Description

一种苦蜂蜜养殖设备 技术领域
本发明涉及蜂蜜加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种苦蜂蜜养殖设备。
背景技术
蜂蜜是昆虫蜜蜂从开花植物的花中采得的花蜜在蜂巢中酿制的蜜。蜜蜂从植物的花中采取含水量约为80%的花蜜或分泌物,存入自己第二个胃中,在体内转化酶的作用下经过30分钟的发酵,回到蜂巢中吐出,蜂巢内温度经常保持在35℃左右,经过一段时间,水份蒸发,成为水分含量少于20%的蜂蜜,存贮到巢洞中,用蜂蜡密封。蜂蜜的成分除了葡萄糖、果糖之外还含有各种维生素、矿物质、氨基酸。蜂蜜比蔗糖更容易被人体吸收,因为蜂蜜是由单糖类的葡萄糖和果糖构成,可以被人体直接吸收,而不需要酶的分解。蜂蜜是糖的过饱和溶液,低温时会产生结晶,生成结晶的是葡萄糖,不产生结晶的部分主要是果糖。
现有的苦蜂蜜收集过程中需要将蜂蜜从蜜脾中取出,使用其它的蜂蜜提取设备存在操作麻烦、蜂蜜提取缓慢、费时费力、且造价成本高的缺点,因此急需研发一种操作方便、蜂蜜提取快速、省时省力的苦蜂蜜养殖设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种苦蜂蜜养殖设备。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种苦蜂蜜养殖设备,包括安装底板,所述安装底板的上表面设置有机箱,所述机箱的内部通过竖直隔板分为左侧的碾碎区和右侧的搅拌分层区,所述碾碎区的上部设置有多层碾碎辊组,所述碾碎辊组由多个碾碎辊并排设置而成,上下相邻层之间的碾碎辊组垂直交叉设置,位于所述碾碎辊组上方的机箱顶板上开设有入料口,所述入料口的外端部连接有入料漏斗,所述碾碎辊组的下方设置有通往搅拌分层区的传送带,所述传送带通过设置在机箱内部的传动辊带动,所述竖直隔板的底部设置有能够让传送带通过的缺口,所述搅拌分层区的机箱底板上设置有电阻加热板,所述电阻加热板上设置有静置桶,所述静置桶的左侧壁上开设有接料口,所述静置桶的右侧壁上开设有出料口,所述搅拌分层区的机箱顶壁上设置有搅拌电机,所述搅拌电机的动力输出轴的下端部连接有搅拌轴,伸入所述静置桶内部的搅拌轴的下端部圆周面设置有多个搅拌叶。
进一步地,所述机箱的右侧板上开设有分层液添加口,所述分层液添加口的内侧端 设置有延伸至静置桶桶口的添料板。
进一步地,所述接料口的外端部设置有靠近传送带右端部的承接板。
进一步地,所述出料口的外端部连接有出料板。
进一步地,所述碾碎辊通过驱动电机组带动。
进一步地,所述碾碎辊的辊面上设置有辊齿。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过碾碎辊组把蜂巢原料碾碎后,经过传送带输送到静置桶内部,经过加热和搅拌处理后,然后静置分层,得到去除杂质的蜂蜜,整个装置结构简单,使用方便。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上的所有优点。

请参阅图1所示,本实施例为一种苦蜂蜜养殖设备,包括安装底板1,安装底板1的上表面设置有机箱2,机箱2的内部通过竖直隔板3分为左侧的碾碎区4和右侧的搅拌分层区5,碾碎区4的上部设置有多层碾碎辊组,碾碎辊组由多个碾碎辊6并排设置而成,上下相邻层之间的碾碎辊组垂直交叉设置,位于碾碎辊组上方的机箱2顶板上开设有入料口,入料口的外端部连接有入料漏斗7,碾碎辊组的下方设置有通往搅拌分层区5的传送带8,传送带8通过设置在机箱2内部的传动辊9带动,竖直隔板3的底部设置有能够让传送带8通过的缺口,搅拌分层区5的机箱2底板上设置有电阻加热板10,电阻加热板10上设置有静置桶11,静置桶11的左侧壁上开设有接料口,静置桶11的右侧壁上开设有出料口,搅拌分层区5的机箱2顶壁上设置有搅拌电机12,搅拌电机12的动力输出轴的下端部连接有搅拌轴13,伸入静置桶11内部的搅拌轴13的下端部圆周面设置有多个搅拌叶14。
机箱2的右侧板上开设有分层液添加口,分层液添加口的内侧端设置有延伸至静置桶11桶口的添料板15,接料口的外端部设置有靠近传送带8右端部的承接板16,出料口的外端部连接有出料板17,碾碎辊6通过驱动电机组带动,碾碎辊6的辊面上设置有辊齿。
本实施例的一个具体应用为:在本发明中,通过碾碎辊组把营养土充分碾碎后,经过传送带输送到熟化桶内部,经过加热和搅拌处理后,杀灭病菌,得到疏松安全的营养土,整个装置结构简单,使用方便。
