Abstract
La présente invention concerne une couche de catalyseur comprenant : un polymère conducteur d'ions ; et un électrocatalyseur. L'électrocatalyseur comprend un support électroconducteur, et des particules métalliques supportées sur le support électroconducteur. Les particules métalliques sont un métal du groupe du platine, et ont une taille moyenne de cristallite moyenne dans la plage de et comprenant de 3,5 à 8,0 nm, lorsqu'elles sont mesurées par diffraction des rayons X sur poudre (PXRD). L'électrocatalyseur comprend les particules métalliques en une quantité dans la plage de et comprenant de 60 à 75 % en poids sur la base du poids total de l'électrocatalyseur. La couche de catalyseur a une charge de métal du groupe du platine dans la plage de et comprenant de 0,6 à 1,0 mg de métal du groupe du platine par cm2 de la zone géométrique de la couche de catalyseur.
