmasi için gereken süreye göre belirlenmekte ve kontrol birimine tanimlanmaktadir. Dagiticinin ürünün zemine paralel olarak kullaniciya sunuldugu uygulamasinda sivi haznesi (2) gövde (1) içerisinde, tasima mekanizmasindan çikan ürünün üstünde bir konuma konumlandirilmakta ve dikey yönde hareket etmektedir. Bulus konusu dagiticinin tercih edilen bir uygulamasinda sivi haznesinin (2) sivi iletim formu (Za) olarak adlandirilan sivinin ürüne iletildigi kismi, tercihen döner basliktir. Bu form roll-on deodorantlardaki sivi iletim basligina benzetilebilir. Bu uygulamada sivi haznesi (2) ürüne temas edene kadar hareket etmekte, kullaniciya sunulacak ürün tamamen islatilana kadar bu konumda kalarak sivinin sürme/sivama teknigiyle ürüne iletilmesini/emdirilmesini saglamaktadir. Bulus konusu dagiticinin bu uygulamasinda sivi iletim formunun (Za) eni tercihen en az kullaniciyla sunulacak ürünün eni kadardir. Bulus konusu dagiticinin tercih edilen bir uygulamasinda sivi iletim formu (Za) tercihen püskürtme basligidir. Bu uygulamada sivi haznesi (2) ürüne dogru, belirli bir konuma kadar hareket etmekte, kullaniciya sunulacak ürün tamamen islatilana kadar bu konumda kalarak sivinin püskürtme teknigiyle ürüne iletilmesini/emdirilmesini saglamaktadir. Püskürtme islemi için sivi haznesiyle (2) ürün arasinda birakilmasi gereken ideal mesafe, baska bir ifadeyle sivi haznesinin (2) püskürtme islemi için getirilecegi son konum hedeflenen islatma performansina göre belirlenmektedir. Bulus konusu dagiticinin, sivi haznesinin (2) hareketli olmadigi, kontrol elemaninin yalnizca sivinin ürüne sivi iletim ucundan (Za) örnegin püskürtülerek iletiminin baslatilmasini veya sonlandirilmasini saglayan bir kontrol elemani oldugu uygulamalari da mevcuttur. Bulus konusu dagitici tercih edilen bir uygulamasinda gövdenin (1) üzerinin kapatilmasini saglayan en az bir gövde (1) kapagi içermektedir. Bahsedilen gövde (1) kapagi gövdenin (1), sivi haznesinin (2) ve kuru ürün haznesinin (3) içerisine yerlestirilmesi için açik birakilan kisminin kapatilmasi için bu kisimla uyumlu geometriye sahiptir. Baska bir ifadeyle gövde (1) kapagi gövde (1) boyunca uzanmaktadir. Gövde kapagi kuru ürün haznesi (3) içerisinde yer alan ürünün tükenmesi durumunda yerine yenisinin yerlestirilebilmesi, sivi haznesi (2) içerisindeki sivinin tükenmesi durumuna sivi haznesinin (2) yeniden doldurulmasi amaciyla açilabilmektedir. Bulusun tercih edilen bir uygulamasinda ürünün kullaniciya sunulabilmesini saglayan açiklik (la) gövde kapagi üzerinde yer almaktadir. Bulus konusu dagitici tercih edilen bir uygulamasinda kuru ürün haznesinin (3) ürünün hazne içerisine ve tasiyici mekanizma üzerine rahatlikla yerlestirilmesi için açik birakilan kisminin kapatilmasi için bu kisimla uyumlu geometriye sahip bir kuru ürün haznesi (3) kapagi içermektedir. Baska bir ifadeyle bahsedilen kapak kuru ürün haznesi (3) boyunca uzamaktadir. Bulus konusu dagiticinin gövde (1) kapagi da içermesi durumunda kuru ürün haznesi (3) kapagi bir iç kapak niteliginde olacaktir. Bulusun kuru ürün haznesi (3) kapagi içerdigi bu uygulamasinda, kuru ürün haznesi (3) ürünün kullaniciya sunulabilmesini saglayan en az bir açiklik içermektedir. Bulus konusu dagitici tercih edilen bir uygulamasinda sivi haznesinin (2), içerisindeki temizlik sivisi bittikçe yeniden doldurulmasi ve ariza durumunda kolaylikla müdahale edilebilmesi amaciyla açik birakilan kisminin kapatilmasi için bu kisimla uyumlu geometriye sahip bir sivi haznesi (2) kapagi içermektedir. Bulus konusu dagiticinin gövde (1) kapagi da içermesi durumunda sivi haznesi (2) kapagi bir iç kapak niteliginde olacaktir. Açiklanan dagitici, tek gövde (1) içerisinde hem kuru temizlik kagidini/mendilini hem de kuru temizlik kagidinin/mendilinin ihtiyaç aninda islatilmasini saglayan sivi haznesini (2) içermesi sayesinde tek türde ürünle farkli islevlere sahip birden fazla türde ürün sunmakta, temizlik kagidini/mendilini dis ortam kirleticilerinden korumaktadir. Bu özelliklerinden dolayi ekonomik, hijyenik ve pratik olan söz konusu dagiticinin kisisel ve toplu kullanim alanlarinda kullanilmak üzere toplumun büyük bir kesimi tarafindan tercih edilmesi hedeflenmektedir. TR TR DESCRIPTION A DISPENSER WHERE THE DRY HYGIENE PRODUCT IS OFFERED IN A DRY OR WET STATUS Subject of the Invention The subject of the invention relates to a dispenser that allows the dry hygiene product to be presented to the user optionally in dry form or by being wetted with a cleaning liquid. State of the Art Toilet papers, paper towels, napkins, handkerchiefs, cotton wool and similar products are hygienic products used for cleaning purposes, especially in areas such as toilets, bathrooms and kitchens, and can be found in dry or wet form. These products are generally placed in a dispenser with a closed chamber in order to prevent them from coming into contact with the external environment and being exposed to some pollutants, and they are offered for use through a gap on the dispenser, so as not to come into contact with external environmental pollutants. While dry cleaning papers are presented to the user with dispensers in box form, especially in public areas, wet wipes containing a cleaning solution are generally presented with dispensers in the form of collapsible packages so that they do not lose their wetness and thus maintain their disinfection functions. Nowadays, when users need both dry and wet hygiene products, they have to purchase and store these products separately. In public areas such as restaurants, hospitals, hotels and shopping malls, operators offer wet and dry products to their customers in separate distributors. This increases the cost, creates a lot of packaging waste, makes usage difficult, and requires more storage space. In order to eliminate the mentioned negativities, dispensers that combine dry and wet hygiene products have been developed. These distributors often contain nested chambers. While dry cleaning paper is placed in one chamber, wet wipes are placed in the other chamber. However, when wet wipes are stored in this way, it is difficult to maintain their wetness and therefore their functions. Wet wipes come into contact with air when the chamber is opened and closed, and over time they lose their wetness and therefore their disinfecting properties, and after a certain period of time, they dry completely and become useless. In this case, the needs of the users cannot be met. In order to eliminate the mentioned problems, a dispenser has been developed within the scope of the invention that allows the dry hygiene product to be presented to the user optionally dry or wetted with cleaning liquid. The inventive dispenser provides practical use, contributes to environmental and economic sustainability, reduces costs and takes up little space in storage areas, as it can present the dry product it contains to the user both dry and wet, in other words, it can present the product in more than one form even though it contains only dry product. Users will not have to purchase products that are left in a wet state and therefore dry out and become dysfunctional over time. Therefore, it is aimed that the inventive dispenser, which is economical, hygienic, practical and functional, will be preferred by all segments of society. Purpose of the Invention The purpose of the invention is to develop a dispenser that can present the dry product to the user in dry or wet form, thus eliminating the necessity of purchasing more than one type of product. Another purpose of the invention is to develop a dispenser that can provide both dry hygiene products and wet hygiene products to single users, thus eliminating the necessity of using more than one dispenser. Another purpose of the invention is to develop a dispenser that allows the need for wet wipes to be met by wetting dry cleaning paper/wipes at the time of need, as products kept in a wet state dry out over time and lose their functions. The dispenser of the invention basically consists of at least one dry product chamber (3) into which the dry product (4), preferably cleaning paper or wipes, will be positioned, at least one liquid chamber (2) into which the cleaning liquid will be positioned, and at least one dry product chamber (3) into which the cleaning liquid will be positioned. 3) and at least one body (1) in which at least one liquid reservoir (2) will be positioned, triggered by the user to cause the liquid reservoir (2) to move and/or to initiate the process of wetting the dry product (4) with the cleaning liquid in the liquid reservoir (2) and It contains at least one control element that ensures termination. In a preferred embodiment of the dispenser of the invention, the product carrying mechanism consists of at least one holding element (5) that will enable the dry product (4) in roll form to move within the chamber without moving out of place, and by pulling the dry product (4) in roll form from one end, thus opening it and opening it to the opening (la ) contains at least one roller (6) that carries it correctly. In some preferred applications of the dispenser of the invention, the control element is a mechanical control element, preferably a pushable button or a rotatable lever. After the wet product is presented to the user, a force is applied to the mechanical control element in a direction that will enable the liquid reservoir (2) to be removed from the product in order for the liquid reservoir (2) to return to its initial position. In some preferred applications of the distributor of the invention, the control element is an electronic control element, preferably a sensor. In these preferred applications, the dispenser also includes at least one control unit that interprets the data coming from the electronic control element and commands the liquid reservoir (2) to move. In one of the applications of the invention, where the control element is an electronic control element that enables the liquid reservoir (2) to move, when the user triggers the control element for the purpose of wetting the product, the liquid reservoir (2) moves towards the product passing through the carrying mechanism and moving towards the opening (la) until it reaches a certain position. and it remains in this position until the product to be presented to the user is completely wetted. In these preferred applications of the invention, the sensor is preferably a proximity/distance sensor. After the wet product is presented to the user, the electronic control element is triggered again to remove the liquid reservoir (2) from the product so that the liquid reservoir (2) can return to its initial position, or after a certain period of time after the first trigger, the liquid reservoir (2) automatically returns to its initial position. This time is determined according to the time required for the liquid reservoir (2) to approach the product and completely wet the product and is defined to the control unit. In one of the preferred embodiments of the invention, where the control element is a control element that allows the liquid reservoir (2) to move, the position of the liquid reservoir (2) while the product is being wetted (second position) can be seen in Figure 2. The initial position of the liquid reservoir (2) is seen in Figure 1. The liquid reservoir (2) contained in the dispenser of the invention is positioned inside the body (1) in such a way that it moves perpendicularly towards the surface of the product coming out of the carrying mechanism. In the dispenser's application, where the product is presented to the user parallel to the floor, the liquid reservoir (2) is positioned within the body (1), above the product coming out of the carrying mechanism, and moves in a vertical direction. In a preferred embodiment of the dispenser of the invention, the part of the liquid reservoir (2), called the liquid transmission form (Za), through which the liquid is transmitted to the product, is preferably the rotating head. This form can be compared to the liquid transmission head in roll-on deodorants. In this application, the liquid reservoir (2) moves until it comes into contact with the product, and remains in this position until the product to be presented to the user is completely wetted, ensuring that the liquid is transmitted/absorbed to the product by the applying/plastering technique. In this application of the inventive dispenser, the width of the liquid transmission form (Za) is preferably at least as wide as the width of the product to be presented to the user. In a preferred embodiment of the dispenser of the invention, the liquid delivery form (Za) is preferably the spray head. The ideal distance to be left between the liquid reservoir (2) and the product for the spraying process, in other words, the final position to which the liquid reservoir (2) will be placed for the spraying process, is determined according to the targeted wetting performance.
