现有的各客户端APP均无法引导用户拍摄灾害现场视频,也不具备向其他用户报平安的功能。
因此,如何丰富客户端APP的内容、使客户端APP更加实用是开发商一直在努力的方向。
本公开实施例提供的视频获取方法、信息显示方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质实现了在灾害发生场景中,通过客户端直接获取灾害现场视频的目的,并可通过客户端快速地向其他用户发送信息,丰富了客户端的交互功能,有利于提升用户的使用体验。
图1为本公开实施例中的一种视频获取方法的流程图。该方法可以由视频获取装置执行,该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,该装置可配置于电子设备中,例如终端,具体包括但不限于智能手机、掌上电脑、平板电脑、便携式可穿戴设备、智能家居设备(例如台灯)等。更具体的,该装置可配置于位于灾害发生区域内的用户的电子设备中。
如图1所示,该方法具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤110、获取第一提示信息。
其中,第一提示信息可以是提示灾害正在发生的相关信息。为了提高提示的直观性,第一提示信息可以包括灾害发生的城市和灾害类型,如第一提示信息具体是“**城市正在下暴雨,点此查看更多相关消息”。灾害类型例如是:暴雨、暴雪、冰雹、台风、雷电或者大风。
进一步的,第一提示信息是在确定正在发生的灾害的等级达到预设等级时获取到的。通常是正在发生的灾害较为严重或者上升为当前的热点话题时,获取第一提示信息。
在一种实施方式中,当一场灾害的等级达到预设等级或上升为当前的热点话题时,服务端向位于灾害发生区域内的用户(即目标用户)推送第一提示信息。如果灾害波及到一个省内的若干个城市,则该若干个城市均属于灾害发生区域的范畴。可以理解的是,推送范围是已经授权可以获取其地理位置、且位于灾害发生区域内的用户;针对没有授权的用户,则不进行推送, 因为无法确定该类用户是否位于灾害发生区域内。
步骤120、对第一提示信息进行显示。
示例性的,如果检测到目标用户正在使用客户端,则在当前显示的客户端页面以弹窗的形式显示第一提示信息,例如在当前显示的客户端页面的顶部显示弹窗,弹窗中包括第一提示信息,如图2所示的一种在客户端内显示第一提示信息的界面示意图,在弹窗中包括与灾害类型匹配的图标210,在图标210后面显示有提示文本,如“**城市正受暴雨天气影响,前往专题页面了解详细情况”。
如果检测到目标用户当前没有使用客户端,则在目标用户的终端首页(即客户端外)显示第一提示信息,如图3所示的一种在客户端外显示第一提示信息的界面示意图。
通过显示第一提示信息达到向目标用户提示灾害正在发生的目的,目标用户为位于灾害发生区域内的用户。
步骤130、响应于作用在第一提示信息的触发操作,显示灾害专题页面,在灾害专题页面显示有第一预设控件和第二预设控件。
其中,第一预设控件用于在被触发后,向与目标用户存在预设关系的其他用户发送预设信息;第二预设控件用于在被触发后,对灾害现场进行视频录制,获得灾害现场视频。概括性的,灾害现场视频是通过灾害专题页面中的第二预设控件拍摄的与灾害现场相关的视频。
上述预设关系可以是好友关系和/或关注关系,换言之,上述其他用户包括目标用户的好友、关注目标用户的用户、目标用户关注的用户或者关注目标用户且被目标用户关注的用户中的一种或者多种。
预设信息例如具体可以是“我当前很安全,请放心”。可选的,预设信息为预先设定好的信息,不需要目标用户自己编辑,以达到快速发送、快速报平安的目的。可选的,预设信息还可以是“我当前有危险,快来救我”,该预设信息为预先设定好的信息,不需要目标用户自己编辑,以达到快速发送、快速求救的目的。可以理解的是,在发送预设信息之前,目标用户可以根据自己的实际情况选择是“报平安”还是“求救”,在目标用户选择后,向其他用户发送预先设定好的预设信息,达到快速“报名安”或者“求救”的目的。
通过增设第二预设控件,目标用户可基于第二预设控件对灾害现场进行视频录制,获得灾害现场视频,进一步的可以将灾害现场视频发送给其他用户或者上传到网络平台,让更多的用户可以看到该灾害现场视频,在需要实施救援时,该灾害现场视频有助于充分调动各方的救援人力,尤其是距离灾害现场比较近的人员,可以及时实施救援行动。
本公开实施例提供的视频获取方法,当较严重的灾害正在发生时,向位于灾害发生区域内的用户发送第一提示信息,若用户触发第一提示信息,则跳转至灾害专题页面,用户通过灾害专题页面中的第二预设控件可对灾害发生现场进行视频录制,获得灾害现场视频;且可通过灾害专题页面中的第一预设控件向其他用户快速发送预设信息;丰富了客户端的交互功能,提高了客户端的实用性,在灾害发生场景可发挥较重要的作用。
图4为一种实施方式中的视频获取方法的流程示意图。在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例增加了预警操作,即在灾害发生之前,进行灾害预警,以提示用户及时做好防范工作。如图4所示,该视频获取方法包括如下步骤:
步骤410、显示灾害预警信息。
其中,显示灾害预警信息的逻辑与显示第一提示信息的逻辑类似,如果检测到目标用户正在使用客户端,则在当前显示的客户端页面以弹窗的形式显示灾害预警信息,此种情况下,预设时间段内(例如15天之内)不向同一个城市的用户重复推送灾害预警信息,以免在用户使用客户端的过程中给用户带来较多的打扰。如果检测到目标用户当前没有使用客户端,则在目标用户的终端首页(即客户端外)显示灾害预警信息。
可选的,在服务端从预警中心获取到预警通知时,向灾害即将波及的一线和超一线城市的用户均推送灾害预警信息;针对灾害即将波及的非一线城市的用户,可向部分用户推送,而不向所有用户均推送,向部分用户推送的时间范围可以设定为9:00-22:00。
灾害预警信息具体可以包括灾害类型、波及的城市以及灾害预计发生的时间,例如“**城市发布暴雨红色预警,预计未来3小时**城区大部将有强降雨,并伴有雷电、短时大风,请注意防范”。
步骤420、响应于作用在灾害预警信息的触发操作,显示预警页面,在预 警页面显示有与灾害对应的自我防护信息。
其中,预警页面包括预警信息的详情,以不同字段可替换的方式显示,例如包括如下信息,其中的*表示可替换字段,根据具体的灾害预警进行替换:
预警发布时间:*年*月*日,**:**(时间可精确到分钟)。
地区:**市(地区精确到市级,若该市为直辖市可精确到区级)。
气象类型:**(根据实际的预警进行气象类型的替换),并附带匹配的图标,例如“大风”气象图标、“暴雨”的气象图标等。
提示信息:请您注意人身安全,尽快寻找安全场所以及自我防护信息,如雷雨天时,不要再高楼附近、大树附近避雨;暴雨天时不要去桥下等低水位的位置,具体防护信息根据预警的灾害类型确定。
步骤430、当灾害发生且等级达到预设等级时,获取第一提示信息。
步骤440、对第一提示信息进行显示。
步骤450、响应于作用在第一提示信息的触发操作,显示灾害专题页面,在灾害专题页面显示有第一预设控件和第二预设控件。
其中,第一预设控件用于在被触发后,向与目标用户存在预设关系的其他用户发送预设信息;第二预设控件用于在被触发后,对灾害现场进行视频录制,获得灾害现场视频;目标用户为位于灾害发生区域内的用户。
本实施例的技术方案中,在灾害发生之前,进行灾害预警,以提示用户及时做好防范工作,在预警页面通过显示与灾害对应的自我防护信息,可帮助用户普及自我防护常识,提高用户的安全意识和防护能力。
图5为一种实施方式中的视频获取方法的流程示意图。在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例针对基于灾害专题页面进行交互的场景进行说明。如图5所示,该视频获取方法包括如下步骤:
步骤510、获取第一提示信息。
步骤520、对第一提示信息进行显示。
步骤530、响应于作用在第一提示信息的触发操作,显示灾害专题页面,在灾害专题页面显示有第一预设控件和第二预设控件。
步骤540a、响应于作用在第二预设控件的触发操作,显示拍摄页面,拍摄页面用于对灾害现场进行拍摄,获得灾害现场视频。
步骤550、为灾害现场视频添加预设话题;响应于针对灾害现场视频的发布操作,将添加有预设话题的灾害现场视频进行发布。
其中,预设话题包括受灾城市和/或灾害类型。具体的,在视频上传页面附加预设话题,预设话题的格式为*城市+*灾害类型(如a城市暴雨),即自动为灾害现场视频添加预设话题,以凸显灾害现场视频的内容,让看到的用户及时了解视频内容,也便于对灾害现场视频进行搜索整合。概括性的,灾害现场视频是通过灾害专题页面中的第二预设控件进行拍摄、并基于灾害专题页面发布的且与灾害现场相关的视频。
发布的灾害现场视频用于提供给应急处理平台。通过将位于灾害发生现场的用户发布的与灾害相关的公开视频提供给应急处理平台,可快速为应急处理平台提供较多的、较可靠的参考资源,有利于应急处理平台对灾害进行高效快速的研判、定位灾害发生的位置并实施救援行动,降低灾害带来的各项损失。具体的,应急处理平台可以为国家应急中心或者救援机构。
本申请中向应急处理平台提供的灾害现场视频是在符合相关法律法规前提下进行的,对灾害视频的处理用于对灾害进行救援提供参考。
步骤540b、响应于作用在第一预设控件的触发操作,向与目标用户存在预设关系的其他用户发送预设信息,预设信息用于提示目标用户当前处于安全状况。
可选的,向与目标用户存在预设关系的其他用户发送预设信息之前,还包括:显示预设弹窗,预设弹窗用于目标用户触发发送预设信息的确认操作;响应于确认操作,执行向与目标用户存在预设关系的其他用户发送预设信息的操作。即在发送预设信息的之前,增加确认环节,以使目标用户确认是否真的想给其他用户发送预设信息,可降低目标用户误触发的概率,有利于提升用户的使用体验。
示例性的,参考如图6所示的一种灾害专题页面的示意图,其中包括灾害现场视频的预览图610、第一预设控件620、第二预设控件630和第三预设控件640。当目标用户触发(例如点击)第一预设控件620时,显示如图7所示的页面示意图,其中包括预设弹窗710,预设弹窗710中显示有提示信息:告诉朋友你当前平安,将向所有互关好友发送你当前平安的消息,是否继续? 以及预设控件“我再想想”720和“确认报平安”730,如果目标用户触发“我再想想”720,则返回至如图6所示的页面,且不发送预设信息,如果目标用户触发“确认报平安”730,则发送预设信息,上述的其他用户则会收到对应的消息。在目标用户触发“确认报平安”730,发送预设信息之后,显示提示信息“好友已收到您安全的消息”,该提示信息可以持续预设时长后自动消失。
如图6所示,在第一预设控件620上显示有第二提示信息“报平安”,用于提示目标用户发送预设信息;在向与目标用户存在预设关系的其他用户发送预设信息之后,控制第二提示信息“报平安”更新为第三提示信息“已报平安”,第三提示信息用于提示所述目标用户已经发送过预设信息,如图8所示。可选的,可进一步控制第一预设控件620变为灰色,即不可交互的状态,即使目标用户再次触发第一预设控件620,也不再发送预设信息。
进一步的,所述方法还包括:响应于作用在第三预设控件的触发操作,显示预设页面,预设页面用于为灾害进行捐助。即目标用户可以通过触发第三预设控件640进入捐助页面,例如为灾区线上捐款、捐物资等。
可选的,在灾害专题页面还显示第四提示信息,第四提示信息用于提示目标用户拍摄用于提供给应急处理平台的灾害现场视频,以引导位于灾害现场的目标用户积极录制并发布灾害现场视频,为应急处理平台提供更多的可参考资源。
可以理解的是,也可以在非灾害发生区域的用户端显示第一提示信息,如果用户触发第一提示信息则跳转至灾害专题页面,该灾害专题页面与上述的灾害专题页面相比,缺少第一预设控件和第二预设控件,保留第三预设控件,因为不再灾区的用户没有报平安的需求,也无法对灾害现场进行视频录制,故对第二预设控件也没有使用需求,但是该类用户也可以为灾区捐助,故保留第三预设控件,如图9所示的一种灾害专题页面的示意图,其中包括灾害现场视频的预览图910和第三预设控件920。
可选的,在灾害专题页面还可以显示有至少两条灾害进展信息,以对不同时间的灾害进展信息进行分别显示,方便不在灾害现场的用户了解。
图10为本公开实施例中的一种信息显示方法的流程图。该方法可以由信息显示装置执行,用于基于通过上述实施例所述的视频获取方法获得的灾害 现场视频进行信息显示,方便应急救援人员参考和查阅,以便快速定位灾害发生位置并实施救援行动。该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,该装置可配置于应急处理平台
如图10所示,该方法具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤1010、显示目标页面,目标页面包括预设地图。
步骤1020、在预设地图的灾害现场位置处显示发布过灾害现场视频的人数标识。
步骤1030、响应于作用在灾害现场位置处的人数标识的触发操作,在目标页面的预设位置显示灾害信息。
其中,灾害信息包括在灾害现场位置发布的至少一个灾害现场视频的预览图、灾害现场位置的地理位置信息、灾害现场视频的发布时间以及在灾害现场位置发布过灾害现场视频的人数中的一项或多项。灾害现场视频是通过灾害专题页面中的第二预设控件进行拍摄、并基于灾害专题页面发布的且与灾害现场相关的视频。
示例性的,参考如图11所示的一种目标页面的示意图,其中包括预设地图1110、在预设地图1110的灾害现场位置a处显示在灾害现场位置a发布过灾害现场视频的人数标识1120,在预设地图1110的灾害现场位置b处显示在灾害现场位置b发布过灾害现场视频的人数标识1121。即在灾害现场位置a处发布过灾害现场视频的人数为500人,在灾害现场位置b处发布过灾害现场视频的人数为600人。如果用户(通常是应急救援工作人员)触发人数标识1120(或者触发灾害现场位置a在预设地图上对应的点位时),则在目标页面的预设位置1130显示灾害信息,灾害信息包括在灾害现场位置a发布的至少一个灾害现场视频的预览图、灾害现场位置a的地理位置信息、灾害现场视频的发布时间以及在灾害现场位置a发布过灾害现场视频的人数中的一项或多项。如果用户触发人数标识1121(或者触发灾害现场位置b在预设地图上对应的点位时),则在目标页面的预设位置1130显示灾害信息,灾害信息包括在灾害现场位置b发布的至少一个灾害现场视频的预览图、灾害现场位置b的地理位置信息、灾害现场视频的发布时间以及在灾害现场位置b发布过灾害现场视频的人数中的一项或多项。在用户未触发人数时,在目标页面 的预设位置1130处可以不显示灾害信息,或者显示默认的灾害信息,例如显示发生时间最近的一次灾害的灾害信息。
其中,上述灾害现场视频为预设时间段之内发布的视频,例如近15天之内发布的视频。之所以限定灾害现场视频为预设时间段之内发布的视频,是因为灾害现场视频会被提供给应急处理平台作为救援、救灾参考,有利于应急处理平台对灾害进行高效快速的研判并实施救援行动,降低灾害带来的各项损失。在该具体应用场景下,一方面,需要实时性较强的灾害现场视频,超过预设时间的灾害现场视频的可参考性较差,另一方面,在救灾场景下查询相关的灾害现场视频,减少过渡查询用户发布的灾害不相关视频,即减少不相关视频给查询操作带来干扰,可快速查询到具有参考价值的灾害相关视频。
可选的,所述信息显示方法还包括:
响应于作用在上述预览图的触发操作,对所述预览图对应的灾害现场视频进行播放。如图11所示,若用户触发预览图1131,则播放预览图1131对应的灾害现场视频;若用户触发预览图1132,则播放预览图1132对应的灾害现场视频。
进一步的,参考如图12所示的一种目标页面的示意图,其中包括位置条件输入区域1210,位置条件输入区域1210具体是经度输入框和纬度输入框。信息显示方法还包括:接收在位置条件输入区域1210输入的目标位置;获取在目标位置发布的至少一个灾害现场视频以及在目标位置发布过灾害现场视频的人数。在预设地图的灾害现场位置处显示发布过灾害现场视频的人数标识,包括:在预设地图的目标位置处显示在目标位置发布过灾害现场视频的人数;灾害现场视频的预览图为在目标位置发布的至少一个灾害现场视频的预览图。即用户可以自己输入目标位置进行搜索,获得在该目标位置发布的灾害现场视频、在该目标位置发布过灾害现场视频的人数,并将在目标页面的预设位置1130处显示的灾害信息更新为:在该目标位置发布的灾害现场视频的相关信息,例如该位置的经度、纬度、地理位置名称、发布过视频的人数等。预设地图的当前定位自动切换至目标位置处,如图12中的定位光标1200。预设地图的当前定位默认为用户当前所处位置。
示例性的,如图12所示,目标页面还包括:时间条件输入区域1220,时间条件输入区域1220具体是可以是预设的时间段(如近30分钟、近1小时、近3小时),用户可以直接选择具体的时间段,也可以不选择任何一个时间段,还可以是时间输入框,用户可以自定义时间区间,支持精确到秒,例如2020.02.21 14:20:20-2020.02.28 14:20:20。信息显示方法还包括:接收在时间条件输入区域输入的时间区间;获取在时间区间内发布的至少一个灾害现场视频以及在时间区间内发布过灾害现场视频的人数。在预设地图的灾害现场位置处显示发布过灾害现场视频的人数标识,包括:在预设地图中、与在时间区间内发布的至少一个灾害现场视频对应的灾害现场位置处显示在所述时间区间内发布过灾害现场视频的人数;灾害现场视频的预览图为在时间区间内发布的至少一个灾害现场视频的预览图。换言之,假设用户输入了具体的时间区间,通过搜索确定在该时间区间内发布过灾害现场视频的人数为第一人数,在该时间区间内发布的灾害现场视频为第一视频,第一视频的发布位置为位置c,则在预设地图的位置c显示所述第一人数,同步更新在目标页面的预设位置1130处显示的灾害信息,将灾害信息更新为第一视频相关信息,例如位置c的地理位置名称、经度、纬度、所述第一人数以及第一视频中各视频的预览图。可选的,时间条件与位置条件可配合使用,例如用户可在位置条件输入区域1210输入位置d,同时在时间条件输入区域1220输入时间区间e,则可获得在位置d以及时间区间e内发布过灾害现场视频的人数、灾害现场视频以及其它相关的灾害信息。
可选的,目标页面还包括:灾害类型条件输入区域1230。信息显示方法还包括:接收在灾害类型条件输入区域输入的目标类型;获取发布的至少一个与目标类型匹配的灾害现场视频以及发布过的、与目标类型匹配的灾害现场视频的人数。在所述预设地图的灾害现场位置处显示发布过灾害现场视频的人数标识,包括:在预设地图中、与目标类型匹配的灾害现场视频的灾害现场位置处显示发布过的、与目标类型匹配的灾害现场视频的人数;灾害现场视频的预览图为与目标类型匹配的灾害现场视频的预览图。假设用户输入的目标类型为暴雨,搜索到发布过暴雨灾害现场视频的人数为第二人数,暴雨灾害现场视频为第二视频,暴雨灾害的发生位置为位置f,则在预设地图的 位置f处显示第二人数,并将在目标页面的预设位置1130处显示的灾害信息更新为:在位置f发布的第二视频的相关信息,例如位置f的经度、纬度、位置f的地理位置名称、所述第二人数、第二视频中各视频的预览图等。进一步的,灾害类型条件、时间条件以及位置条件可同时使用,即搜索条件包括三个“与”关系的条件,搜索结果需要同时满足灾害类型条件、时间条件以及位置条件。可以通过触发“查询”控件1240获得与输入的搜索条件匹配的搜索结果。
需要说明的是,若用户未在位置条件输入区域输入任何位置信息,也未在时间条件输入区域输入任何时间信息,还未在灾害类型条件输入区域输入任何类型信息,则默认显示全部的灾害现场视频,该灾害现场视频为在预设时间段之内(例如近15天)的发布的视频。
进一步的,预设地图支持自由缩放,用户可以通过滚动鼠标的滚轮实现预设地图的缩放。预设地图的精度可以细化到街道,即显示在某个街道处发布过视频灾害视频的人数。预设地图的当前定位默认为用户当前所处位置,当用户在位置条件输入区域输入经纬度时,将定位切换至与输入的经纬度对应的位置。当用户点击预设地图上的某个地点时,显示该地点的详细信息,包括该地点的名称、经纬度坐标、在该地点已经发布过灾害现场视频的人数,同时在预设位置显示在该地点发布的灾害现场视频的预览图,点击预览图时显示弹窗,并在弹窗中播放该预览图对应的灾害现场视频,同时还显示灾害现场视频的发布时间,时间精度可以到秒。
本实施例中的灾害现场视频为通过上述实施例所述的视频获取方法所获得的视频,即通过灾害专题页面中的第二预设控件在灾害发生位置直接拍摄且通过客户端上传并发布的视频,该类视频的话题包括灾害类型,且该类视频为用户设置的公开视频。通过将位于灾害发生现场的用户发布的公开视频进行整合之后提供应急处理平台,可快速为应急处理平台提供较多的、较可靠的参考资源,有利于应急处理平台对灾害进行高效快速的研判并实施救援行动,降低灾害带来的各项损失。

    其中,所述第一预设控件用于在被触发后,向与所述目标用户存在预设关系的其他用户发送预设信息;所述第二预设控件用于在被触发后,对灾害现场进行视频录制,获得灾害现场视频;所述目标用户为位于灾害发生区域内的用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在所述灾害发生之前,所述方法还包括:
    显示灾害预警信息;
    响应于作用在所述灾害预警信息的触发操作,显示预警页面,在所述预警页面显示有与所述灾害对应的自我防护信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的方法,还包括:

  7. 根据权利要求5-6中任一项所述的方法,其中在所述第一预设控件上显示有第二提示信息,所述第二提示信息用于提示所述目标用户发送所述预设信息;
    在所述向与目标用户存在预设关系的其他用户发送预设信息之后,还包括:
    控制所述第二提示信息更新为第三提示信息,所述第三提示信息用于提示所述目标用户已经发送过所述预设信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法,其中在所述灾害专题页面还显示有第三预设控件;
    响应于作用在所述第三预设控件的触发操作,显示预设页面,所述预设页面用于为灾害进行捐助。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方法,其中所述第一提示信息是在确定正在发生的所述灾害的等级达到预设等级时获取到的。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的方法,其中在所述灾害专题页面还显示第四提示信息,所述第四提示信息用于提示目标用户拍摄用于提供给应急处理平台的灾害现场视频。
  11. 一种信息显示方法,其中应用于应急处理平台,包括:
    显示目标页面,所述目标页面包括预设地图;
    在所述预设地图的灾害现场位置处显示发布过灾害现场视频的人数标识;
    响应于作用在所述灾害现场位置处的人数标识的触发操作,在所述目标页面的预设位置显示灾害信息;
    其中,所述灾害信息包括在所述灾害现场位置发布的至少一个灾害现场视频的预览图、所述灾害现场位置的地理位置信息、所述灾害现场视频的发布时间以及在所述灾害现场位置发布过灾害现场视频的人数中的一项或多项;
    所述灾害现场视频为通过上述权利要求1-10任一项所述的视频获取方法所获得的视频。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,还包括:
    响应于作用在所述预览图的触发操作,对所述预览图对应的灾害现场视频进行播放。
  13. 根据权利要求11-12中任一项所述的方法,其中所述目标页面还包括:位置条件输入区域;
    所述方法还包括:
    接收在所述位置条件输入区域输入的目标位置;
    获取在所述目标位置发布的至少一个灾害现场视频以及在所述目标位置发布过灾害现场视频的人数;
    所述在所述预设地图的灾害现场位置处显示发布过灾害现场视频的人数标识,包括:
    在所述预设地图的所述目标位置处显示所述在所述目标位置发布过灾害现场视频的人数;
    所述灾害现场视频的预览图为在所述目标位置发布的至少一个灾害现场视频的预览图。
  14. 根据权利要求11-13中任一项所述的方法,其中所述目标页面还包括:时间条件输入区域;
    所述方法还包括:
    接收在所述时间条件输入区域输入的时间区间;
    获取在所述时间区间内发布的至少一个灾害现场视频以及在所述时间区间内发布过灾害现场视频的人数;
    所述在所述预设地图的灾害现场位置处显示发布过灾害现场视频的人数标识,包括:
    在所述预设地图中、与在所述时间区间内发布的至少一个灾害现场视频对应的灾害现场位置处显示在所述时间区间内发布过灾害现场视频的人数;
    所述灾害现场视频的预览图为在所述时间区间内发布的至少一个灾害现场视频的预览图。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中所述目标页面还包括:灾害类型条件输入区域;
    所述方法还包括:
    接收在所述灾害类型条件输入区域输入的目标类型;
    获取发布的至少一个与所述目标类型匹配的灾害现场视频以及发布过的、与所述目标类型匹配的灾害现场视频的人数;
    所述在所述预设地图的灾害现场位置处显示发布过灾害现场视频的人数标识,包括:
    在所述预设地图中、与所述目标类型匹配的灾害现场视频的灾害现场位置处显示所述发布过的、与所述目标类型匹配的灾害现场视频的人数;
    所述灾害现场视频的预览图为与所述目标类型匹配的灾害现场视频的预览图。
  16. 根据权利要求11-15中任一项所述的方法,其中所述灾害现场视频为在预设时间段之内发布的视频。
  17. 一种视频获取装置,集成于目标用户的客户端,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,被配置为获取第一提示信息;
    第一显示模块,被配置为对所述第一提示信息进行显示;
    第二显示模块,被配置为响应于作用在所述第一提示信息的触发操作,显示灾害专题页面,在所述灾害专题页面显示有第一预设控件和第二预设控件;
    其中,所述第一预设控件被配置为在被触发后,向与所述目标用户存在预设关系的其他用户发送预设信息;所述第二预设控件被配置为在被触发后,对灾害现场进行视频录制,获得灾害现场视频;所述目标用户为位于灾害发生区域内的用户。
  18. 一种信息显示装置,集成于应急处理平台,所述装置包括:
    第三显示模块,被配置为显示目标页面,所述目标页面包括预设地图;
    第四显示模块,被配置为在所述预设地图的灾害现场位置处显示发布过灾害现场视频的人数标识;
    第五显示模块,被配置为响应于作用在所述灾害现场位置处的人数标识 的触发操作,在所述目标页面的预设位置显示灾害信息;
    其中,所述灾害信息包括在所述灾害现场位置发布的至少一个灾害现场视频的预览图、所述灾害现场位置的地理位置信息、所述灾害现场视频的发布时间以及在所述灾害现场位置发布过灾害现场视频的人数中的一项或多项;
    所述灾害现场视频为通过上述权利要求1-10任一项所述的视频获取方法所获得的视频。
  19. 一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,被配置为存储一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-16中任一项所述的方法。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-16中任一项所述的方法。
  21. 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序,所述计算机程序在被处理装置执行时实现权利要求1-16中任一项所述方法的步骤。
