Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de cuisson (1) avec un carneau (4) comprenant : une cavité (2), confinant un volume ouvert dans lequel n'importe quel procédé de cuisson a lieu, une paroi supérieure (3), placée au-dessus de la cavité (2), au moins un carneau (4) situé sur la paroi supérieure (3) pour filtrer la fumée et l'air à l'intérieur de la cavité (2), au moins un canal externe (6) et au moins un canal interne (7), conçu pour être mis en œuvre dans le carneau (4) pour filtrer l'air d'échappement (H). En tant qu'amélioration, au moins une électrode négative (8), destinée à être placée de façon adjacente au canal interne (7), au moins une électrode positive (9), destinée à être placée de façon adjacente au canal externe (6) et au moins une alimentation électrique (10), pour créer un champ électrique entre l'électrode négative (8) et l'électrode positive (9).
