层压机是指把多层物质压合在一起的机械设备,公知的用于聚氨酯板成型的多层层压机一般是采用顶升式,油缸和顶升梁设置在工作压板底部,其多层压机高度很高。固定台板固定在主机框架顶部,工作时油缸将工作压板向上顶升,工作高度很高,操作很困难。
现有一般采用远程控制的方式对其进行操控,因此层压机大多配备有操控台,现有操控台大多为触屏式,但是一般都镶嵌在台座上,难以对其进行移动和位置调节,而现有层压机工作时常常需要边观察边控制,操控台难以移动的形式直接导致层压效果不佳的情况出现。
因此,我们提出了一种层压机操控台位置调节装置。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种层压机操控台位置调节装置,解决了现有装置难以进行相应高度和角度调节且不能对层压机进行边观察变边操控的问题。
(二)技术方案

2、该层压机操控台位置调节装置,灵活性较强,能够根据需求对该装置的位置进行灵活调节,以便于根据层压需求对整个装置进行移动,从而解决了现有装置灵活性差,同时解决了难以根据操控需求配合层压机进行边观察边操控的问题。

在本实施例中,需要补充说明的是,旋杆17的一端固定连接有抵板18,抵板18的外壁上开设有与内柱3外壁相适配的弧槽,且旋杆17的另一端固定套装有旋盘4;
其中,抵板18及其上弧槽的设置能够保证其与内柱3之间的接触面积,从而达到对其位置进行高效限定的效果,而旋盘4的设置便于驱动进行旋动,此外,旋杆17与抵板18之间装配有轴承环,避免旋杆17旋动时抵板18随其进行相应旋动导致对于内柱3位置限定效果不佳的情况发生。
在本实施例中,需要补充说明的是,底筒2的内侧装配有弹簧组19,弹簧组19的底端固定连接在底座1的顶面上,且弹簧组19的顶端固定连接在内柱3的底面上;
在本实施例中,进一步需要补充说明的是,内柱3的外壁上固定套装有拉盘5;
其中,弹簧组19的是能够对内柱3的位置进行限定,同时也便于操作人员配合拉盘5对其进行上下移动。
在本实施例中,需要补充说明的是,顶座6的两个侧壁上固定套装有螺套11,且螺套11的内侧螺纹套装有螺轴10;
其中,螺套11与螺轴10的设置便于对承接块12及其外端的框板8和操控屏9的角度进行高效旋动,以便于根据需求对其进行相应调节。
在本实施例中,需要补充说明的是,顶座6内侧的顶面上固定安装有弹性底垫13,承接块12的底部固定安装有与弹性底垫13位置相对的弹性顶垫14,且弹性底垫13与弹性顶垫14之间装配有可伸缩的弹簧夹垫15;
其中,弹性底垫13、弹性顶垫14与弹簧夹垫15的设置便于对承接块12 提供支撑力,进而能够增加承接块12调节时的稳定性,此外,该层压机操控台位置调节装置,灵活性较强,能够根据需求对该装置的位置进行灵活调节,以便于根据层压需求对整个装置进行移动,从而解决了现有装置灵活性差,同时解决了难以根据操控需求配合层压机进行边观察边操控的问题。
本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:当需要该装置进行工作时,先根据需求将该装置移动至相应层压机外侧,然后上下调节内柱3,再旋动旋盘4使旋杆17外端的抵板18紧贴在内柱3的外壁上,从而达到对内柱3位置进行高效限定的效果,高度调节完毕后,旋动扭盘7,来驱动螺轴10在螺套11内侧的旋动角度,从而达到对框板8和操控屏9的倾斜角度进行相应调节的效果,解决了现有装置难以进行相应高度和角度调节且不能对层压机进行边观察变边操控的问题。
