一种大小辊结构的清洁组件,其包括:第一辊体、第二辊体和清洁部,清洁部为环状结构,清洁部套设于第一辊体和第二辊体上,第一辊体和所述第二辊体均位于所述清洁部的环状结构内部,清洁部的环状结构外表面为清洁工作面,所述第一辊体、第二辊体和清洁部三者之间形成相互传动结构;
第一辊体的直径小于所述第二辊体的直径,第一辊体位于前端,所述第二辊体位于所述第一辊体的后方。
同时还提供了一种清洁设备,其包括机体和如上的一种大小辊结构的清洁组件。这里的清洁设备可以是传统的干式的吸尘器,也可以是较新的湿式的洗地机,只要是存在清洁盲区的清洁设备,均可以采用本专利的技术方案。
下面本实施例当中,选用洗地机产品为例,进行解释说明,但不限定本专利仅保护洗地机类产品。
如图1、2、8所示,一种双辊结构的履带式洗地机,包括:
把手1;
储液仓2,以储存清洁用液体,这个清洁用液体可以是普通的清水,也可以是添加了清洁剂的水,或者是直接配好的成品的清洁液均可;
机体3,机体3内设有清洁组件4和喷液部5,清洁组件4包括第一辊体6、第二辊体7和清洁部8,清洁部8为环状结构,清洁部8套设于第一辊体6和第二辊体7上,第一辊体6和第二辊体7均位于清洁部8的环状结构内部,清洁部8的环状结构外表面为清洁工作面,第一辊体6、第二辊体7和清洁部8三者之间形成相互传动结构;喷液部5能够将清洁用液体喷向清洁部8或待清洁物上;及
液流通道,连接于储液仓2与喷液部5之间。
通常还包括有抽吸通道9及污水仓10,利用抽风机可以在抽吸通道9当中形成负压,再使得清洁过地面的水再通过抽吸通道9进入到污水仓10当中,从而实现污水回收,待清洁的物体上不会残留水份,保证清洁的效果。
本发明的有益效果是,通过设置两个辊体以及套在两个辊体上的环状结构的清洁部8,以及第一辊体6、第二辊体7和清洁部8三者之间形成相互传动结构,从而可以在工作状态时,第一辊体6、第二辊体7和清洁部8是都处于一个转动状态,在转动过程中可以让第一辊体6和第二辊体7之间的一个面区域的清洁部8是可以和待清洁物形成接触的。从而将传统的单个滚刷的线接触创新为本发明的面接触,清洁效率大大提升。
同时,传统的滚刷都是在圆柱形辊上进行植绒毛的方式进行制作,或者是直接将绒毛通过强力胶粘的方式转接在滚刷上。这种方式才可以保证绒毛与滚刷是完全一体式,保证清洁效果,传统的滚刷并没有任何套一个带绒毛的滚刷套的方案,因为那样相互之间会打滑,从而影响清洁效果。这种一体式的滚刷虽然清洁效果有保证了,但是绒毛是容易磨损的。传统的滚刷当有磨损的时候,就只能更换整个滚刷,更换成本非常高,也不利于资源的节约。但是本发明创造的双辊结构,清洁部8是套设于第一辊体6和第二辊体7上,从而形成可拆卸结构,当清洁部8有损坏导致清洁效果不佳的时候,就可以单独更 换环状结构的清洁部8,从而将环状结构的清洁部8作为一种耗材,保持厂家与用户之间的粘性,增强用户复购环状结构的清洁部8的复购率。同时,也可以设置不同型号的清洁部8,来让用户进行选择性购买。不同型号的清洁部8可以设置不同粗细的绒毛,例如可以有细绒毛的清洁部8,也可以有粗绒毛的清洁部8,当用户主要清洁较为粗造的地面时(例如水泥地面),可以尽量选择有粗绒毛的清洁部8,使得清洁部8有更长的使用寿命。当用户主要清洁较为平整的地面时(例如木地板),可以尽量选择有细绒毛的清洁部8。
本发明当中的清洁部8可以为一面带有绒毛的布,带有绒毛的一面为清洁工作面。布的两端之间进行缝合从而形成一个环,或者是两端采用挂钩进行连接。也可以如图9所示,采用拉链将布的两端进行连接,拉链可以采用内拉的形式,即拉链头12位于环状结构的内部,从而保证整个环状结构的外表面是平整的,从而保护清洁效果。位于环状结构的内部拉链头12在工作状态时,可能会与两个辊体碰撞从而影响转动及可能发生异响,本发明创造性的可以在第一辊体6和第二辊体7上均开设一条凹槽11,拉链头12在整个清洁部8转动的过程当中都是在一个环线上不断的绕圈,只需要保证凹槽11刚好在这条环线上,相当于拉链头12在运动到第一辊体6和第二辊体7位置时,都会刚好陷在凹槽11内,防止与辊体的相互碰撞,从而保证清洁部8的转动的流畅性,保证良好的清洁效果。
同时本明的清洁部8还可以为环状皮带,环状皮带可以直接是一体注塑成型也可以是采用热融接合的方式连接两端,环状皮带的外表面上植有或胶粘有绒毛以形成清洁工作面。环状皮带的内表面为平面或带有齿。若环状皮带的内表面带有齿,则相应的第一辊体和第二辊体也需要带有齿,从而保证良好的传动。
第一辊体6、第二辊体7和清洁部8三者之间形成相互传动结构的动力来源,可以是第一辊体6为主动辊;或第二辊体7为主动辊;或如图7所示清洁部8上贴设有独立的动力辊13。即例如可以是由一个电机通过直接或间接的方式连接到第一辊体6上,然后通过第一辊体6、第二辊体7和清洁部8三者之间的传动,来实现三者的同时转动,从而实现第一辊体6和第二辊体7之间的一个面区域的清洁部8是可以和待清洁物形成接触并移动的,从而实现清洁的效果。当然也可以由电机先驱动第二辊体7。或者如图7所示也可以通过电机驱动一个单独的动力辊13,通过动力辊13来驱动清洁部8进行转动。
本发明的第一辊体6、第二辊体7和清洁部8三者之间的相互传动主要依靠摩擦力来实现。为了更好防止清洁部8与第一辊体6、第二辊体7之间发生打滑,如图3所示,可以在第一辊体6和/或第二辊体7的表面设有防滑纹14,第一辊体6和/或第二辊体7上的防滑纹14为平纹或斜纹或交叉纹,或者清洁部8的内表面上设有防滑纹14,清洁部8上的防滑纹14为平纹或斜纹或交叉纹。
其中最容易想到即为平纹,即在第一辊体6和/或第二辊体7都可以选择性的设置与其长度方向相平行的防滑纹14,从而增大清洁部8与第一辊体6、第二辊体7之间的摩擦力,保证良好的传动效果。
但是清洁部8在调整转动的过程当中,容易发生侧向偏移的情况,所以本发明创造性的设置了斜纹式的防滑纹14。斜纹可以尽量设置成八字纹,即第一辊体6和第二辊体7上的防滑纹14分为左右两部分,对称设置形成一个八字形状,这样如果是布制成的清洁部8的话,在转动的过程当中,八字的斜纹就会不断的将清洁部8进行展平动作,从而可以防止清洁部8向某一侧偏移,也可以防止清洁部8本身发生褶皱。
若设置成交叉纹,则可以更好的防止清洁部8发生打滑或向某一侧偏移的问题。
同时如图3、4所示,为了解决清洁部8偏移的问题,还可以在第一辊体6和第二辊体7的两端上设有限位台阶15,通过限位台阶15与第一辊体6或第二辊体7的表面刚好形成一个较浅的槽体,清洁部8刚好可以嵌于槽体内,从而可以防止清洁部8在转转动过程当中发生偏移。
同样的道理,也可以在清洁部8的内表面上设有防滑纹14,清洁部8上的防滑纹14为平纹或斜纹或交叉纹。来解决打滑及褶皱的问题。
如图6所示,传统的洗地机为了保证滚刷与地面的接触更好更大一些,通常会将滚刷做得比较大一些。但是这个就会导致一个问题,即在对墙角处进行清洁时,因为滚刷直径较大,所以滚刷与地面及墙面就会形成一个三角形,这个三角形的底边(底边的长度相当于滚刷的半径大小)就是一个清洁盲区16,滚刷是无法清洁到的,所以会留有死角。滚刷直径越大这个清洁盲区16就越大。
如图5所示,本发明创造性的将第一辊体6的直径设置成小于第二辊体7的直径,第一辊体6位于机体3的前端,第二辊体7位于第 一辊体6的后方。同时保证第一辊体6的最低点与第二辊体7的最低点在同一水平面上。即保证在转动过程中,第一辊体6和第二辊体7之间的一个面区域的清洁部8仍然是可以和待清洁物形成有效接触的。第一辊体6的直径相对而言是越小越好的,第一辊体6的直径越小,则相应的清洁盲区16越小。同时因为第一辊体6直径较小且位于前端,所以整个机体有一个向前凸出的小尖端,这个前凸的第一辊体6即可以伸入到一些高度较小的区域去进行清洁工作,类似床底、柜脚等地方。
本发明的第一辊体6、第二辊体7和清洁部8三者之间的相互传动除了依靠摩擦力来实现外,还可以将环状结构的清洁部8设置为带齿的皮带,即在清洁部8的内表面上设有齿,同时相对应的第一辊体6、第二辊体7上也设有齿。通过三者之间的齿配合,即可以实现相应之间的传动。这种带齿皮带的传动更加的稳定。
如图3、4所示,本发明或者也可以在机体3上设有侧抽盖板17,第一辊体6和第二辊体7的一端均设置于侧抽盖板17上,第一辊体6和第二辊体7的另一端与机体3为可拆卸连接,环状结构的清洁部8能够从第一辊体6和第二辊体7的另一端装入或拆取。这样就可以对清洁部8进行拆卸或更换。
但是在实际使用当中还面临一个问题,即如何方便的安装和拆卸环状结构的清洁部8。因为要清洁部8有效的工作,就需要保持清洁部8与第一辊体6和第二辊体7之间是一个相对绷紧的状态,才有较大的摩擦力防止打滑。即需要第一辊体6和第二辊体7之间保持一个相对较大的间距。但是如果二者之间的间距太大又会导致清洁部8的安装和拆卸会变得非常不便。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供的解决方案:
可以将清洁部8设置成具有一定弹性,例如选用有一定弹性的布,这样既可以快速的进行安装和拆卸,又可以相互之间保持较大的摩擦力。
或者也可以如图10所示,让第一辊体6和第二辊体7中的至少一个与侧抽盖板17之间为活动连接,可以调整第一辊体6和第二辊体7的间距以供环状结构的清洁部8的安装及拆取。如图4、8所示,机体3与第一辊体6和第二辊体7的另一端相对的位置上设有第一连接座18和第二连接座19。第一辊体6与第一连接座18相连接,其连接处有导向斜坡20。第二辊体7与第二连接座19相连接,其连接 处亦有导向斜坡20。
如图10所示,本实施例当中,以第一辊体6与侧抽盖板17之间为活动连接,第二辊体7与侧抽盖板17之间为固定连接为例进行说明,当需要安装清洁部8时,可以让第一辊体6活动一下,稍微靠近第二辊体7,这样第一辊体6和第二辊体7之间形成的开口就变小了,从而可以让环状结构的清洁部8方便的装入或拆卸。
其实,相对而言,第一辊体6和第二辊体7当中尽量有一个是固定连接于侧抽盖板17上的,以第二辊体7为固定连接为宜,这样可以保证侧抽盖板17与第一辊体6之间形成一个相对稳定的结构,方便用户进行取持。同时可以将第二连接座19在水平方向上设置的更长一些,更靠近侧抽盖板17一侧,第一连接座18可以设置的比第二连接座19短一些。这样,这个稳定的结构在进行整体安装的时候,就可以利用第一连接座18和第二连接座19之间的长度差,让第二辊体7与第二连接座19先行对准连接,然后利用侧抽盖板17与第一辊体6之间形成的相对稳定结构向后稍用力拉,以便让第一辊体6和第二辊体7恢复一个平行的状态,这样第二辊体7就能到达和第二连接座19相对更对准的位置,再将侧抽盖板17、第一辊体6和第二辊体7整体向两个连接座的方向推进,即可实现清洁组件4安装于机体3上。
如果第一辊体6和第二辊体7均为活动连接,则有稍显晃荡的感觉。
两个辊体与两个连接座的连接处的导向斜坡20,可以是稍微有些许倒角,或者是两个连接座均设置成锥形结构或锥台结构,只要两个辊体与两个连接座连接的位置有一个小斜坡即可,从而形成一个导向斜坡20,从而方便辊体与连接座的定位连接。
同时,因为最终的安装情况是需要让第一辊体6和第二辊体7维持一个平行状态。但是初始情况下,第一辊体6和第二辊体7之间通常不是标准的平行状态,这个导向斜坡20就可以保证将非平行状态下的两个辊体撑开到标准的平行状态,最终进行清洁组件4的安装到位。
同时,如图2、3所示,在机体3上还设有张紧轮21,张紧轮21贴设于环状结构的清洁部8上。通常机体3的前上方均设有罩盖22,可以在罩盖22的内壁上开设容置槽23,在容置槽23上设有弹簧24,张紧轮21设置于弹簧24上,通过弹簧24的弹力来实现张紧轮21的 张紧力。
以上公开的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种大小辊结构的清洁组件,其特征在于,包括:第一辊体、第二辊体和清洁部,所述清洁部为环状结构,所述清洁部套设于第一辊体和第二辊体上,所述第一辊体和所述第二辊体均位于所述清洁部的环状结构内部,所述清洁部的环状结构外表面为清洁工作面,所述第一辊体、第二辊体和清洁部三者之间形成相互传动结构;
    所述第一辊体的直径小于所述第二辊体的直径,所述第一辊体位于前端,所述第二辊体位于所述第一辊体的后方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大小辊结构的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述清洁部为一面带有绒毛的布,带有绒毛的一面为清洁工作面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大小辊结构的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述清洁部为环状皮带,环状皮带的外表面上植有或胶粘有绒毛以形成清洁工作面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大小辊结构的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述第一辊体、第二辊体和清洁部三者之间形成相互传动结构的动力来源为:
    所述第一辊体为主动辊;或
    所述第二辊体为主动辊;或
    所述清洁部上贴设有独立的动力辊。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大小辊结构的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述第一辊体和/或所述第二辊体的表面设有防滑纹,所述第一辊体和/或所述第二辊体上的防滑纹为平纹或斜纹或交叉纹,
    或者所述清洁部的内表面上设有防滑纹,所述清洁部上的防滑纹为平纹或斜纹或交叉纹。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大小辊结构的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述第一辊体的最低点与所述第二辊体的最低点在同一水平面上。
  7. 一种清洁设备,其特征在于包括机体和如权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种大小辊结构的清洁组件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种清洁设备,其特征在于,所述机体上设有侧抽盖板,所述第一辊体和所述第二辊体的一端均设置于所述侧抽盖板上,所述第一辊体和所述第二辊体的另一端与所述机体为可拆卸连接,环状结构的所述清洁部能够从所述第一辊体和所述第二辊体的另一端装入或拆取。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种清洁设备,其特征在于,所述第一辊体和所述第二辊体中的至少一个与所述侧抽盖板之间为活动连接,调整所述第一辊体和所述第二辊体的间距以供环状结构的所述清洁部的安装及拆取。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种清洁设备,其特征在于,所述机体上还设有张紧轮,所述张紧轮贴设于环状结构的所述清洁部上。
