具体实施方式
以下结合附图1-8对本申请作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本申请实施例公开一种下碗部掏空杯。参照图1和图2,该下碗掏空杯由上自下依次包括上碗部、下碗部和下扒部,上碗部、下碗部和下扒部一体成型。下碗部和下扒部的连接处是一条曲线,该曲线与胸部的曲线相配适,沿曲线的走向间隔开设有透气切口6,透气切口6的长度会因不同码数或杯型的变化而变化,本实施例中透气切口6为弧线形,在其他实施例中,还可以为其它形状,参照图3、图4、图5或图6,透气切口6的形状为间断式弧线形、锯齿形、波浪形或菱形,在其他实施例中透气切口6可以为多个间隔设置,透气切口6弧线形宽度为4mm、5mm、6mm、7mm、8mm、9mm或10mm,以便于形成缓冲区,本实施例透气切口6的宽度为4mm。
参照图7,上碗部、下碗部和下扒位由外到内依次均包括与外衣接触的复合层和与胸部接触的第一布层1,第一布层1为弹力布层,复合层与第一布层1通过压合方式粘接一体成型,下扒部受到的压力较大,压合力度强,使得下扒部质地较硬,便于支撑上碗部和下碗部,下碗部与上碗部压合力较小,压合力度,使得上碗部和下碗部质地柔软,便于与胸部贴合,且透气性好,回看图1,透气切口6设置于下扒部和下碗部的连接处,且贯穿于复合层。
复合层包括与外衣接触的第二布层5、与第二布层5连接的第一海绵 层2、与第一海绵层2连接的定型网层4、与定型网层4连接的第二海绵层3,第二海绵层3与第一布层1连接,第一布层1、第二海绵层3、定型网4层、第一海绵层2和第二布层5通过压合的方式一体成型,且定型网4层位于下碗部,第二海绵层3与第一布层1设置有热熔胶膜层7,通过热压合的方式,使第一布层1和第二海绵层3稳定粘接,在其它实施例中第一布层1和第二海绵层3可通过3D贴合工艺完成,便于低温成型,优选地,热熔胶膜层7为TPU膜、PA膜或EVA膜,本实施例中使用的是EVA膜。
本申请实施例一种下碗部掏空杯的实施原理为:先将第二海绵层3、定型网层4、第一海绵层2和第二布层5依次平铺,定型网层4的宽度为第二布层5的一半,放置于下碗部,再通过压合定型模具进行压合定型,再进行切割得到透气切口6,再将EVA膜放置于与第二海绵层3与第一布层1之间,再通过热压的方式,使EVA膜熔融,将第一布层1与第二海绵层3粘接,最后进行剪裁。
实施例2
一种下碗部掏空连体杯,参照图8,该连体杯包括连接部和两个对称连接的下碗部掏空杯,两个下碗部掏空杯和连接部一体成型,掏空杯下碗部靠近连接部8的一侧连接有支撑部位9,支撑部位9安装有TPU胶条,TPU胶条位于第一海绵层和第一布层之间,其他实施例中可以为材质柔软的EVA条、TPU条或PA条,用于替代传统的钢圈,起到支撑胸部的作用,同时质地柔软与肌肤有更好的贴合度。
本申请实施例一种掏空连体杯的实施原理为:先将第二海绵层3、定型网层4、第一海绵层2和第二布层5依次平铺,定型网层4的宽度为第 二布层5的一半,放置于下碗部,将TPU胶条放置于第一海绵层和第一布层之间,且位于下碗部边缘,再通过一体压合定型模具进行压合定型,得到连体杯,再进行切割得到透气切口6,再将EVA膜放置于与第二海绵层3与第一布层1之间,再通过热压的方式,使EVA膜熔融,将第一布层1与第二海绵层3粘接,最后进行剪裁。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种下碗部掏空杯,包括罩杯,所述罩杯分为上碗部和下碗部一体成型,所述下碗部延伸设置有下扒部,其特征在于:所述下碗部与所述下扒部连接处间隔设置有若干个透气切口(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种下碗部掏空杯,其特征在于:所述透气切口(6)的宽度为4-10mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种下碗部掏空杯,其特征在于:所述透气切口(6)的形状为弧线形、间断式弧线形、锯齿形、波浪形或菱形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种下碗部掏空杯,其特征在于:所述上碗部、所述下碗部和所述下扒位由外到内依次均包括复合层和第一布层(1),所述复合层与所述第一布层(1)粘接,所述复合层远离所述第一布层(1)的一面与外衣接触,第一布层(1)远离所述复合层与胸部接触,所述透气切口(6)设置于所述复合层并贯穿所述复合层。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种下碗部掏空杯,其特征在于:所述第一布层(1)为弹力布层。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种下碗部掏空杯,其特征在于:所述复合层依次包括第二布层(5)、第一海绵层(2)、第二海绵层(3),所述第一海绵层(2)与所述第一布层(1)连接,所述第二海绵层(3)与所述第一布层(1)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种下碗部掏空杯,其特征在于:所述复合层还包括定型网层(4),所述定型网层(4)设置于所述第一海绵层(2)和所述第二海绵层(3)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种下碗部掏空杯,其特征在于:所述第一 布层(1)与所述第二海绵层(3)之间设置有用于粘接的热熔胶膜,所述热熔胶膜为TPU膜、PA膜或EVA膜中的其中的一种。
  9. 一种下碗部掏空连体杯,其特征在于:所述连体杯包括连接部和两个对称设置的下碗部掏空杯,两个所述下碗部掏空杯和所述连接部一体成型;所述下碗部掏空杯为权利要求1-8任意一项所述的下碗部掏空杯。
