通话处理方法及装置
本申请要求于2021年12月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为202111583519.3、发明名称为“通话处理方法及装置”的中国专利申请以及于2022年03月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为202210294836.1、发明名称为“通话处理方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种通话处理方法及装置。
背景技术
5G新无线(5G New Radio,5G NR)技术,简称NR,是逐渐大规模商用的通信技术。但目前的5G网络并不支持语音通话,因此手机驻留到NR网络后,如果手机发起主叫或者被叫,手机将从驻留的5G网络切换至长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)网络(又称为4G网络),在LTE网络执行通话业务,这种操作通常被称为紧急步骤回落(Emergency procedures Fallback,EPS FB)。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种通话处理方法及装置,目的在于提高EPS FB通话建立的成功率。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供了以下技术方案:
本申请的第一方面提供一种通话处理方法,应用于电子设备,被叫或发起主叫的电子设备在从5G网络重定向至LTE网络后,驻留在LTE网络的第一小区,第一小区属于跟踪区域,所述方法包括:在跟踪区域更新失败后,响应于识别到异常信令流,搜索不属于跟踪区域的可用小区,在可用小区发起跟踪区域更新,以尝试建立通话。识别到异常信令流说明有可能因为信令没有发送而导致跟踪区域更新失败,所以在不属于跟踪区域的可用小区尝试建立通话,能够提高从5G网络重定向至LTE网络后成功建立通话的可能性。
在一些实现方式中,识别到异常信令流包括:识别到相同的信令多次重传;或者,识别到信令未成功发送。相同的信令多次重传以及信令未成功发送是导致跟踪区域更新失败的常见原因,所以异常信令流的上述两种具体情况,能够进一步提高从5G网络重定向至LTE网络后成功建立通话的可能性。
在一些实现方式中,在响应于识别到异常信令流,搜索不属于跟踪区域的可用小区之前,还包括:将跟踪区域编码加入拒绝列表。
在一些实现方式中,还包括:响应于没有搜索到所述可用小区,触发在5G网络重新注册。重新注册能够实现拒绝列表的清空,从而提高下一次从5G网络重定向至LTE网络后成功建立通话的可能性。
在一些实现方式中,在触发在5G网络重新注册之前,还包括:在属于跟踪区域的小区发起跟踪区域更新,以尝试建立通话,以尽可能建立通话,从而提高成功建立通话的可能性。
在一些实现方式中,在可用小区发起跟踪区域更新之后,还包括:响应于通话建立成功,将可用小区记录为优选小区,以为后续驻留小区的选择提供便利和依据,因为优先小 区是通话建立成功的小区,所以能够进一步提高后续通话成功建立的可能性。
在一些实现方式中,在可用小区发起跟踪区域更新之后,还包括:响应于跟踪区域更新失败,将第一小区加入黑名单,以为后续驻留小区的选择提供便利和依据,能够进一步提高后续通话成功建立的可能性。
在一些实现方式中,在所述清空所述拒绝列表之后,还包括:再次被叫或再次发起主叫且从5G网络重定向至LTE网络后,驻留在LTE的第二小区,所述第二小区不在黑名单中且为优选小区,在第二小区建立通话,以能够进一步提高通话成功建立的可能性。
本申请的第二方面提供一种通话处理方法,应用于电子设备,被叫或发起主叫的电子设备在从5G网络重定向至LTE网络后,被叫或主叫失败,方法包括:确定可选择的小区所属的跟踪区域均在拒绝列表中,从属于拒绝列表中的跟踪区域的小区中,选择第一小区,在选择的第一小区发起跟踪区域更新,以尝试建立通话。虽然第一小区所属的跟踪区域属于拒绝列表,但仍有在第一小区成功建立通话的可能性,所以,尝试在属于拒绝列表的跟踪区域的第一小区建立通话,能够尽可能提高成功建立通话的可能性。
在一些实现方式中,在所述从属于拒绝列表中的跟踪区域的小区中,选择第一小区之前,还包括:在跟踪区域更新失败后,将跟踪区域编码加入拒绝列表。
本申请的第三方面提一种电子设备,包括:存储器以及至少一个处理器;所述存储器用于存储应用程序,所述至少一个处理器用于执行所述应用程序,以实现本申请的第一方面或第二方面所述的通话处理方法。
本申请的第四方面提供了一种计算机存储介质,用于存储计算机程序,计算机程序被执行时,具体用于实现第一方面或第二方面所述的通话处理方法。
本申请的第五方面提供了一种计算机程序产品,当计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行第一方面或第二方面所述的通话处理方法。

图1a中,用户没有拨打电话或接听电话,在此情况下,手机通常驻留在5G网络的小区(cell)中(当然也可以驻留在LTE网络的小区中),图1a中,手机与5G基站连接,表示手机通常驻留在5G网络的小区中。如果用户要拨打电话或接听电话,如图1b所示,需要将手机切换至LTE网络,即手机只能在LTE网络中拨打电话或接听电话。图1b中,手机与4G基站连接,表示手机驻留在4G网络的小区中。
但发明人在研究的过程中发现,EPS FB过程中,在终端从5G网络重定向到4G网络后,通话的成功率有待提高。
以图1b为例,手机主叫情况下,用户拨出电话后,通话建立不成功,用户可能听到提示音“您拨打的用户正在通话中”,假设用户没有携带手机进行较大距离的移动且下一通呼叫与上一通呼叫不超过一定时长(如24小时),再下一通呼出后通话还是建立不成功,并听到语音提示“您拨打的用户暂时无法接通”。
手机被叫的情况也类似,对端手机与本端手机在本通电话以及下一通电话均不能成功建立通话流程,对方手机发出“您拨打的用户正在通话中”或者“您拨打的用户暂时无法接通”的提示音。
下面将结合图2,对终端从5G网络重定向到4G网络,通话的成功率不高的原因进行分析:
图2中以手机被叫为例,包括以下步骤:
S101、核心网在接收到移动台被呼(Mobile Terminated Call,MT call)消息后,向NR转发MT call消息。
在本申请的实施例以及附图中,NR是指5G网络的无线接入装置。
S102、NR响应于MT call消息,向用户设备(User Equipment,UE)发送邀请(invite)消息。
invite消息通常携带有消息体,消息体包含主叫方的媒体信息,消息体还可以包含其它会话信息,例如资源列表。
S103、UE接收到invite消息后,分别向NR发送应答消息100 Trying和会话_进程(SESSION_PROGRESS)消息(183)。
S104、NR将应答消息100 Trying和SESSION_PROGRESS消息(183)发送到核心网。
S105、核心网响应于应答消息100 Trying和SESSION_PROGRESS消息(183),向NR发送触发EPS FB的消息。
在某些实现方式中,核心网和NR之间进行消息交互来确认开启EPS FB,S105为消息交互的触发步骤,消息交互的具体实现方式,可参见通信协议,这里不再赘述。S106、NR向UE发送重定向消息。
重定向消息用于将UE重定向到LTE网络,重定向消息包括LTE网络的频点标识,本实施例中频点标识以频点号为例。
S107、UE使用LTE频点号搜到合适的LTE小区。
合适的LTE小区的定义以及具体的搜索方式可参见通信协议,这里不再赘述。
S108、UE在驻留到合适的LTE小区后,向LTE发送跟踪区域更新请求消息(Tracking Area Update Request Mag)。
在本申请的实施例以及附图中,LTE是指4G网络的无线接入装置。
也就是说,UE在驻留到合适的LTE小区后,发起跟踪区域更新(Tracking Area Update,TAU)流程。
S109、LTE向核心网发送跟踪区域更新请求消息。
S110、核心网响应于跟踪区域更新请求消息,向LTE发送非接入层(non-access stratum,NAS)安全模式命令消息(Security Mode Command Msg)。
可以理解的是,跟踪区域更新请求消息可以理解为TAU请求,核心网收到TAU请求后,发起NAS安全模式命令(Security Mode Command,SMC)流程。
S111、LTE向UE发送NAS安全模式命令消息。
在某些实现方式(正常情况)中,UE响应于NAS安全模式命令消息,向LTE反馈NAS安全命令完成消息(Security Command Complete Msg),再由LTE向核心网发送NAS安全命令完成消息。
在另一些实现方式中,由于基站异常或者上行突发干扰等原因,导致NAS安全命令完成消息没有及时传输至核心网。图2中,以UE指向LTE的虚线表示UE发出的NAS安全命令完成消息没有及时传输至核心网。标号为S111a的虚线表示UE响应于S111而发送的NAS安全模式命令消息没有及时发送至LTE。
在此情况下,核心网如果在规定时间内(如发出NAS安全模式命令消息后1秒)没有接收到NAS安全命令完成消息或者NAS安全命令拒绝消息(Security command Reject Msg),则重传NAS安全模式命令消息,即S112-S113。
S112、核心网向LTE发送NAS安全模式命令消息。
S113、LTE向UE发送NAS安全模式命令消息。
图2中,标号为S113a的虚线表示UE响应于S113而发送的NAS安全模式命令消息没有及时发送至LTE。核心网在第二次发送NAS安全模式命令消息后,还是没有及时接收到NAS安全命令完成消息或者NAS安全命令拒绝消息,重传NAS安全模式命令消息,即S114-S115。
S114、核心网向LTE发送NAS安全模式命令消息。
S115、LTE向UE发送NAS安全模式命令消息。
图2中,标号为S115a的虚线表示UE响应于S115而发送的NAS安全模式命令消息没有及时发送至LTE。核心网在第三次发送NAS安全模式命令消息后,还是没有及时接收到NAS安全命令完成消息或者NAS安全命令拒绝消息,重传NAS安全模式命令消息,即S116-S117。
S116、核心网向LTE发送NAS安全模式命令消息。
S117、LTE向UE发送NAS安全模式命令消息。
图2中,标号为S117a的虚线表示UE响应于S117而发送的NAS安全模式命令消息没有及时发送至LTE。核心网在第四次发送NAS安全模式命令消息后,还是没有及时接收到NAS安全命令完成消息或者NAS安全命令拒绝消息。
也就是说,图2假设核心网重传了三次(共四次)NAS安全模式命令消息,但均未及时收到NAS安全命令完成消息或者NAS安全命令拒绝消息,则执行以下步骤:
S118、核心网向UE发送跟踪区域更新拒绝消息以及拒绝原因的编号#15。
按照通信协议规定,因为#15原因被拒绝后,UE将执行S119。
S119、UE将跟踪区域编码(Tracking Area Code,TAC)加入拒绝列表(Forbidden List)。
跟踪区域中包括多个(如100个)小区,按照通信协议,拒绝列表中的跟踪区域下的小区,均需要禁用24小时。因此,在UE仍然驻留在该跟踪区域(即手机没有移动较远的距离)的情况下,因为小区被禁用,所以执行S120。
S120、UE无法接入网络,被叫失败。
至此,对端手机呼叫UE的流程结束,即本通被叫失败。在某些实现方式中,在本通呼叫失败后,对端手机接收到“您拨打的用户正在通话中”的提示音。
被叫流程结束后,因为UE不再有通话业务,所以,执行S121。
S121、UE驻留NR。
S121至少包括步骤:UE向NR发送回到NR的消息以及NR向核心网发送回到NR的消息。
可以理解的是,对端手机在没有呼叫成功的情况下,可能再次发起呼叫,在此情况下,在核心网再次接收到呼叫UE的MT call消息后,执行S122。
S122、核心网、LTE以及UE通过消息的交互,启动EPS FB。
可以理解的是,S122的具体步骤包括S101-S105。
S123、NR向UE发送包括LTE频点号的重定向消息。
假设UE所处的跟踪区域不变,即还处于S107驻留的小区所属的跟踪区域(即手机没有移动较远的距离)且距离上次被叫失败未超出24小时,则UE执行S124。
S124、UE使用LTE频点号搜索到的小区所属的跟踪区域的tac均在拒绝列表中,找不到合适的小区,被叫失败。
S125、PSBC等到AAA(鉴别(Authentication)授权(Authorization)计费(Accounting))超时导致接通失败。
从图2可以看出,EPS FB后,由于核心网没有及时收到UE反馈的NAS安全命令完成消息,按照通信协议,禁用UE驻留的小区所属的跟踪区域,而在UE没有移动出该跟踪 区域,且距离上次呼叫失败未超出24小时的情况下,因为该跟踪区域被禁用,所以无论本通电话还是下一通电话,均无可用小区,而导致呼叫失败。
为了解决上述问题,本申请实施例提供一种通话处理方法,目的在于提高EPS FB通话的成功率。可以理解的是,通话成功是指,无论UE是主叫还是被叫,均能都与对端UE成功建立通话流程。
本申请的以下实施例应用的场景为:电子设备可接入5G的独立组网(Standalone,SA)网络或LTE网络。在电子设备驻留在5G的SA网络的情况下,被对端电子设备呼叫或向对端电子设备发起呼叫。
图3为本申请实施例公开的一种通话处理方法的流程,包括以下步骤:
S201、在核心网接收到MT消息或移动台始呼(Mobile Originated Call,MO Call)消息后,核心网、NR、LTE以及UE通过消息交互,启动EPS FB。
可以理解的是,S201为对S101-S105的概括,即S201的具体实现方式可参见S101-S105,这里不再赘述。
S202、NR向UE发送重定向消息。
本步骤中,将重定向消息包括的LTE网络的频点标识记为K。
S203、UE依据K驻留在LTE网络的小区。
可以理解的是,UE使用LTE频点号搜到LTE网络中的合适的小区后,驻留在该小区中。
S204、UE向LTE发送跟踪区域更新请求消息。
可以理解的是,跟踪区域更新请求消息指示的跟踪区域为UE驻留的LTE网络的小区所属的跟踪区域。
S205、UE启动对异常信令流的识别。
可以理解的是,UE可以创建至少一个用于识别异常信令流的进程或线程等,以启动对异常信令流的识别。
在某些实现方式中,异常信令流为相同信令多次重传。例如,监控到UE在收到TAUACCEPT消息之前,UE已收到NAS安全模式命令消息,也已发出NAS安全命令完成消息,但之后又接收到NAS安全模式命令消息,则确定识别到异常信令流。
在另一些实现方式中,异常信令流为信令未成功发送。通过统计分组数据汇聚协议(Packet Data Convergence Protocol,PDCP)、和/或无线链路控制(Radio Link Control,RLC)层协议数据包的发送情况,推测NAS安全命令完成(Security command complete)消息是否未成功发送出去,如未成功发送出去,则确定识别到异常信令流。
在识别到异常信令流的情况下,执行S210-S216以及S221。
S206、LTE向核心网发送跟踪区域更新请求消息。
可以理解的是,S205和S206的执行顺序不做限定。
S207、核心网、LTE以及UE执行SMC流程。
在某些实现方式中,S207由作为核心网的设备的移动性管理实体(Mobile Management Entity,MME)执行。
可以理解的是,S207的具体实现方式可以参见S110-S117(包括S111a、S113a、S115a以及S117a)。即本实施例中,核心网一直未收到UE反馈的安全命令完成消息或者安全命令拒绝消息,则执行S208。
S208、核心网向UE发送跟踪区域更新拒绝消息以及拒绝原因的编号#15。
S209、UE确认识别到异常信令流。
可以理解的是,S209的触发条件为接收到跟踪区域更新拒绝消息和/或拒绝原因的编号#15。
因为S205启动对异常信令流的识别,并且,S207包括S110-S117,即多次接收到了重传的NAS安全模式命令消息,所以,确认识别到异常信令流。
S210、UE将跟踪区域编码(Tracking Area Code,TAC)加入拒绝列表(Forbidden List)。
可以理解的是,TAC指示的跟踪区域为UE驻留的LTE网络的小区所属的跟踪区域。
S211、UE将驻留的小区加入黑名单。
可以理解的是,因为UE接收到跟踪区域更新拒绝消息以及拒绝原因的编号#15,并且结合S111所述,基站异常或者上行突发干扰等原因导致NAS安全命令完成消息没有及时传输至核心网,所以可以确定当前驻留小区的信号不佳,所以为了提高后续成功建立通话的可能性,将UE当前驻留的小区加入黑名单。
S212、UE判断是否搜索到频点K或其它频点的可用小区。
可用小区可以理解为可以正常连接LTE网络的小区。可以理解的是,可用小区所属的跟踪区域的tac不在拒绝列表中。
在某些实现方式中,UE先在K频点下搜索可用小区,在K频点下没有搜索到可用小区的情况下,在其它频点下搜索可用小区。其它频点可以为UE中预先配置的可用频点。
在某些实现方式中,基站广播的小区信息中携带标识,标识用于指示小区为可接受的小区、合适的小区或者禁止的小区等,UE可以通过标识以及小区的信号强度,确定可用小区。
如果S212的判断结果为是,执行S213-S214,如果S212的判断结果为否,执行S215以及S215的后续流程。
S213、UE在可用小区上发起TAU及建立通话的流程。
发起TAU的具体步骤可参见S108。并且,参见S110-S111(还可能包括S112-S117),建立通话的流程包括SMC流程,建立通话的流程有可能还包括其它步骤,可以参见通信协议,这里不再赘述。
因为小区可用,即小区所属的跟踪区域的tac不在拒绝列表中,所以,有可能成功建立通话。可以理解的是,发起建立通话的流程,不一定能够成功建立通话,所以,发起建立通话的流程可以理解为尝试建立通话。
S214、UE在通话建立成功后,将可用小区记录为优选小区。
S214的目的在于,使得UE在后续通话中优先选择曾经成功建立通话的小区,以提高通话的成功率。
可以理解的是,如果没有搜索到可用的小区,则不能建立通话,本通呼叫(无论主叫还是被叫)失败。
但本实施例所述的流程,即使本通呼叫失败,还要执行S215-S217,目的在于,提高下一通呼叫成功建立通话的可能性。
S215、UE重新注册。
注册是指向网络注册,重新注册是指重新向网络注册。
本步骤中,UE响应于S212的判断结果为否,发出重新注册的指令,触发重新注册。
按照通信协议,重新注册的指令为UE被执行以下操作后发出的指令:
1、开启飞行模式再关闭飞行模式。
即从5G网络或4G网络切换至飞行模式,关闭飞行模式后,UE在5G网络或4G网络中重新注册。
2、取出SIM卡后,再插入SIM卡。
本步骤中,用户无需进行操作1和2,而是由UE响应于S212的判断结果为否发出重新注册的指令,以实现UE自动重新注册。
在某些实现方式中,重新注册的指令,可以由UE中运行的软件框架中的模块发出,也可以由芯片发出,这里不做限定。
可以理解的是,按照通信协议,重新注册由UE触发,由UE与LTE以及核心网共同完成,具体流程可以参见通信协议,这里不再赘述。
按照协议,在UE重新注册后,UE以及网络分别执行以下步骤:
S216、UE清空拒绝列表。
S217、核心网清除TAU被拒绝的记录。
可以理解的是,核心网在发送跟踪区域更新拒绝消息以及拒绝原因的编号#15后,依据通信协议,还要记录TAU被拒绝这一状态。本步骤中,核心网清除这一记录。
按照通信协议,在UE支持5G网络和LTE网络的情况下,在某些实现方式中,空闲态的UE优先驻留在5G网络,因此,UE依据通信协议触发S218。
S218、UE、NR以及核心网通过消息的交互,实现UE驻留NR。
UE、NR以及核心网之间的信息交互流程,可以参见通信协议,这里不再赘述。
在核心网再次接收到MT或MO消息后,触发EPS FB,则执行S219。
S219、核心网、NR、LTE以及UE通过消息交互,启动EPS FB。
S220、NR向UE下发包括LTE网络的频点标识K的重定向消息。
S221、UE选择K频点或其它频点的可用小区进行驻留。
可以理解的是,基于上述步骤,上一通通话有可能成功也有可能不成功,在上一通通话成功的情况下,在S214中记录优选小区,因此本步骤的一种实现方式为优先驻留优选小区且避免驻留黑名单小区。
在某些实现方式中,UE直接驻留在优选小区,从而以较低的小区搜索代价获得较高的成功建立通话的可能性。在另一些实现方式中,有可能优选小区驻留失败,则UE重新搜索可用的小区,在搜索过程中,避免选到黑名单中的小区,即黑名单小区。结合S211所述,避免驻留黑名单小区,能够提高成功建立通话的可能性。
在上一通通话不成功的情况下,不存在优选小区,所以本步骤的另一种实现方式为在黑名单小区之外选择小区进行驻留,以提高成功建立通话的可能性。
因为重新注册后,拒绝列表被清空以及TUA被拒绝的记录被清除,所以即使UE没有移动出曾经被写入拒绝列表中的跟踪区域,且距离上次呼叫失败未超出24小时,UE在该步骤也能够较大可能驻留到可用的小区。
S222、UE与核心网之间的通话成功建立。
从图3所示的流程可以看出,在搜索到的小区所属的跟踪区域的tac在拒绝列表,而导致通话不能成功建立的情况下,UE继续搜索可用的小区并发起TAU以及建立通话的流程,以提高EPS FB通话的成功率。
进一步的,即使本通呼叫没有成功建立,因为UE触发了重新注册,所以,能够提高下一通呼叫成功建立通话的可能性。
并且,本实施例所述的流程,模拟了手动触发重新注册的场景,因此,能够与现有的协议兼容,即在现有协议的框架下,提高成功建立通话的可能性。
图4为本申请实施例公开的又一种通话处理方法的流程,与图2相比,进行了如下改进:
将S124替换为步骤以下内容:
S124a、确定使用LTE频点号搜索到的小区所属的跟踪区域的tac均在拒绝列表中。
S124b、选择一个属于拒绝列表的小区,发起TAU及建立通话的流程。
可以理解的是,属于拒绝列表的小区为:所属的跟踪区域的tac在拒绝列表中的小区。
实际中,因为属于拒绝列表的小区有被核心网允许使用的可能性,所以,本实施例所述的方法,利用这一可能性,尽量提高下一通呼叫成功建立通话流程的可能性。
可以理解的是,在属于拒绝列表的小区,发起TAU及建立通话的流程失败的情况下,仍然执行S125。
可以理解的是,在本通呼叫中,也可以尝试选择一个属于拒绝列表的小区,发起TAU及建立通话的流程,即如图5所示,将S120替换为S120a以及S120b。
S120a、确定使用LTE频点号搜索到的小区所属的跟踪区域的tac均在拒绝列表中。
S120b、选择一个属于拒绝列表的小区,发起TAU及建立通话的流程。
可以理解的是,有可能在S120b之后,成功建立通话流程,在此情况下,后续步骤不再执行,也有可能在S120b之后,仍然不能建立通话流程,在此情况下,执行后续步骤,并在S124b之后,仍然不能建立通话流程的情况下,执行S125。
图5所示的流程,能够提高本通呼叫成功建立通话流程的可能性,从而进一步提高通话的成功率。
图6为结合图3以及图4所示流程的通话处理方法,与图3所示流程相比区别在于:
在S212的判断结果为否的情况下,在执行S215之前,执行以下步骤:
S213a、选择一个属于拒绝列表的小区,发起TAU及建立通话的流程。
S213a之后有可能可以成功建立通话流程,但因为拒绝列表中还存在跟踪区域编码,所以有可能下一通通话不能成功建立,所以为了提高下一通通话成功建立的可能性,在 S213a之后,无论S213a是否成功建立通话流程,均执行S215。
需要说明的是,以上实施例中,相同的步骤可以相互参见,而不再赘述。
图6所示的流程,在没有搜索到可用小区的情况下,从拒接列表中选择一个小区尝试发起TAU以及建立通话的流程,以最大限度地尝试在本通呼叫成功建立通话流程,进一步提高EPSFB后成功建立通话流程的可能性。
可以理解的是,以上以5G网络为SA为例进行说明,本申请的以上实施例,也适用于非独立组网(None-Standalone,NSA)。
以上实施例所述的通话处理方法,均可以适用于手机,平板电脑,桌面型、膝上型、笔记本电脑,超级移动个人计算机(Ultra-mobile Personal Computer,UMPC),手持计算机,上网本,个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA),可穿戴电子设备,智能手表等可支持呼叫的电子设备,前述提出的UE也属于该电子设备。
图7为本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备的组成示例。以手机为例,电子设备300可以包括处理器310,外部存储器接口320,内部存储器321,显示屏330,摄像头340,天线1,天线2,移动通信模块350,以及无线通信模块360等。
可以理解的是,本实施例示意的结构并不构成对该电子设备的具体限定。在另一些实施例中,该电子设备可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。图示的部件可以以硬件,软件或软件和硬件的组合实现。
处理器310可以包括一个或多个处理单元,例如:处理器310可以包括应用处理器(application processor,AP),调制解调处理器,图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU),图像信号处理器(image signal processor,ISP),控制器,视频编解码器,数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP),基带处理器,和/或神经网络处理器(neural-network processing unit,NPU)等。其中,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个处理器中。
可以理解的是,本实施例示意的各模块间的接口连接关系,只是示意性说明,并不构成对电子设备300的结构限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,电子设备300也可以采用上述实施例中不同的接口连接方式,或多种接口连接方式的组合。
外部存储器接口320可以用于连接外部存储卡,例如Micro SD卡,实现扩展电子设备的存储能力。外部存储卡通过外部存储器接口320与处理器310通信,实现数据存储功能。例如将音乐,视频等文件保存在外部存储卡中。
内部存储器321可以用于存储计算机可执行程序代码,可执行程序代码包括指令。处理器310通过运行存储在内部存储器321的指令,从而执行电子设备300的各种功能应用以及数据处理。内部存储器321可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区。其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统,至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能,图像播放功能等)等。存储数据区可存储电子设备使用过程中所创建的数据(比如音频数据,电话本等)等。此外,内部存储器321可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件,闪存器件,通用闪存存储器(universal flash storage,UFS)等。处理器310通过运行存储在内部存储器321的指令,和/或存储在设置于处理器中的存储器的指令,执行 电子设备的各种功能应用以及数据处理。
电子设备通过GPU,显示屏330,以及应用处理器等实现显示功能。GPU为图像处理的微处理器,连接显示屏330和应用处理器。GPU用于执行数学和几何计算,用于图形渲染。处理器310可包括一个或多个GPU,其执行程序指令以生成或改变显示信息。
显示屏330用于显示图像,视频等。显示屏330包括显示面板。显示面板可以采用液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD),有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED),有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light emitting diode的,AMOLED),柔性发光二极管(flex light-emitting diode,FLED),Miniled,MicroLed,Micro-oled,量子点发光二极管(quantum dot light emitting diodes,QLED)等。在一些实施例中,电子设备可以包括1个或N个显示屏330,N为大于1的正整数。
电子设备可以通过ISP,摄像头340,视频编解码器,GPU,显示屏330以及应用处理器等实现拍摄功能。
ISP用于处理摄像头340反馈的数据。例如,拍照时,打开快门,光线通过镜头被传递到摄像头感光元件上,光信号转换为电信号,摄像头感光元件将电信号传递给ISP处理,转化为肉眼可见的图像。ISP还可以对图像的噪点,亮度,肤色进行算法优化。ISP还可以对拍摄场景的曝光,色温等参数优化。在一些实施例中,ISP可以设置在摄像头340中。
电子设备的无线通信功能可以通过天线1,天线2,移动通信模块350,无线通信模块360,调制解调处理器以及基带处理器等实现。
天线1和天线2用于发射和接收电磁波信号。电子设备中的每个天线可用于覆盖单个或多个通信频带。不同的天线还可以复用,以提高天线的利用率。例如:可以将天线1复用为无线局域网的分集天线。在另外一些实施例中,天线可以和调谐开关结合使用。
移动通信模块350可以提供应用在电子设备上的包括2G/3G/4G/5G等无线通信的解决方案。移动通信模块350可以包括至少一个滤波器,开关,功率放大器,低噪声放大器(low noise amplifier,LNA)等。移动通信模块350可以由天线1接收电磁波,并对接收的电磁波进行滤波,放大等处理,传送至调制解调处理器进行解调。移动通信模块350还可以对经调制解调处理器调制后的信号放大,经天线1转为电磁波辐射出去。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块350的至少部分功能模块可以被设置于处理器310中。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块350的至少部分功能模块可以与处理器310的至少部分模块被设置在同一个器件中。
一些实施例中,电子设备通过移动通信模块350和天线1发起或接收的呼叫请求。
无线通信模块360可以提供应用在电子设备上的包括无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLAN)(如无线保真(wireless fidelity,Wi-Fi)网络),蓝牙(bluetooth,BT),全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS),调频(frequency modulation,FM),近距离无线通信技术(near field communication,NFC),红外技术(infrared,IR)等无线通信的解决方案。无线通信模块360可以是集成至少一个通信处理模块的一个或多个器件。无线通信模块360经由天线3接收电磁波,将电磁波信号调频以及滤波处理,将处理后的信号发送到处理器310。无线通信模块360还可以从处理器310接收待发送的信号,对其进行调频,放大,经天线2转为电磁波辐射出去。
电子设备300可以通过音频模块370,扬声器370A,受话器370B,麦克风370C,耳机接口370D,以及应用处理器等实现音频功能。例如音乐播放,录音等。
音频模块370用于将数字音频信息转换成模拟音频信号输出,也用于将模拟音频输入转换为数字音频信号。音频模块370还可以用于对音频信号编码和解码。在一些实施例中,音频模块370可以设置于处理器310中,或将音频模块370的部分功能模块设置于处理器310中。
扬声器370A,也称“喇叭”,用于将音频电信号转换为声音信号。电子设备300可以通过扬声器370A收听音乐,或收听免提通话。
受话器370B,也称“听筒”,用于将音频电信号转换成声音信号。当电子设备300接听电话或语音信息时,可以通过将受话器370B靠近人耳接听语音。
麦克风370C,也称“话筒”,“传声器”,用于将声音信号转换为电信号。当拨打电话或发送语音信息时,用户可以通过人嘴靠近麦克风370C发声,将声音信号输入到麦克风370C。电子设备300可以设置至少一个麦克风370C。在另一些实施例中,电子设备300可以设置两个麦克风370C,除了采集声音信号,还可以实现降噪功能。在另一些实施例中,电子设备300还可以设置三个,四个或更多麦克风370C,实现采集声音信号,降噪,还可以识别声音来源,实现定向录音功能等。
耳机接口370D用于连接有线耳机。耳机接口370D可以是USB接口,也可以是3.5mm的开放移动电子设备平台(open mobile terminal platform,OMTP)标准接口,美国蜂窝电信工业协会(cellular telecommunications industry association of the USA,CTIA)标准接口。
另外,在上述部件之上,运行有操作系统。例如iOS操作系统,Android操作系统,Windows操作系统等。在操作系统上可以安装运行应用程序。
图8是本申请实施例的电子设备的软件结构框图。
分层架构将软件分成若干个层,每一层都有清晰的角色和分工。层与层之间通过软件接口通信。在一些实施例中,将Android系统分为四层,从上至下分别为应用程序层,应用程序框架层,安卓运行时(Android runtime)和系统库,以及内核层。
应用程序层可以包括一系列应用程序包。如图8所示,应用程序包可以包括相机,图库,日历,通话,地图,导航,WLAN,蓝牙,音乐,视频,短信息等应用程序。
应用程序框架层为应用程序层的应用程序提供应用编程接口(application programming interface,API)和编程框架。应用程序框架层包括一些预先定义的函数。如图8所示,应用程序框架层可以包括窗口管理器,内容提供器,电话管理器,资源管理器,通知管理器,视图系统等。
窗口管理器用于管理窗口程序。窗口管理器可以获取显示屏大小,判断是否有状态栏,锁定屏幕,截取屏幕等。
内容提供器用来存放和获取数据,并使这些数据可以被应用程序访问。所述数据可以包括视频,图像,音频,拨打和接听的电话,浏览历史和书签,电话簿等。
电话管理器用于提供电子设备的通信功能。例如通话状态的管理(包括接通,挂断等)。
资源管理器为应用程序提供各种资源,比如本地化字符串,图标,图片,布局文件,视频文件等等。
通知管理器使应用程序可以在状态栏中显示通知信息,可以用于传达告知类型的消息,可以短暂停留后自动消失,无需用户交互。比如通知管理器被用于告知下载完成,消息提醒等。通知管理器还可以是以图表或者滚动条文本形式出现在系统顶部状态栏的通知,例如后台运行的应用程序的通知,还可以是以对话窗口形式出现在屏幕上的通知。例如在状态栏提示文本信息,发出提示音,电子设备振动,指示灯闪烁等。
视图系统包括可视控件,例如显示文字的控件,显示图片的控件等。视图系统可用于构建应用程序。显示界面可以由一个或多个视图组成的。例如,包括短信通知图标的显示界面,可以包括显示文字的视图以及显示图片的视图。
Android Runtime包括核心库和虚拟机。Android runtime负责安卓系统的调度和管理。在本申请一些实施例中,应用冷启动会在Android runtime中运行,Android runtime由此获取到应用的优化文件状态参数,进而Android runtime可以通过优化文件状态参数判断优化文件是否因系统升级而导致过时,并将判断结果返回给应用管控模块。
核心库包含两部分:一部分是java语言需要调用的功能函数,另一部分是安卓的核心库。
应用程序层和应用程序框架层运行在虚拟机中。虚拟机将应用程序层和应用程序框架层的java文件执行为二进制文件。虚拟机用于执行对象生命周期的管理,堆栈管理,线程管理,安全和异常的管理,以及垃圾回收等功能。
系统库可以包括多个功能模块。例如:表面管理器(surface manager),媒体库(Media Libraries),三维图形处理库(例如:OpenGL ES),二维图形引擎(例如:SGL)等。
表面管理器用于对显示子系统进行管理,并且为多个应用程序提供了2D和3D图层的融合。
媒体库支持多种常用的音频,视频格式回放和录制,以及静态图像文件等。媒体库可以支持多种音视频编码格式,例如:MPEG2,H.262,MP3,AAC,AMR,JPG,PNG等。
三维图形处理库用于实现三维图形绘图,图像渲染、合成和图层处理等。
二维图形引擎是2D绘图的绘图引擎。
内核层是硬件和软件之间的层。内核层至少包含显示驱动,摄像头驱动,音频驱动,传感器驱动等。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种通话处理方法,其特征在于,应用于电子设备,被叫或发起主叫的所述电子设备在从5G网络重定向至LTE网络后,驻留在所述LTE网络的第一小区,所述方法包括:
    在跟踪区域更新失败后,响应于识别到异常信令流,搜索不属于跟踪区域的可用小区,所述第一小区属于所述跟踪区域;
    在所述可用小区发起跟踪区域更新,以尝试建立通话。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别到异常信令流,包括:
    识别到相同的信令多次重传;或者,识别到信令未成功发送。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述响应于识别到异常信令流,搜索不属于跟踪区域的可用小区之前,还包括:
    将跟踪区域编码加入拒绝列表。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于没有搜索到所述可用小区,触发在所述5G网络重新注册;
    在所述重新注册之后,清空拒绝列表。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述触发在所述5G网络重新注册之前,还包括:
    在属于所述跟踪区域的小区发起跟踪区域更新,以尝试建立通话。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述可用小区发起跟踪区域更新之后,还包括:
    响应于通话建立成功,将所述可用小区记录为优选小区。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于所述跟踪区域更新失败,将所述第一小区加入黑名单。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述清空拒绝列表之后,还包括:
    再次被叫或再次发起主叫且从所述5G网络重定向至所述LTE网络后,驻留在所述LTE的第二小区,所述第二小区不在所述黑名单中且为所述优选小区;
    在所述第二小区建立通话。
  9. 一种通话处理方法,其特征在于,应用于电子设备,被叫或发起主叫的所述电子设备在从5G网络重定向至LTE网络后,被叫或主叫失败,所述方法包括:
    确定可选择的小区所属的跟踪区域均在拒绝列表中;
    从属于所述拒绝列表中的跟踪区域的小区中,选择第一小区;
    在所述第一小区发起跟踪区域更新,以尝试建立通话。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述从属于所述拒绝列表中的跟踪区域的小区中,选择第一小区之前,还包括:
    在跟踪区域更新失败后,将跟踪区域编码加入拒绝列表。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器以及至少一个处理器;所述存储器用于存储应用程序,所述至少一个处理器用 于执行所述应用程序,以实现权利要求1-10任一项所述的通话处理方法。
